技术领域
本发明涉及聚半乳甘露聚糖组合物,更特别的是涉及瓜尔胶组合物,所述组合物在与钛酸盐有机螯合剂交联时,形成能够很容易地分散在水中的个别瓜尔胶颗粒,从而可以对瓜尔胶进行后续加工,例如洗涤。人们希望将瓜尔胶及其衍生物用于例如个人护理品或家用护理品等应用中。
背景技术
聚半乳甘露聚糖及其衍生物被用于各种用途中,例如油料回收、个人护理品、纺织、纸张、涂料、食品等等。聚半乳甘露聚糖及其衍生物很难分散在水溶液中,因为它们容易形成粘性颗粒而成团或结块,使得溶解难以进行。为了改善该聚合物的溶解性,使用交联剂如硼砂使得可以在反应后对聚半乳甘露聚糖进行水洗,并提高聚半乳甘露聚糖在水中的可分散性。
基于硼酸盐、铝盐、铜盐、铁盐、铅盐、钙盐和钠盐的交联剂已经公开。其它交联剂例如基于钛和锆的金属盐也已经被提及,但是对于它们的使用方法或过程还没有清楚的描述。
人们对某些消费品中硼的害处存在着担忧,因此需要一种替代的交联剂用于对聚半乳甘露聚糖及其衍生物的提纯和处理中。
在个人护理应用领域例如头发护理和皮肤护理,和家用护理领域例如织物护理中,人们都希望在基体上沉积不含硼的涂层,这减少在梳理干发或湿发时所需的能量,或者给皮肤或织物一种丝滑、柔软的感觉。该涂层还能够改善头发和皮肤的光泽、保水性以及其易护理性和触感。
发明内容
在第一个方面中,本发明涉及一种生产聚半乳甘露聚糖的方法。所述方法包括如下步骤:得到聚半乳甘露聚糖,然后将所述聚半乳甘露聚糖与有效量的非硼酸金属盐或螯合物接触,以制备交联的聚半乳甘露聚糖颗粒。优选的非硼酸金属盐或螯合物包括基于钛或锆的金属盐。随后将所述交联的聚半乳甘露聚糖颗粒分散在pH值为约12以下至约7的水中,并在水中洗涤以除去所述交联的聚半乳甘露聚糖颗粒中的杂质。
在第二个方面中,本发明涉及一种包含非硼酸金属盐或螯合物交联的聚半乳甘露聚糖聚合物和其衍生物,特别是含阳离子取代基的钛或锆交联的聚半乳甘露聚糖的个人护理或家用护理组合物。这种杂质含量低的聚半乳甘露聚糖可用于各种用途,例如个人护理品和家用护理品。在那些要减少或消除含硼化合物的使用的领域中,所述杂质含量低的聚半乳甘露聚糖是特别有用的。
具体实施方式
在本发明中,已经发现利用钛盐以约0.001-0.025钛重量/半乳甘露聚糖聚合物重量的比率对阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖反应混合物进行处理,得到水分散性聚半乳甘露聚糖,其仍保持为个别的颗粒而不结块成凝胶。预期使用其它螯合剂例如锆盐得到与钛盐类似的结果。所得到的交联的聚半乳甘露聚糖颗粒很容易在水中洗涤,并可很容易地分散在水中。
该用途可以作为半乳甘露聚糖的加工辅助手段。聚半乳甘露聚糖是主要由半乳糖和甘露糖单元组成的多糖,通常存在于豆科种子例如瓜尔豆、角豆、皂荚树、凤凰木等的胚乳中。聚半乳甘露聚糖可以其天然形式使用,也可以被一个或多个官能团(例如羧甲基)取代。最常用的聚半乳甘露聚糖是瓜尔胶。瓜尔胶可以是非衍生瓜尔胶,也可以是衍生的瓜尔胶,例如阳离子型瓜尔胶、阴离子型瓜尔胶、疏水瓜尔胶和羟烷基瓜尔胶。
使用钛酸盐螯合物代替硼酸盐的好处是,硼酸盐比钛酸盐螯合物在更高的pH下在水中离解,这导致在更高pH下形成膨胀的凝胶颗粒或凝胶体。通过使聚半乳甘露聚糖在较低的pH值下保持为个别颗粒,可以在较大的pH值范围内对聚半乳甘露聚糖进行洗涤,并由此可以去除在较高pH下无法去除的杂质例如碱性物种。这些杂质可能降低聚半乳甘露聚糖的水溶液的澄清度,或者如果让这些杂质与半乳甘露聚糖一起留在一些终端应用例如个人护理中,是有害的。
此外,已经发现,用金属螯合物,或特别是钛螯合物处理的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖在个人护理组合物中用作很好的调理剂和增稠剂。
根据本发明,阳离子型、阴离子型、羟烷基或疏水性聚半乳甘露聚糖或其衍生物通常具有的取代度(DS)下限为约0.001,上限为约3.0。优选阳离子、阴离子、羟烷基或疏水性DS的下限是0.01,更优选为0.05。优选阳离子DS的上限是3.0,更优选为1.0,甚至更优选为0.25。本发明的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖或其衍生物通常具有的重均分子量(Mw)下限为约50,000,上限为约5,000,000。所述分子量下限优选为300,000,更优选为400,000。该分子量上限优选为1,500,000,更优选为1,000,000。
聚半乳甘露聚糖或衍生聚半乳甘露聚糖的阳离子官能性可以用已知的方法加入到骨架中。例如,可以使聚半乳甘露聚糖在充足的温度下,与叔氨基或季铵烷基化试剂反应充分的时间,所述烷基化试剂例如:2-二烷基氨乙基氯化物和季铵化合物例如3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和2,3-环氧-丙基三甲基氯化铵。优选的实例包括缩水甘油基三烷基铵盐和3-卤素-2-羟丙基三烷基铵盐,例如缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵、缩水甘油基三乙基氯化铵、缩水甘油基三丙基氯化铵、缩水甘油基乙基二甲基氯化铵、缩水甘油基二乙基甲基氯化铵、和它们相应的溴化物和碘化物;3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、3-氯-2-羟丙基三乙基氯化铵、3-氯-2-羟丙基三丙基氯化铵、3-氯-2-羟丙基乙基二甲基氯化铵、和它们相应的溴化物和碘化物;和季铵化合物,例如含咪唑啉环化合物的卤化物。
阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖还可以含有其它取代基,例如非离子取代基,即羟基烷基,其中所述烷基代表具有1-30个碳原子的直链或分支烃部分(例如羟乙基、羟丙基、羟丁基);或阴离子取代基,例如羧甲基是任选的。这些任选的取代基通过聚半乳甘露聚糖聚合物与试剂反应而链接在聚半乳甘露聚糖聚合物上,所述试剂例如:(1)1,2-环氧烷烃(例如环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧丁烷),与这类试剂反应得到羟乙基、羟丙基、或羟丁基;或(2)氯甲基乙酸,与该试剂反应得到羧甲基。制备衍生的聚半乳甘露聚糖的方法是本领域公知的。阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖还可以含有一个或多个其它取代基例如非离子、阴离子和阳离子取代基的混合物。
可用于本发明的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖或其衍生物可以用几种已知的试剂进行处理,例如(1)苛性碱,(2)酸,(3)生化氧化剂,如半乳糖氧化酶,(4)化学氧化剂,如过氧化氢,(5)使用高速搅拌和剪切设备的物理方法,(6)热法,(7)酶试剂,和(8)这些试剂和方法的混合。还可任选包括试剂例如焦亚硫酸钠或亚硫酸氢盐的无机盐。
本发明的有机金属螯合物处理的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖聚合物优选的终端用途是作为个人护理组合物或家用护理组合物的成分,其中所述组合物包含有机钛螯合物处理的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖和个人护理成分。所述个人护理成分包括,但不限于,活性成分,例如镇痛剂、麻醉剂、抗生剂、抗真菌剂、防腐剂、去皮屑剂、抗菌剂、维生素、激素、抗腹泻剂、皮质激素、消炎剂、血管扩张剂、角质软化剂、干眼组合物(dry-eyecompositions)、伤口愈合剂、抗感染剂;以及溶剂、稀释剂、辅助剂和其它成分例如水、乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、高级醇、甘油、山梨醇、矿物油、防腐剂、表面活性剂、推进剂、香料、精油和增粘剂。
根据本发明,所述个人护理成分必须为使用者的身体提供某些益处。个人护理组合物包括头发护理、皮肤护理、日光护理和口腔护理组合物。适于包含在本发明个人护理产品中的物质的实例如下:
1)香料,其以香氛和除臭的方式来带来嗅觉感受,其除了提供香气之外还可以减少体臭;
2)皮肤致冷剂,例如薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷醇酯、薄荷基吡咯烷酮羧酸酯、N-乙基-p-薄荷烷-3-羧酰胺和薄荷醇的其它衍生物,其在触觉上给予皮肤清凉感觉;
3)润肤剂,例如肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、有机硅材料、矿物油和植物油,其在触觉上增加肌肤润滑性;
4)不同于香料的除臭剂,其功能是减少或消除皮肤表面的微生物菌丛,尤其是造成体臭的那些。还可以不同于香料的除臭剂前体;
5)止汗活性剂,其功能是减少或消除皮肤表面出汗;
6)增湿剂,其通过增加水分或防止皮肤水分挥发来保持皮肤湿润;
7)清洁剂,除去皮肤上的污垢和油脂;
8)防晒活性成分,其保护皮肤和头发受到紫外线和其它来自阳光的有害光线的伤害。根据本发明,其在治疗上的有效量通常为组合物的0.01-10重量%,优选0.1-5重量%;
9)头发护理剂,其调理头发、清洁头发、柔顺头发,用作造型剂、丰发剂和光泽剂、保色剂、止屑剂、头发促长剂、染发剂和颜料、发用香料、直发剂、头发漂白剂、发用增湿剂、发油护理剂和抗卷曲剂;
10)口腔护理剂,例如洁牙剂和口腔清洗剂,其对牙齿和齿龈进行清洁、洁白、除臭和保护;
11)假牙粘附剂,其为假牙提供粘附性能;
12)剃须产品,例如剃须膏、凝胶和乳液以及刀片润滑条;
13)棉纸产品,例如增湿和清洁棉纸;
14)美妆产品,例如粉底、唇膏和眼妆产品;
15)织物制品,例如增湿和清洁拭物;和
16)颜料或染料,其为头发、皮肤和织物基底上色。
根据本发明,家用护理成分必须为使用者提供某些益处。根据本发明,适用的家用护理成分的实例为如下:
1)香料,其以香氛和除臭的方式来带来嗅觉感受,其除了提供香气之外还可以减少体臭;
2)杀虫剂,其作用是将昆虫阻止在特定区域之外或防止其攻击皮肤;
3)起泡剂,例如表面活性剂,用以产生泡沫或肥皂泡;
4)宠物除臭剂或驱虫剂,例如除虫菊酯,用以减少宠物气味;
5)宠物洗发剂和活性成分,其功能是从皮肤和毛发表面去除污垢、异物和细菌;
6)工业级皂条、洗浴凝胶、和液体肥皂活性成分,其去除皮肤上的微生物、污垢、油脂和油,清洁皮肤和调理皮肤;
7)通用清洁剂,其去除区域表面例如厨房、浴室和公共设施表面的污物、油、油脂、细菌;
8)消毒成分,其杀灭房间和公共设备中的细菌或避免细菌滋生;
9)地毯和室内装璜清洁活性成分,其除去表面的污物和异物,并且还带来软化和香气;
10)衣物软化活性剂,其减少静电并使织物感觉更柔软;
11)衣物清洁剂,其去除污渍、油、油脂、污点并杀灭细菌;
12)衣物清洁剂或织物柔软剂成分,其减少织物护理在洗涤、漂洗和干燥周期中的色彩丧失;
13)洗碗用洗涤剂,其除去污点、食物、细菌;
14)抽水马桶清洁剂,其除去污点,杀死细菌,和除臭;
15)衣物预除污活性成分,其辅助去除衣物上的污点;
16)织物上浆剂,其改善织物外观;
17)车辆清洁活性成分,其除去车辆和设备上的污物、油脂等等;
18)润滑剂,其减少部件之间的摩擦;和
19)织物制品,例如除尘和消毒抹布。
上列个人和家用护理活性成分只是示例性的,并不是可用的活性成分的完全列表。用于这些类产品的其它成分是本领域公知的。除了上述常规使用的成分之外,本发明的组合物还可以任选包括,但不限于,成分例如:着色剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、营养补充剂、α或β含氧酸、活性增强剂、乳化剂、功能性聚合物、增粘剂(例如盐,即NaCl、NH4Cl和KCl;水溶性聚合物,即羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素;和脂肪醇,即十六醇)、具有1-6个碳原子的醇、脂肪或脂肪族化合物、抗菌化合物、吡啶硫酮锌、有机硅材料、烃类聚合物、润肤剂、油脂、表面活性剂、药剂、香料、芬香剂、悬浮剂、和它们的混合物。
根据本发明,可以用于混入本发明的金属有机络合物处理的聚半乳甘露聚糖或其衍生物的功能性聚合物的实例包括:水溶性聚合物,例如丙烯酸均聚物,如Carbopol产品和阴离子型和两性丙烯酸共聚物;乙烯基吡咯烷酮均聚物和阳离子型乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物;非离子型、阳离子型、阴离子型和两性纤维素聚合物,例如羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、阳离子型羟乙基纤维素、阳离子型羧甲基羟乙基纤维素、和阳离子型羟丙基纤维素;丙烯酰胺均聚物和阳离子型、两性和疏水性丙烯酰胺共聚物、聚乙二醇聚合物和共聚物、疏水聚醚、疏水聚醚缩醛、疏水改性的聚醚氨酯和其它被称为缔合聚合物的聚合物、疏水纤维素聚合物、聚环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物、和非离子型、阴离子型、疏水性、两性、和阳离子型多糖,例如黄原胶、甲壳糖、海藻酸盐和阿拉伯树胶。
根据本发明,可以使用的有机硅材料是:其形式可为聚合物、低聚物、油、蜡、树脂、和胶质的聚有机硅氧烷;或聚有机硅氧烷聚醚共聚多元醇;含氨基烷基的聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物(amodimethicones);阳离子型聚二甲基硅氧烷材料和任何其它用于个人护理或家用护理组合物的有机硅材料。
在一个实施方案中,本发明的头发护理或皮肤护理组合物是包含水和本发明的聚合物的水性体系。在一个实施方案中,本发明的头发护理或皮肤护理组合物包含一种或多种表面活性剂化合物,这包括:两性表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、和它们的组合。
已经发现,钛有机络合物处理的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖可以高效地沉积在毛发/皮肤上,并为所讨论的角蛋白基质带来很大的调理益处。
这样的聚合物在头发造型、身体乳液和防晒品中提供其它的益处,因为其在角蛋白基质上形成疏水膜,这充当了这些表面和周围环境之间的屏障。
本发明的聚合物可以用作二合一洗发剂、身体乳液、防晒品、抗卷曲剂和头发造型产品中的调节剂。本发明的聚合物还可以用于改善头发蓬松性、易打理性、头发修护、或保色性、皮肤增湿和保湿性、留香性、在头发、皮肤和织物护理品中的防晒持久性;在口腔护理中,提高增香性和杀菌性;以及在家用护理中,增强织物耐磨性和不褪色性。
在洗发剂和护发素领域,湿发和干发易梳性测试是用于测试护理性能的典型测试方法。在皮肤护理领域,皮肤光滑性或减少的摩擦或皮肤更柔软的触感、降低的透湿性和增强的皮肤弹性,是用于测试皮肤调理的测试方法。期望具有调理性能的基于表面活性剂的家用清洁产品配方例如洗碗清洁剂、织物柔顺剂和抗静电产品中,调理指的是赋予织物更柔软的感觉并消除静电影响,消除织物纤维断裂或变形即起球。赋予织物色泽稳定性也是很重要的,也可以进行测量。
以下实施例示出了阳离子型瓜尔胶与有机钛螯合物(有机钛酸盐,由E.I.du Pont de Nemours and Company提供)的交联,及其在个人护理组合物中的应用。此外,已经发现,钛有机螯合物处理的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖在个人护理组合物中用作很好的调理剂和增稠剂。
这些实施例仅仅是示例性的,除非另有说明,所有的份数和百分数都是基于重量。应当理解的是在不背离本发明宗旨和范围的基础上,相关领域的技术人员可以对本发明做出其它改良。
实施例1-6
阳离子型瓜尔胶的制备
阳离子型瓜尔胶使用已知方法制备,不使用交联剂。
在氮气氛下,将瓜尔胶片(guar splits)(750g)和水(450g)在搅拌反应器中混合。将反应器用氮气加压并排出氧气。先加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(288g),再加入250g 25%的氢氧化钠,之后在30-50℃的温度下进行反应。将反应冷却到室温。反应产物示于实施例1中,其用于表1中实施例3-7中的交联试验。
一个类似的反应是,加入四水合硼酸钠来交联阳离子型瓜尔胶。该反应产物示于实施例2。
钛交联
将未提纯的阳离子型瓜尔胶反应产物置于容器中,将实施例3、4、5、6中用水稀释的指定量的有机钛酸盐加入瓜尔胶片中,同时用手持搅拌器混合两分钟以上。反应在室温下进行。对于实施例4和6,在加入有机钛酸盐溶液之前,利用相同的混合过程向瓜尔胶片中加入冰醋酸的稀释溶液。
对于实施例7,将阳离子型瓜尔胶反应产物置于ABBE混合器中,转速设定为2(85rpm)。将系统抽空到10英寸汞柱,并用氮气加压到10psi,之后保持2分钟。将该过程重复进行5次。在排气之后,在30分钟内将369g水中的31.9g Tyzor LA(50%活性,E.I Du Pont de Nemours,Wilmington,DE)加入到阳离子型瓜尔胶固体(pH 11.5)中,在每加入50ml后就抽空并用氮气加压。温度保持在18-22℃。在最后一次加入Tyzor之后,在10psi氮气氛下,将混合物保持在22℃,并混合30分钟。停止搅拌并回收产物。
洗涤过程
将称重过的交联或非交联聚合物置于8盎司的广口瓶中,并按照表1中的洗涤1的说明加入蒸馏水。在30-40分钟后,将上部水层从瓜尔胶片中倒出并测量。利用表1中指定量的水进行第二次洗涤,并将浆液保持在室温下24小时。
如果存在上层水,那么就将其倒出并作为洗涤3回收物测量。注意,在实施例2(硼酸盐交联对照)、实施例5和6(钛酸盐交联)的第二涤洗涤中有大量的水倒出。在洗涤2之后,实施例2、5和6中的聚合物形式是个别的颗粒,这表明已经发生了充分的交联,从而避免了洗涤步骤期间聚合物的溶胀。实施例1中的聚合物(没有交联对照)在洗涤2之后,形成连续的凝胶,因为没有交联剂,聚合物溶解在了洗涤用水中。在实施例3和4中,聚合物在洗涤2之后,为溶胀但是个别的凝胶颗粒,这表明发生了一些交联,但是量不足以避免聚合物在洗涤步骤中溶胀。
在第三次洗涤步骤中,实施例1-6的聚合物相的再悬浮表明,实施例2-6中发生了交联,回收倾倒出的水相并分离颗粒状聚合物相。实施例1(没有交联剂对照)产生溶胀的凝胶,其在进一步加水后继续溶胀。
对于实施例7,利用机械搅拌器将产物(660重量份)与3300pbw水混合30-40分钟。随后产物沉淀到烧杯底部,将液相倒出。在通风罩中对固体产物通风干燥72小时至固含量为87%。将产物用干冰进行冷却,随后研磨通过流化床干燥器中0.5mm然后是0.2mm的筛网。然后将该产物分别用于制备表2和3中实施例8的调理性洗发剂和实施例10的沐浴液。
这些实施例表明了以充分量钛交联剂处理的水分散性聚半乳甘露聚糖的制备。
实施例8以及对比实施例9-10
本发明产物的调理性能
将本发明实施例7中的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖材料用于调理性洗发剂配方中,这示于表2的实施例8中,并与含硼酸盐交联的阳离子型瓜尔胶的对比洗发剂(实施例9)和不含阳离子型瓜尔胶的洗发剂(实施例10)进行比较。
洗发剂的制备
将示于表3的77重量份(pbw)表面活性剂预混组合物与19pbw去离子水和0.3pbw本发明的聚合物,利用带分散桨的Caframo高架机械搅拌器在600rpm下搅拌混合,并使组合物在环境温度下混合45分钟,从而制得表2中的调理性洗发剂配方。此时,将3pbw有机硅乳液(Dow Corning 1784)加入到所述配方中,并继续混合15分钟。将洗发剂组合物保持在环境温度下过夜,利用带有小型样品接口、锭子31的Brookfield LVT粘度计在特定转速下测量各个洗发剂的粘度。
洗发剂粘度测量
将实施例8的含本发明的乙二醛交联的阳离子型瓜尔胶的洗发剂粘度与对比实施例10的不含聚合物的进行比较,该比较表明了本发明的产物的增粘性能。实施例8中洗发剂的粘度与实施例9中含硼酸盐交联的阳离子型瓜尔胶的洗发剂粘度类似。
阳离子型多糖和其它聚合物已经被广泛用于个人护理、家用护理、工业、和惯用产品中,以在最终产品上实现一定的功能,这包括聚合物用作胶凝剂、粘合剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、乳化剂、铺展和沉积助剂和载体以增强化学和物理活性成分在个人护理、家用护理、工业和惯用组合物中的流变性、功效、沉积、美观性和传递性。根据用途,应用所述产品的基底可以是皮肤、毛发或织物基底。
阳离子型多糖用于头发护理产品来为头发提供调理。在皮肤护理产品中,这些同样的聚合物可以为皮肤提供调理作用。当将这样聚合物加入到洗衣剂和织物柔顺剂配方中时,它们可以为织物提供调理、柔顺、抗磨损和抗静电性能。
干湿梳理测试是用于测量在洗发剂和护发素应用中调理性能的典型测试方法。在洗发剂制备的24小时内检测各个洗发剂配方的梳理性能,测试在两绺中等褐色欧洲真人发束上进行(National Hair Importers,New Jersey),所述发束已经提前用十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)溶液进行了处理,清洗,并在23℃和50%的相对湿度下干燥一夜。
梳理性能测试
将洗发剂组合物施加到一绺用水润湿的头发上,来进行梳理性能测试,比率是0.5pbw洗发剂/1pbw发绺。将该绺头发揉捏60秒,随后用40℃的水冲洗30秒。重复该过程,随后用去离子水冲洗头发并将多余的水分从头发中挤出。将该绺头发置于双精梳设备上,利用双精梳法以12.5厘米/分钟的十字头速度,用Ace硬橡胶细齿口袋梳(Ace hard rubber fine pocketcombs),在23℃和50%的相对湿度下在lnstron 5542上测量8次湿发梳力。然后,将发绺在23℃和50%的相对湿度下干燥一整夜,用相同的双精梳法测量干发梳理性。表2中的标准化梳理能量代表总梳理能/发绺重量。
实施例8的湿发和干发梳理能与实施例10的不含聚合物对照的洗发剂较高的梳理能相比,显著降低,这证明了本发明产品的调理性能。实施例8的梳理能与实施例9的含硼酸盐交联的阳离子型瓜尔胶的洗发剂很相当。

实施例11和对比实施例12
在皮肤护理上的应用,沐浴液
本发明的产品在沐浴液配方中的增稠性能示于表4。通过向76pbw表5中的沐浴液预混配方中加入0.3pbw实施例7的本发明聚合物,和水(使体积达到100)来制备沐浴液配方。利用带分散桨的高架机械搅拌器混合1小时。沐浴液的pH为5.6。
实施例11的沐浴液分别含有本发明实施例7的聚合物。向沐浴液配方中加入本发明的聚合物使得该沐浴液的粘度与实施例12中不含阳离子型瓜尔胶的对比沐浴液相比有所增加。

除了用非硼酸金属盐作为聚半乳甘露聚糖聚合物及其衍生物的交联剂之外,其它与聚半乳甘露聚糖组合物形成水溶胀或水分散络合物的试剂也可以用来提高聚半乳甘露聚糖的水分散性。这些试剂包括含磷酸酯、硫酸酯、磺酸酯、羧酸酯或碳酸酯基团的低聚物或高聚物,包括六偏磷酸钠聚磺苯乙烯;和可以与阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖聚合物形成水分散络合物的蛋白质例如酪蛋白或乳清。这些试剂还包括阴离子型、阳离子型和两性表面活性剂,例如月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基硫酸钠、十六烷基三甲基氯化或溴化铵、和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
此外,其它交联剂,例如氯甲酸酯、硅氧烷基交联剂如三乙氧基硅烷、乙二醛和其它二醛物质也可用于交联聚半乳甘露聚糖,使其具有水分散性。
上述水分散性交联产品随后可以被用于各种用途中,例如个人护理或家用护理产品,此时通过适当地调节溶液的pH值或加入盐可以使它们分散并溶解在水相中。
虽然本发明已经参照优选实施方案进行了说明,但是应当明白的是,在不背离本发明所要求的宗旨和范围的情况下,可以对本发明进行变化和改良。这样的变化和改良应认为是在所附权利要求的权限和范围内。
Claims (19)
1.一种组合物,其包含:
经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的聚半乳甘露聚糖和活性剂成分,其中所述组合物为个人护理或家用护理产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的聚半乳甘露聚糖包括经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的阳离子型聚半乳甘露聚糖是经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的阳离子型瓜尔胶。
4.如权利要求3所述的组合物,其中所述经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的阳离子型瓜尔胶的取代度(DS)下限为约0.001,且上限为约3.0。
5.如权利要求3所述的组合物,其中所述经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的阳离子型瓜尔胶的重均分子量(Mw)下限为约50,000,且上限为约5,000,000。
6.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述非硼酸金属盐或螯合物包括基于钛的金属盐。
7.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述非硼酸金属盐或螯合物包括基于锆的金属盐。
8.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中该组合物包括选自清洁组合物、调理剂和头发造型产品的个人护理组合物。
9.如权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述个人护理组合物还包含一种或多种选自以下的表面活性剂化合物:两性表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、和它们的组合。
10.如权利要求9所述的组合物,其还包含一种或多种选自以下组中的附加成分:防腐剂、增稠剂、功能性聚合物、粘度调节剂、电解质、pH调节剂、香料、染料、UV防护剂、有机硅材料、去头屑剂、维生素、维生素衍生物。
11.如权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述个人护理组合物是头发护理组合物。
12.如权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述个人护理组合物是皮肤护理组合物。
13.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包括家用护理组合物。
14.一种制造经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的聚半乳甘露聚糖的方法,其包括以下步骤:
a.得到聚半乳甘露聚糖;
b.用所述聚半乳甘露聚糖与有效量的非硼酸金属盐或螯合物接触,以得到经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的聚半乳甘露聚糖;
c.将所述经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的聚半乳甘露聚糖分散在pH为7以下至约3的水中;和
d.在水中洗涤所述经非硼酸金属盐或螯合物处理的聚半乳甘露聚糖。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中所述聚半乳甘露聚糖包括瓜尔胶。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述聚半乳甘露聚糖还包括阳离子型瓜尔胶。
17.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中所述非硼酸金属盐或螯合物包括基于钛的金属盐。
18.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中所述非硼酸金属盐或螯合物包括基于锆的金属盐。
19.如权利要求17所述的方法,其中钛的有效量包括约0.001-0.025重量钛/重量聚半乳甘露聚糖聚合物的比率。
