Abstract
一种LED日光灯,包括散热基座,固定于散热基座上的灯罩和光源基板,驱动电路,安装在散热基座与灯罩端部的电源连接器,所述光源基板上安装有多个发光二极管,驱动电路设置于散热基座内部,光源基板包括至少两个子光源基板,所述两个子光源基板上发光二极管照明方向的延长线的夹角小于180度。子光源基板上发光二极管照明方向不同,可以增大LED日光灯的配光区域与照明角度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种日光灯,特别涉及一种LED日光灯。
背景技术
和传统光源相比,发光二极管(LED)具有较高之发光效率、低辐射、低耗电、寿命长、低驱动电压、启动快速、环保、抗震抗压、灯具可小型化等优点,以LED作为日光灯光源的照明装置目前被广泛应用,用来替代气体荧光式日光灯。
现有的LED日光灯通常由圆柱形透明灯管以及安装在灯管内LED光源基板组成。为了提高LED日光灯的照射度,LED光源基板上安装多列的发光二极管(LED),但所有的发光二极管都向同一个方向照射,使得LED日光灯的照明角度不足。也有为了增大照射角,采用照射角度较大的草帽型发光二极管作为光源设置在LED光源基板上,但因为草帽型发光二极管发光强度大,会导致LED日光灯产生强烈的眩光,影响照明质量。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种照明角度良好,不会产生眩光的LED通用日光灯。
一种LED日光灯,包括散热基座,固定于散热基座上的灯罩和光源基板,驱动电路,安装在散热基座与灯罩端部的电源连接器,所述光源基板上安装有多个发光二极管,驱动电路设置于散热基座内部,光源基板包括至少两个子光源基板,所述两个子光源基板上发光二极管照明方向的延长线的夹角小于180度。
所述子光源基板非平行的以一定夹角设置,不同的子光源照明方向不同,可以增大LED日光灯的配光区域与照明角度。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,以采用两个LED光源基板为例来说明本发明的具体结构和技术方案。
请参考图1,LED日光灯100包括散热基座10、灯罩20和电源连接器30。灯罩20固定在散热基座10上,形成大致为细长圆管状结构。电源连接器30设置在散热基座10与灯罩20的两个端部,电源连接器30用来与电源(未示出)建立电连接。
请参考图2,是图1中的LED日光灯沿着IV-IV方向的截面图。LED日光灯100还包括第一LED光源基板41、第二LED光源基板42和驱动电路50。驱动电路50收纳于散热基座10内部,其同时与电源连接器30、第一LED光源基板41、第二LED光源基板42相连接。驱动电路50包括直流/交流转换电路,主要用于把电源连接器30传输过来的交流电转化为直流电。第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42上均设置有发光二极管43,根据需要发光二极管43可以选择照射角度较大的草帽型发光二极管、较高功率发光二极管、或者彩色的发光二极管等不同种类。
散热基座10包括卡扣部11、散热部12和固定架13。散热部12与固定架13之间形成一空腔14,驱动电路50收纳于该空腔14内。所述散热部12采用散热性较好的铝合金基材制造,散热部12的外表面还设置有凸起部121,以增加散热面积。卡扣部11与灯罩20边缘的凸边21相扣合,将灯罩20固定在散热基座10上。
固定架13大致呈V型结构,第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42分别固定在固定架13的两侧,故第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42之间形成一夹角,第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42上发光二极管43照明方向的延长线的夹角小于180度。第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42非平行的以一定夹角设置,可以增大LED日光灯100的照明角度。请一并参考图3,第一配光区域71表示本实施例中LED日光灯100的配光曲线,第二配光区域72表示普通LED日光灯的配光曲线,本实施例中LED日光灯100的照明角度明显大于普通LED日光灯。一般第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42上发光二极管43照明方向的延长线的夹角可以设计在60°至170°之间,固定架13的形状根据第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42之间的夹角进行设计。固定架13采用V型结构的设计也使得散热部12与固定架13之间的空腔14容积增大,便于收纳驱动电路50,对驱动电路50上的各种电子零器件的高度和尺寸限制减小。
第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42与固定架13之间通过高导热性的导热胶带60相贴合,导热胶带60可以将第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42产生的热量传导至固定架13,然后再传导至散热部12。第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42也可以通过螺钉固定或者其他方式与固定架13相贴合,并在第一LED光源基板41、第二LED光源基板42与固定架13之间均设置导热板,用来将第一LED光源基板41与第二LED光源基板42产生的热量传导至散热部12。
灯罩20采用透明塑胶为基材,并在其中混合适当比例的光扩散粒子,增加光散射效果并使光柔和化。在灯罩20内表面设置柱状凸起22,利用光折射机制改变光的射出方向,来增加LED日光灯100的光照射角。所述灯罩20也可以采用在内表面设置粗糙表面来增加灯罩的光漫散射效果。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种LED日光灯,包括散热基座、固定于散热基座上的灯罩和光源基板、驱动电路、安装在散热基座与灯罩端部的电源连接器,所述光源基板上安装有多个发光二极管,其特征在于,驱动电路设置于散热基座内部,光源基板包括至少两个子光源基板,所述两个子光源基板上发光二极管照明方向的延长线的夹角小于180度。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述子光源基板的数量为两个,所述两个子光源基板上发光二极管照明方向的延长线的夹角在60°~170°之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述散热基座包括卡扣部,灯罩边缘设置有凸边,该卡扣部与灯罩边缘的凸边相扣合,将灯罩固定在散热基座上。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述散热基座外表面还设置有凸起部。
5.如权利要求3所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述散热基座还包括固定架,所述固定架大致呈V型结构,所述光源子基板的数量为两个且分别固定在所述固定架的两侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述光源基板通过导热的导热胶带与散热基座相贴合。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述光源基板与散热基座之间通过螺钉固定,光源基板与散热基座之间还设置有导热板。
8.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述驱动电路上设有直流/交流转换电路。
9.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩采用透明塑胶为基材,并在其中混合光扩散粒子。
10.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩内表面设置柱状凸起。
