技术领域
本发明涉及用于通过灌注来制备咖啡饮料或其他类型饮料的设备。灌注通过盒状件(容器)而进行准备。盒状件通常用塑性材料或铝制成，并且构造成圆柱形中空体。上表面和下表面包括小孔，以及可能放置在所述表面是内侧上的滤膜，或者用位于室内和活塞内的尖端刺破表面。通常在盒状件的上表面设置有突出的边缘作为支撑装置。
背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
参考附图，根据本发明的用于制备咖啡饮料的设备包括灌注装置10。
灌注装置10包括一对用于所述装置的室壳体(containmentshoulder)11，壳体11通过销钉彼此连接，能够注意到销钉应用于相应的孔12。
杆13在固定于壳体11的销钉14上枢转。
杆13与连杆15成一体，从而连接至活塞16。
活塞16包括横向突出部，横向突出部沿位于壳体11内的导向件(纵向凹槽)滑动。
活塞16包括：经过活塞16内部、向盒状件21供水的管道20；垫22和用于推动盒状件21的头部23。
灌注装置还包括室24。
室24具有在活塞16前面的区域内的腔25，盒状件21能够放置在其中。
在室24的底部有用于盒状件21的弹簧26或弹簧体推动装置，并且在弹簧26或弹簧体推动装置的后面设置有孔27，孔27是用于灌注物的出口。
灌注装置10还包括滑板30，滑板30能够绕销钉31转动，从基本上水平的位置到略微向下倾斜的位置(被止挡件32阻挡)。滑板相对于竖直方向倾斜大约30°，无论如何都处于10°至50°之间。

适当的传感器(未示出)将操作以便向灌注装置10供应水，注入物将分配给用户。
在重新打开灌注装置10时，即，当用户再次打开杆13以便使其回到竖直的位置时，活塞16向后移动同时滑板30依靠重力停靠在盒状件21上，而弹簧26推动盒状件21移动回去。
返回到初始位置的活塞16留下足够的空间给盒状件21以便其落下。
处于停靠位置的活塞16和室24的外边缘之间的距离一定被设置成当盒状件被排出时允许盒状件旋转，以避免盒状件被堵在灌注装置内。因此所述距离应等于或大于盒状件的直径。
上述灌注装置10能基本上适于任何类型的盒状件。特别是，它还适于不具有有普通的明显的边缘的盒状件。
在盒状件插入灌注装置10的时候，杆13能够手动操作或者能通过带有相应减速器的适当的电动机(其例如通过触发传感器(或开关)而被操作)来操作。
因为其形状，所述灌注装置10还能够通过将自动暗匣(automaticmagazine)靠近滑板放置而有利地与自动暗匣一起使用。
该灌注装置将不再进一步详细地描述，因为根据上面所述，本领域的技术人员能够制造它。
使用的材料和尺寸可能是根据要求和技术水平的任意类型。
如此设计的灌注装置10允许所有的在本发明的构思范围内的多种改进和变型；此外，所有的细节都可以用技术上等效的元件来替换。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于通过使用盒状件进行灌注来制备饮料的设备，所述设备包括灌注装置，其特征在于，所述灌注装置包括：用于引入单独的盒状件的滑板；用于操作活塞的杆，所述活塞能够沿一方向直线移动并且具有第一停靠位置和第二工作位置；适于容纳所述盒状件的室；所述滑板被设置在所述第一停靠位置和所述第二工作位置之间的中间位置；所述滑板具有预先设置的停靠位置以便所述盒状件定位成停靠在所述室的边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备，其特征在于，在停靠位置中，所述滑板相对于竖直位置倾斜10°至50°之间的一角度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备，其特征在于，所述滑板包括尖端，并且在停靠位置的所述尖端与所述室的外边缘之间的距离小于所述盒状件的高度。
