Abstract
本发明涉及一种杀虫谱广且增效显著的氰氟虫腙和乙酰甲胺磷的农药组合物,其中含有氰氟虫腙0.05%~30%,乙酰甲胺磷0.5%~50%。该农药组合物对鳞翅目、鞘翅目、蚜虫及螨类害虫有很好的防治效果。不仅能提高防效,还可以减少用量,延缓抗药性的产生,减少对环境的污染,且具有很好的实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种含氰氟虫腙和乙酰甲胺磷的农药组合物。
背景技术
氰氟虫腙(metaflumizone,BAS320I)是一种全新的缩氨基脲类杀虫剂。其作用机制独特,本身具有杀虫活性,不需要生物激活,与现有的各类杀虫剂无交互抗性。通过附着在钠离子通道的受体上,阻碍钠离子通行,与菊酯类或其他种类的化合物无交互抗性。氰氟虫腙对咀嚼和咬食的昆虫种类鳞翅目和鞘翅目具有明显的防治效果,如常见的种类有稻纵叶螟、甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、棉红铃虫、菜粉蝶、甘蓝夜蛾、小菜蛾、菜心野螟、小地老虎、水稻二化螟等,该药用于防治蚂蚁、白蚁、红火蚁、蝇及蟑螂等非作物害虫方面很有潜力。由于其作用机制独特并且和现有的杀虫剂无交互抗性,本发明在虫害的防治上非常有竞争力,在抗性管理上也是一个新的突破。大量的田间试验证实该药对鳞翅目和鞘翅目幼虫的所有生长阶段(也包括鞘翅目的成虫)都有很好的防治效果。因此氰氟虫腙可以被灵活地应用于害虫发生的所有时期。对其它昆虫有较强的选择性,对有益生物包括传粉昆虫和节肢类昆虫比较安全,适合用于病虫害综合防治和虫害的抗性治理。
乙酰甲胺磷(acephate)属低毒内吸杀虫剂,具有胃毒和触杀作用,并可杀卵,有一定的熏蒸作用,是缓效型杀虫剂,其基本杀虫原理是抑制昆虫乙酰胆碱酯酶。适用于蔬菜、烟草、果树、棉花、柑橘、水稻、小麦,防治多种咀嚼式、刺吸式口器害虫和害螨。在施药后初效作用缓慢,2-3天效果显著,后效作用强。有增效作用并可延长持效期。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺点,提供一种杀虫杀螨活性高效、持效性长、低毒、速效性高、成本低、环保的杀虫杀螨剂组合物。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:
一种农药组合物,含有氰氟虫腙和乙酰甲胺磷。
上述农药组合物,含有氰氟虫腙0.05%~30%,乙酰甲胺磷0.5%~50%。
上述农药组合物,其所述的剂型可以是乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
上述农药组合物,其乳油组成成分及其重量百分比为:氰氟虫腙0.05%~30%,乙酰甲胺磷0.5%~50%,乳化剂1%~20%,助溶剂0%~15%,稳定剂0%~8%,,渗透剂0%~5%,溶剂10%~80%,各组分之和为100%。
上述农药组合物,其悬浮剂组成成分及其重量百分比为:氰氟虫腙0.05%~30%,乙酰甲胺磷0.5%~50%,润湿剂0%~12%,分散剂0.5%~20%,稳定剂0%~10%,渗透剂0%~5%,增稠剂0.1%~3%,防冻剂0%~8%,消泡剂0.1%~3%,水5%~80%,各组分之和为100%。
上述农药组合物,其可湿性粉剂组成成分及其重量百分比为:氰氟虫腙0.05%~30%,乙酰甲胺磷0.5%~50%,润湿剂1%~15%,分散剂1%~15%,展着剂0%~8%,渗透剂0%~12%,载体5%~75%,各组分之和为100%。
上述农药组合物,其水分散粒剂组成成分及其重量百分比为:氰氟虫腙0.05%~30%,乙酰甲胺磷0.5%~50%,润湿剂1%~10%,分散剂1%~15%,展着剂0%~6%,渗透剂0%~15%,载体10%~80%,各组分之和为100%。
根据市场需要,还可以将本发明的农药组合物按常规的方法制成其他剂型。
制备上述各种剂型所使用的助剂及载体均是本领域技术人员所公知的。
上述农药组合物中,所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物、二苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、农乳0201B、农乳0203B、农乳2201中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的分散剂为木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、拉开粉、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基乙基磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、芳烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述助溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈、二甲亚砜、吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙酯、三氯乙烷中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的展着剂为聚乙烯醇、烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠、聚三硅氧烷中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的稳定剂为油酸三乙醇胺或环氧化植物油如环氧化亚麻油、环氧化豆油中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的渗透剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的增稠剂为聚乙烯醇、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙酸乙烯酯、阿拉伯胶中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的溶剂为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、柴油、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、环己酮、吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺、石油醚、机油、乙酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的防冻剂为丙二醇、乙二醇、甘油、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的消泡剂为Si18、S-29、FZ-880中的一种或几种。
上述农药组合物中,所述的载体为高岭土、膨润土、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土、陶土、凹凸棒土、硫酸铵、活性白土、粘土、二氧化硅、沸石中的一种或几种。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果:①杀虫杀螨谱广、适应性强;②卵幼兼杀;③全新结构、作用机理独特;④持效期长。⑤两种杀虫成分的复合制剂,具有增效、扩大杀虫杀螨谱的作用,而且混合制剂的用量均比单一使用时降低,从而提高了药效,增加了安全性。
具体实施方式
以下具体实例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。配方中百分比均为重量百分比,所使用的原药及助剂均为其他厂家购买。配方实例如下:
实例1:
将5kg氰氟虫腙,20kg乙酰甲胺磷,12kg甲醇,48kg二甲苯,一起加入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀后,加入7.5kg苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,7.5kg十二烷基苯磺酸钙,混合搅拌均匀2小时,制得乳油制剂。
实例2:
将10kg氰氟虫腙,35kg乙酰甲胺磷,5kg烷基苯磺酸钠,8kg木质素磺酸钠,3kg聚乙烯醇,3kg失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚,18kg高岭土,18kg膨润土,一起加入到锥型混合机中混合2小时以上,将混合后的物料加入到气流粉碎机中进行粉碎,粉碎后的物料再加入到锥型混合机中混合2小时,混合后的物料细度达到98%通过325目标准筛,制得可湿性粉剂。
实例3
将12kg氰氟虫腙,30kg乙酰甲胺磷,6kg木质素磺酸钠,9kg烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸钠,3kg羧甲基纤维素,5kg壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,10kg高岭土,10kg膨润土,15kg硫酸铵,一起加入到锥型混合机中混合2小时以上,将混合后的物料加入到气流粉碎机中进行粉碎,粉碎后的物料再加入到锥型混合机中混合2小时,混合后的物料细度达到98%通过325目标准筛,得到可湿性粉剂。然后将可湿性粉剂与20kg纯化水,同时加入捏合机中捏合,制成可塑形的物料,最后将此物料放进挤压造粒机中造粒,造粒后的产品在54℃烘箱中进行干燥,干燥后的物料,使用10目和60目的标准筛进行筛分,取两筛中间的物料,制得水分散粒剂。
实例4:
将15kg氰氟虫腙,33kg乙酰甲胺磷,6kg烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,6kg壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,3kg环氧化豆油,4kg脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,1.5kg羧甲基纤维素,2kg乙二醇,0.5kgS-29消泡剂,29kg纯化水,一起加入到反应釜,搅拌2小时,打开釜底放料阀,将物料注入砂磨机中进行研磨,研磨后的物料细度达到98%通过325目标准筛后出料,物料再放入到高剪切乳化釜中乳化,制得悬浮剂。
实例5:
将14kg氰氟虫腙,30kg乙酰甲胺磷,10kg甲醇,31kg二甲苯,一起加入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀后,加入10kg苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,5kg十二烷基苯磺酸钙,混合搅拌均匀2小时,制得乳油制剂。
实例6:
将18kg氰氟虫腙,40kg乙酰甲胺磷,5kg木质素磺酸钠,8kg烷基苯磺酸钠,8kg高岭土,11kg膨润土,10kg硫酸铵,一起加入到锥型混合机中混合2小时以上,将混合后的物料加入到气流粉碎机中进行粉碎,粉碎后的物料再加入到锥型混合机中混合2小时,混合后的物料细度达到98%通过325目标准筛,得到可湿性粉剂。然后将可湿性粉剂与21kg纯化水,同时加入捏合机中捏合,制成可塑形的物料,最后将此物料放进挤压造粒机中造粒,造粒后的产品在54℃烘箱中进行干燥,干燥后的物料,使用10目和60目的标准筛进行筛分,取两筛中间的物料,制得水分散粒剂。
甜菜夜蛾(Laphygma exigua Hubner)俗称青布袋虫,属鳞翅目夜蛾科,是一种世界性的害虫。不仅危害十字花科蔬菜,还严重危害玉米、花生、大豆、棉花、烟草、花卉、果树等近百种作物。一般造成作物减产15%左右,严重者可减产30%-40%,更有甚者可达75%以上。因此,生测试验将对象定为甜菜夜蛾。
生测采用浸叶法:从预先种植的豇豆苗上采集健康子叶,用清水冲洗后晾干水分,剪成5cm×3cm的叶碟,将叶碟在药液中浸渍3S,自然晾干表面水分后放入养虫盒中饲养,每个处理接入3龄的甜菜夜蛾幼虫,4次重复共50头幼虫,以清水处理为对照,处理后试虫置于25℃恒温养虫室内,72h后检查死、活虫数,对照组死亡率小于10%的试验为有效试验。计算死亡率、校正死亡率、共毒系数等。
混配制剂的联合毒力采用孙云沛的共毒系数方法表示:
混配制剂的理论毒力指数A=∑(某药的毒力指数×在混剂中该药有效成分的百分率)。
C大于120时为增效作用,小于80时为拮抗作用,80-120时为加和作用。

从上述生测的数据可以明显看出,氰氟虫腙与乙酰甲胺磷复配时均有不同程度的增效作用,配方的共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,说明氰氟虫腙在1%-20%的范围内与乙酰甲胺磷在10%-50%的范围内复配,都有明显的增效作用。
为进一步验证复配制剂的实际使用效果,在甜菜夜蛾、水稻稻纵卷叶螟、二化螟、棉铃虫、柑橘红蜘蛛上进行验证试验,选取上述6个配方的制剂、24%氰氟虫腙悬浮剂和40%乙酰甲胺磷乳油,氰氟虫腙·乙酰甲胺磷复配制剂均取得了良好的防治效果,防效均比24%氰氟虫腙和40%乙酰甲胺磷单剂高。

从上述数据可以看出,氰氟虫腙·乙酰甲胺磷的6种复配制剂的田间药效均明显高于24%氰氟虫腙和40%氰氟虫腙单剂使用的效果,农户使用氰氟虫腙·乙酰甲胺磷复配制剂不仅可以提高药效,大大降低使用成本,而且提高作物的品质。两种药剂复配后,扩大杀虫谱,可以防治水稻、蔬菜、果树上的多种害虫,同时复配后明显提高药效降低农药使用量,降低害虫出现抗性的风险,延长药剂的使用时间。
Claims (4)
1、含有氰氟虫腙和乙酰甲胺磷的农药组合物,其特征在于含有杀虫谱广且增效的氰氟虫腙和乙酰甲胺磷。
2、根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于氰氟虫腙0.05%~30%,乙酰甲胺磷0.5%~50%。
3、根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于由有效成分和辅料制成乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
4、根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于它用于防治多种咀嚼式、刺吸式口器害虫和害螨。
