Abstract

一种间歇式行走支撑平台,包括机架,机架上方设有一游动小车,游动小车上设有其活塞杆与机架连接在一起的牵引液压缸,游动小车与机架之间设有便于游动小车运行的滚轮轨道,游动小车的两侧设有两对竖直放置的支撑液压缸,两对竖直放置的支撑液压缸之间设有将其固定于游动小车上的横梁。可以在特殊工况下作为重载基体实现间歇式行走,克服了传统的履带式和轮式行走装置在某些特定场合的局限性,实现了自动行走功能。其结构简单,无需铺设专用滚轮轨道,适应性强,占用空间小,运行平稳,成本低。

Description

一种间歇式行走支撑平台 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑平台,尤其是一种适用于煤矿井下要求频繁移动作业的重载设备如矸石回填机、输送机机尾等间歇式行走支撑平台。 
背景技术
在机械设备行走装置设计过程中,需要考虑多方面的因素,要适应工作场合的实际情况。常见的行走机构如履带式行走机构,以及链式行走机构,都有共同的缺点,即设计复杂,费用高,耗油量大,需求动力源功率大。也有的系统采用轨道滚轮式移动法,即将滚轮安放在滚轮轨道上,通过牵引机构使滚轮在滚轮轨道上滚动完成运动功能,常见的是矿车等运输设备,运输量大,行走方便,但是需铺设专用滚轮轨道,运动路线比较固定,费用较高。上述几种行走装置占用空间都较大,经过长期的实践应用,不断改进,但在一些复杂地形和狭小空间中不要求高速运动和运动频率过高就能使设备更简单、成本更低的行走装置仍未解决。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服已有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,占用空间小,运行平稳,成本低,能满足重载情况下的间歇式行走支撑平台。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:它包括机架,设在机架上方的游动小车,游动小车上设有与机架相连接的牵引液压缸,机架上设有便于游动小车运行的滚轮轨道,游动小车的底部设有在滚轮轨道中运行的滚轮机构,机架两侧对称设有竖直放置的支撑液压缸,竖直放置的支撑液压缸通过横梁固定在游动小车上。 
所述的牵引液压缸为两个,对称设置在游动小车前部两侧;所述的滚轮机构由三个滚轮轴,依次设在三个滚轮轴两端的滚轮和滑动轴承构成;所述支撑液压缸的活塞杆底部设有球副支撑脚。 
本发明的有益效果是:可在特殊工况下作为重载基体的支撑平台实现间歇式行走,例如矸石回填机、输送机机尾等间歇式行走支撑平台。克服了传统的履带式和轮式行走装置在某些特定场合的局限性,实现了自动行走功能。其结构设计简单,无需铺设专用滚轮轨道,适应性强,占用空间小,运行平稳,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图中的实施例对本发明作进一步的描述: 
本发明的间歇式行走支撑平台,主要由两个牵引液压缸2、四个支撑液压缸1、游动小车4、机架10以及滚轮轨道6构成,游动小车4底部通过车架11固定有三个滚轮主轴3,三个滚轮主轴3两端分别依次装有滚轮8和滑动轴承9,滑动轴承9与轴之间装有滑动轴套12,滑动轴承9卡套在槽形车架11内,滚轮8卡套在槽形滚轮轨道6内,以此确保游动小车4能承受重载。游动小车4设在机架10上方,其上对称固定两个牵引液压缸2,牵引液压缸2的活塞杆与机架10连接在一起,机架10上装有滚轮轨道6,游动小车4通过滚轮8安放在滚轮轨道6内,在牵引液压缸2的作用下可以在滚轮轨道6内自由移动。四个支撑液压缸1竖直放置,分别设在游动小车4的四角,以确保平稳,支撑液压缸1的活塞杆底部设有球副支撑脚7;两对竖直放置的支撑液压缸1通过横梁5与游动小车4固定为一体。 
工作时,四个支撑液压缸1的活塞杆同时伸出,球副支撑脚7与地面接触,将整个装置托起,游动小车4在牵引液压缸2的作用下与机架10发生相对运动,此时游动小车4通过四个支撑液压缸被固定在地面上,两个牵引液压缸2的活塞杆同时收缩或伸出,将机架10向前或向后推进一段距离。四个支撑液压缸1的活塞杆同时收回,游动小车4解除约束,机架10放置在地上与地面接触。两个牵引液压缸2的活塞杆同时伸出或收缩,游动小车4向前或向后滑动回到与机架10相对应的初始位置,即完成一个行走过程。依次循环,使支撑液压缸1和牵引液压缸2顺序伸缩,完成所需位置的行走动作。 

Claims (4)

1.一种间歇式行走支撑平台,其特征在于:它包括机架(10),设在机架(10)上方的游动小车(4),游动小车(4)上设有与机架(10)相连接的牵引液压缸(2),机架(10)上设有便于游动小车(4)运行的滚轮轨道(6),游动小车(4)的底部设有在滚轮轨道(6)中运行的滚轮机构,机架(10)两侧对称设有竖直放置的支撑液压缸(1),竖直放置的支撑液压缸(1)通过横梁(5)固定在游动小车(4)上。
2.根据权利1所述的间歇式行走支撑平台,其特征在于:所述的牵引液压缸(2)为两个,对称设置在游动小车(4)前部两侧。
3.根据权利1所述的间歇式行走支撑平台,其特征在于:所述的滚轮机构由三个滚轮轴(3),依次设在三个滚轮轴(3)两端的滚轮(8)和滑动轴承(9)构成。
4.根据权利1所述的间歇式行走支撑平台,其特征在于:所述支撑液压缸(1)的活塞杆底部设有球副支撑脚(7)。
