本发明涉及具有可用于不同大小和形状的人的头部的多种不同的几何结构的安全眼镜。更具体地，本发明涉及模块化结构，通过该模块化结构用普通元件即可实现眼镜的不同几何结构。
背景技术
已知有各种不同尺寸和形状的安全眼镜或太阳镜。这些已知类型试图应付不同尺寸和形状的人的头部。
已有的一些产品包括多组镜片以及其它调节装置，这些产品中的一些包括可调节的鼻托及镜腿。
目前仍需要提供各种不同尺寸的安全眼镜，这些安全眼镜佩戴舒适且尺寸合适，并且同时为使用者提供良好水平的保护。

具体实施方式
虽然本发明的具体实施方式可具有多种不同的形式，但附图中所示出的以及本文详细描述的仅是本发明的特定实施例，应当理解，本公开应理解为是本发明原理的举例，以及是实施本发明的最佳模式，而且并不意在用本公开将本发明限制为所示出的特定实施例。
本发明的一个方面，提供了镜片族；在这方面，这些镜片可以具有共曲率以及相似的高度参数及轮廓。
在本发明的实施例中，镜片族的镜片之间的差异可以通过改变镜片的底部曲率、改变瞳距以及通过改变双光角(pantoscopic angle)而获得。代表性的镜片的尺寸可以分为大、宽和窄。每一个镜片可以形成为具有不同的底部。可以在族中不同的镜片上设置各种不同度数的鼻切部。
本发明的另外的实施例中，鼻托是可调的。此外，镜腿也是可调的。本发明的另一个方面，镜片可以成形为具有曲线8、9或10底部，所有这些都不是限制性的。对于镜片族的各个不同的镜片可以使用一组公共的镜腿。
调节特征使得能够调节相应的镜片，从而使镜片的光心与使用者眼睛的瞳孔中心对准。这样有利地消除垂直的棱镜不平衡(prism imbalance)，从而减少眼睛的紧张和疲劳，最大化镜片的分辨力，减少模糊以实现更清晰的视野并且减少色差和球面像差感知。
本发明的另一个方面，可以调节根据本发明的安全眼镜使得镜片不会接触佩戴者的皮肤。这将降低镜片起雾的风险。此外，相应的镜片与佩戴者面部之间可留有间隙，以保护佩戴者的眼睛免受飞行物体和颗粒的伤害。
在本发明的一个实施例中，依据预期佩戴者的脸型，可提供可称为宽、大、和窄的三种不同镜片的几何结构。这些族的各自镜片间的差别与光学和几何结构参数相关，例如双光角和瞳距。
使用者可操作的、垂直可调的鼻子部分使得使用者无需借助工具即可调节镜片。可以设置可枢转的且可变形的鼻托来增加使用者的舒适感。最后，可以设置多个卡位来将调节限制到多个垂直位置，从而使得调节更容易、更简单。
鼻子锁定元件的第一部分可安装在镜片中间的框架上。带有由中心部分连接的两个间隔开的臂的三边鼻梁架可支撑鼻托。在多个大致垂直的位置中的每个位置上，鼻梁架被锁定在锁定元件上。
中心部分可带有锁定臂，所述锁定臂接合框架上的鼻子锁定元件的第一部分。通过使鼻托朝向彼此偏转来松开锁定臂，从而调节鼻梁架。将鼻托分开，例如当戴眼镜时，可以进一步将鼻梁架与第一部分锁定。
在已公开的实施例中，鼻托可以是由一起注入的双材料形成的构件。这种鼻托可无需组装即可提供类似球形接头的运动。
参照附图，图1A-1D所示为示例性镜片族10中镜片10-1、10-2、10-3。镜片族10的各个镜片都成形为具有公共的曲线9底部。这些镜片都具有相同的高度和轮廓形状，只是窄镜片10-3具有更长的侧向长度，而宽镜片10-1具有更短的鼻切部。图2A-2C表示了每个镜片的形状的更多细节。镜片10-1、10-2、10-3可以根据需要成形为具有不同的底部以及不同的高度和轮廓形状。
图3A表示围绕镜片族10构成的安全眼镜族30。该族中的每个眼镜，例如30-i，都包括可调的鼻元件，整体由20所示。该可调鼻元件20还包括一对弹性体鼻接触托。
如图3B、3C及3D所示，可枢转地附接的耳件，整体由32所示，为使用者提供了可调节的双光角。可调的鼻元件20可提供垂直方向上的调节，使得眼镜的使用者或佩戴着能将她/他的眼睛定位在镜片的中心，同时可枢转的耳件32提供角度调节。
如图4A、4B所示，安全眼镜也可以设置为无框的。相应的耳件32可直接与镜片附连或作为单独部件卡合到镜片上并保持镜腿。在另外的实施例中，相应的镜片，例如10-i，可以具有安装元件，例如30a，相应的耳件32可以连接到其上。可调的鼻元件，例如20-i，包括盖部20a和可垂直滑动的调节结构20b。
如图5A、5B所示，结构20b包括具有由中心部分22c连接的臂22a、22b的U型部分。臂22a、22b中的每一个的自由端，比如22d，具有相应的鼻托40a、40b。当结构20b相对于镜片10-i被垂直地调节V时，从中心部分22c开始的延长部分22e在相应的镜片(例如10-i)的窄缝10d内滑行。
如图5B所示，通过手动朝向彼此地挤压鼻托40a、40b，将元件20-i从安装部分30a松开，以根据需要沿着垂直方向V移动。可在安装部分30a上提供卡位，锁定臂24a、24b的末端可移动进入这些卡位从而将鼻梁架20-i锁定在选择位置。
当使用安全眼镜时，鼻托40a、40b与使用者的鼻子接触，使用者的鼻子对鼻垫的力倾向于将它们分开，因此迫使臂24a、24b朝向彼此，从而相对于元件30a将鼻梁架20b牢固地锁定在适当位置上。
图6A、6B示出了鼻托40a、40b的各方面。鼻托40a、40b可由一起注射到鼻梁架20b上的两种弹性体材料形成。这种制造以非常成本有效性的方式重现了球形接头型运动。另一个优点则是无需组装。
总之，一族护目镜可以基于多个镜片。每个镜片都有不同的、基于人体结构的、具有共曲率的形状，以及两个间隔开的、之间带有鼻子接收区域的透明的光学元件。
第一和第二可枢转的耳件可联结到相应镜片的相应的第一端和第二端，每个耳件邻近相应的光学元件。耳件可以为护目镜提供准确的调节、双光角调节。
可调节的、可垂直移动的鼻梁架设置在镜片的光学元件之间。鼻梁架的末端设置有柔软的、可形变的鼻托。
可使上述末端朝向彼此偏转以将所述鼻梁架从镜片上松开从而实现它们之间的垂直移动。当末端被松开时，它们移动分开并且将鼻梁架锁定在镜片上。此外，当末端磨损时，末端被持续地推开由此保持鼻梁架相对于镜片的相对位置。
镜片上可设有窄缝，所以鼻梁架可以自由移动来调节镜片相对于使用者眼睛的位置。鼻托可以由两种不同的、一起挤压的弹性体材料形成。
综上所述，应注意到，只要不脱离本发明的精神和范围，可以有各种变化和改进。需要明白的是，本发明并不局限于或不应局限于此处所示的特定装置。当然，意在用所附的权利要求覆盖落入要求保护的范围内的所有上述改进。

Claims (15)

1.一族护目镜，包括：
多个不同的镜片，每个镜片都具有选定的曲率、选定的高度及轮廓参数；以及
承载在每个镜片上的可手动调节的鼻子接合元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子接合元件包括基本上呈U型的框架，所述框架具有由第三构件连接的、分隔开的、可偏转的第一和第二构件。
3.如权利要求2所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子接合元件至少部分地可偏转，从而调节其相对于相邻镜片的位置。
4.如权利要求3所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子元件包括可滑动的镜片接合构件。
5.如权利要求3所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子元件包括至少一个模制的鼻子接触托。
6.如权利要求5所述的一族护目镜，其中包括两个模制的鼻子接触托。
7.如权利要求2所述的一族护目镜，其中包括第一和第二分隔开的鼻子接触托。
8.如权利要求2所述的一族护目镜，其中每个镜片都具有共曲率并且限定出位于中间的鼻梁槽。
9.如权利要求8所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子元件可滑动地接收在鼻梁槽附近。
10.如权利要求9所述的一族护目镜，其中每个镜片限定出鼻子元件接收槽。
11.如权利要求10所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子元件包括可滑动的镜片接合构件，并且所述接合构件至少部分地在所述接收槽中滑动。
12.如权利要求11所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子元件在多个间隔开的位置处与相应的镜片锁定接合。
13.如权利要求12所述的一族护目镜，其中鼻子元件大致垂直地朝向和远离镜片地移动。
14.如权利要求1所述的一族护目镜，每个护目镜都包括可调节的镜腿。
15.如权利要求13所述的一族护目镜，每个护目镜都包括可调节的镜腿。
