发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保健茶酒的制作方法。主要由以下成分组成:绿茶、红枣、山楂、蜂蜜、玉米、糯米。
绿茶含有大量的茶多酚和咖啡碱,还有多种维生素和无机矿物质元素,具有抗衰老、降血脂、减肥、防龋齿、清口臭、防癌、抗紫外线辐射、改善消化不良情况等功效。
红枣含有蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、微量钙多种氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。具有补中益气、养血安神、提高人体免疫力,抑制癌细胞、软化血管降低血压等功能。
山楂中含多种维生素、酒石酸、柠檬酸、山楂酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄铜类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。中医认为,山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。主治饮食积滞、胸膈痞满、疝气血淤闭经等症。山楂中含有山萜类及黄铜类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量的功能。

2、按重量份,称取绿茶10~20份,红枣10~20份,山楂5~10份,酒曲5~10份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
3、按重量份,称取水50~100份,加入蜂蜜5~10份,再加入步骤2的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在20~35℃条件下发酵5~10天;
4、将步骤3中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。

本产品在利用绿茶、红枣、山楂、蜂蜜、玉米这些营养物质混合糯米酿制而成。使本产品拥有绿茶的清香,在保健功能上不但能够强身健体,提高免疫力,而且还具有降血压、血脂、抗衰老、开胃消食、养血安神等作用。
具体实施方式
选取绿茶、红枣、山楂、蜂蜜、玉米、糯米、酒曲备用,按以下步骤实施:
[实施例1]
1、按重量份,称取30份的糯米,玉米10份,混合均匀,加水浸泡10小时,洗净,蒸熟后冷却至30℃;
2、按重量份,称取绿茶10份,红枣10份,山楂5份,酒曲5份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
3、按重量份,称取水50份,加入蜂蜜5份,再加入步骤2的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在20℃条件下发酵10天;
4、将步骤3中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。
[实施例2]
1、按重量份,称取40份的糯米,玉米15份,混合均匀,加水浸泡15小时,洗净,蒸熟后冷却至40℃;
2、按重量份,称取绿茶15份,红枣15份,山楂8份,酒曲8份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
3、按重量份,称取水75份,加入蜂蜜8份,再加入步骤2的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在30℃条件下发酵7天;
4、将步骤3中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。
[实施例3]
1、按重量份,称取50份的糯米,玉米20份,混合均匀,加水浸泡20小时,洗净,蒸熟后冷却至50℃;
2、按重量份,称取绿茶20份,红枣20份,山楂10份,酒曲10份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
3、按重量份,称取水100份,加入蜂蜜10份,再加入步骤2的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在35℃条件下发酵5天;
4、将步骤3中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。
[实施例4]
1、按重量份,称取50份的糯米,玉米10份,混合均匀,加水浸泡15小时,洗净,蒸熟后冷却至40℃;
2、按重量份,称取绿茶20份,红枣20份,山楂10份,酒曲10份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
3、按重量份,称取水75份,加入蜂蜜10份,再加入步骤2的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在25℃条件下发酵10天;
4、将步骤3中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。
以上列举的仅是本发明的具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形,本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种保健茶酒的制作方法,其特征在于,通过以下步骤实现:
a)按重量份,称取30~50份的糯米,玉米10~20份,混合均匀,加水浸泡10~20小时,洗净,蒸熟后冷却至30~50℃;
b)按重量份,称取绿茶10~20份,红枣10~20份,山楂5~10份,酒曲5~10份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
c)按重量份,称取水50~100份,加入蜂蜜5~10份,再加入步骤b)的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤a)中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在20~35℃条件下发酵5~10天;
d)将步骤c)中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:
a)按重量份,称取30份的糯米,玉米10份,混合均匀,加水浸泡10小时,洗净,蒸熟后冷却至30℃;
b)按重量份,称取绿茶10份,红枣10份,山楂5份,酒曲5份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
c)按重量份,称取水50份,加入蜂蜜5份,再加入步骤b)的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤a)中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在20℃条件下发酵10天;
d)将步骤c)中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:
a)按重量份,称取40份的糯米,玉米15份,混合均匀,加水浸泡15小时,洗净,蒸熟后冷却至40℃;
b)按重量份,称取绿茶15份,红枣15份,山楂8份,酒曲8份,磨成粉,混合均匀;
c)按重量份,称取水75份,加入蜂蜜8份,再加入步骤b)的混合物搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤a)中糯米与玉米的混合物,搅拌混合均匀,在30℃条件下发酵7天;
d)将步骤c)中发酵好的混合物过滤即得产品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:
