Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于中药药物技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗脏躁病的中药药物。
背景技术
脏躁属郁症之一,缘于七情内伤,引起五脏气机不和,以致功能紊乱,符合现代医学之癔病,为祖国医学肝郁之重笃。其发病机制“七情之郁居多,如思伤脾、怒伤肝之类是也。其原总于心,因情志不遂,则郁而成病矣。其证心、脾、肝、胆为多”。其临床表现多种多样,有指手划脚,大哭大叫者;有倒地不起,双目微闭,言语骤涩者;有语无伦次,戏剧样动作者;亦有哭笑无常癫狂症状等。起病或发作多与精神刺激有关,临床以青壮年多见。其治疗方法,历代医家各有不同。目前,临床常规一般采用西药配合针灸疗法或中药汤药治疗。现有技术的治疗方法,西药副作用大众所周知;推拿复位治疗既费时又费力,而且治疗费用高、疗程长、疗效差;针灸治疗患者痛苦大,难以康复;中药汤药治疗,药物经反复高温熬煎,药物有效成分散失,药效差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种标本兼治、无副作用、患者无痛苦、药物有效成分散失小的治疗脏躁病的中药药物。
本发明的解决方案是基于祖国医学对脏躁病的发病机理和提高机体免疫力的认识及治疗原则,参考古、今药理研究成就,从祖国医学宝库中,筛选出补元固本、扶正祛邪的天然中药,按中医理论组方,提取精华,使其发挥平肝解郁、养血宁神,对脏躁病有治愈和抑制的功效。
本发明药物是由下列组分制成的(用量为重量份):
当归10、炒白芍10、茯苓15、白术6、柴胡9、牡蛎20、香附9、石菖蒲10、郁金9、远志9、栀子8、淡豆豉15、甘草6、浮小麦30、大枣6;
将上述各组分制成本发明药物的制备方法是:
取上述原料药在60℃下低温烘干,再于100℃杀菌30分钟,然后粉碎过100目筛,药粉备用;过筛后的粗纤维剩余物加3~5倍重量的水,煎煮2次,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩成汁备用;然后将药粉加入药汁中混匀制备成药丸,制备好的药丸于45℃下低温烘干,烘干过程中,要翻动均匀;烘干后进行分装,即得本发明药物。
本发明药物中的当归性味甘、辛、性温,归肝、心、脾经,补血润燥,为血中气药,血和则气降;白芍补血泻肝阴敛逆气;茯苓宁心安神;白术性温,味苦甘,有补脾、益胃、燥湿、和中的功效,常用于脾胃气弱、不思饮食、腹胀泄泻、痰饮眩悸、水肿、自汗、胎动不安等症状,经典医书中就有“脾虚不健,术能补之,胃虚不纳,术能助之”的论断;柴胡宣畅气血而解郁;牡蛎清热补水而除虚烦;香附理气解郁;石菖蒲开心孔、利九窍;郁金凉心热散肝郁;远志补心肾强志益智;栀子泻心肺三焦之火,郁火解则懊憹除;淡豆豉为豆科植物大豆的成熟种子经发酵加工而成的制品,性味辛、甘、微苦、凉,解表、除虚烦,治失眠;浮小麦补心、止烦、除热、敛汗;甘草、大枣治脏躁悲伤欲绝、神明内乱等症;上述诸药经合理配伍对脏躁病有特效。
本发明中药丸临床使用结果表明,有下述优点:
1、本发明选用纯天然中药原料,各组分符合药政法规定,利用各味中药的综合作用,对脏躁病有治愈和抑制的功效,无化学甜味剂,对人体无毒无害;
2、本发明味微甘,无苦涩感,服用方便;
3、本发明为生药制剂,药物有效成分散失小,疗效高。
为表明本发明中药丸的疗效,本发明经十余年的临床观察选择病例,10天为一个疗程,日服2次,每次5克,治愈病人近5000例,身体完全康复为有效,总有效率为100%。

巩XX,女,17岁,学生,门诊号062312,初诊于2006年2月23日
病史:患者自述因生气情志不舒后即精神恍惚,悲忧善哭,全身颤抖,有时不懂人事,经针刺后方醒,食欲不振,小便微黄,大便正常。
检查:精神抑郁似痴呆;舌质红苔少而薄白,脉象弦数。
辨证:气郁血虚,心失营养。
治则:平肝解郁、养血宁神为主。
治疗:服用本发明中药丸,一个疗程后,自觉症状明显减轻,经连续治疗2个疗程后,复查症状体症消失,恢复学习,随访一年未复发。

1.一种治疗脏躁病的中药药物,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的药丸:当归10、炒白芍10、茯苓15、白术6、柴胡9、牡蛎20、香附9、石菖蒲10、郁金9、远志9、栀子8、淡豆豉15、甘草6、浮小麦30、大枣6;按下述工艺制备而成:取上述原料药在60℃下低温烘干,再于100℃杀菌30分钟,然后粉碎过100目筛,药粉备用;过筛后的粗纤维剩余物加3~5倍重量的水,煎煮2次,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩成汁备用;然后将药粉加入药汁中混匀制备成药丸,制备好的药丸于45℃下低温烘干,烘干过程中,要翻动均匀,烘干后进行分装。
