Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊，根据我国传统的中医学理论，本人结合多年的临床实践，选择祛风除湿、温经通脉、活血止痛的中药制川乌、桂枝、钻地风、陈皮、甘草、姜黄、当归、羌活、红花、透骨草、马钱子、桑枝、海桐皮，经过科学配伍配制而成。经临床治疗试验证明，治疗肩周炎的总有效率为95.2％，而且副作用小，治疗成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗肩周炎的中药组合物，属于中药领域。
背景技术
肩周炎是以肩部疼痛和活动障碍为主要症状的疾病，一般多发生于50岁左右人群，所以俗称“五十肩”。随着现代生活的进展，人们工作环境的改善，竞争压力的加大，伏案时间的延长等影响，这种现代文明病的患者不断增加。该病的特点是肩关节各方向上的主动运动和被动运动明显受限，并伴有肩部疼痛。女性的发病率略高于男性。左侧的发病率较右侧的高一些。约40％的一侧肩周炎患者还会在5～7年内发生对侧的肩周炎。目前，治疗肩周炎的方法主要有药物、热疗、针灸、推拿、按摩等，药物治疗主要服用非甾体类镇痛消炎药物止痛，由于主要以止痛为主，治疗效果差，副作用大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊，根据我国传统的中医学理论，本人结合多年的临床实践，选择祛风除湿、温经通脉、活血止痛的中药，经过科学配伍，具有治疗效果好，副作用小的优点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊由下列重量份的原料药制成：
制川乌5—10份、桂枝5—8份、钻地风5—8份、陈皮6—9份、甘草7—11份、姜黄6—9份、当归6—9份、羌活5—8份、红花7—9份、透骨草9—11份、马钱子5—10份、桑枝8—11份、海桐皮8—11份；
该治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊的最佳配比由下列重量份的原料药制成：
制川乌7份、桂枝7份、钻地风6份、陈皮8份、甘草9份、姜黄8份、当归8份、羌活6份、红花8份、透骨草10份、马钱子9份、桑枝10份、海桐皮9份；
本发明所述治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊的制备方法，将以上炮制好的原料药研末，按比例混合均匀，装入胶囊。
本发明所选原料药的功效：制川乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛；桂枝：发汗解肌，温经通脉；钻地风：祛风湿、清热解毒、活血散瘀；陈皮：理气健脾，燥湿化痰；甘草坚筋骨，长肌肉，解毒；姜黄：破血行气，通经止痛；当归：补血活血，又兼能散寒止痛；羌活：发汗祛风，除湿，宣通经络；红花：活血通经，散瘀止痛；透骨草：祛风胜湿，活血止痛，软坚散痞；马钱子：通络止痛，消肿散结；桑枝：治风寒湿痹，四肢拘挛，脚气浮肿，肌体风痒；海桐皮：祛风湿，通络止痛。
临床资料
1、一般资料
自2006年3月开始治疗，临床接诊病例126例中，男81例，女45例；年龄最大7岁，最小年令31岁，最大年令68岁，平均54岁；发病最长的9年，最短的半年。左肩发病68例，右肩发病78例。其中21例有外伤史。
2、临床分型
轻型：肩痛较轻，尚能正常工作生活，不影响夜间睡眠，肩活动上举轻微受限者，上臂外展>70，内收>40，47例。
中型：肩痛可以忍受，偶有影响夜间睡眠，日常工作生活有影响，肩活动上举受限明显者，外展45°～70，前屈>60，后伸>200 56例。重型：肩痛剧烈，严重影响夜间睡眠，生活不能自理，肩活动上举严重受限者，上臂外展<45，前屈<60，后伸<200 23例。
3、治疗方法
口服胶囊，每日二次，2号胶囊，每次5粒，9天为一个疗程；在以上临床接诊病例中，服药三个疗程的34例，五个疗程的52例，其余的均服药5个疗程以上。
4、疗效标准
痊愈：所有症状消失，功能恢复正常；有效：为症状明显减轻，疼痛基本消失，功能基本恢复正常；无效：为治疗前后症状、体征无变化。
5、治疗结果
临床痊愈51例，有效69例，无效6例，总有效率为95.2％。
6、典型病例
病例1 患者李某，男，46岁，干部，山东省临沂市兰山区人。病史8年，患病期间曾予针灸、理疗、穴位封闭、口服消炎镇痛药等治疗，效果均不好，并有逐年加重的趋势。来院查体见右肩前后外侧均有压痛，上臂内旋、外展、前举均受限。查血沉、抗“0”，类风湿因子及X线片均无异常。服用本发明制备的胶囊3个疗程后疼痛即明显减轻，5个疗程后疼痛消失，肩关节活动正常而获愈，1年后随访无复发。
病例2 患者王某，51岁，女，教师，山东省沂南县人，右肩周疼痛4年余，加重1年。肩痛逐渐加重，夜间更重，经传统针灸、推拿、理疗和口服中西药均无效。2007年12月来院检查：右肱二头肌长头肌附着处压痛明显，右侧三角肌比左侧明显萎缩，活动明显受限，上举140度，外展90度。诊断：右肩周炎。服用本发明制备的胶囊3个疗程明显缓解，夜间痛消失，5个疗程后症状基本消失。
具体实施方式
实施例一
取制川乌70克、桂枝70克、钻地风60克、陈皮80克、甘草90克、姜黄80克、当归80克、羌活60克、红花80克、透骨草100克、马钱子90克、桑枝100克、海桐皮90克。将以上炮制好的原料药研末，按比例混合均匀，装入胶囊。
实施例二
取制川乌80克、桂枝60克、钻地风70克、陈皮70克、甘草100克、姜黄90克、当归70克、羌活70克、红花70克、透骨草9克、马钱子80克、桑枝90克、海桐皮100克。将以上炮制好的原料药研末，按比例混合均匀，装入胶囊。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊，其特征在于该治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊由下列重量份的原料药制成：制川乌5-10份、桂枝5-8份、钻地风5-8份、陈皮6-9份、甘草7-11份、姜黄6-9份、当归6-9份、羌活5-8份、红花7-9份、透骨草9-11份、马钱子5-10份、桑枝8-11份、海桐皮8-11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊，其特征在于该治疗肩周炎的中药胶囊由下列重量份的原料药制成：制川乌7份、桂枝7份、钻地风6份、陈皮8份、甘草9份、姜黄8份、当归8份、羌活6份、红花8份、透骨草10份、马钱子9份、桑枝10份、海桐皮9份。
