1. the smokeless tobacco product in multi-layer packaging comprises:
A plurality of independent water penetration China tobacco pipes, each China tobacco pipe contains tobacco product and seals and be configured to be suitable for be inserted in tobacco product user mouth, and described tobacco product contains granular tobacco;
