Abstract
本发明公开了一种颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物，能大大提高含过氧化物洗涤剂的漂白能力，使其在低温下也能发挥作用，且在不使用粘结剂或使用少量粘结剂的情况下，能够直接挤出成型，该组合物含有：(a)通式如下为
的烷酰氧基苯磺酸盐，其中R是C9～C12烷基，M为碱金属；(b)四乙酰乙二胺。本发明的漂白活化剂组合物颗粒韧性强，不易破碎，省去了传统造粒过程中的干燥环节，节约能源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于活化漂白剂的组合物，特别是一种颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物。
背景技术
无机过氧化物漂白剂作为一种洗涤剂助剂受到广泛应用。在洗涤剂中加入无机过氧化物漂白剂，可以更加有效地去除污渍和污垢。但这种漂白剂的漂白能力随温度显著变化，它们仅在温度高于60℃的溶液中有效，随着溶液温度在60℃以下不断降低，其效能也越来越低。
使用过氧化物漂白活化剂可以使漂白剂即使在低温下仍能发挥作用。
烷酰氧基苯磺酸盐(NOBD)与四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)是常用的漂白活化剂，在欧州洗涤剂配方中主要使用四乙酰乙二胺，而在美洲和日本则主要使用烷酰氧基苯磺酸盐或羟基苯甲酸衍生物，前者属于疏水性漂白活化剂，后者属于亲水性漂白活化剂。洗涤试验表明，亲水性活化剂对有机色素洗涤，如果汁红酒等污渍有良好的漂白效果，而疏水性活化剂对油性污渍有较好的效果。传统的漂白活化剂均是以单一种类的活化剂形式存在，而单独使用亲水或疏水水活化剂在日常洗涤中难以达到较好效果。
因此，特别需要配制一种漂白活化剂组合物，它使过氧化物洗涤剂具有双重漂白功能，既能够去除有机色素，又能够去除油性污渍。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物，能大大提高含过氧化物洗涤剂的漂白能力，使其在低温下也能发挥作用，且在不使用粘结剂或使用少量粘结剂的情况下，能够直接挤出成型。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的：
一种颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物，其特征在于含有：
(a)通式如下的烷酰氧基苯磺酸盐，
其中R是C9～C12烷基，M为碱金属；
(b)四乙酰乙二胺。
优选地，烷酰氧基苯酸盐与四乙酰乙二胺的重量比为1∶0.5～2。
进一步地，该组合物还包含2～10％(重量比)的粘合剂，粘合剂是羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基淀粉、聚乙二醇、泡花碱、和硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
更进一步地，该组合物还包含染料、香精或酶，以提高漂白活化剂组合物的外观等品质。
发明人通过试验证明，在有上述两种活化剂存在时，含过氧化物洗涤剂的漂白效果比单独使用一种活化剂的洗涤剂有所提高，而且对一些难漂污渍的也具有很好的漂白效果。
而且，惊奇的发现，将烷酰氧基苯磺酸盐和四乙酰乙二胺两种活化剂混合造粒，在不使用粘结剂及使用少量粘结剂的情况下，能够直接挤出成型，颗粒韧性强，不易破碎。还可以省去了传统造粒过程中的干燥环节，节约能源。
将上述活化剂混合物通过挤出设备挤出，挤出直径为0.1～3.0mm，优选0.8～1.2mm，颗粒长度为0.5～10mm，采用旋转切割刀、切削刀将颗粒长度调节至需要长度，圆形颗粒优选长度为0.8～2.0mm，棒状颗粒长度优选为0.8～5.0mm。圆形颗粒经过整粒机将颗粒圆整。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
将壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠600g和四乙酰乙二胺400g，在混合机中充分混合后，通过小型双螺杆挤出机(装有1mm挤出网孔)挤出。挤出物采用旋转切割刀切削，切削频率为1200转每分钟。切削后用整粒机整粒，用0.5mm～1.6mm目标分级筛网筛分，得颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物产品。过筛后产品收率75％。
漂白活化效率对比：
称取标准基粉(配方为烷基苯磺酸钠15份，三聚磷酸钠17份，硅酸钠10份，碳酸钠3份，羧甲基纤维素钠1份)0.516g，过碳酸钠0.06g，上述漂白活化剂组合物0.024g配成300ml溶液；
对照组：(1)标准基粉0.516g、过碳酸钠0.06g、四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)0.024g，配成300ml溶液；(2)标准基粉0.516g、过碳酸钠0.06g、壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(NOBS)0.024g，配成300ml溶液。
在去污机中进行去污力试验，洗涤结果如下表所示(洗涤温度25℃)：

表中数值为去污值，数值越高去漂白去污效果越好；漂白活化剂组合物为实施例1所得产品。
实施例2
将壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠400g、四乙酰乙二胺500g和聚乙二醇100g，在混合机中充分混合，挤出、造粒同实施例1。得颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物产品，过筛后收率为80％。
漂白活化效率对比试验与实施例1相同。
洗涤结果如下表所示(洗涤温度25℃)：

将壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠300g，四乙酰乙二胺600g，羧甲基纤维素钠50g，纯水80g，硫酸钠50g，在混合机中充分混合，挤出、造粒同实施例1。得颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物产品，过筛后产品收率为78％。
漂白活化效率对比试验与实施例1相同。
洗涤结果如下表所示(洗涤温度25℃)：

壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠500g，四乙酰乙二胺400g，羧甲基纤维素钠50g，纯水80g，在纯水中添加蓝色颜料0.01g，硫酸钠50g，纯水80g，硫酸钠50g。上述物料在混合机中充分混合，挤出、造粒同实施例1，得颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物产品，过筛后产品收率为78％。
漂白活化效率对比试验与实施例1相同。
洗涤结果如下表所示(洗涤温度25℃)：

实施例5：
壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠500g，四乙酰乙二胺500g，聚乙二醇50g，椰油酸50g，蓝色颜料0.01g，上述物料在混合机中充分混合，通过小型环形碾轮式挤出机(装有1mm挤出网孔)挤出，挤出模头转速为250转每分钟，挤出后返回再次挤出，以便颜料充分分散。两次挤出后直接用0.5mm～1.6mm目标分级筛网筛分，过筛后产品收率为85％。
漂白活化效率对比试验与实施例1相同。
洗涤结果如下表所示(洗涤温度25℃)：

月桂酰氧基苯磺酸钠300g，四乙酰乙二胺600g，羧甲基纤维素钠50g，纯水80g，硫酸钠50g，上述物料在混合机中充分混合挤出、造粒同实施例1。得颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物产品，过筛后产品收率为82％。
漂白活化效率对比试验与实施例1相同。
洗涤结果如下表所示(洗涤温度25℃)：

Claims (1)
1.一种颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物，其特征在于由以下方法制成：将壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠600g和四乙酰乙二胺400g，在混合机中充分混合后，通过装有1mm挤出网孔的小型双螺杆挤出机挤出，挤出物采用旋转切割刀切削，切削频率为1200转每分钟，切削后用整粒机整粒，用0.5mm~1.6mm目标分级筛网筛分，得颗粒状漂白活化剂组合物产品。
