Description

流体材料的稳定包装及制造该包装的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及流体材料的包装,及制造这种包装的方法。
背景技术
要竖立具有相对大的高度(例如,高度为最小横截面尺寸的两倍)的充装了流体的袋式包装,存在稳定性问题。由于上述类型的包装是由塑料薄膜材料制成,因此当包装用平坦底壁竖立在水平表面上时,包装容易翻倒,因为侧壁和相邻底壁之间的过渡区域无法抵制这种翻倒;过渡区域容易沿着包装的侧壁向上移动。
SE 525 077 C2示出了带有两个侧壁的柔性片材的袋,在用材料充装之前该袋是平的,其中限定充装的袋的垂直侧壁和水平底部之间的稳定过渡的弹性材料线在侧壁的下边缘被连接至每个侧壁。 
根据上述已知技术,通过下面的方案来解决稳定性问题:在包装的相应的侧壁和充装液体的包装的底壁的相邻边缘之间的过渡线中,在包装的外侧施加材料线。这种线支撑在地面上并因此阻碍过渡线沿包装的侧壁向上移动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于获得用于流体材料(例如,液体)的柔性塑料薄膜包装的稳定性从而防止翻倒的技术,该包装具有比上述已知的线的应用更容易生产的结构。
通过如所附独立权利要求中限定的本发明达到上述目的。
在所附从属权利要求中示出本发明的实施方式。

具体实施方式
图1示出了塑料薄膜材料或者其它可焊接的柔性材料1的薄板2,如图2的示意图所示,其被折叠成W形横截面且平放。薄板2可以被认为是在图1中沿其纵向方向延伸到右面且利用例如共同移动或固定的焊接装置6沿薄板以固定间隔设置横向密封缝4(例如,焊接缝),所述焊接装置的形式为例如可相向且相背运动的一对焊接夹钳,以便通过间断焊接在缝4上建立焊线区域,缝4沿着薄板2以一定距离互相间隔设置。通过焊线4,形成平放的具有W形横截面且在顶部设有打开的颈部10的一连串袋8,在袋8被充装之后,可以以本身公知的方式将颈部10密封。可以在充装之前或者之后例如沿着相应焊缝4的宽度的中心用刀将单个袋8相互分离开来。
根据图2,进一步了解到在用流体材料(例如液体)充装时,袋8会以这样的方式变宽:其两侧壁12、14远离彼此平行移动,同时在两侧壁之间的折痕16的薄片18、20形成充装的包装8的底部22,如果袋8放在平的(优选地为大致水平的)地面24上时底部22为平的,从而在侧壁12、14和底部22之间的过渡边缘26、28沿着地面24的表面延伸。
如图3所示,带有平行轴线的两个齿轮30、32可围绕其圆柱壳体分布齿34、36,例如平行于齿轮30、32的轴A、B延伸的凸肋。所述两个齿轮30、32的轴A、B平行设置且具有相联的转动驱动器42、44。由此,薄板2被设置成在齿轮30、32之间延伸,且由此,齿轮30、32的齿34、36被设置成沿着W形薄板2的底部区域相互接合,薄板2的下部,即包装8的侧壁12、14和底部22被赋予沿着包装8的底部22和其相应的侧壁12、14之间的过渡边缘50、52的薄板2的下边缘区域46、48的“Z”形褶皱13、15。
图4示出了W形薄板2的下部的“Z”形褶皱13、15。由此,沿着包装8的底部22和其相应的侧壁12、14之间的过渡边缘50、52,包装8的侧壁12、14和底部22会获得形式为细长的薄片54、56、58、60的褶皱部分13、15,所述细长的薄片在薄片系列62、64的纵向方向C、D上相互交替打褶,如图5更详细所示。褶皱13、15的薄片54、56、58、60之间的连接线55、59优选地与包装8的底部22和其相应的侧壁12、14之间的过渡边缘50、52成大致直角延伸,且由此使得过渡边缘50、52周围的区域具有大致的稳定性并加固从而当包装8竖立在水平地面上且充装有流体材料(例如液体)时防止底部22和侧壁12、14之间的过渡部分沿侧壁12、14的竖直方向的位移。进一步地,褶皱部分13、15通过在细长薄片54、56、58、60之间的连接线55、59的方向上弯曲包装材料赋予了增加的硬度,所述细长薄片定向为相对于过渡边缘50、52成直角,这在填充包装时起到弹簧作用,其抵消了上面提到的底部22和侧壁12、14之间的过渡部分的位移。
为了在打褶操作期间不弄断薄板2的材料1,材料1优选地被加热与打褶操作紧密联系,例如,通过使用热齿轮30、32或通过在打褶之前将材料1预热,以便在使用齿轮30、32执行打褶操作时其处于加热状态。材料1被加热至低于材料1熔点的温度,例如,材料1的玻璃化转变温度。
依据用于薄板2的材料1,由于加工过程中对分子的热和机械影响,材料1可在冷却之后获得稍微较硬的结构,即,可以说材料1已经被“固化”。
在打褶过程中,优选地W形薄板2的下部的至少一部分被打成褶皱,例如,每个包装8的下边缘的约75%,且优选地在包装8的下边缘的中心区域,即,位于距离包装8的横向密封缝4一定距离处的区域打成褶皱,但是在W形薄板2的下部的整个长度上打褶也是可以的。因此,本领域技术人员意识到褶皱并不一定沿着密封缝4之间的薄板2的整个长度延伸。优选地,褶皱进一步在包装8的竖直方向上延伸至少几个毫米,例如至少3毫米。可在密封缝焊接操作之前或者之后进行打褶。
在材料1被打褶之后,薄板2被如前所述的切开,以便单个包装8从薄板2上分离,而后对包装8进行充装和密封。作为一个可选方式,可在切割薄板2之前将包装8至少部分地充装。
当包装8被充满流体材料时,其会如前所述地伸展开来,由此其会获得图5和图6中所示的圆形截面形状,从而底部22与平铺的薄板2的相应侧壁12、14平整地缝焊接。包装8(即袋8)的底部薄片18、20形成充装的包装的底部,当袋8被放置在大致平的地面24上时,所述底部大体上是平的,因此包装8的底部22与其相应侧壁12、14(参见图2)之间的过渡边缘50、52沿着在袋8的竖直方向上大致平行相对的侧壁12、14放置在地平面上。通过上述方法,包装8获得带有六个边缘的底部22的形状。
图7示出了在包装8的内部上观察到的包装8的底部22和其相应的侧壁12、14之间的过渡边缘50、52的透视图,由此可以看出打褶的底部22和相应的侧壁12、14之间的过渡是如何锁定在它们的位置的,且这使得通过在最接近过渡边缘50、52的区域中的弯曲,包装材料1的硬度有显著的增加。
图8示出了用流体材料9充装的包装8,其例如通过焊接、胶粘等等将侧壁12、14的上边缘相互结合在一起已经被密封。当包装8的上端如上所述被密封时形成的口盖66、68(又被称为三角形角)可通过多种不同的方式叠入和固定在由此形成的包装8的上表面70上,或者固定在包装的侧包围表面72、74上,以便额外地加固包装8和其上部,且从而使得包装8可叠起堆放。当人们最终要倒空内容物时,他们可简单地将口盖66、68折出并将其切掉或者撕掉,从而得到倾倒口76,随后倾倒口76可以不同的方式被重新密封,例如,使用可从包装8分离或固定在包装8上的再密封装置78(比如夹子等等)。
图9示意性地示出了根据本发明的包装的又一实施方式,其中包装8具有把手80,以方便将内容物9倒出。如图9中进一步示出的,根据本实施方式的包装8设置成倾斜成形,以便带有插入件82的把手80可以被插入到形成在包装8上的口袋84中,插入件82为折叠的支撑装置82的形式,优选地为纸板的折叠件。将纸板折叠以便沿包装8的水平面的截面看上去,其具有三角形的横截面,且纸板被优选地折叠以便三角形的其中一边具有双倍材料厚度,从而进一步加固把手80。
图10示出了用于包装的把手80的另一实施方式。将包装8充装并密封之后,可以利用板74将包装8的已密封的上表面70的中央部分72向下压,从而使得包装的上表面70上的上述口盖66、68升起。这使得通过胶粘、通过带固定或者通过熔融方式固定或者其他方式能够容易地将优选为带形的把手80连接在口盖66、68上。在设置有如上所述的把手80的包装8上,可如上所述的将口盖66、68的其中一个移除以便能倒空包装8,但是优选地是单独的倒空装置86、88被固定在包装8上。单独的倒空装置86可例如用“盒中袋”包装的常用的方式被设置在包装8的侧壁12、14的比较靠下的位置。作为可选方式,倒空装置88可为设置在包装8上部处的带有螺帽的管口,所述管口优选地固定在包装8通过其充装的开口处。进一步的有益可选方式为将倒空装置86、88设置成在气垫和洗浴玩具中也使用的种类的阀,从而在不使用该阀的时候,该阀可被推进包装8内。还可获得一个优势,例如纸或者塑料的扁平密封件90可被以这样的方式固定在包装8上:密封件在阀处于被推进包装内的位置时覆盖阀。从而包装8的购买者可确定密封件没有被破坏,这就意味着阀没有被打开。通过设置如上所述的把手80,使得包装8可以被堆叠并紧凑的运输,因为把手可“向下折叠”在包装8的上表面上,然后其形成大致平坦的表面。进一步地,除了包裹包装的内容物的材料之外,根据本发明的包装仅需要非常少的材料。
图11示出了包装的下部的又一实施方式。不使用齿轮,还可用压制夹钳雕出褶皱或者凸缘,所述压制夹钳间断地向材料薄板2做相向和离开材料薄板相背运动,这与装置6为包装8制造密封缝4的方式相同。如图所示,当使用压制夹钳时,包装的下角可设置有沿着侧壁12、14逐渐增高的凸缘92、94,以便进一步加固包装。为了避免在设置所述肋条92、94时侧壁12、14在所述下角处被相互焊接在一起,在利用压制夹钳的凸缘处底部薄片18、20之间设置不可焊接的材料,例如Teflon。包装可用于流体材料,例如流体,或粘性产品,例如橘子酱等。
通过使用包装,制造该包装所需的材料量被最小化。对于大的包装来说,人们可得出这样的数量级关系,每100克被装进包装的材料1克包装材料。
为了给包装增加的稳固性,可在充装之后在包装的下部使用加强部分,例如带。还可利用热激活胶将加强部分固定,热激活胶的熔点低于薄片的熔点。
当充装材料的时候,包装优选地为平置且“没有空气”以避免泡沫产生。
因此,本发明涉及用于流体材料的包装,该包装8包括柔性片材2的袋,其中包装8包括两个相对的侧壁12、14和底部22,在充装材料之前,底部22呈现为容纳在侧壁12、14之间的两个区域18、20,且其中进一步地底部22和侧壁12、14沿着包装8的侧边缘3、5相互紧密地密封,其中沿着包装8的底部22和其相应的侧壁12、14之间的过渡边缘50、52设置褶皱部分13、15以形成相互连接的一系列薄片54、56、58、60,从而在包装8被充满流体材料9时,侧壁12、14沿着过渡边缘50、52保持为大致竖直且大致与底部22垂直,其中包装8被稳定以防止翻倒。
本发明进一步涉及制造用于流体材料的稳定包装8的方法,其中包括如下步骤:
形成对应于所述包装8的两个相对的侧壁12,14以及底部22的W形横断面的柔性材料1的平放的连续薄板2,在充装材料之前,所述底部22包括容纳在所述侧壁12、14之间的两个区域18、20;
将所述薄板2的下部的至少一部分打褶,其中设置沿着在所述包装8的所述底部22和其相应的所述侧壁12、14之间的过渡边缘50、52的褶皱部分13、15;
沿着所述薄板以固定的间隔建立横向密封缝4;以及
沿着所述密封缝4用切刀切割所述薄板以形成单个的包装8。
如上所述,根据进一步的实施方式,该方法除此之外还包括下列步骤,在可能的情况下下列步骤每次单独或者联合使用:
在相互接合的压制夹钳或齿轮30、32之间将所述薄板的下部打褶,所述压制夹钳或所述齿轮30、32、相对于所述薄板2沿所述薄板的纵向移动;
通过间断地将所述薄板2焊接在一起而沿着所述薄板以固定间隔建立横向密封缝4;
在充装之后,通过将所述包装8的颈部10焊接在一起来密封所述包装8。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于流体材料的包装,包装(8)包括柔性片材(2)制成的袋,其中包装(8)包括两个相对的侧壁(12,14)和底部(22),在充装材料之前,底部(22)呈现为容纳在所述侧壁(12,14)之间的两个区域(18,20),且其中进一步地所述底部(22)和所述侧壁(12,14)沿着所述包装(8)的侧边缘(3,5)被相互紧密地密封,其特征在于,沿着所述包装(8)的所述底部(22)和其相应的侧壁(12,14)之间的过渡边缘(50,52)设置褶皱部分(13,15)以形成一系列相互连接的薄片(54,56;58,60),从而在所述包装(8)充满所述流体材料(9)时,所述侧壁(12,14)沿着所述过渡边缘(50,52)保持基本竖直且基本与所述底部(22)垂直,其中所述包装(8)被稳定以防止翻倒。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,所述褶皱部分(13,15)以相互交替打褶设置的细长薄片(54,56,58,60)的形式设置,其中所述薄片(54,56,58,60)之间的连接线(55,59)与所述包装(8)的所述底部(22)和其相应的所述侧壁(12,14)之间的所述过渡边缘(50,52)成大致直角延伸。
3.如上述权利要求的任一项所述的包装,其特征在于,所述褶皱部分(13,15)沿所述包装(8)的所述底部(22)和其相应的所述侧壁(12,14)之间的所述过渡边缘(50,52)的至少一部分设置。
4.如上述权利要求的任一项所述的包装,其特征在于,通过将所述侧壁(12,14)的上边缘相互结合在一起来密封所述包装(8),由此在所述包装(8)的上端形成的口盖(66,68)被叠入和固定至所述包装(8)的所述上表面(70)或侧包围表面(72,74)以进一步加固所述包装(8)及其上部。
5.如上述权利要求的任一项所述的包装,其特征在于,所述包装设置有包括插入件(82)的把手(80),所述插入件为被插入到所述包装(8)上的口袋(84)中的支撑装置的形式。
6.如权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于,带形把手(80)被固定在所述包装(8)的上端。
7.如上述权利要求的任一项所述的包装,其特征在于,所述包装包括单独的倒空装置(86,88),其被设置成固定到所述包装(8)。
8.一种制造流体材料的稳定包装的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括下列步骤:
形成对应于所述包装(8)的两个相对的侧壁(12,14)以及底部(22)的W形横断面的柔性材料(1)的平放的连续薄板(2),在充装材料之前,所述底部(22)包括容纳在所述侧壁(12,14)之间的两个区域(18,20);
将所述薄板(2)的下部的至少一部分打褶,其中设置沿着所述包装(8)的所述底部(22)和其相应的所述侧壁(12,14)之间的过渡边缘(50,52)的褶皱部分(13,15);
沿着所述薄板以固定间隔建立横向密封缝(4);以及
沿着所述密封缝(4)用切刀切割所述薄板以形成单个的包装(8)。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于下列步骤:
在相互接合的压制夹钳或齿轮(30,32)之间将所述薄板的下部打褶,所述压制夹钳或所述齿轮(30,32)相对于所述薄板(2)沿所述薄板的纵向移动。
10.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于下列步骤:
通过间断地将所述薄板(2)焊接在一起而沿着所述薄板以固定间隔建立横向密封缝(4);以及
在充装之后,通过将所述包装(8)的颈部(10)焊接在一起来密封所述包装(8)。
