Abstract
本发明为一种矿质钾宝钾肥配方及其制备方法,涉及农业肥料领域,其特征在于将K2O≥20%、MgO≥1.5%、微量营养元素铁0.2-1.3%、锰0.8-1.3%、锌0.3-1.3%、铜0.2-1.3%、硼0.8-1.3%、钼0.2-1.3%两种或两种以上任意组合后≥2.5%和肥料填充物混合在一起,经粉碎、混匀后,分装即为产品。该产品具有改良土壤结构、增强土壤保水力、活化土壤养分、提高土壤肥力及治理盐碱地等功能。与同类产品相比,具有肥效好,制备工艺简单,原料易得,制备成本低廉的特点。

本发明涉及一种矿质钾宝肥配方及生产方法,该产品主要用于果树、马铃薯、番瓜、蒜苗等农产品的施肥上。
背景技术
目前,公知的矿质肥料有很多,例如专利申请号200510019635,发明名称为一种天然有机矿质活性生物保健肥料中由有机质、矿质粉、活性有益生物菌种、微量活性元素组成,各成份的重量百分比分别是:有机质褐煤粉8-10、秸秆粉8-10、矿质沸石粉10-20、钾长石粉40-60、活性生物菌种粉0.5-1、微量活性元素1-3。经实践表明,活性有益生物菌种酶系分解力强,将有机质纤维素、木质素快速分解为多种营养素,菌体分泌多种氨基酸营养成份及快速溶解矿质粉,为多种养分,供作物全能吸收利用。具有成本低,营养成份齐全,肥期和肥效利用率高,既长效又速效,改良土壤,提高了抗病虫害能力和作物品质且增产,为天然环保无公害的绿色保健肥料。专利申请号为00100450,发明名称为复合生物有机矿质肥料的生产方法中将固氮菌液、溶磷菌液、解钾菌液、促生抑病菌液各取本原料重量的2.5%混合,与草炭600-800kg、豆饼粉50-100kg、玉米粉50-100kg、骨粉10-20kg、沸石粉100-200kg、钾矿石粉150-200kg、磷矿石粉150-200kg混拌均匀;在含水30%、料温25-30℃、湿度85-90%的条件下,敞开发酵72-120小时;然后低压挤出造粒,低温气流滚圆烘干而成。本肥料具有养分齐全,肥效快,肥期长的优点。
发明内容
本发明是K2O≥20%、MgO≥1.5%,微量元素≥2.5%,硫酸钾肥≥62%、含镁矿物≥7.7%、微量营养元素为化学纯硫酸亚铁1-6.5%、硫酸锰2.3-3.8%、硫酸锌0.9-4.4%、硫酸铜0.8-5.2%、硼砂8-13%、钼酸铵0.4-2.5%,两种或两种以上任意组合后使铁、锰、锌、铜、硼、钼的总含量≥2.5%。包含了作物生长过程中所需的钾素养分和微量营养元素。在制备过程中,将上述原料,按上述比例,经粉碎、混合后,包装即为成品。这种矿质钾宝肥配方硫酸钾肥≥62%、含镁矿物≥7.7%、微量营养元素为化学纯硫酸亚铁1-6.5%、硫酸锰2.3-3.8%、硫酸锌0.9-4.4%、硫酸铜0.8-5.2%、硼砂8-13%、钼酸铵0.4-2.5%两种或两种以上任意组合后使铁、锰、锌、铜、硼、钼的总含量≥2.5%。硫酸钾肥≥62%、含镁矿物≥7.7%、微量营养元素为铁0.2-1.3%、锰0.8-1.3%、锌0.3-1.3%、铜0.2-1.3%、硼0.8-1.3%、钼0.2-1.3%两种或两种以上任意组合后≥2.5%。矿质钾宝肥制备方法是将硫酸钾肥≥62公斤,含镁矿物≥7.7公斤,微量营养元素硫酸亚铁1-6.5%、硫酸锰2.3-3.8%、硫酸锌0.9-4.4%、硫酸铜0.8-5.2%、硼砂8-13%、钼酸铵0.4-2.5%两种或两种以上任意组合后使铁、锰、锌、铜、硼、钼的总含量≥2.5公斤,粉碎称重,不足100公斤的用填充物料补足、混匀即制得100公斤矿质钾宝钾肥,按规格分装即得产品。

这种矿质钾宝肥配方硫酸钾肥≥62%、含镁矿物≥7.7%、微量营养元素为化学纯硫酸亚铁1-6.5%、硫酸锰2.3-3.8%、硫酸锌0.9-4.4%、硫酸铜0.8-5.2%、硼砂8-13%、钼酸铵0.4-2.5%两种或两种以上任意组合后使铁、锰、锌、铜、硼、钼的总含量≥2.5%。矿质钾宝肥制备方法是将硫酸钾肥≥62公斤,含镁矿物≥7.7公斤,微量营养元素硫酸亚铁1-6.5%、硫酸锰2.3-3.8%、硫酸锌0.9-4.4%、硫酸铜0.8-5.2%、硼砂8-13%、钼酸铵0.4-2.5%两种或两种以上任意组合后使铁、锰、锌、铜、硼、钼的总含量≥2.5公斤,粉碎称重,不足100公斤的用填充物料补足、混匀即制得100公斤矿质钾宝钾肥,按规格分装即得产品。

1.一种矿质钾宝肥的配方,其特征是:K2O≥20%、MgO≥1.5%、微量元素≥2.5%,其中硫酸钾肥≥62%、含镁矿物≥7.7%、微量营养元素为铁0.2-1.3%、锰0.8-1.3%、锌0.3-1.3%、铜0.2-1.3%、硼0.8-1.3%、钼0.2-1.3%两种或两种以上任意组合后≥2.5%。
2.一种矿质钾宝肥的制备方法,其特征是:将硫酸钾肥≥62公斤,含镁矿物≥7.7公斤,微量营养元素硫酸亚铁1-6.5%、硫酸锰2.3-3.8%、硫酸锌0.9-4.4%、硫酸铜0.8-5.2%、硼砂8-13%、钼酸铵0.4-2.5%,两种或两种以上任意组合后使铁、锰、锌、铜、硼、钼总含量≥2.5公斤,粉碎称重,不足100公斤的用填充物料补足、混匀即制得100公斤矿质钾宝钾肥,按规格分装即得产品。
