技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于提高螺纹接头疲劳强度的方法,所述螺纹接头尤其用于预定长度的连接管以形成在特别用于OCTG(石油工业用管材)领域的碳氢化合物行业中采用的管柱以及离岸应用中的管道。
背景技术
近年来,勘探石油或者更多的是勘探碳氢化合物对软件和装置的要求变得更大,因为油田和气田或储集层位于更深或难以到达的位置。勘察和开采布置在深海下方的碳氢化合物田已经成为惯例并且需要更耐环境挑战(例如疲劳和腐蚀)的软件,这一点在过去不太重要。
为了从位于深海下方的油田中开采油或气,采用锚固在海床上的离岸平台并采用通常被称为立管的管柱。它们用于向表面输送油或气。

文献US6045165公开了一种用于制造以及用于组装螺纹接头以提高其抗腐蚀性的方法。接头具有内部肩部或外部肩部或者二者,它们各自包括密封部分和转矩肩部。以这样的方式进行设计,即在销上的密封形成面的节径大于套管上的同一参数并且销上的转矩肩部形成面的倾角小于套管上的同一参数。两侧之间的倾角的差异在0.5°-4.0°范围内。这些特征提供了气密性和裂缝抗腐蚀性。
然而,在该文献中没有解决疲劳强度的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种克服上述缺陷的螺纹接头。
从而本发明的主要目的是提供一种用于提高螺纹接头疲劳寿命的方法。
根据本发明通过一种用于组装螺纹接头的方法实现上述目的,其中设置定义为销的阳螺纹管和定义为套管的阴螺纹管,销具有第一邻接肩部,套管具有第二邻接肩部,所述第一和第二邻接肩部具有互补的形状,销适于组装在套管中,所述方法包括以下步骤:

具体实施方式
本发明用于组装接头的方法符合“通过增大连接件的结构完整性来提高疲劳强度”的原理并且根据八角矩阵理论利用Taguchi方法进行开发。
Taguchi博士基于“正交阵列”实验开发了一种方法,该方法利用最佳控制参数设定对实验提供小得多的方差。该方法利用有关产品/过程在前的知识。“正交阵列”提供一组平衡(最小值)实验并且Taguchi博士的“信号-噪声”比率(S/N)作为最佳结果优化和预测的目标函数。信号-噪声比率需要最大化以降低噪声的影响;噪声级被证明是应该保持较低的误差,否则参数的选择是不完整的并且部分噪声实际上是在测试开始无法准确识别的信号。
采用所述方法进行估计的参数在下文被示出具有两个可能的状态:
-螺纹牙形半径(0.2mm,0.3mm)
-螺纹干涉(连接件平均厚度的0.9%,4%)
-表面处理(喷丸,裸露)
-因组装钳的惯性而在肩部上产生的转矩(小于12000ft-lbs,大于18000ft-lbs)目标值。
上述参数按照Taguchi用于采用L8正交矩阵-八实验性试验的实验设计的方法提出的要求得到组合。实验在具有244mm外径和13.84mm厚度的管上以两个应力级进行实施。表1总结了这些参数。

作为这一方法的输出,可以有几种螺纹接头构造,因此执行几个测试以验证这些结果。
具体参照附图,示出了总体由附图标记1表示的螺纹接头,其连接两个管,具有标称外径D的阳螺纹管或销2,和具有标称外径D1的阴螺纹管或套管3。
销2具有螺纹部分4,其具有适当轮廓(例如梯形)的外螺纹,并且套管3具有带内螺纹的内螺纹部分5。
销和套管的共用轴线由A表示。销2以具有邻接肩部6的前端终止。销2在组装操作结束所邻接的套管3的相应环形表面包括具有基本上相同形状的邻接肩部7。肩部6和7被用于通过接头传递压缩轴向载荷或在操作载荷下提高其抗压强度。
以这样的方式设计销2和套管3的螺纹,即当完成组装时,一个元件(销或套管)的根部以及另一元件的相应顶部具有高径向载荷。
在组装两个元件之前根据销和套管的标称尺寸测定的干涉值不小于接头或连接件的平均厚度的1%,也就是在最轻重量的情况下销和套管平均厚度的增加落入设计管范围;并且不高于接头平均厚度的5%,也就是在最大重量的情况下销和套管的平均厚度的增加落入设计管范围。
这些干涉值确保了接头上的应力级保持在控制之下,从而以这种方式避免了高应力集中。
在以下表中示出了在具有不同直径和重量的两个管的情况下适当干涉值的实例:

有利地,根据本发明的方法,在组装过程中,通过在销与套管之间的肩部6和7上输入高载荷而向接头提供附加轴向增能。这一点通过给接头额外的组装转矩并由此通过向肩部额外加载来实现。这样产生的惊人效果是在接头上实现了疲劳强度的提高。
这一增加的载荷产生了附加的压缩效果,往往是张紧套管3并压缩销2,由此提高疲劳应力强度。这一点通过在接头1的整个延伸部尤其是在销2上平衡应力分布来实现。
参照图3,示出了Cartesian曲线图,其中横坐标轴代表组装转数并且纵坐标轴代表转矩大小。该曲线图示出了两条曲线10和11。
曲线10代表现有技术的接头在根据惯例进行组装的过程中的转矩趋势变化。曲线10的点“a”表示组装操作的起始点。区段“a-b”表示因通常在许多现有技术的接头上存在的径向干涉而导致的转矩逐渐增加。区段“b-c”表示因在销与套管之间的邻接肩部的增能而导致的转矩大小增加。
曲线11表示施加在根据本发明的方法的接头上的转矩趋势变化。区段“a-d”表示具有因销和套管的螺纹的顶部与根部之间更大的径向干涉引起的更陡角度的转矩逐渐增加。曲线区段“d-e”代表由邻接肩部6和7的增能引起的转矩急剧增大达到与根据已知组装方法惯例执行的组装相对应的量级。区段“e-f”代表根据本发明的组装方法通常下文还被称为“Δ转矩”的附加转矩。
在将销2组装在套管3上结束时施加附加转矩。例如:当常规组装操作获得最终转矩并且该转矩产生的载荷是屈服强度的大约50%时,根据本发明的方法施加的“Δ转矩”将载荷提高到屈服强度的80%。这些值可以在1%到99%之间的总体可行范围内变化。
在分析本发明的组装方法时有两点值得注意:
1)曲线斜率突然增大的转矩肩部点“d”表示组装已经达到销2的肩部6与套管3的肩部7邻接的肩负位置。该点“d”标出了曲线11的第一部分的末端,在该末端螺纹干涉已经成为所施加转矩的唯一阻力。
2)从点“d”到组装结束的最终转矩点“f”,曲线几乎变成垂线,因为转矩值与曲线的在前部分相比在每转的一小部分突然增大。原因在于必须克服轴向干涉,从而消耗了存储在接头中作为弹性能量的相应转矩能量。
对于每种类型的商用接头,具体优化值已经限定,它们已经根据以下计划得到设计、测试和验证。
在第一步骤,考虑接头参数,例如直径、厚度、钢号、螺纹类型。最佳组装参数得到预先估计、建模和仿真。
在第二步骤,所述值得到真实尺寸的测试并且初始过程在迭代循环中得到反馈。
作为第三和最终步骤,得到组装的接头经历附加的验证测试,模拟实际操作条件以验证并确保接头和组装过程合格。
出于过程的复杂性,组装参数(例如连接件的直径或壁厚)不是以绝对参数得到限定。曲线11与区段“e-f”相对应的Δ转矩被定义为附加转矩或转矩延伸与转数相对的曲线。作为通常的规则,标称转矩或Δ转矩超过材料肩部区域上的屈服强度。有利地,“Δ转矩”被限定为大小在现有技术接头的标称转矩的10%到50%之间,对应于最终转矩值也就是标称转矩加上“Δ转矩”达到一个值,该值包括在钢的屈服强度的50%到90%之间。标称或最大标称组装转矩由每个具体接头的制造商限定。
除了实施本发明的方法之外,有助于提高疲劳寿命的另一特征是在接头上设置扩大的根部到载荷侧面的半径R。
对于销和套管的螺纹,为了适当承受通过径向干涉引起的更高应力,载荷侧面与根部之间的半径R尤其如图2b所示得到扩大。
已经证明采用螺纹根部-顶部半径干涉产生更低的应力集中,这一点通过设置扩大的半径R还变得更有利。
上述高径向张力可以形成在销的螺纹顶部与套管的螺纹根部之间,在销的螺纹根部与套管的螺纹顶部之间留出自由空间(该实施方式在图中未示出),或者像图2b所示那样反之亦然。两种选择还可以同时存在于同一接头中。
半径R可以被扩大到通过尤其在径向跳动螺纹上保持接头张紧效率的需要而得到限制的最大值。如果半径太大,则往往会产生脱离。
半径R的值一直被设定在螺纹高度的1/4左右,并且由于可能出现的尺寸应用,该值可以在0.2mm-0.4mm,优选值0.3mm。根据所完成的测试的结果,已经证明该值使螺纹接头性能最优化。
有助于提高接头疲劳寿命的另一改进是向销和套管表面提供表面处理,包括喷丸处理。有利地,在螺纹部分上和在靠近螺纹的非螺纹部分上(如金属对金属的密封表面(如果存在)和邻接表面)执行这样的处理。
首先,这种表面处理如通过众所周知的疲劳分析所证明的那样提供了提高疲劳强度的压缩微量预载荷。
其次,表面处理还增大了表面硬度。已经证明并在冷焊理论中详细说明,两个不同表面的硬度和精加工不同,则它们之间的磨损会降低。当施加在销或套管上,或者以不同大小施加在不同接头元件上以产生不同表面特性,或者施加在销和/或套管本身的选定区域上,优选施加在螺纹区域上时,所述处理还可以降低磨损趋势。例如,使表面中的一个磷化以使其与另一与其形成接触的接头元件不同更有助于降低磨损。然而,当涉及高载荷时单独磷化不是有效的,使其还与喷丸处理组合可以确保所述性能并且增大接头耐高载荷的性能。
在优选实施方式中,所述表面硬化处理施加在销上,其通常比套管受到更大载荷,更具体地施加在承受更高应力集中的螺纹区域的开始和终止部分。这样沿整个螺纹提供更均匀的应力分布。
在几次测试之后设定用于喷丸的合适的过程参数,从而产生结果的最优化。主要的过程参数之一是喷丸的强度,其由通过SAEJ442a标准进行标准化的Almen测试进行测量。根据所完成的测试结果,Almen强度在006A到015A之间适用于本发明。
另一重要参数是喷丸(球面钢或玻璃颗粒)的直径,其必须根据所处理的零件的几何形状来限定。对于本发明,0.15mm到0.35mm之间的喷丸直径是合适的。
这种表面硬化处理的另一优点在于其还降低了组装接头时的磨损趋势。
本发明优选被用于OCTG领域以及油气行业尤其是离岸应用中使用的管路连接件。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于组装螺纹接头的方法,其中设置:

定义为套管的阴螺纹管(3),
