Abstract

Description
本发明的主题是适用于粘结自粘标签的热熔压敏的粘合剂组合物,该自粘标签可以在其上已贴有它们的制品(如包装和/或容器,例如玻璃瓶)的回收过程中脱粘。本发明还涉及包含由所述组合物构成的层的多层体系,涉及自粘标签,涉及相应的贴有标签的制品和涉及回收所述制品的方法,其包括将该标签脱粘的步骤。
为了再利用它们或为了在破坏后回收组成它们的材料,许多贴有标签的包装和/或容器在移除其内容物后被施以清洁(或回收)处理。此类处理常常要求该标签与贴有该标签的制品完全分离且不会在所述制品的表面上留下粘合剂残留,从而使回收过程更容易。
这些回收方法,如用于清洗废玻璃瓶,例如啤酒瓶的方法,通常包括将要清洗的制品浸在温度保持在60至100℃的碱性含水组合物中的步骤。此步骤的目的还在于使贴在该制品上的标签脱粘并使其与该制品分离。
压敏粘合剂(又称为自粘胶或PSA)是在室温下赋予用其涂抹的载体直接粘合性(通常用术语“粘性”表示)的物质,这使其能够在短暂轻微的压力作用下即时粘贴到基底上。PSA广泛用于制造自粘标签,将该自粘标签贴到制品上以为了表示信息(如条形码、说明书、价格)和/或为了装饰目的。
通常通过连续涂抹法将PSA施加到大尺寸的可印刷载体层(由具有一个或多个层的纸或聚合物材料薄膜构成)的整个表面上。覆盖可印刷载体层(通常是与可印刷面相对的一面)的粘合剂层本身被由例如硅化薄膜构成的保护层(也称为“脱离垫层(release liner)”)覆盖。所得多层体系通常通过卷绕成最多2米宽和1米直径的大卷轴形式来包装,该卷轴可以储存和运输。
该多层体系可以随后通过转化法转化成可由最终用户施用的自粘标签,所述转化法包括在载体层的可印刷面上印刷所需装饰性和/或信息元素,接着切割成所需形状和尺寸。可以在不改变粘合剂层(其仍固定在可印刷载体层上)的情况下容易地除去该保护层。在与其保护层分离后,该标签在接近环境温度的温度下,手工或借助自动化包装线上的贴标签机施加到要覆盖的制品上。
PSA因其高的室温粘性,使标签能够快速粘合或贴到要覆盖的制品(例如瓶子)上,适用于获得高工业生产节奏。
专利US 3,763,117描述了具有良好粘合性能的丙烯酸酯基PSA,其能够使用碱性水溶液在热的时候容易地分离。
专利US 5,385,965也描述了一种PSA,其在涂抹到纸载体或聚合物材料薄膜上后能够获得可通过热碱性溶液的作用与基底分离的标签。这种PSA呈丙烯酸酯基共聚物或苯乙烯-丁二烯类型共聚物的水乳状液形式。这种乳状液的干萃取物含量不超过70%,以致在载体层上涂抹这种PSA因需要乳状液干燥步骤而复杂化。此外,此类粘合剂具有如下缺点:部分溶解或悬浮到用于回收贴有标签的瓶子的含水组合物中,其对工业装置产生在排放到环境中之前再处理这些组合物的约束条件。
通过专利US 4,680,333知道了一种热熔压敏粘合剂组合物,其包含苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、具有低软化温度的脂族树脂和脂肪酸的金属盐。在其涂抹到纸张载体上然后将该载体粘贴到基底上后,该组合物能够随时、干燥地并在室温下,无需其它处理地使由此固定的载体脱粘,由此赋予经涂抹的载体可重置的粘合性能。
热熔粘合剂(通常英语名称“热熔体粘合剂”或HM)是在室温下为固体的物质,并且既不含水也不含溶剂。它们以熔体态进行涂用,并在冷却时固化,由此形成用于确保固定待装配的基底的粘结层。配制某些热熔体以赋予用其涂抹的载体相对坚硬和无粘性的特性。其它热熔体为载体提供相对柔软和高粘性的特性:PSA广泛用于制造自粘标签;相应的粘合剂用名称“热熔压敏粘合剂”或在英语中用“热熔体压敏粘合剂”(或HMPSA)表示。
专利US 4,680,333描述的HMPSA组合物不能令用其涂抹的标签永久粘合在基底上,这是由于所述标签可随时干脱粘。
专利申请US 2004/0220308描述了包含苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、酸官能稀释剂(如脂肪酸)和酸指数大于100的酸增粘树脂的热熔粘合剂组合物。
本发明的目的在于提供一种粘合剂,其能使标签永久粘合在如包装和/或容器(例如玻璃瓶)之类的制品上,并且其也能在将贴有标签的制品在高温下浸在碱性水溶液中的步骤中使该标签快速和完全地脱粘,该粘合剂在其分离后基本仍固定在标签上。
现在已经发现,用构成本发明主题的热熔压敏粘合剂组合物可以完全或部分实现这些目的。
本发明因此涉及热熔压敏粘合剂组合物(HMPSA),其包含:
-a)25至50%的一种或多种选自SIS、SIBS、SEBS和SEPS的苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,其任选与低于该苯乙烯嵌段共聚物总重量的50%的量的SBS苯乙烯嵌段共聚物混合;
-b)35至75%的一种或多种相容增粘树脂,其具有80至150℃的软化温度和小于20的酸指数;和
-c)0.5至20%的一种或多种羧酸,其烃链包含6至54个碳原子。
除非另行指出,否则本文中用于表示量的百分数对应于重量/重量百分数。
本发明的组合物能够在用其涂抹在取向聚丙烯(OPP)载体上后实现所述载体与玻璃基底的永久粘合,相当于有利地为1至15牛顿/厘米、优选2至10牛顿/厘米的粘合性(通过在玻璃上的180°剥离试验测得)。载体与玻璃基底的粘合长时间维持,包括在高相对湿度的存在下。但是,如此固定到玻璃基底上的OPP载体在浸渍在碱性水介质中的步骤中容易地完全脱粘,没有在所述基底上留下任何粘合剂痕迹。
与现有技术的已知丙烯酸酯基PSA不同,本发明的组合物是HMPSA,其在室温下的固体形式使其能够有利地以熔体态涂抹到标签的可印刷载体层上,而不必采用干燥步骤。在涂抹之前,本发明的HMPSA可以无任何缺陷地在最高160℃的高温下以熔融态在罐(也称为熔化器)中保存几小时并最高至1或2天。
此外,在浸渍步骤中,在OPP载体已从玻璃基底上脱粘后,粘合剂仍基本固定在该OPP载体上。因此,该粘合剂没有溶解(或没有分散)或仅以极低比例溶解在回收处理中使用的含水组合物中,由此避免额外的洗涤槽去污处理。
可用在本发明的HMPSA中的嵌段共聚物具有通常60kDa至400kDa的重均分子量Mw,并由各种聚合单体的嵌段构成。它们具有下列通式的三嵌段构造:
A-B-A (I)
其中:
-A代表非弹性体苯乙烯嵌段(或聚苯乙烯);且
-B代表所谓弹性体嵌段,其可以是:
·聚异戊二烯:该嵌段共聚物因此具有结构:聚苯乙烯/聚异戊二烯/聚苯乙烯,名为:SIS;
·聚异戊二烯-聚丁二烯:该嵌段共聚物因此具有结构:聚苯乙烯/聚异戊二烯/聚丁二烯/聚苯乙烯,名为:SIBS;
·完全或部分氢化的聚异戊二烯:该嵌段共聚物因此具有结构:聚苯乙烯/聚(乙烯丙烯)/聚苯乙烯,名为:SEPS;
·聚丁二烯:该嵌段共聚物因此具有结构:聚苯乙烯/聚丁二烯/聚苯乙烯,名为:SBS;和
·完全或部分氢化的聚丁二烯:该嵌段共聚物因此具有结构:聚苯乙烯/聚(乙烯丁烯)/聚苯乙烯,名为:SEBS。该SEBS共聚物任选已用马来酸酐化学改性。
这些苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物可以使用本身已知的方法获得,并且可购得。获得这些商品的方法通常还导致形成不定量的式A-B的二嵌段化合物。因此,在本文的意义中,术语SIS、SEBS、SEPS和SBS实际上是指三嵌段和二嵌段的共混物。二嵌段的量可以无缺陷地为基于该苯乙烯共聚物总重量的0至90%不等。除式(I)的线型结构外,本发明的HMPSA中可用的苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物还可以具有辐射状结构。
显而易见的是,本发明的HMPSA中所含的选自SIS、SIBS、SEBS和SEPS的所述一种或多种苯乙烯嵌段共聚物可以属于这四类共聚物的仅一种或至几种。
苯乙烯嵌段的量本身可以在宽范围中改变,例如从15%至50%(基于嵌段共聚物的总重量)。
作为商品的实例,可以提到:
-线型SIS:来自ExxonMobil公司的4411,具有0%的二嵌段含量和44%的苯乙烯含量;来自Kraton公司的D1113(56%二嵌段和16%苯乙烯);以及D1165(25%二嵌段和30%苯乙烯);
根据本发明的HMPSA的优选变体,苯乙烯嵌段共聚物含量可以为35至50%,更优选40至45%。
根据另一同样优选的变体,本发明的HMPSA中所含的一种或多种苯乙烯嵌段共聚物选自独立或呈共混物形式使用的SIS、SEBS和SEPS。HMPSA再更优选包含一种或多种SIS嵌段共聚物。
可用在本发明的HMPSA中的所述一种或多种增粘(tackifiantes)树脂具有通常200至5000的重均分子量Mw,并特别选自:
(i)天然或化学改性的松香,例如从松脂(gomme de pins)中提取的松香和从树根中提取的木松香,以及它们的氢化、二聚或多聚衍生物或用一元醇或多元醇(如甘油、季戊四醇或新戊二醇)酯化的衍生物;
(ii)通过来自石油馏分的具有大约5、9或10个碳原子的不饱和脂族烃混合物的氢化、聚合或共聚合(与芳烃)获得的树脂;
(iii)通常由萜烯烃(例如单萜(或蒎烯))在弗瑞德-克来福特催化剂的存在下的聚合获得的萜烯树脂,其任选通过酚的作用进行改性;和
(iv)基于天然萜的共聚物,例如苯乙烯/萜、α-甲基苯乙烯/萜和乙烯基甲苯/萜。
选择软化温度为80至150℃且酸指数为0或小于或等于20的增粘树脂用于包含在本发明的HMPSA中。
根据标准化ASTM E 28试验测定该软化温度(或软化点),该试验原理如下。用熔融态的受试树脂填充直径大约2厘米的黄铜圈。冷却至室温后,将该圈和固体树脂水平放置在一个自动调温甘油浴中,其温度每分钟变化5℃。将直径大约9.5毫米的钢球置于该固体树脂盘中心。软化温度是(在该浴的温度以每分钟5℃的水平升高的阶段过程中)树脂盘在球的重量下上涨25.4毫米时的温度。
酸指数代表游离酸的量,并且是采用电位滴定法测定的中和1克树脂的酸度所需的氢氧化钾毫克数。属于树脂(ii)和(iv)类的树脂的酸指数(或IA)为0。
该增粘树脂可购得,并且在其软化温度为80至150℃且酸指数为0或小于20的那些树脂中,在上述种类中例如可以提到下列产品:
(i)来自Arizona Chemical公司的RE 100S(一种软化温度为大约100℃且IA小于10的松香与季戊四醇的酯);G2L(软化温度为87℃,IA为20);和来自法国公司DRT的CG(软化温度为117℃,IA为7);和
(ii)可获自ExxonMobil Chemical的5600,其是用芳族化合物改性的氢化二环戊二烯树脂(Mw为大约980Da,软化温度为100℃);同样来自Exxon Chemicals的具有类似结构的5615(软化温度为115℃)和5400(软化温度为100℃);来自Cray Valley公司的86;来自Eastman的R5100;
术语“相容增粘树脂”被理解为是指当以50%/50%比例与选自SIS、SIBS、SEBS和SEPS的嵌段共聚物混合时产生基本均匀的共混物的增粘树脂。
根据本发明的另一优选变体,该增粘树脂的酸指数基本为0。
本发明的HMPSA的增粘树脂含量有利地为40至55%。
本发明的组合物中包含的羧酸具有包含6至54个碳原子的烃链。这些羧酸可以选自:
(α)饱和或不饱和的单羧基脂肪酸,纯的或混合物形式;
(β)二聚物或三聚物类型的饱和或不饱和的多羧基脂肪酸的混合物:和
(γ)饱和或不饱和的多环单羧酸的混合物。
该单羧基脂肪酸(α)对烃基而言通常具有直链或任选支链。当使用纯酸时,包含10至20个碳原子的烃基是优选的。
使用单羧基脂肪酸(α)的混合物是有利的,因为这些混合物来自动物或植物源脂肪并且被称作“馏分”。这些馏分富含包含6至22个碳原子的烃基。非限制性地可以提到此类馏分:
多环单羧酸的混合物(γ)优选来自富含具有18至22个碳原子和3个稠环(各稠环具有6个碳原子)的化合物的植物来源馏分。此类化合物的实例是松香酸、左旋海松酸、新枞酸、脱氢松香酸(déhydroabiétique)、长叶松酸和海松酸。通常,该混合物(γ)可以以下列形式购得:
-从松木树脂中提取的脂松香(colophane de gemme);或
-从黑液(liqueurs noires)中提取的浮油松香,黑液是造纸工业的副产物。
作为此类产品的实例,可以提到下列品种:来自Hercules公司的AX,其是氢化浮油松香;来自Eastman公司的E,其是部分氢化的脂松香;和来自Arizona Chemical公司的20/25,其是浮油松香。
产品(α)、(β)和(γ)具有130至280毫克KOH/克的酸指数(IA)(如上定义)和0至140的碘值。碘值(I.I.)代表烃基中双键的数量,相当于每100克脂肪酸结合的碘的克数。
由此,208具有184至196的IA和75至94的I.I.。970具有188至198的IA和小于94的I.I.。980具有180的IA和小于94的I.I.。403具有192至198的IA和42至51的I.I.。600具有250至264的IA和6至9的I.I.。AX具有130至160的IA和大约0的I.I.。E具有大约162的IA。20/25具有188的IA和大约0的I.I.。
本发明的HMPSA的羧酸含量优选为3至15%。
类型(α)和(β)的羧酸提供特别有利的结果,由于对HMPSA而言改善的粘性,类型(β)的产品更优选。
在本发明的组合物中还优选包括0.1至2%的量的一种或多种稳定剂(或抗氧化剂)。引入这些化合物以防止该组合物因与氧反应而劣化,氧容易通过热、光或残余催化剂对某些原材料(如增粘树脂)的作用而生成。这些化合物可包括主抗氧化剂,其捕集自由基并且通常是取代酚,如来自CIBA的1010。主抗氧化剂可以独自使用,或与其它抗氧化剂如亚磷酸盐(如同样来自CIBA的168)或与UV稳定剂(如胺)联合使用。
本发明的组合物还可以包括最多20%增塑剂。该增塑剂可以是石蜡油或环烷油,其含有芳族化合物级分(如来自Esso公司的352),或不含此类级分(如来自Nynas公司的Nyflex 222B)。
本发明的热熔自粘组合物通过在130至200℃的温度下简单混合其组分直至获得均匀混合物来制备。所需混合技术是本领域技术人员公知的。
本发明的主题还是一种多层体系,包含:
-由本发明的热熔压敏粘合剂组合物构成的粘合剂层;
-与所述粘合剂层相邻的可印刷载体层,由具有一个或多个层的纸或聚合物薄膜构成;和
-与所述粘合剂层相邻的保护层。
优选使用OPP/PET双层薄膜作为可印刷载体层,其OPP层与粘合剂层相邻。
将本发明的HMPSA在高于130℃的温度下以熔体态以通常15至50克/平方米的量涂施到可印刷载体层上以形成粘合剂层。通过已知涂抹技术,例如唇状喷嘴涂抹(buse àlèvre)(在大约160至180℃的温度下)或幕涂法(在大约120至180℃的温度下)进行该涂施。通常通过唇状喷嘴将该HMPSA涂施到保护层上,随后将该组件层紧粘贴到载体层上(转移涂抹)。根据涂抹温度,可以直接在载体层上通过幕涂法涂施该HMPSA。
所得多层体系以长度极大的矩形形式存在,并且通常通过卷绕成最多2米宽和1米直径的大卷轴形式来包装。
本发明还涉及可通过上述多层体系的转化获得的自粘标签。使用的转化法通常包括:
-在可印刷载体层上的印刷步骤;随后
-该多层体系的切割步骤,以减少其宽度,并因此将其在宽度更小的卷轴上再包装;和随后
-用于获得在前述步骤的在卷轴上包装的多层体系的步骤(术语称为“清理(échenillage)”),其中无变化的保护层仅粘合到与适于其最终用途的自粘标签的形状和尺寸对应的印刷载体层部分上。该步骤因此包括选择性切割,接着除去载体层和粘合剂层的不需要部分,所述部分通常被称作“标签框架(squelette de l’étiquette)”。
借助自动化系统在要贴标签的制品的包装线上使用后者多层体系,该自动化系统将将该自粘标签与保护层分离并将它们粘贴到要贴标签的制品上。
本发明的主题还是被如上定义的自粘标签覆盖的制品。
贴有标签的制品优选是由玻璃或选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)的常见塑料制成的包装或容器。玻璃瓶更特别优选。所述玻璃瓶在它们的制造过程中可以受到或未受到旨在长时间维持其机械性质和旨在防止其被划伤的涂抹处理。此类处理导致例如在玻璃表面上沉积金属氧化物层,所述金属氧化物层任选被附加的蜡质层覆盖。
最后,本发明涉及回收贴有标签的制品的方法,其包括通过将贴有标签的制品浸在保持60至100℃温度的碱性水溶液中使该标签脱粘的步骤,其特征在于该贴有标签的制品如上定义。
有利地,通过这种方法脱粘该标签导致标签与该制品完全分离,而不在所述制品的表面上留下任何粘合剂残留物,且该粘合剂组合物不污染该碱性洗涤水溶液。在该方法的工业实施范围内,由此产生对洗水的较少污染,回收过程改善的经济性,特别是从耗水量的角度看。如此与处理过的制品分离的标签可通过适当的机械装置从洗涤槽中收集和移除。
优选在大约80℃的温度下实施本发明的方法。
如FINAT Technical Manual,第6版,2001中公开的FINAT No.1试验方法中所述,通过在玻璃板上的180°剥离试验评价本发明的HMPSA的粘合性。FINAT是自粘标签制造商和加工商的国际联合会(FédérationInternationale des fabricants et transformateurs d’étiquettesauto-adhésives)。该试验的原理如下。预先用HMPSA以20克/平方米的量涂抹在载体层的OPP面上,该载体层由借助双组分聚氨酯胶紧粘贴在到50微米厚的OPP薄膜上的19微米厚的PET薄膜构成。从由此获得的自粘载体上切割矩形条带(25毫米×175毫米)形式的试样。将该试样固定到由玻璃板构成的基底上。所得组件在室温下放置20分钟,随后引入能以180°的角度和以每分钟300毫米的分离速度剥离或脱粘该条带的拉力试验机中。该机器测量在这些条件下用于使该条带脱粘所需的力。结果以牛顿/厘米表示。用于制造自粘标签的粘合剂在玻璃板上的180°剥离强度(peel)通常大于2牛顿/厘米,优选大于4牛顿/厘米。
通过FINAT No.9试验方法中描述的被称为“环”的即时粘合性试验(test d’adhésion instantanée dit de la boucle)测定本发明的HMPSA的即时粘合性或粘性。预先用HMPSA以20克/平方米的量涂抹50微米厚的OPP薄膜,以获得测得为25毫米×175毫米的矩形条带。将该条带的两端粘接在一起形成环,其粘合剂层向外。将两个粘接末端置于能够沿垂直轴施加300毫米/分钟的位移速率的拉力试验机的活动颚板中,该颚板可来回运动。处于垂直位置的环的下部首先与为25毫米×30毫米的水平玻璃板在每条边为大约25毫米的正方形区域上接触。一旦发生接触,使颚板的位移方向倒转。粘性是该环从板上完全脱粘所需的力的最大值。PSA的粘性通常等于或大于1牛顿/平方厘米。
通过下列试验测定预先固定到玻璃基底上的涂有本发明的HMPSA的标签在碱性水介质中的热脱粘能力。
使用直径5厘米和高度大约20厘米的玻璃瓶,这些玻璃瓶根据组成它们玻璃的性质分为两组。这是因为这种玻璃根据在瓶子制造过程中施加的涂抹处理而具有两种类型的表面层。第一类型的层基本包含氧化锡。第二类型基本包含涂施到氧化锡层上的氧化聚乙烯蜡乳状液。第二类型的层是新的玻璃瓶的特征。第一类型是在至少一个清洁周期中已在碱性水溶液中浸渍的玻璃瓶的特征。第一组瓶子下文中标为“SnO”,第二组标为缩写“PE”。
用受试HMPSA涂抹在相同载体层上,涂抹条件与180°剥离试验中的相同。从由此获得的自粘载体上切割矩形(7厘米×5厘米)标签。将其通过简单施压固定到玻璃瓶上,该组件在室温下放置24小时。
接着,将贴有标签的玻璃瓶浸在自动调温至80℃的pH 12水浴中。
瓶子浸渍60秒后,对“SnO”类型和“PE”类型瓶子目测标签脱粘百分数(下文称为“脱粘%”)。
以下列方式测量浸渍贴有标签的瓶子和分离该标签后碱性水溶液中存在的粘合剂的量。在前述试验的实施过程中,测定自粘标签在固定到玻璃瓶上之前的重量P1。在瓶子和标签已在碱性水溶液中浸渍20分钟后,回收随后从瓶子上脱粘的标签,并干燥至恒重P2。以相对于P1的百分数表示的P1-P2重量差相当于该自粘标签的HMPSA损失。
纯粹为举例说明本发明而给出下列实施例,而不应被解释为限制本发明的范围。
进行的试验的结果显示在表2中。
对所有这些实施例而言,在碱性水介质中进行热脱粘试验的过程中,在标签分离后在瓶子表面上没有观察到任何粘合剂痕迹。该标签的HMPSA损失为0%,其表明,对所有这些实施例而言,该碱性洗涤水溶液不含HMPSA。
Claims (18)
1.热熔压敏粘合剂(HMPSA)组合物,包含:
-a)25至50%的一种或多种选自SIS、SIBS、SEBS和SEPS的苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,任选地与低于基于该苯乙烯嵌段共聚物总重量的50%的量的SBS苯乙烯嵌段共聚物混合;
-b)35至75%的一种或多种相容增粘树脂,其具有80至150℃的软化温度和小于20的酸指数;
-c)0.5至20%的一种或多种羧酸,其烃链包含6至54个碳原子。
2.如权利要求1所述的HMPSA,其特征在于该苯乙烯嵌段共聚物含量可为35至50%,优选为40至45%。
3.如权利要求1和2任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于所述一种或多种苯乙烯嵌段共聚物选自SIS、SEBS和SEPS。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于所述一种或多种苯乙烯嵌段共聚物是SIS。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于该增粘树脂选自:
(i)天然或化学改性的松香,以及它们的氢化、脱氢、二聚或多聚衍生物或用一元醇或多元醇进行酯化的衍生物;
(ii)通过来自石油馏分的具有大约5、9或10个碳原子的不饱和脂族烃混合物的氢化、聚合或共聚合获得的树脂;
(iii)萜烯树脂,其任选通过酚的作用改性;和
(iv)基于天然萜的共聚物。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于所述一种或多种增粘树脂具有95至120℃的软化温度和小于10的酸指数。
7.如权利要求1至6任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于该增粘树脂的酸指数基本为零。
8.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于该增粘树脂含量为40至55%。
9.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于所述羧酸选自:
(α)纯的或混合物形式的饱和或不饱和的单羧基脂肪酸;
(β)二聚物或三聚物类型的饱和或不饱和的多羧基脂肪酸的混合物;
(γ)饱和或不饱和的多环单羧酸的混合物。
10.如权利要求1至9任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于使用来自动物或植物源脂肪的馏分形式的单羧基脂肪酸的混合物(α)。
11.如权利要求1至10任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于该羧酸含量为3至15%。
12.如权利要求1至11任一项所述的HMPSA,其特征在于其另外包括0.1至2%的一种或多种稳定剂和最多至20%的增塑剂。
13.一种多层体系,包含:
-由如权利要求1至12任一项中所定义的热熔压敏粘合剂组合物构成的粘合剂层;
-与所述粘合剂层相邻的可印刷载体层,由具有一个或多个层的纸或聚合物薄膜构成;
-与所述粘合剂层相邻的保护层。
14.如权利要求13所述的多层体系,其特征在于该可印刷载体层是OPP/PET双层薄膜,其OPP层与粘合剂层相邻。
15.可通过转化如权利要求13和14中任一项所定义的多层体系而获得的自粘标签。
16.覆盖了如权利要求15所述的自粘标签的制品。
17.如权利要求16所述的制品,由玻璃或塑料制成的包装或容器构成,优选由玻璃瓶构成。
18.回收贴有标签的制品的方法,其包括通过将贴有标签的制品浸在保持在60至100℃温度的碱性水溶液中使该标签脱粘的步骤,其特征在于该贴有标签的制品如在权利要求16和17任一项中所定义。
