管理未阻断节目的方法及系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置的节目管理方法，特别是一种管理未阻断节目的方法及系统。
背景技术
媒体管理装置用于阻断来自特定媒体设备的某些节目。例如，V-chip(一种可以接收或变更新的节目分级制度的电子装置或模块，也称作童锁)就是上述媒体管理装置的一种。在特定的情况下，V-chip可以被设置为硬件、软件或集成于电子媒体设备(如电视、录像机、机顶盒等)中的软硬件结合，以阻断用户定制为不希望看到的特定类型的节目。例如，V-chip使家长可以阻断由于暴力或色情等原因而不希望他们的小孩看到的电视节目。
许多电视节目会根据其内容被分派一个与广播工业标准一致的分级指示。例如在美国，联邦通信委员会(Federal Communications Commission，FCC)就采用了具有以下标志与内容指示的分级系统，其中每一给定分级的标志与内容指示可以被独立设置：
标志(分级)：
TV-Y—所有儿童
TV-Y7—稍大的儿童
TV-G—一般观众
TV-PG—家长指引
TV-14—家长注意
TV-MA—成人

用户可以使用V-chip或另一媒体控制装置，通过设置其阻断标准来对特定类型的节目进行阻断。例如，上述联邦通信委员会的分级制度就可以作为一种阻断特定节目的标准。当用户尝试调谐至某一在电子媒体设备上使用媒体控制装置而被阻断的节目时，该电子设备会显示一条阻断信息指出该内容已被阻断。因此，用户需要再次浏览众多频道以找到未被阻断的可收看节目。例如，儿童在尝试观看具有家长控制的电视时，在找到未被阻断的可收看频道之前，就需要在众多的节目中进行调谐寻找。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电子装置的节目管理方法，特别是一种管理未阻断节目的方法及系统。
一种管理未阻断节目的方法，用于管理媒体设备中未被节目内容控制装置阻断的节目，该方法首先进入一个节目，随后判断该节目是否被节目内容控制装置阻断，若该节目被节目内容控制装置阻断，则获取剩余节目的数据以发现不会被该节目内容控制装置阻断的节目，并显示不会被该节目内容控制装置阻断的节目的列表。
本发明的技术方案使用户在寻找适合其观看的节目时可以节约时间。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，为本发明管理未阻断节目的电子装置100的模块图。图1中所示的各个功能模块可以包括硬件(电路)、软件(存储于机读媒介的电脑代码)以及软硬件的结合。该电子装置(如电视等)100包括接收器102(如有线接口或天线)、调谐器104、处理器106、存储器108、显示器110以及控制器112。
该存储器108包括一个或多个存储元件。例如，存储器108可包括易失性存储元件、非易失性存储元件或其结合，其存储有使处理器106执行本发明管理未阻断节目的方法的可机读电脑代码。在本实施方式中，存储器108存储有根据用户所建立的标准(如内容分级)来阻断不需要频道的电脑代码。并且，存储器108还存储有使处理器112提供建议，指明可选择的可用节目(即未被阻断)的电脑代码。例如，在调谐至一个被阻断的频道时，电子装置100会在特定时间内显示指明哪些频道提供有未被阻断内容的画面。在另一实施方式中，根据电子装置100的状态(如电视被打开)，其会显示指明哪些节目可用及未被阻断的画面。
图2为本发明管理未阻断节目的方法200的流程图。该方法200从步骤202处开始，该步骤202表示尝试进入一媒体设备(如电视)上的节目。例如，其可以表示在电视上进行换台或调谐操作。一旦选定频道，则在步骤204中判断该频道是否适于呈现。例如，将该节目指派的分级值与用户选择的允许分级值相比较，以判断节目是否超出媒体控制装置允许显示的范围。若该节目是可接受的(即满足前述标准)，则在步骤206中显示该节目。若节目未能满足前述标准，则在步骤208中提示已阻断节目在媒体设备上显示。例如，在步骤208中通过该媒体设备发出声音、图像和/或字幕等。
在步骤208中阻断内容后，接着在步骤210与212中检查节目数据(如电子节目导航数据，EPG等)，并根据节目数据判断这些频道的分级是否满足前述媒体控制装置的标准。例如，在步骤210中从EPG上收集每一频道的分级数据。随后在步骤212中，判断来自EPG的每一个节目是否满足媒体控制装置的标准。其中，每一节目均会被单独考虑。若一个特定节目的特征(如分级)未能满足用户定制的标准，则跳过该特定节目并转到步骤216。若在步骤212中判断该节目的特征满足用户定制的标准，则在步骤214中将该节目加入一未被阻断的可用节目列表中(在此表示为“安全列表”)。
每当一个节目被加入安全列表中后，则在步骤216中判断是否还有来自EPG的节目未被检查。换言之，会对所有来自EPG的节目进行检查以确定其是否满足定义的参数。若判断出还有未被检查的节目，则转到步骤218，继续检查下一节目。反之，若判断出来自EPG的节目没有未被检查的，则转到步骤220，显示当前的显示列表。例如，可以将上述安全列表显示在屏幕上，或直接将该显示列表作为一般的频道浏览列表使用。该频道浏览列表包括一系列频道，当按下媒体设备上的上或下按键时，会在其中循环进行选择。方法200在步骤222处结束。
图3为本发明较佳实施方式的菜单画面300。菜单画面300包括指明特定节目阻断状态以及阻断原因的字幕302，还包括可用节目的可操作列表304，以及引导用户在可操作列表304中循环浏览，并选择特定节目显示的指导字幕306。用户可以通过光标308来高亮可操作列表304中的特定部分，并选择在电视上观看的节目。如此，即为进入内容控制的节目提供了一种便捷的方法。需要注意的是，该菜单画面300是以步骤220所述的方式产生并显示，在不尝试进入阻断节目的情况下也可以对其进行显示。
图4为本发明管理未阻断节目的方法400的流程图。该方法400从步骤402处开始，该步骤402表示尝试进入一媒体设备(如电视)上的节目。例如，其可以表示在电视上进行换台或调谐操作。一旦选定频道，则在步骤404中判断该频道是否适于呈现。例如，将该节目指派的分级值与用户选择的允许分级值相比较，以判断节目是否超出媒体控制装置允许显示的范围。若该节目是可接受的，则在步骤406中显示该节目。若节目不可接受，则在步骤408中提示已阻断节目在媒体设备上显示。其可以采用与图3类似的画面来进行提示，指明安全列表已被建立或获取。
当内容在步骤408中被阻断，则在步骤410中判断是否已存在一安全列表。例如，可能已存在一个早前的安全列表可用，而不必建立一个新的列表。但是，与上述已存储安全列表关联的节目可能已过期，即安全列表可能过于陈旧。例如，一般的电视节目会持续约30分钟，而已存储安全列表则有可能在使用以前已被建立超过了30分钟。因此，需要在步骤412中判断安全列表是否过于陈旧(如超过30分钟)。在本发明的其他实施方式中，会将安全列表的存在时间与一个标准节目时间表相比较，以判断其是否过于陈旧。若安全列表并不陈旧，则转到步骤414，显示该安全列表。若安全列表陈旧，则建立新的安全列表。在本发明的一些实施方式中，新的安全列表会根据定时器或其他指示器自动产生，也可以在用户每次改变频道时产生，又或者仅检查节目已经结束的频道。
如果需要建立新的安全列表，则每一可用频道或定制列表中的每一频道均会被分析，以判断其是否满足内容管理装置的需求。在步骤416中，利用调谐器来进入每一频道并获取其特征。可以通过检查一特定频道的数据延伸服务(XDS)或节目系统信息协议(PSIP)数据拉进行。例如，在进入一模拟频道时，可以检查其第21条行扫描上的节目延伸服务数据，其携带有内容咨询(V-chip)信息。而在进入数字频道时，可以检查其时间信息表(EIT)或节目系统信息协议中的内容咨询描述。当然，其他媒体格式也可能具有其独特的分级数据协议。一旦获得所调谐节目的某一或多个特征(如分级、标题、元数据标签或关键词)，则在步骤418中将其与节目内容控制装置的设置相比较，以判断该节目应该被阻断与否。若该频道不应被阻断(可用)，则在步骤420将其加入安全列表。否则，转到步骤422继续判断是否还有未被检查的节目。
每当一个节目被加入到安全列表或被视为不可用，则在步骤422中判断是否还有节目未被检查。换言之，会对所有节目进行检查以确定其是否满足定义的参数。若判断出还有未被检查的节目，则转到步骤424，继续检查下一节目。反之，若判断出没有节目未被检查的，则转到步骤414，显示当前的显示列表。例如，可以将上述安全列表显示在屏幕上，或直接将该显示列表作为一般的频道浏览列表使用。该频道浏览列表包括一系列频道，当按下媒体设备上的上或下按键时，会在其中循环进行选择。在本实施方式中，通过采用多个调谐器或具有双功能的单一调谐器，使用户可以在建立安全列表的同时观看节目。
如本领域技术人员所知，本发明管理未阻断节目的实施方式，均可以由存储器108配合处理器112进行实现。

Claims (10)

1.一种管理未阻断节目的方法，用于管理媒体设备中未被节目内容控制装置阻断的节目，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤：
a.进入一个节目；
b.判断所述节目是否被所述节目内容控制装置阻断；
c.若所述节目被所述节目内容控制装置阻断，则获取剩余节目的数据以发现不会被所述节目内容控制装置阻断的节目；
d.显示不会被所述节目内容控制装置阻断的节目的列表。
2.如权利要求1所述的管理未阻断节目的方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括进一步以下步骤：若所述节目未被所述节目内容控制装置阻断，则显示所述节目。
3.如权利要求1所述的管理未阻断节目的方法，其特征在于，所述步骤c包括进一步以下步骤：若所述节目被所述节目内容控制装置阻断，则判断是否已存在一早前的安全列表。
4.如权利要求3所述的管理未阻断节目的方法，其特征在于，获取剩余节目的数据包括获得所述早前的安全列表的数据。
5.如权利要求1所述的管理未阻断节目的方法，其特征在于，所述不会被所述节目内容控制装置阻断的节目的列表是一个可选择的节目浏览列表。
6.如权利要求1所述的管理未阻断节目的方法，其特征在于，所述剩余节目的数据为电子信息导航数据。
7.如权利要求1所述的管理未阻断节目的方法，其特征在于，所述步骤c包括进一步以下步骤：在获取剩余节目的数据的同时，显示一个节目。
8.一种管理未阻断节目的系统，所述系统包括：
调谐至一个节目的调谐器；
节目内容控制装置；
其特征在于，所述系统还包括一节目管理装置，所述装置识别所述节目的至少一个与节目内容相关的特征，并比较所述特征与所述节目内容控制装置的控制设定，并在所述特征满足所述节目内容控制装置的控制设定时，将所述节目加入一安全列表中。
9.如权利要求8所述的管理未阻断节目的系统，其特征在于，所述安全列表是一个可选择的节目浏览列表。
10.如权利要求9所述的管理未阻断节目的系统，其特征在于，所述特征为分级标志。
