Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于轧制带形轧件的轧制设备。
背景技术
例如由EP 618 018B1、JP 62 151209已知一种此类型的轧制设备。这些轧制设备可以具有一个第一卷取机和一个第二卷取机和至少一个在各卷取机之间的轧机机架,其中每个卷取机都构成为可逆式卷取机,亦即构成为退绕卷取机和卷绕卷取机。
由GB 749 501已知,每个卷取机配置一个具有一些用于向每个可逆式卷取机输送钢卷的钢卷输送车的钢卷输送物流装置。
传统上,轧制设备构成有一个专门的退绕卷取机和至少一个(大多包括两个)另外的卷取机。所有输入的钢卷只装载在该退绕卷取机上。离开的钢卷被一个其他的卷取机取走。还有一些轧制设备,其中所有输入的钢卷装载在一个卷取机并且也从其重新取走。该卷取机涉及一种退绕和卷绕卷取机。
传统上,在一个专门的用于穿入轧制设备的带头准备装置中将带头准备好。为此将带头从钢卷退绕下来并且一直输送到一个在附近的准备装置。在该钢卷准备装置中给予带头所要求的形状。
传统上,退绕卷取机配备有一个带中心调节装置。
传统上,轧制设备构成有一个专门的用于将钢卷输送到退绕卷取机的钢卷输送车和至少一个另外用于从卷绕卷取机将钢卷送出的钢卷输送车。还有一些轧制设备,其中一个钢卷输送车将所有输入的钢卷装载到一个卷取机上并且也从其重新取走。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,简化一种此类型的轧制设备继而将其构成更经济的和操作更方便的。
按照本发明,用一种用于轧制带形轧件的轧制设备达到该目的,该用于轧制带形轧件的轧制设备包括一个第一卷取机和一个第二卷取机、和至少一个在各卷取机之间的轧机机架,其中,每个卷取机都构成为可逆式卷取机,亦即构成为退绕卷取机和卷绕卷取机,并且为每个卷取机配置一个钢卷输送物流装置,该钢卷输送物流装置具有一些用于向每个可逆式卷取机输送钢卷的钢卷输送车,其特征在于,卷取机与一些钢卷转送站连接并且这些钢卷转送站与一些钢卷出料台连接,其中,钢卷经由一些相对于卷取机垂直移动的、仅在轨道上行驶的钢卷输送车可供应给钢卷出料台,并且为了按轧制设备的一个选择的或当前的轧制方向向每个可逆式卷取机送入钢卷和从每个可逆式卷取机送出钢卷,一些可移向每个可逆式卷取机和从每个可逆式卷取机可移开的钢卷输送车是可调整的,其中,这些可移向每个可逆式卷取机和从每个可逆式卷取机可移开的钢卷输送车连接到钢卷转送站,用于将钢卷转送到串联的钢卷输送车,这些串联的钢卷输送车将钢卷转交给钢卷出料台,并且为了针对待轧制的钢卷或已轧制好的钢卷控制钢卷出料台,设置一个相对于卷取机横向移动的、连接钢卷转送站的、仅在轨道上行驶的横向输送车,其中,垂直移动的钢卷输送车以及横向输送车和钢卷转送站为了使输入的和轧制的钢卷旋转根据轧制设备的当前的轧制方向且根据钢卷在钢卷进口以及钢卷出口的设置可旋转180°。
优选的是,两个卷取机设有一些装置,用于从钢卷剥下带头、用于卷绕带头和用于将待轧制的带穿入一个轧机机架中。
轧制设备可以是一种单向或可逆式轧制设备。
因此本发明总体涉及一种具有两个可逆式卷取机和至少一个轧机机架的轧制设备。此外本发明还涉及所述轧制设备的实施形式,这种实施形式允许在可逆式卷取机上准备好用于穿入的带头。同时本发明还涉及具有一个钢卷输送物流装置的轧制设备的实施形式,这种实施形式允许交替地或以任意的顺序将钢卷装载到一个或另一个可逆式卷取机上,对其进行轧制,以及交替地或以任意的顺序从一个或另一个可逆式卷取机取下钢卷。
此外本发明还涉及带输送物流装置,它允许通过横向移动钢卷在多个卷绕卷取机中利用共同的钢卷输送装置就足够应付。

具体实施方式
按照本发明的轧制设备构成有两个等价值的卷取机,亦即没有专门的退绕卷取机、卷绕卷取机或退绕和卷绕卷取机。按照本发明的轧制设备的两个卷取机1和17两者都可以用作为退绕卷取机、卷绕卷取机和可逆式卷取机(卷绕和退绕卷取机)。由此可以将输入的钢卷装载到在最后的轧制通道中用作为退绕卷取机的卷取机上。一旦带尾离开该卷取机,就可以将新的钢卷推到空的退绕卷取机芯轴上。在轧制的带从轧机被甩尾和送出期间,可以准备好用于穿入的新的钢卷的钢带头部并将其穿入或直接穿入。因此可以直接在轧制的带的带尾之后或随着带尾穿入新带的带头。在通过轧机的适当数目的通道情况下,则将输入的钢卷交替地装载到两个卷取机上。
在图1中示出具有两个轧机机架3和11的轧制设备的一种实施形式。轧制设备可以不仅构成有一个轧机机架而且构成具有多个轧机机架。
各轧机机架可以按单向或可逆运行方式运行。
在图中用4和7或12和15标记支承辊,而用5和6或13和14标记工作辊。轧机机架也可以包括其他的辊(例如中间辊)。
在两个可逆式轧机机架之间可以有多个引带辊,例如夹紧辊8、9和带钢张力测量辊。
在按照本发明的轧制设备中,可移动的带传输台19或20可以构成在可逆式卷取机1或17与转向辊2或16之间以及可移动的压紧辊18或21这样构成,以致可以从钢卷剥下带头并同时为穿入做好准备。
按照本发明的钢卷输送物流装置的两个钢卷输送车22和27可以两者用于向或从卷取机1或17输送钢卷。由此可以将输入的钢卷装载到在最后的轧制通道中用作为退绕卷取机的可逆式卷取机上。同时离开的钢卷可以从在最后的轧制通道中用作为卷绕卷取机可逆式卷取机取走。
按照本发明的钢卷输送物流装置的钢卷输送车24或29可以用于从钢卷出料台25或30输送钢卷。钢卷输送物流装置的钢卷输送车24或29可以用于向钢卷出料台25或30输送钢卷。由此可以确定钢卷输送车24或29用于输入的或轧制的钢卷的钢卷输送。
也可以通过其他的输送装置例如升降梁来代替钢卷输送车24或29。
钢卷输送物流装置的钢卷输送车26(横向移动车)可以用于在两个钢卷转送位置23与28之间的输送钢卷。由此可以将输入的钢卷从钢卷输送车24或29转送到卷取机17和1。同样可以将轧制的钢卷从可逆式卷取机1或17转送到钢卷输送车29或24。钢卷输送物流装置的钢卷输送车26还可以用于将钢卷旋转180°。由此可以以带头的正确的位置将输入的钢卷从钢卷输送车24或29转送到可逆式卷取机17和1。同样可以以带头的正确的位置将轧制的钢卷从可逆式卷取机1 或17转送到钢卷输送车29或24。
如果直接从钢卷输送车24和29接收钢卷或通过钢卷输送车26将钢卷转送到钢卷输送车22和27,则可以将钢卷转送位置23和28构成为单独的钢卷出料台或只用作为转送位置。
Claims (5)
