本发明公开了一种冰箱板材专用色母粒及其制备方法,该色母粒包括下述重量份的组分:载体树脂15~30份,钛白粉50~75份,着色剂0.1~5份,分散剂0.5~20份,稳定剂0.1~4份,加工助剂1~10份。制备方法为:首先将各组分按比例配料;然后在高速混合机中混合15min~30min或者在密炼机中混炼20min~60min,密炼温度为170℃~230℃,出料后破碎;再采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混造粒,螺杆各区的温度为190℃~230℃,螺杆的转速为100r/min~450r/min;最后干燥即得。由本发明的冰箱板材专用色母粒制造的板材不易变色、不易开裂,在吸塑过程中成品率较高。

本发明涉及一种色母粒及其制备方法,具体涉及一种冰箱板材专用色母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
在冰箱的组成部件中,最大的塑件为内胆和门板等吸塑制品,它们通常由HIPS(高冲击聚苯乙烯)的挤出板材或者丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯的三元共聚物ABS(A代表丙烯腈,B代表丁二烯,S代表苯乙烯)的挤出板材经过二次加工,吸塑而成。
冰箱作为耐用的消费品,使用寿命通常要达十年之久,这就要求冰箱的吸塑制品具有良好的物理力学性能、耐候性以及很高的外观要求。
根据冰箱内胆的形状,吸塑的拉伸比一般在500%以上,如果物理力学性能不够,会造成吸塑时制品破裂或者外观不良,成品率低。这就要求板材必须具有良好的强度、韧性和延展性,同时需要具有良好的热稳定性。而原料则需要具有良好的可塑化性以及良好的分散性。
外观要求主要是指吸塑制品要求具有良好的遮盖度。因此如果遮盖度不够的话,吸塑后制品受到较大的拉伸力后,边角部位会变薄从而颜色变得透明,使整个制品颜色不均匀。
从材料学角度来看,ABS和HIPS中含有丁二烯组分,丁二烯中含有双键结构,可以使材料达到良好的韧性,但是这种双键结构是不稳定结构,受热和受强剪切时容易发生双键断裂,使得材料降解。在加工出来的板材上则表现为容易变色、容易开裂,并且在后续的吸塑过程中成品率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是克服上述问题,提供一种冰箱板材专用色母粒,采用本发明的色母粒制造的板材不易变色、不易开裂,在吸塑过程中成品率较高。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法。
实现本发明目的之一的技术方案是:一种冰箱板材专用色母粒,包括下述重量份的组分:载体树脂15~30份,钛白粉50~75份,着色剂0.1~5份,分散剂0.5~20份,稳定剂0.1~4份,加工助剂1~10份。所述的载体树脂为高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物(ABS)或者苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的混合物。
所述的钛白粉为表面经过有机物和/或无机物包覆处理过的钛白粉;所述的有机物为硬脂酸、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或者两种或者多种;所述的无机物为硅、铝、镁、钙的金属氧化物或者络合物中的一种或者两种或者多种。
所述的钛白粉为纳米钛白粉与其它钛白粉的混合物;其它钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉和/或锐钛型钛白粉;纳米钛白粉的重量占所有钛白粉重量的6%~30%,纳米钛白粉的粒径小于100nm。
所述的着色剂为无机颜料、有机颜料、染料或者萤光增白剂;所述的无机颜料为炭黑、群青、钴蓝、铁红、镉红、钼铬红、铬黄、铝粉、青铜粉中的一种或者两种或者多种;所述的有机颜料为酞青类颜料、偶氮类颜料、喹吖酮类颜料中一种或者两种或者多种。
所述的分散剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐、聚乙烯蜡、N,N’-乙撑双硬脂酰胺、N,N’-亚乙基双油酸酰胺、N,N’-乙撑双月桂酰胺中的一种或者两种或者多种。
所述的稳定剂为热氧稳定剂、辅助热氧稳定剂以及光稳定剂中的一种或者两种或者多种。所述热氧稳定剂为受阻酚类化合物,包括抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076和抗氧剂245。所述辅助热氧稳定剂为亚磷酸酯类化合物或者硫酯类化合物,亚磷酸酯类化合物包括抗氧剂168和双(2.4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯,硫酯类化合物包括抗氧剂DLTP和β,β’-硫代二丙酸二硬脂酸酯。所述光稳定剂为紫外光吸收剂或者氧化锌,紫外光吸收剂主要为苯并三唑类化合物或者二苯甲酮类化合物。
所述的加工助剂为白油、硅系聚合物、氟系聚合物、石蜡、氧化聚乙烯中的一种或者两种或者多种。
实现本发明另一目的的一种技术方案是:一种冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法,首先将各组分按比例配料;然后在高速混合机中混合15min~30min;再采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混造粒,螺杆各区的温度为190℃~230℃,螺杆的转速为100r/min~450r/min;最后干燥即得。
实现本发明另一目的的另一种技术方案是:一种冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法,首先将各组分按比例配料;然后在密炼机中混炼20min~60min,密炼温度为170℃~230℃,出料后破碎;再采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混造粒,螺杆各区的温度为190℃~230℃,螺杆的转速为100r/min~450r/min;最后干燥即得。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)本发明的冰箱板材专用色母粒与载体树脂混合后生产出来的板材具有高浓度、高分散性、高颜色精度、高耐候性的特点,以及具有加工稳定性,板材后续加工的成品率较高,且使用寿命较长。克服了现有技术中色母粒应用于冰箱板材存在浓度不够、分散性差、耐侯性差、稳定性差和板材后续加工成品率低的问题。(2)本发明的冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法简单实用,应用前景广泛。(3)本发明的HIPS(ABS)冰箱板材专用色母粒,与使用冰箱板材专用树脂比较,具有巨大的成本优势。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的冰箱板材专用色母粒包括下述重量份的组分:高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)为15kg,纳米钛白粉为5kg,金红石型钛白粉为60kg,炭黑为0.1kg,群青为0.2kg,油溶黄为1kg,硬脂酸为0.5kg,硬脂酸锌为2kg,N,N’-亚乙基双油酸酰胺为4kg,N,N’-乙撑双硬脂酰胺为3kg,抗氧剂1010为1kg,抗氧剂168为1kg,紫外光吸收剂为1kg,氟系聚合物PPA为2kg,白油为5kg。
纳米钛白粉的粒径小于100nm,其表面经过硅、铝、镁的金属氧化物以及硬脂酸和钛酸酯偶联剂包覆处理过,金红石型钛白粉的表面经过硅、铝、镁的金属氧化物以及硬脂酸和钛酸酯偶联剂包覆处理过。
本实施例的冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法为:首先将各组分按比例配料。然后在高速混合机中混合20min。再采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混造粒,螺杆各区的温度均控制在190℃~230℃,螺杆的转速为300r/min。最后进行干燥即得。
将本实施例制得的色母粒按照5%的重量比添加到挤出级HIPS中,可以生产出符合冰箱内胆使用的板材。生产的板材性能保持率>92%(添加母粒板材拉伸强度:纯树脂生产板材的拉伸强度)。
(实施例2~实施例6)
各实施例的组分及总量百分数见表1。各实施例的制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处也见表1。

本实施例的冰箱板材专用色母粒包括下述重量份的组分:苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物(ABS)为15kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为10kg,纳米钛白粉为5kg,金红石型钛白粉为60kg,炭黑为0.1kg,群青为0.2kg,酞青兰为0.5kg,硬脂酸为0.8kg,硬脂酸钙为1kg,硬脂酸锌为1.5kg,N,N’-乙撑双硬脂酰胺为8kg,抗氧剂为10101kg,抗氧剂DLTP为1.5kg,紫外吸收剂为1.5kg,聚硅酮为2kg,白油为7kg。
纳米钛白粉的粒径小于100nm,其表面经过硅、铝、镁的络合物以及硬脂酸和铝酸酯偶联剂包覆处理过,金红石型钛白粉的表面经过硅、铝、镁的络合物以及硬脂酸和铝酸酯偶联剂包覆处理过。
本实施例的冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法为:首先将各组分按比例配料。然后在密炼机中混炼40min,控制密炼温度为200℃,出料后破碎。再采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混造粒,螺杆各区的温度均控制在190℃~230℃,螺杆的转速为300r/min。最后进行干燥即得。
将本实施例制得的色母粒按照5%的重量比,添加到挤出级ABS中,可以生产出符合冰箱内胆使用的板材。生产的板材性能保持率>92%(添加母粒板材拉伸强度:纯树脂生产板材的拉伸强度)。
(实施例8~实施例12)
各实施例的组分及重量百分数见表2。各实施例的制备方法与实施例7基本相同,不同之处也见表2。

Claims (7)
1.一种冰箱板材专用色母粒,包括下述重量份的组分:载体树脂15~30份,钛白粉50~75份,着色剂0.1~5份,分散剂0.5~20份,稳定剂0.1~4份,加工助剂1~10份;
所述的钛白粉为纳米钛白粉与其它钛白粉的混合物,其它钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉和/或锐钛型钛白粉,纳米钛白粉的重量占所有钛白粉重量的6%~30%,纳米钛白粉的粒径小于100nm,且所述的钛白粉为表面经过有机物和/或无机物包覆处理过的钛白粉;所述的有机物为硬脂酸、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或者多种;所述的无机物为硅、铝、镁、钙的金属氧化物或者络合物中的一种或者多种;
所述的稳定剂为热氧稳定剂、辅助热氧稳定剂和光稳定剂;所述热氧稳定剂为受阻酚类化合物;所述辅助稳定剂为亚磷酸酯类化合物或者硫酯类化合物;所述光稳定剂为苯并三唑类化合物、二苯甲酮类化合物或者氧化锌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱板材专用色母粒,其特征在于:所述的载体树脂为高抗冲聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物或者苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱板材专用色母粒,其特征在于:所述的着色剂为无机颜料、有机颜料、染料或者萤光增白剂;所述的无机颜料为炭黑、群青、钴蓝、铁红、镉红、钼铬红、铬黄、铝粉、青铜粉中的一种或者多种;所述的有机颜料为酞青类颜料、偶氮类颜料、喹吖酮类颜料中一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱板材专用色母粒,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐、聚乙烯蜡、N,N’-乙撑双硬脂酰胺、N,N’-亚乙基双油酸酰胺、N,N’-乙撑双月桂酰胺中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱板材专用色母粒,其特征在于:所述的加工助剂为白油、硅系聚合物、氟系聚合物、石蜡、氧化聚乙烯中的一种或者多种。
6.一种权利要求1至5之一所述的冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将各组分按比例配料;然后在高速混合机中混合15min~30min;再采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混造粒,螺杆各区的温度为190℃~230℃,螺杆的转速为100r/min~450r/min;最后干燥即得。
7.一种权利要求1至5之一所述的冰箱板材专用色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将各组分按比例配料;然后在密炼机中混炼20min~60min,密炼温度为170℃~230℃,出料后破碎;再采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混造粒,螺杆各区的温度为190℃~230℃,螺杆的转速为100r/min~450r/min;最后干燥即得。
