Abstract
联苯菊酯增效水乳剂的方法和生产工艺,涉及一种杀虫杀螨剂,为了不使用或尽量降低芳香类有机溶剂的使用量,减少有机溶剂对环境污染,提供一种低毒无刺激,对作物无药害,对环境亲和的多功能杀虫杀螨剂产品。由联苯菊酯、八氯二丙醚与精炼石油水乳剂的组分,采用高速剪切制成。既可杀灭主要病虫害,又能显示一定生长调节作用,提高植物抗寒、抗病能力,药效高于同剂量的乳油产品。本发明以水作溶剂,生产中无三废排放,配方科学,工艺先进,价格低廉。具有高效、广谱、稳定、多功能等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及联苯菊酯水乳剂。属于农药的制造工艺和方法。
背景技术
联苯菊酯为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,杀螨剂。具有触杀和胃毒作用,兼具驱避和拒食作用,其作用迅速,持效期长,杀虫谱广。能有效地防治果树、蔬菜、茶叶、棉花等作物上的鳞翅目幼虫、粉虱、蚜虫、潜叶蛾、叶蝉等害虫及害螨。目前联苯菊酯的主要剂型是乳油,乳油使用甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、甲醇等有机溶剂做溶剂,这些制剂环境相容性差。在农药喷施过程中会挥发到空气中,对环境有污染作用;近几年来协会一直在呼吁国内农药企业开发一些环境相容性好的新剂型,逐步淘汰现有乳油农药产品。
国家鼓励农药企业要积极开发新剂型,即凡是能用水基化剂型的,就尽量不用乳油。仍有相当多的联苯菊酯农药品种存在着剂型老、易药害等问题,不适应现代技术要求和环境保护要求。对其进行改造开发为新剂型,这是目前开发新剂型的主要途径。
国内外也有联苯菊酯水乳剂和微乳剂的研究。中国专利200510040383.6联苯菊酯水乳剂及其制备工艺,西南大学重庆市昆虫学及害虫控制工程重点实验室有5%联苯菊酯微乳剂研究,广西农药剂型工程技术研究中心和广西田园生化股份有限公司联合对2.5%联苯菊酯微乳剂研制开发。济南绿霸化学品有限责任公司100克/升联苯菊酯水乳剂获农药登记(证号:LS20080617)。上海上海亚泰农资有限公司获年产800吨15%联苯菊酯水乳剂的农药核准企业。尽管如此,联苯菊酯水乳剂和微乳剂还存在着稳定性差、药效低、功能单一、易药害等问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明目的在于研制一种对环境亲和,并能增加作物的抗逆性,促进植物生长的多功能的联苯菊酯增效水乳剂产品。
发明方案:联苯菊酯、八氯二丙醚与精炼石油水乳剂的组分在生产过程中加入,采用高速剪切混合乳化器均匀分散制成。其重量百分比的成分配制如下:
联苯菊酯:1~10%
八氯二丙醚:0~5%
有机溶剂:0~10%
精炼石油水乳剂:余量
所述的联苯菊酯为联苯菊酯原药(GB 22619-2008),别名天王星;虫螨灵;毕芬宁;2-甲基联苯基-3-基甲基-(Z)-(1RS)-顺-3-(2-氯-3,3,3-三氟-1-丙烯基)-2;2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯。英文名称bifenthrin;FMC-54800;Biphenthrin;Brigade;Capture;Talstar。分子式C23H22F3ClO2。分子量422.86。蒸汽压2.4×10-2Pa(25℃)。熔点57~64℃。溶解性水0.1mg/L,丙酮1.25kg/L,并可溶于氯仿、二氯甲烷、乙醚、甲苯。密度1.210。外观与性状为浅褐色固体。
所述的八氯二丙醚是一种农药增效剂。淡黄色液体。别名:二(2,3,3,3-四氯丙基)醚;1,1’-氧代双(2,3,3,3-四氯)丙烷;S-421或S2。英文名称:bis(2,3,3,3-tetrachloropropyl)ether;1,1’-oxybis(2,3,3,3-tetrachloro-Propane;Octachlorodipropyl ether;ether,bis(2,3,3,3-tetrachloropropyl)。分子式:C6H6C180。分子量:377.7,比重:1.64-1.65,沸点:154-155℃/mmHg,折光率:1.528-1.529
所述的有机溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、乙醇、丙酮、环己酮或溶剂油中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的精炼石油水乳剂又称绿安农药增效乳剂,由矿物油、成膜基料、多种乳化剂、助长剂、植物营养物质、消泡剂、稳定剂、防冻剂和水组成配置。其配方为:精炼石油:15~80%;成膜基料:0~40%,乳化剂:5~28%,植物营养物质2~25%,消泡剂:0.2~1.2%,稳定剂:0.5~3%,防冻剂:0~2%,去离子水:余量。并符合Q/NBLA001-2006产品标准的要求。
本发明生产工艺和方法:联苯菊酯、八氯二丙醚与精炼石油水乳剂的组分不是简单的加和,而是在生产过程中分油性和水性组分,分别充分搅拌均匀后加入。以确保农药的有效成分均匀分散在制剂中。
第一步,联苯菊酯与有机溶剂混合至全部溶解,加入精炼石油、八氯二丙醚、低HLB值的乳化剂和助剂,搅拌20-60分钟;
第二步,采用高HLB值的乳化剂、水性组分和去离子水进行混合,搅拌20-60分钟;
第三步,将上述两种液体混合于乳化器内搅拌,加消泡剂、稳定剂、防冻剂,高速剪切搅拌50-120分钟;
第四步,充分搅拌均匀分散制成乳白色均质水乳剂。检验,灌装,包装,成品。
本发明的优点和积极效果:
1.由于本品采用水代替有机溶剂,制剂以水为溶剂,采用易降解化学品,减少苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂,且在生产中无三废排放,减少环境污染。毒性降低,对人畜安全。对眼睛和皮肤无刺激。对绒茧蜂、瓢虫、捕食性蜘蛛等害虫的天敌受伤害较少。
2.由于本品制成水包油型,即油为分散相,水为连续相,农药的有效成分在油相。通过化工配方筛选试验、助剂筛选试验确定最稳定的产品配方,解决了联苯菊酯配制的水基性产品贮存时容易产生沉淀析出等质量问题,使制剂的物理化学性能稳定。
3.由于本品采用了八氯二丙醚:其药效高于同剂量的乳油产品。
4.由于本品充分考虑化学稳定性、PH值、粘度、芳烃含量、碳链长度,磺化物含量等指标,减少光毒作用,对植物安全无药害。
5.由于本品的矿物油和成膜基料,喷洒在植物或其他固体上,可形成分子膜层,可起到奇妙的物理效应,如驱避害虫、抑卵孵化、防治裂果、抵御风害、预防空气污染、减少蒸腾,促进光合作用,增加产量、改善品质等多种功效。
6.由于精炼石油水乳剂组分中采用阴离子、非离子、两性离子三类组成的多种乳化剂,为能将油品充分乳化;使得制剂乳化力极强,既有亲水性又有亲油性。
总之,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂具有高效、广谱、低成本、多功能等特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:2%联苯菊酯增效水乳剂成份配方(质量百分比):95%联苯菊酯2%,93%八氯二丙醚:1%,苯4%,LAO-70精炼石油水乳剂93%。其中LAO-70精炼石油水乳剂成份:36#液压油68%,聚乙烯醇4.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.0%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚1.2%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯(4)醚1.5%,卵磷脂1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚2.1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠0.5%,乙二胺四乙酸0.2%,2,4-己二烯酸钾0.1%,丙三醇0.3%,500目膨润土1%,去离子水加至100%。按工艺流程,混合搅拌均匀制成。
实施例2:5%联苯菊酯增效水乳剂成份配方(质量百分比):95%联苯菊酯5%,苯9%LAT-40精炼石油水乳剂86%。其中LAT-40精炼石油水乳剂成份:30#机油40%,高脂膜18%,聚乙烯醇3%,烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500)8%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%,失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(吐温65)3.5%,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚2%,八氯二丙醚1.8%,复硝酚钠1.2%,磷酸铝镁0.8%,乙二醇0.4%,丙三醇0.2%,去离子水加至100%。按工艺流程,混合搅拌均匀制成。
实施例3:6%联苯菊酯增效水乳剂成份配方(质量百分比):95%联苯菊酯6%,93%八氯二丙醚2%,丙酮4%,LAW-50精炼石油水乳剂88%。其中LAW-50精炼石油水乳剂成份:46#白油50%,高脂膜30%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚磷酸酯8%,海藻精2%,,椰子油二乙醇酰胺0.6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.6%,异丙醇0.3%,去离子水加至100%。按工艺流程,混合搅拌均匀制成。
安全性评价检验:
1.大鼠急性经口毒性:动物染毒后30分钟出现扎堆、活动减少等中毒症状,次日恢复正常。观察期间无动物死亡。存活动物观察2周后体重增加,处死作大体解剖未见各脏器有肉眼可见的实质性改变。按照GB15670-1995规定,不再进行更高剂量的试验。根据上述试验结果,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂对雌雄大鼠经口LD50均大于5000mg/kg。详细结果见下表。
按GB15670-1995我国现行农药急性经口毒性分级标准,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂对雌雄大鼠急性经口毒性均属低毒。
2.经皮毒性:动物染毒4小时后未见皮肤刺激及全身中毒症状,观察期内未出现动物死亡。存活动物观察2周后体重增加,处死作大体解剖未见各脏器有肉眼可见的实质性改变。按GB15670-1995规定,不再进行更高剂量试验。根据上述试验结果,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂对雌雄大鼠经皮LD50均大于2000mg/kg。详细结果见下表。
按GB15670-1995我国现行农药急性经皮毒性分级标准,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂对雌雄大鼠急性经皮毒性均属低毒。
3.家兔眼粘膜:滴药后1小时可见动物眼结膜轻度充血,伴有少量分泌物,虹膜和角膜均未见异常。24小时上述症状缓解。48小时所有动物均恢复正常。详细结果见附表。
按GB15670-1995我国现行农药眼刺激性分级标准,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂对家兔眼睛无刺激性。
4.家兔皮肤:涂药后4、24、48小时,动物试验部位和对照部位皮肤均未见有红斑及水肿形成。详细结果见附表。
按GB15670-1995我国现行农药皮肤刺激性分级标准,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂对家兔皮肤无刺激性。
结论:经浙江省化工产品安全性评价中心检验认定,联苯菊酯增效水乳剂大鼠急性经口毒性(LD50)大于5g/kg,经皮毒性(LD50)大于2g/kg,对家兔皮肤和眼粘膜无刺激性,属低毒类化合物。
室内生物活性和药效试验:
1.联苯菊酯水乳剂对小菜蛾有很好的室内生物活性,48小时时的LC50为5.47mg/L,对照药剂高效氯氰菊酯对小菜蛾的室内生物活性为72.14mg/L。利用DPS数据处理软件,求得绿安发与高效氯氰菊酯LC50比率的95%置信区间为0.05~0.11,其置信区间不包含1,说明联苯菊酯水乳剂与高效氯氰菊酯对小菜蛾的室内生物活性有显著性差异,且联苯菊酯水乳剂对小菜蛾的生物活性显著高于高效氯氰菊酯。
2.联苯菊酯水乳剂对斜纹夜蛾有很好的室内生物活性,48小时时的LC50为2.89mg/L,对照药剂氟铃脲对斜纹夜蛾的室内生物活性为13.63mg/L。利用DPS数据处理软件,求得绿安发与氟铃脲LC50比率的95%置信区间为0.15~0.30,其置信区间不包含1,说明联苯菊酯水乳剂与氟铃脲对斜纹夜蛾的室内生物活性有显著性差异,且绿安发对斜纹夜蛾的生物活性显著高于氟铃脲。
3.经某植保站在多地布点试验使用,对蔬菜、棉花柑橘、茶叶等作物上适用性和安全性实验表明:增效作用明显,对作物安全,无药害。
4.经某植物保护总站,在柑橘叶片的应用情况表明:本品还有植物生长促进作用,能促进柑橘叶片生长,使叶片叶面积增大(3%~14%),叶肉增厚,干物质增加,(叶片增重达11%~15%)叶色浓绿,光合能力增强,还能增强抗寒能力,减少落叶,从而大大提高柑橘的质量与品质。
联苯菊酯增效水乳剂是一种对人畜低毒无刺激,对作物无药害,对环境亲和,防虫治病和优化品质的多功能杀虫杀螨剂。有驱避害虫、抑卵孵化、抵御风寒和增加作物抗逆性的作用。能有效地防治果树、蔬菜、茶叶、棉花等作物上的鳞翅目幼虫、粉虱、蚜虫、潜叶蛾、叶蝉等虫螨。与国内外同类技术比较,具有工艺先进,安全环保性好,功能多,功效高的特点。
Claims (6)
1.联苯菊酯增效水乳剂的生产工艺,其特征是:联苯菊酯、八氯二丙醚与精炼石油水乳剂的组分在生产过程中加入,其重量百分比为联苯菊酯1~10%,八氯二丙醚0~5%,有机溶剂0~10%,精炼石油水乳剂余量,并如下生产工艺制成:
第一步,联苯菊酯与有机溶剂混合至全部溶解,加入精炼石油、八氯二丙醚、低HLB值的乳化剂和助剂,搅拌20-60分钟;
第二步,采用高HLB值的乳化剂、水性组分和去离子水进行混合,搅拌20-60分钟;
第三步,将上述两种液体混合于乳化器内搅拌,加消泡剂、稳定剂、防冻剂,高速剪切搅拌50-120分钟;
第四步,充分搅拌均匀分散制成乳白色均质水乳剂,检验,灌装,包装,成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的联苯菊酯增效水乳剂的生产工艺,其特征是:有机溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、乙醇、丙酮、环己酮或溶剂油中的一种或几种的组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的联苯菊酯增效水乳剂的生产工艺,其特征是:联苯菊酯、八氯二丙醚与精炼石油水乳剂的组分是在生产过程中分油性和水性组分,分别充分搅拌均匀后加入,以确保农药的有效成分均匀分散在制剂中的方法。
4.如权利要求1所述的联苯菊酯增效水乳剂的生产工艺,其特征是:2%联苯菊酯增效水乳剂成份配方(质量百分比):95%联苯菊酯2%,93%八氯二丙醚:1%,苯4%,LAO-70精炼石油水乳剂93%;其中LAO-70精炼石油水乳剂成份为36#液压油68%,聚乙烯醇4.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.0%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚1.2%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯(4)醚1.5%,卵磷脂1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚2.1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠0.5%,乙二胺四乙酸0.2%,2,4-己二烯酸钾0.1%,丙三醇0.3%,500目膨润土1%,去离子水加至100%。
5.如权利要求1所述的联苯菊酯增效水乳剂的生产工艺,其特征是:5%联苯菊酯增效水乳剂成份配方(质量百分比):95%联苯菊酯5%,苯9%,LAT-40精炼石油水乳剂86%;其中LAT-40精炼石油水乳剂成份为30#机油40%,高脂膜18%,聚乙烯醇3%,烷基苯磺酸钙8%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%,失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚3.5%,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚2%,八氯二丙醚1.8%,复硝酚钠1.2%,磷酸铝镁0.8%,乙二醇0.4%,丙三醇0.2%,去离子水加至100%。
6.如权利要求1所述的联苯菊酯增效水乳剂的生产工艺,其特征是:6%联苯菊酯增效水乳剂成份配方(质量百分比):95%联苯菊酯6%,93%八氯二丙醚2%,丙酮4%,LAW-50精炼石油水乳剂88%;其中LAW-50精炼石油水乳剂成份为46#白油50%,高脂膜30%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚磷酸酯8%,海藻精2%,椰子油二乙醇酰胺0.6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.6%,异丙醇0.3%,去离子水加至100%。
