发明背景
用于衣服洗涤的粉状洗涤剂在高pH下配制,且通常包含过碳酸盐或过硼酸盐作为漂白剂。为了给予洗涤机另外的益处,可将高性能有机化合物(HPOC)例如抗氧化剂、遮光染料和遮光颜料添加至制剂中。这些化合物经常在化学上对高pH和漂白剂不稳定,以致于它们在贮藏时被破坏。为了防止该问题,通过在分离的定量加入后的颗粒中,将它们添加至制剂,可将它们与制剂分离。如WO2007/039042(Unilever)所述,可将酸性聚合物添加至颗粒用于增加稳定性。
如WO2006/053598(Unilever)所述,最好在此类颗粒中使用非离子型表面活性剂,开始混入HPOC,帮助各成分在洗涤中分散和释放。当HPOC是疏水性材料时,尤其如此。
在贮藏条件下,在粉状洗涤剂中,在高的温度和湿度下,含非离子型表面活性剂的颗粒,在整个配制期间非离子型表面活性剂浸出,再次将HPOC暴露于高pH和漂白剂中。在包含高水平的非离子型表面活性剂的粉状洗涤剂制剂中,该问题特别严重。从颗粒中浸出也可能导致粉末脱色,对于染料和颜料尤其如此。
发明概述
我们已经发现本发明的颗粒提供减少的HPOC渗色(bleeding)。
在本发明的一个方面提供包含以下组分的颗粒:
(i)5-30%重量的非离子型表面活性剂,0.00001-5%重量的高性能有机化合物混合在其中,所述高性能有机化合物选自染料、颜料和抗氧化剂;
(ii)20-90%重量的二氧化硅;和
(iii)20-60%重量的粘合剂,该粘合剂不同于非离子型表面活性剂,
其中分数(%重量粘合剂)/(%重量非离子型表面活性剂)大于1,优选大于2,最优选大于2.5。
优选,HPOC混合在其中的非离子型表面活性剂与二氧化硅接触,且用粘合剂涂覆。
发明详述
高性能有机化学物
高性能有机化合物是按低水平,优选0.00001-0.5%重量添加至制剂的有机化合物,以给予使用者去污力以外的益处。
HPOC限于抗氧化剂、遮光染料、遮光颜料或其混合物。
HPOC最优选为染料。
染料
染料优选选自碱性染料、酸性染料、直接染料、选自溶剂染料和分散染料的疏水性染料。
染料可选自按颜色指数列出的那些(染色与印染工作者协会与美国纺织化学与印染工作者协会(Society of Dyers and Colourists andAmerican Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists))。
也可使用如WO 2007/084729所述蓝色和紫色噻唑鎓单偶氮染料。
优选颗粒包含0.01-1.0%重量的遮光染料,用于使织物洁白。
优选遮光染料选自:
(1)直接染料
优选直接紫和直接蓝染料。优选染料为二或三-偶氮染料。致癌的联苯胺(benzidene)基染料不优选。
最优选直接染料是以下结构的直接紫:

(2)酸性染料
棉花实质的酸性染料给予含棉花的服装益处。优选的染料及染料混合物是蓝或紫染料。优选的酸性染料为:
(i)吖嗪染料,其中染料具有以下核结构:

(3)疏水性染料
所述组合物可包含一种或多种疏水性染料,所述染料选自苯并二呋喃(benzodifuranes)、次甲基染料、三苯基甲烷、萘二甲酰亚胺(napthalimides)、吡唑、萘醌(napthoquinone)、蒽醌和单偶氮染料或二偶氮染料发色团。疏水性染料是不含任何带电的水增溶基团的染料。疏水性染料可选自分散染料和溶剂染料。优选蓝和紫蒽醌染料以及单偶氮染料。

(4)活性染料

(5)遮光性光漂白剂
遮光性光漂白剂(PB)是在暴露于光时形成活性漂白物质的染料。它们最好用于与其它遮光染料和颜料组合,以给予蓝色或紫色。

PB*+3O2→PB+1O2
光漂白剂分子吸收光并达到电子激发态PB*。该电子激发态被环境中的三线态氧3O2猝灭,形成单线态1O2。单线态氧是高活性漂白剂。
合适的遮光性光漂白剂可选自水溶性酞菁化合物,尤其是金属化的酞菁化合物,其中金属是Zn或A1-Z1,其中Z1是卤离子、硫酸根、硝酸根、羧酸根、烷醇盐或氢氧根离子。优选,酞菁具有与其共价连接的1-4个SO3X基团,其中X是碱金属或铵离子。在WO 2005/014769(Ciba)中描述了此类化合物。

(6)碱性染料

颜料

优选,二氧化硅具有0.1-100微米,优选1-15微米的平均粒度APS。优选该粒度由激光衍射粒度分析仪测定,优选具有100mm透镜的Malvern HP。
关于粒度测量的一般讨论,见OECD110和EUR 20268EN(2002)。
优选二氧化硅是中性或酸性二氧化硅。
优选二氧化硅是无定形的。
优选二氧化硅没有进行蜡表面处理。这允许HPOC迅速释放至洗涤介质。
粘合剂
粘合剂是用于将混合物中的两种或多种其它材料粘合在一起的材料。其两种主要性质是粘附和内聚。粘合剂不同于非离子型表面活性剂。在洗涤用洗涤剂颗粒领域中粘合剂是标准的,其实例为:CP45、CP5、乙二醇、表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸酯、柠檬酸及其混合物。
优选,粘合剂具有30℃以上的熔点。
优选粘合剂选自聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸酯/马来酸酯共聚物。
粘合剂可用作二氧化硅颗粒的涂覆剂和共成粒剂(cogranulent)。
本文使用的合适的聚合物是水溶性的。水溶性,在本文中表示聚合物具有在20℃在软化水中大于5g/L的溶解度。
粘合剂优选为酸性聚合物。酸性聚合物,在本文中表示所述聚合物的1%溶液具有低于7,优选低于5.5的pH。
本文使用的合适的聚合物的分子量在1000-280,000的范围内,优选1500-150,000。
符合以上标准并因此在本发明中特别有用的合适的聚合物包括具有以下经验式I的那些及其混合物
其中X是O或CH2;Y是共聚单体或共聚单体混合物;R1和R2是漂白稳定的聚合物端基;R3是H、OH或Cl-4烷基;M是H及其与碱金属、碱土金属、铵或取代的铵的混合物;p为0-2;n为至少10。在此类聚合物中优选部分M为H,以确保聚合物足够酸性,以符合上文定义的酸度标准。
式I的聚合物在洗涤用洗涤剂领域中已知,且通常用作螯合剂,例如在GB-A-1,597,756中。优选的聚羧酸酯聚合物落入几类中。第一类属于共聚的聚羧酸酯聚合物类,它们通常至少由不饱和聚羧酸例如马来酸、柠康酸、衣康酸和中康酸作为第一单体,和不饱和一元羧酸例如丙烯酸或α-C1-C4烷基丙烯酸作为第二单体形成。因此,参考式I,优选的该类型的聚羧酸酯聚合物是以下那些:其中X是CHO,R3是H或Cl-4烷基,尤其是甲基,p为约0.1-约1.9,优选约0.2-约1.5,n平均约10-约1500,优选约50-约1000,更优选100-800,尤其是120-400,Y包含式II的单体单元。

实施例1
将染料溶剂紫13混入非离子型表面活性剂(7EO),以形成0.5%重量的溶液。
在高剪切混合机中将非离子型表面活性剂添加至载体。在此之后,添加粘合剂以将混合物成粒。使得到的颗粒在烘箱中在353K干燥,最后过筛以得到500-1000微米尺寸范围的颗粒。
该颗粒具有以下组成。所有百分比指重量百分比。

实施例2渗色试验
将实施例1的颗粒添加至以下制剂的洗涤剂粉末中,以便粉末包含0.01%重量的溶剂紫13。粉末在310K和70%相对湿度下贮藏在开放的杯中,持续1个月。
制剂(1)表面活性剂系统:18%LAS钠。助洗剂系统:28%三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钠和二硅酸钠。漂白剂系统:无。其余为硫酸钠。
制剂(2)表面活性剂系统:7%LAS钠、3%非离子型表面活性剂(7EO)。助洗剂系统:45%三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钠、二硅酸钠。漂白剂系统:无。其余为硫酸钠。
制剂(3)表面活性剂系统:10%LAS钠、5%非离子型表面活性剂(7EO)。助洗剂系统:35%沸石、碳酸钠,漂白剂系统:16%过碳酸钠和TAED。其余为硫酸钠。
贮藏后,目测检查粉末的渗色并与新鲜粉末比较。结果在下表中给出。
1在粉末中还观察到蓝色颗粒
2贮藏后,在粉末中未观察到有色颗粒
具有高水平CP5的颗粒1二氧化硅颗粒给出最佳的总体性能。
在颗粒4中颜色的消失表明染料随时间被存在于制剂中的漂白剂破坏。
性能试验显示,在制剂(3)中一些染料也随时间破坏,该破坏在含有酸性粘合剂CP13的颗粒(2)中最少。
从制剂(1)和(2)的任何颗粒中均未观察到染料损失。
Claims (8)
1.一种提供减少的高性能有机化合物渗色的颗粒,所述颗粒包含:
(i)5-30%重量的非离子型表面活性剂,所述非离子型表面活性剂混合有0.00001-5%重量的高性能有机化合物,所述高性能有机化合物选自遮光染料、遮光颜料和抗氧化剂;
(ii)20-90%重量的二氧化硅;和
(iii)20-60%重量的粘合剂,所述粘合剂不同于非离子型表面活性剂,
其中所述粘合剂的%重量/所述非离子型表面活性剂的%重量的分数大于1。
2.权利要求1的颗粒,其中所述二氧化硅具有0.2-2.5ml/g的孔隙体积。
3.权利要求1或2的颗粒,其中所述二氧化硅具有1-15微米的平均粒度。
4.权利要求3的颗粒,其中所述二氧化硅为中性或酸性。
5.权利要求1或2的颗粒,其中所述粘合剂选自:聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸酯/马来酸酯共聚物。
6.权利要求5的颗粒,其中所述粘合剂为酸性。
7.权利要求1或2的颗粒,其中高性能有机化合物混合在其中的所述非离子型表面活性剂与二氧化硅接触,并用所述粘合剂涂覆。
8.权利要求1或2的颗粒,其中所述高性能有机化合物为遮光染料。
