Abstract
本发明属于农药制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种氯氰菊酯的水基型农药微乳剂。氯氰菊酯的水基型农药微乳剂,其特征在于,是由以下质量百分比的物料配制而成:氯氰菊酯1.5-5%,曲拉通X-100 5-10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15%,助表面活性剂3-16%,余量为去离子水。本发明的氯氰菊酯农药微乳剂仅用少量有机溶剂,含适量表面活性剂与其他助剂,不含有毒易燃的芳烃类溶剂,为透明单相液体,属于绿色农药制剂。

技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种氯氰菊酯的水基型农药微乳剂。
背景技术
氯氰菊酯对昆虫有很高的胃毒和触杀作用,具有杀卵活性,杀虫谱广,对棉花、蔬菜、果树等农林害虫以及蚊蝇、蟑螂、跳蚤、臭虫和蚂蚁等卫生害虫有极高的杀灭效果。常用于气雾杀虫剂及农药乳油复配杀虫剂,主要剂型为5%乳油,有机溶剂用量高达80%以上。
随着人们对环境的日益重视,解决农药的环保性问题受到了广泛的重视。倡导绿色农药,大力开发绿色化学技术和绿色农药制剂成为农药工业可持续发展战略的明智选择。为了使农药工业成为可持续发展的工业,必须改变农药对环境产生不良影响的形象,农药应走绿色农药之路,绿色农药的概念也包括绿色农药制剂,倡导使用低毒、低污染的农药剂型及相关填料、溶剂、助剂,其中一个有效的措施就是减少有机溶剂用量,从而减少有机溶剂对环境的污染。
发明内容
为了解决现有氯氰菊酯气雾杀虫剂及农药乳油复配杀虫剂存在的污染大的的问题,本发明提供了一种氯氰菊酯的水基型农药微乳剂,该水基型农药微乳剂能有效地减小对环境的污染。
本发明所述的氯氰菊酯的水基型农药微乳剂,是由以下质量百分比的物料配制而成:
氯氰菊酯 1.5-5
曲拉通X-100 5-10
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5-15
助表面活性剂 3-16
去离子水 补充至100
上述氯氰菊酯的水基型农药微乳剂的配制方法是:在25℃下,先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、曲拉通X-100、助表面活性剂和去离子水按比例充分混合;再将氯氰菊酯加到上述混合体系中,搅拌,使其混合均匀,即可配制出氯氰菊酯水基型农药微乳剂。
其中助表面活性剂指乙醇、丙醇、正丁醇、聚乙二醇系列、异戊醇、正丁酸乙酯和丁酮等。
本发明使用的乳化剂为曲拉通X-100和十二烷基苯磺酸钠的混剂。曲拉通X-100是一种非离子表面活化剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠是阴离子表面活性剂,生物降解性可大于90%,对环境污染程度小;此类混合体系微乳液的热力学稳定性好,稀释过程中不结晶,表面张力低,有利于在植被和害虫表面的吸附。
本发明的氯氰菊酯农药微乳剂仅用少量有机溶剂,含适量表面活性剂与其他助剂,不含有毒易燃的芳烃类溶剂,为透明单相液体,属于绿色农药制剂。
具体实施方式
实施例一
方案1
(1)在25℃下,将15%十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.75g、10%曲拉通X-1000.5g、16%正丁醇0.8g和去离子水余量2.7g充分混合。
(2)将5%原药氯氰菊酯(99%)0.25g逐步滴加到上述体系中,震荡搅拌,使其混合均匀,总质量为5g,即可配制出氯氰菊酯微乳液。
方案2
(1)在25℃下,将15%十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.75g、10%曲拉通X-1000.5g、14%异戊醇0.7g和去离子水余量2.9g充分混合。
(2)将3%原药氯氰菊酯(99%)0.15g逐步滴加到上述体系中,震荡搅拌,使其混合均匀,总质量为5g,即可配制出氯氰菊酯微乳液。
方案3
(1)在25℃下,将10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5g、10%曲拉通X-1000.5g、10%聚乙二醇系列0.5g和去离子水余量3.375g充分混合。
(2)将2.5%原药氯氰菊酯(99%)0.125g逐步滴加到上述体系中,震荡搅拌,使其混合均匀,总质量为5g,即可配制出氯氰菊酯微乳液。
方案4
(1)在25℃下,将15%十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.75g、5%曲拉通X-1000.25g、8%丙醇0.4g和去离子水余量3.5g充分混合。
(2)将2%原药氯氰菊酯(99%)0.1g逐步滴加到上述体系中,震荡搅拌,使其混合均匀,总质量为5g,即可配制出氯氰菊酯微乳液。
方案5
(1)在25℃下,将5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.25g、10%曲拉通X-1000.5g、3%乙醇0.15g和去离子水余量4.025g充分混合。
(2)将1.5%原药氯氰菊酯(99%)0.075g逐步滴加到上述体系中,震荡搅拌,使其混合均匀,总质量为5g,即可配制出氯氰菊酯微乳液。
实施例二:稳定性考察:
热贮稳定性:
取2ml微乳液装在透明无色玻璃试管中封闭后置于50±1℃恒温箱贮存四周,若外观均相透明,或者出现分层恢复至室温振摇后恢复,则为合格。
冷藏稳定性:
取2ml装在透明无色玻璃试管内,密闭后置于-5℃-0℃冰箱内冷藏24h。若结冰块或浑浊渐渐消失能恢复透明状态离心不分层为合格。
浊点测定:
取2ml于玻璃试管中封闭后置于冰水液中,搅拌降温,至出现浑浊或冻结为止,记下转折温度,为透明下限。
再将试管置于水浴中,每分钟2℃的速度慢慢加速,记下浑浊温度,为透明上限温度。要求-5℃-60℃不出现浊点。

Claims (1)
1.一种氯氰菊酯的水基型农药微乳剂,其特征在于,是由以下质量百分比的物料配制而成:氯氰菊酯1.5-5%,曲拉通X-100 5-10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15%,助表面活性剂3-16%,余量为去离子水;所述助表面活性剂是正丁醇、异戊醇、丙醇或乙醇。
