技术领域
本发明涉及通过提取容器中容纳的浓缩剂量(例如研磨咖啡的剂量)来制备饮料的领域,例如基于咖啡的饮料的领域。本发明尤其涉及用于该目的的剂量、使用该剂量的设备以及在该剂量的使用中应用的方法。
背景技术
根据前述原理操作的机器和容器已经存在了几十年。
美国专利US2899886、US2968560、US3403617以及US3607297描述了多个设备,其中初始地容器在若干位置被穿孔然后加压水贯通该容器。
在如下的专利文件中描述了其他提供有薄膜的容器:EP0468079A、EP0806373A、EP0554469A。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于容器的创建,该容器优选地由可生物降解的材料构成,该容器包括一种可熔性薄膜,当超过该可熔性薄膜的机械强度时该可熔性薄膜破裂。薄膜的破裂区限定为位于覆盖薄膜的外表面的盖中的一个或多个孔。
通过如权利要求中定义的容器来实现该目的。
根据本发明,破裂的薄膜有利地为例如NATUREFLEX NE 30或NM30或任何其他材料。
参考附图描述本发明的各种执行模式。
下面描述了根据本发明的容器,其包括如下组件:
1:容器体(可生物降解或其他材料)
2:咖啡(或其他类似产品)
3:可变形薄膜形式的针织物(或编织物或其他过滤材料,例如纸等)
4:薄膜(在顶部或底部具有Mater Bi密封树脂或其他产品的Natureflex)
5:盖(可生物降解或其他材料)
6:纸张(或硬纸板或其他材料)。
优选地,以如下形式形成容器的提取组件:
-针织物3位于密封到固体组件(5)上的薄膜4上。
操作原理如下:
-水通过任意方法(针、刀片、自穿透组件,例如在容器体的顶面上示出的那些)进入容器;
-容器内的压力上升;
-通过针织物3过滤提取的咖啡;
-压力将使得盖5的孔处的薄膜4变形;
-盖具有用于薄膜的充分的厚度,以置于图3-5-7-9中的底座上。压力将超过薄膜的机械强度并破裂。
-由此加压的咖啡将通过针织物3出来并且进入容器下面的如图3-5-7-9所示的底座的孔。
盖(5)的厚度可以根据盖中孔的直径和破裂薄膜的厚度和材料而不同。
在盖5中孔的直径可以根据许多参数而不同(例如以非限制性方式):形成针织物3和/或设计以破裂的薄膜4的厚度和材料,在容器中容纳的产品2。在盖中提供若干孔也是可能的。孔可以与容器中的入口成直线,或者偏离容器中的入口。
还可以提供薄膜中的局部易破点以使其更容易破裂。
孔的形状也可以改变。图10和11示出了各种可能性。
应该注意到非圆形在使得薄膜破裂方面具有不对称的优势。因此无论是从破裂区还是从薄膜破裂的时刻的角度来看,这样的不对称可以更好地控制破裂。与横截面是圆形相比,出现孔的形状的不对称必定经常导致薄膜更快速地破裂。在横截面是圆形的情况下,薄膜内的张力的分布实际上是完全均匀的。
使用例如可生物降解或部分可生物降解的材料可以有利地设计整个装置。当然上面给出的执行模式是以非限制性例子给出,并且结合本发明的上下文对其的修改是可能的。此外,各种变形可以组合在一起。

Claims (14)

1.一种容器,用于制备饮料,所述容器包括:中空组件(1),其经设计以容纳剂量(2),所述中空组件包括侧壁、顶面和具有至少一个薄膜(4)的底面,所述薄膜被设计为在进入容器的液体的压力下破裂以使得液体流过所述剂量,所述容器还包括具有至少一个孔的盖(5),所述盖覆盖所述薄膜(4)的外表面,非圆形的所述孔允许薄膜(4)破裂。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述薄膜(4)由NATUREFLEX构成。
3.如权利要求1和2中任一项所述的容器,其中过滤组件放置在容器内部和薄膜(4)之间,所述过滤组件是针织物(3)或编织物或纸张。
4.如权利要求3所述的容器,其中过滤组件(3)没有附着到容器,而仅放置到所述剂量和薄膜(4)之间。
5.如权利要求1和2中任一项所述的容器,其中薄膜(4)放置在容器内部和过滤组件之间。
6.如权利要求3所述的容器,其中过滤组件由可生物降解的材料的线构成。
7.如权利要求5所述的容器,其中过滤组件由可生物降解的材料的线构成。
8.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中孔具有椭圆形式的横截面。
9.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中孔具有多边形形式的横截面。
10.如权利要求9所述的容器,其中,多边形是凸面的。
11.如权利要求9所述的容器,其中,多边形是凹面的。
12.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述盖(5)包括多个孔。
13.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述饮料是咖啡,所述剂量(2)是研磨咖啡的剂量。
14.如权利要求6或7所述的容器,其中所述可生物降解的材料是棉或丝。
