Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗及医学设备,并用作帮助戒烟的装置。其可在完全不能吸烟的场所使用,例如飞机机舱或不允许吸烟的公共场所。另外,所提出的装置不需燃烧烟草即能满足吸烟者对于尼古丁的需要,同时还能排除烟雾和对吸烟者及周围群众健康有害的燃烧材料产物,例如CO、丙酮、砷、苯并芘、焦油等。
背景技术
已知装置制成香烟形式(US200400380)。已知装置包括具有可刮擦释放的香料涂敷插入件的圆柱形腔,具有一定的香味物质,类似烟斗香味。在腔内放置可动刷,在刮擦插入物时刷毛刺激香味散发。
已知装置的缺点是吸烟模拟较差且笨拙。必需持续移动腔内的刷以得到燃烧烟草的香味,同时刷柄会经由过滤器移出而进入“吸烟者的”嘴中。另外,使用者吸入的仅是燃烧烟草的味道,而为了充分模拟吸烟,有必要向人体提供至少最少量的尼古丁,缺少尼古丁可能会造成一定心理上和/或生理上的不适。
有一种制成连接到圆柱本体的塑料嘴件形式的已知吸烟装置,使用者可通过该圆柱本体吸入空气(RU2067876),在圆柱本体内有制成布置密封胶囊(筒)的空腔,该密封胶囊包括浸渍有含尼古丁物质的多孔聚合物材料。同样,可使用流体尼古丁或尼古丁、与薄荷醇、乙醇的混合物。该圆柱本体装有用于打开胶囊的构件。

所要求保护的本发明设计成基于抽烟者对烟斗的使用真实模拟抽烟。
发明内容

含尼古丁剂和/或调味剂的承载件在空气通道内的放置使得不再在全抽吸时燃烧放置在烟斗的烟锅内的烟草,并通过包含在所述承载件内的物质的气味来代替烟草燃烧。在实施所述发明的最通常情况中,可通过使用按钮、杆或传感器开关来将电源连接到加热单元。

烟斗设有在预设时期之后或在预设量的空气从烟锅穿过空气通道到达烟嘴之后关闭电源的元件。所述关闭元件包含在用于运行模式选择开关的集成电路中。
有四种构想的烟斗运行模式。如果将烟锅1的顶部12设置在位置《a》,则关闭电源8。
当烟锅1的顶部12切换到位置《b》时,空气穿过空气通道5时,加热单元7、烟草燃烧模拟元件、声源14和移动烟流动的可视化元件18连接到电源。
当烟锅1的顶部12切换到位置《c》时,空气穿过空气通道5时,加热单元7、烟草燃烧模拟元件、声源14连接到电源。
当烟锅1的顶部12切换到位置《d》时,空气穿过空气通道5时,加热单元7、烟草燃烧模拟元件、声源14和移动烟流动的可视化元件18连接到电源。
烟斗按照下述方式使用。将杆3从柄2拆下,将制成基部由隔膜9覆盖的密封筒形式的含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件6放入空气通道5的空腔内。然后,将杆3与柄2连接,此时,通过打开构件11使隔膜9破裂,使含尼古丁或芳香剂解开密封。
然后使用者选择最适合他/她的烟斗运行模式。如果选择模式“a”,则使用者仅抽吸空气穿过空气通道5和其内放置的承载件6而吸入尼古丁气味。
如果选择模式“b”,则当空气穿过空气通道5时启用加热单元7和烟草燃烧模拟元件。空气穿过电加热器7时使用者通过通道5吸入包含尼古丁或香味并被加热的空气。空气运动传感器21读取到吸入空气穿过时,烟草燃烧模拟元件在烟锅1的空腔13内产生烟草燃烧效果。
如果选择模式“c”,在使用者通过通道吸入空气时,空气运动传感器21读取到抽吸空气穿过加热单元7后,启动烟草燃烧模拟元件和声源14。使用者通过通道5吸入空气,空气在穿过加热单元7时被加热并在穿过承载件6时饱含尼古丁或香味气体的空气。烟草燃烧模拟件和声源14在烟锅1的空腔13内产生烟草燃烧效果。
如果选择模式“d”,当吸入的空气穿过时,使用者启动加热元件7、烟草燃烧模拟件、声源14和烟流的可视化元件18。
在所有情况下,使用者能够通过打开或部分或完全地关闭附加通道19的空气入口来调节穿过烟斗的空气的量。
该烟斗能够通过加热空气以及特有的光效和声效来真实模拟吸烟。
Claims (30)
1.一种无烟烟斗,包括烟锅(1)、柄(2)、具有烟嘴(4)的杆(3)以及所述烟斗内的空气通道(5),所述空气通道(5)用于放置含尼古丁剂或调味剂(10)的承载件(6)和连接到电源(8)的加热单元(7),其中加热单元的至少一个元件(7)布置在所述杆(3)内并移动到所述烟嘴(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述烟锅(1)的顶部(12)制成可旋转的,并结合有模式选择开关(17)。
3.如权利要求2所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述模式选择开关(17)制成施加到所述烟锅(1)的转动部分和固定部分的接触表面上的一组触点的形式。
4.如权利要求2所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述加热单元(7)通过所述模式选择开关(17)连接到所述电源(8)。
5.如权利要求1或2中任一项所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述加热单元(7)制成一个或几个电阻元件(7)的形式。
6.如权利要求1或2中任一项所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述加热单元布置在所述空气通道内。
7.如权利要求1或2中任一项所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述加热单元(7)布置在所述杆(3)的壁内。
8.如权利要求1或2中任一项所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述加热单元元件(7)定位在所述烟锅(1)和/或所述柄(2)内。
9.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件(6)定位在所述柄(2)与所述烟嘴(4)之间的所述杆(3)的空腔内。
10.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件(6)定位在所述烟锅(1)或所述柄(2)内。
11.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件(6)制成饱含含尼古丁剂或调味剂的溶液的吸湿材料(10)的形式。
12.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件(6)制成密封筒的形式,所述密封筒的基部覆盖有隔膜(9),且所述密封筒的内部容积填充有饱含含尼古丁剂或调味剂的溶液的吸湿材料(10),且用于所述密封筒定位在所述烟斗内的所述空腔设有筒打开构件(11)。
13.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件(6)制成密封筒的形式,所述密封筒的基部覆盖有隔膜(9),具有带有半可透排水壁(9a)的储存器,所述储存器具有含尼古丁或调味流体(10a),且用于所述密封筒定位在所述烟斗内的所述空腔设有筒打开构件(11)。
14.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件(6)布置在所述杆(3)与所述柄(2)之间的空腔内。
15.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
电源(8)定位在所述烟锅(1)的壁内或形成在底部内的空腔(13)内。
16.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,电源(8)制成一次性或可再充电电池的形式。
17.如权利要求16所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述烟斗设有电池充电指示器。
18.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述空气通道(5)将所述烟锅(1)、所述柄(2)和具有所述烟嘴(4)的所述杆(3)连接在一起。
19.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述空气通道(5)将所述柄(2)与具有所述烟嘴(4)的所述杆(3)连接。
20.如权利要求18或19中任一项所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述烟斗内的所述空气通道(5)设有将所述空气通道连接到大气的附加通道(19)。
21.如权利要求20所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述附加通道(19)通向大气的出口设有轻便型盖或可动盖(20)。
22.如权利要求20所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
含尼古丁剂或调味剂的承载件(6)定位在通往所述附加通道(19)的入口与所述杆的烟嘴(4)之间。
23.如权利要求2所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述烟斗设有定位在所述烟锅(1)内并通过模式选择开关(17)连接到所述电源(8)的烟草燃烧模拟元件。
24.如权利要求23所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
烟草燃烧模拟元件制成沿所述烟锅的周界固定在所述烟锅内并通过模式选择开关(17)连接到所述电源(8)的氖管的形式。
25.如权利要求23所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
烟草燃烧模拟元件制成具有定位在所述烟锅(1)内深色磨砂或透明玻璃(15)下方并通过模式选择开关(17)连接到所述电源(8)的发光二极管(16)的深色磨砂或透明玻璃(15)的形式。
26.如权利要求25所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
发光二极管(16)连接到具有改变数量和切换顺序的供选方案的所述电源(8)。
27.如权利要求2所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述烟斗设有通过模式选择开关(17)连接到所述电源(8)并定位在面向使用者的所述烟锅(1)的外侧和/或内侧内的、显示移动烟流的可视化元件(18)。
28.如权利要求2所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
烟斗设有通过所述模式选择开关(17)连接到所述电源(8)的声源(14)。
29.如权利要求2所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
空气运动传感器(21)定位在所述空气通道(5)内,并通过模式选择开关(17)连接到所述电源(8)。
30.如权利要求1所述的烟斗,其特征在于,
所述烟斗设有当空气从所述烟锅(1)穿过所述空气通道(5)到达所述烟嘴(4)时在预设时期或预设次数之后的电源关闭件。
