Description

本发明涉及一种产生有根切钻孔的钻孔设备,它通过一个钻头接纳机构使钻孔刀具插入钻床,一个带钻模板的钻头,该模板位于与钻头接纳机构相对的钻具的杆端面上,一个环形盘状的制动环安装在钻杆上,该钻杆在制动环和钻头头部之间靠近钻杆中部的区域内有一突起部分,该突起部一方面沿制动环方向变细,另一方面沿钻头头部方向变细,从而形成从突起部分别向制动环和钻头头部延伸的第一和第二部分。
已知可以用钻孔设备产生在钻孔底部带有根切的钻孔。使用头部加宽的钻头通过旋转运动产生根切。可扩大的柱塞具有确实啮合根切的可扩大部分,可以将其插入这种有根切的钻孔。
DE-OS    3,340,090公开了一种可产生有根切钻孔的钻孔设备。在这种已知的钻孔设备中钻杆以较大的间隙被引入到一套筒之中,从而钻杆可在套筒内转动。但是这有缺点,在钻孔操作中钻头会偏斜,特别是当它遇到钻杆或其他特别硬的元件时,这样会产生钻孔的变形。一个特有的缺点是钻杆本身不能成为转动枢轴。
在专利文件DE-2657000和DE-3227767中公开了一种可产生带有根切钻孔的钻孔设备。其中DE-2657000是在孔外提供一种球形结构的制动环作为轴承支承,虽然制动环能提供一相对减少的止动 面,但钻具对孔口的破坏和变形却难以避免,同时制动环的结构复杂,制造难度大且成本高,从而难以达到预期的要求。在DE-3227767中提出了另一形式的钻孔设备,其是通过在孔口形成枢轴支撑,以使钻具在孔中产生根切,但由于钻杆与孔壁间的接触面小且又靠近孔口,随着钻头的摆动同样也会造成孔口的破坏,同时,也由于缺少止动环而使得孔深难以控制。
综上所述,上述先有技术中的钻孔设备都存在着一定的缺陷,这些缺陷直接影响产生带有根切的钻孔的质量,因此,为克服及消除这些缺陷,本发明提出了一种用于产生带有根切的、简化的钻孔设备。
本发明的钻孔设备是为了解决了上述先有技术中存在的问题,而且还简化了结构,本发明去除了钻杆上的球形套环,用以与钻杆构成为整体的制动环代替。由于钻杆与孔壁一起形成的特殊形式提供了枢轴承,使钻杆在钻孔中的位置得到完全精确的、预定的几何形状。同时,制动环保证了孔的预定深度和在钻头作枢轴运动时,为其提供良好的支承,由于枢轴承是由钻杆本身形成的,也使得钻屑能通过排屑槽连续排出。本发明所提供的钻孔设备具有一个突起部和直径小于突起部直径的两个部分,这两部分分别是从突起部向制动环和钻头头部延伸。该突起部不仅增加了钻头的强度,也对根切起到适当限制,并能适用于各种结构材料及深度不同的钻孔。
因此本发明在基于这个问题上提供一个简单的产生根切钻孔的钻孔设备。
在开始所叙述的普通型钻孔设备中可解决这个问题,在本设备中,设置一个环形盘状的制动环安装在钻杆上,钻杆在制动环和钻 头头部之间靠近钻杆中部的区域内有一突起部,该突起部一方面朝制动环方向变细,另一方面朝钻头头部方向变细,从而形成从突起部分别向制动环和钻头头部延伸的第一部分和第二部分。
在钻杆上制动环和钻头头部之间靠近钻杆中部的区域内形成的突起部,使得钻杆本身有可能在钻孔操作中用作枢轴承。以环形盘的形状安装在钻杆上的制动环限制了钻孔操作中形成的枢轴转动,也防止操作中因枢轴转动引起的钻孔孔口变大和破裂。制动环可以放在钻杆上,也可与钻杆构成一个整体。
按照本发明所述的钻孔设备,其最优实施方案是在钻杆上有排屑槽,该槽通过钻杆上的制动环。这样保证通过钻屑槽从钻孔带回来的钻屑可以通过制动环,并将钻屑送出制动环。
把制动环夹紧在钻杆上的圈弹簧可以安装在钻杆上制动环的上面。
在制动环与钻杆刚性连接的情况下,排屑槽终止在制动环上。
在实施方案描述中,按照本发明所述的钻孔设备其钻杆也可以没有排屑槽。在那种情况下钻屑的排出将由一个抽吸管道保证,已知该管道通过钻杆延伸。
本发明提供了一种用于产生有根切钻孔的钻孔设备,该设备包括可以插入钻床的钻孔刀具和一个有自由端的钻头,一个带有位于钻杆自由端上的钻模板的钻头头部,和一个具有一环形盘状形式并安装在钻杆上的制动环;钻杆在制动环和钻头头部之间靠近钻杆中部的区域内有一个突起部、第一和第二部分,该第一和第二部分从突起部分别向制动环和钻头头部延伸,并且其最大直径比突起部的最大直径要小,第一和第二部分至少一个具有锥形面,和用于通过 制动环排出钻屑的槽;所述突起部具有圆柱形形状。

图1显示的钻孔设备包括钻杆1和与它刚性连接的制动环2。钻模板4插入钻头头部3,钻模板的侧向刃突出与钻杆1成一定角度。在钻头头部3和制动环2之间靠近钻杆中部区域内钻杆有突起部5,它在根切6的产生过程中起枢轴轴承的作用。突起部5靠在钻孔7的壁上,并在该区呈圆柱形状,由突起部5限制枢轴区。这样有可能在钻孔的底部产生界限确定的根切6。
通过加压或其他的方法将制动环2刚性地固定在杆1上,并限制在钻头头部3能够穿透的深度。
为了能够将在钻孔操作过程中产生的钻屑传送出钻孔7,钻杆1有屑槽8,它从钻头头部3开始,通过突起部5和穿过制动环2,延伸到杆的直线部分。这样可以将钻屑传送出制动环2的环形开口。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于产生有根切钻孔的钻孔设备,所述设备包括可以插入钻床的钻孔刀具和一个有自由端的钻头,一个带有位于所述钻杆的所述自由端上的钻模板的钻头头部,和一个具有一环形盘状形式并安装在所述钻杆上的制动环;其特征在于,所述钻杆在所述制动环和所述钻头头部之间靠近钻杆中部的区域内有一个突起部、第一和第二部分,该第一和第二部分是从所述突起部分别向所述制动环和所述钻头头部延伸的部分,并且其最大直径比所述突起部的最大直径要小,所述第一和第二部分至少一个具有锥形面,和用于通过所述制动环排出钻屑的槽;
2、根据权利要求1所述的钻孔设备,其特征在于,所述突起部具有圆柱形形状。
