Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于喷墨打印的可低温下快速烧结的导电墨水,按照重量百分比计,该导电墨水包含1%~70%的纳米金属颗粒、0.1%~10%的分散剂、25%~98%的溶剂和0.01%~36%的添加剂;其中,添加剂是表面活性剂、还原剂、消泡剂、胶粘剂、防腐剂、保湿剂中的一种或者两种以上的组合。与现有技术相比,本发明可低温烧结的导电墨水可以在降低烧结温度的同时保持导线良好的导电性能,例如在150℃的烧结温度下可以使银导线的电阻率达到10-7Ω·m,因而可以提高喷墨打印技术中导电墨水应用的基底范围,同时降低能源消耗,对于生产企业的成本控制和环境保护有着十分重要的意义。
The invention discloses a conductive ink capable of rapid sintering at low temperature for inkjet printing. According to weight percentage, the conductive ink contains 1% to 70% of nano metal particles, 0.1% to 10% of dispersant, 25% %-98% of solvent and 0.01%-36% of additive; wherein, the additive is one or a combination of surfactants, reducing agents, defoamers, adhesives, preservatives, and moisturizing agents. Compared with the prior art, the low-temperature sinterable conductive ink of the present invention can reduce the sintering temperature while maintaining the good electrical conductivity of the wire. For example, the resistivity of the silver wire can reach 10 -7 Ω· at a sintering temperature of 150°C. m, so it can increase the substrate range of conductive ink application in inkjet printing technology, and reduce energy consumption at the same time, which is of great significance for cost control and environmental protection of production enterprises.
