Abstract

本发明公开了一种防治缺血性脑卒中的药物组合物，该药物组合物由瑟丹酸内酯19～72％、蒿本内酯17～67％、天麻素2～29％和溶剂组成。本发明药物组合物药效高，可有效减轻缺血性脑卒中的病理变化和行为障碍；其次药效确切，用量小，作用强；此外本发明纯度高，纯度可达98％以上，可以制成包括注射剂在内的制剂。
