本发明公开了一种细长轴顶尖孔加工的装夹装置，包括有安装于机体上的主轴、卡盘，主轴设有中心孔，工件穿过主轴中心孔，工件末端套装有定心套筒，定心套筒为筒体，筒体外壁一侧为锥形，定心套筒外壁的锥形一侧与主轴内壁相接触，所述的工件前端通过卡盘夹紧，工件伸出主轴段安装有固定在机床上的支架。本发明结构简单，在加工的工件末端与主轴中心孔之间安装有定心套筒，工件上位于主轴伸出段安装有中心架，充分提高了工件两端中心孔加工的精确度。

技术领域：
本发明涉及车加工领域，尤其涉及一种细长轴顶尖孔加工的装夹装置。
背景技术：
夹具是机械制造过程中用来固定加工对象，使之占有正确的位置，以接受施工或检测的装置。又称卡具。从广义上说，在工艺过程中的任何工序，用来迅速、方便、安全地安装工件的装置，都可称为夹具。例如焊接夹具、检验夹具、装配夹具、机床夹具等。
对于长径比>35的细长轴两端中心孔的加工，一直以来由于细长轴一端装夹与卡盘上，由于细长轴的长度，置于机床主轴中心孔内，待主轴高速转动时，加工出来的两端中心孔经常出现偏心，加工精确度较低。
发明内容：
针对现有技术问题，本发明的目的提供一种细长轴顶尖孔加工的装夹装置，有效的提高了细长轴在机床加工过程中稳定性好，加工精度高。
本发明的技术方案如下：
细长轴顶尖孔加工的装夹装置，包括有安装于机体上的主轴、卡盘，主轴设有中心孔，工件穿过主轴中心孔，其特征在于：工件末端套装有定心套筒，定心套筒为筒体，筒体外壁一侧为锥形，定心套筒外壁的锥形一侧与主轴内壁相接触，所述的工件前端通过卡盘夹紧，工件伸出主轴段安装有固定在机床上的支架。
所述的细长轴顶尖孔加工的装夹装置，其特征在于：所述的支架为中心架。
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构简单，在加工的工件末端与主轴中心孔之间安装有定心套筒，工件上位于主轴伸出段安装有中心架，充分提高了工件两端中心孔加工的精确度。

具体实施方式：
细长轴顶尖孔加工的装夹装置，包括有安装于机体1上的主轴2、卡盘3，主轴2设有中心孔2-1，工件穿过主轴2中心孔2-1，工件末端套装有定心套筒4，定心套筒4为筒体，筒体外壁一侧为锥形4-1，定心套筒4外壁的锥形4-1一侧与主轴2内壁相接触，工件前端通过卡盘3夹紧，工件伸出主轴段安装有固定在机体1上的支架5，支架5为中心架。
本发明适用于长径比>35的细长轴，要求两端有A、B、C型中心孔或者内六方孔的细长轴类。加工前应根据切削留量校直工件。采用CA6150B（主轴通孔达到90mm）等主轴通孔大的机床加工。加工方法：1）将零件传入主轴，探出50-100mm,在另一端用定心套筒4固定工件，夹紧工件。平端面，打一侧中心孔。注意主轴2转速和尾座摇动的速度，避免中心钻折断。2）上跟刀架（辅助装置），松开卡爪后，拉出工件，采用一夹一顶的方式，加工工件外圆及轴端。3）测量工件长度，掉头，上中心架5，先采用一夹一顶的方式借用已有中心孔促调整中心架的位置，后掉头，夹已打中心孔端，用中心架5支撑，借助百分表调整无中心孔一端的外圆径向跳动在0.05mm以内时，锁紧中心架，打出中心孔。5）采用一夹一顶方式完成全部加工。

1.一种细长轴顶尖孔加工的装夹装置，包括有安装于机体上的主轴、卡盘，主轴设有中心孔，工件穿过主轴中心孔，其特征在于：工件末端套装有定心套筒，定心套筒为筒体，筒体外壁一侧为锥形，定心套筒外壁的锥形一侧与主轴内壁相接触，所述的工件前端通过卡盘夹紧，工件伸出主轴段安装有固定在机床上的支架；所述的支架为中心架；
所述的装夹装置加工细长轴的方法如下：1）将零件传入主轴，探出50-100mm,在另一端用定心套筒固定工件，夹紧工件，平端面，打一侧中心孔，注意主轴2转速和尾座摇动的速度，避免中心钻折断；2）辅助装置上跟刀架，松开卡爪后，拉出工件，采用一夹一顶的方式，加工工件外圆及轴端；3）测量工件长度，掉头，上中心架，先采用一夹一顶的方式借用已有中心孔促调整中心架的位置，后掉头，夹已打中心孔端，用中心架支撑，借助百分表调整无中心孔一端的外圆径向跳动在0.05mm以内时，锁紧中心架，打出中心孔；5）采用一夹一顶方式完成全部加工。
