发明背景
被磨损和/或洗涤过的织物(通常为浅色织物,诸如白色织物)通常会褪色。例如,反复洗涤过的白色织物在颜色外观上发黄,这使得织物看上去年代久远且破旧。在克服此类织物脱色的努力中,某些衣物洗涤剂产品包括一种在衣物洗涤和/或漂洗循环期间附着在织物上的调色染料或发蓝染料。遗憾的是,此类调色染料或发蓝染料通常趋于在织物上积聚,因此赋予织物不可取的蓝色色调。因此,一般使用氯处理来减少此类发蓝染料的积聚。虽然氯处理可以是有效的,但在洗涤方法中,其是一个附加的且不方便的步骤。另外,氯处理是昂贵的并对织物具有刺激性,从而加剧了织物的劣化。因此,需要改进的衣物洗涤护理产品,所述产品可抵抗不可取的织物脱色,包括白色织物的发黄。

衣物洗涤护理组合物
在一个方面,公开了可包含衣物洗涤护理成分和适宜的噻唑鎓染料的衣物洗涤护理组合物。适宜的噻唑鎓染料包括在衣物洗涤循环期间显示良好的着色功效,而不会在洗涤之后显示过度的不可取的噻唑鎓染料积聚。因此,在用本发明的洗涤剂组合物反复洗涤后,可避免不可取的发蓝,并且无需成本昂贵且具有刺激性的氯处理。适宜的噻唑鎓染料包括在本说明书的标题“适宜的噻唑鎓染料”下所述的那些噻唑鎓染料。

在一个方面,本说明书中公开的衣物洗涤护理组合物可使用非调色染料与噻唑鎓染料的组合。所述非调色染料可选自公开于美国专利申请2005/028820A1、美国专利4,137,243、美国专利4,601,725和美国专利4,871,371中的非调色染料。然而不受理论的束缚,据信噻唑鎓染料和非调色染料的组合可提供混色至期望的色调的灵活性。
在一个方面,本说明书中公开的衣物洗涤护理组合物可使用本质上可以为非直接染色的非调色染料与噻唑鎓染料的组合。噻唑鎓染料和非调色染料的组合可允许定制产品颜色和织物色彩。在一个方面,可使用酸性蓝7作为非调色、非着色染料。
在一个方面,在胶囊包封形式的衣物洗涤护理组合物中可使用任何组分,包括适宜的噻唑鎓染料。此类胶囊包封物可包括一种或多种此类组分。
在一个方面,公开了一种衣物洗涤护理组合物,所述组合物包含噻唑鎓染料和衣物洗涤护理成分,并具有大于10但小于40,约15至约35,甚至约15至约30的调色功效,和约30%至约85%,约40%至约85%,约50%至约85%的洗污能力。
适宜的衣物洗涤护理成分包括但不限于描述于本说明书中作为本发明可用的方面的那些物质,包括如本说明书所述的助剂物质。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物
在一个方面,本文所公开的衣物洗涤护理组合物可为液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的形式。在一个方面,此类组合物可以为重垢液体组合物。此类组合物可包括足量的表面活性剂以提供期望水平的一种或多种清洁特性,所述表面活性剂的含量按所述总组合物的重量计通常为约5%至约90%,约5%至约70%,甚至约5%至约40%,和足量的适宜的噻唑鎓染料,其在本说明书的标题“适宜的噻唑鎓染料”下所述,以向在包含所述洗涤剂的溶液中洗涤的织物提供着色效果,所述噻唑鎓染料的含量按所述总组合物的重量计通常为约0.0001%至约0.05%,甚至约0.001%至约0.01%。
液体洗涤剂组合物包含无表面活性的含水液体载体。一般来讲,无表面活性的含水液体载体在本文组合物中的用量将可有效地溶解、悬浮或分散组合物组分。例如,组合物可包含按重量计约5%至约90%,约10%至约70%,甚至约20%至约70%的含水的非表面活性的液体载体。
最高性价比类型的含水的非表面活性的液体载体可以为水。因此,所述含水的非表面活性的液体载体组分一般会大部分为水,或甚至完全为水。当对本发明而言将其它类型的水可混溶液体(如链烷醇、二醇、其它多元醇、醚、胺等)以常规方式加入到液体洗涤剂组合物中作为共溶剂或稳定剂时,这些水可混溶液体的使用量可被最小化以降低组合物的成本。因此,按所述组合物的重量计,本文液体洗涤剂产品的含水液体载体组分将一般包含浓度含量在约5%至约90%,甚至约20%至约70%范围内的水。
本文的液体洗涤剂组合物可为水溶液或表面活性剂、噻唑鎓染料和某些任选的其它成分(通常其中有些通常为与组合物中的液体组分组合的固体形式,所述液体组分如非离子液体醇乙氧基化物,含水液体载体和任何其它正常液体任选成分)均匀分散体或悬浮液的形式。此类溶液、分散体或悬浮液具有可接受的相稳定性,并且通常具有约0.1至0.6Pa/s(约100至600cps),更优选约0.15至0.4Pa/s(约150至400cps)范围内的粘度。对于本发明目的而言,可使用采用#21锭子的BrookfieldLVDV-II+粘度计设备来测定粘度。
适宜的表面活性剂可以为阴离子、非离子、阳离子、两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂。在一个方面,所述洗涤剂组合物包含阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、或它们的混合物。
适宜的阴离子表面活性剂可以为任何通常用于液体洗涤剂产品中的常规阴离子表面活性剂类型。此类表面活性剂包括烷基苯磺酸和它们的盐,以及烷氧基化的或非烷氧基化的烷基硫酸盐物质。
示例性阴离子表面活性剂是C10-16烷基苯磺酸的碱金属盐,优选C11-14烷基苯磺酸的碱金属盐。在一个方面,所述烷基是直链的。此类直链的烷基苯磺酸盐被称为“LAS”。此类表面活性剂及其制备描述于例如美国专利2,220,099和2,477,383中。尤其优选长直链烷基苯磺酸钠和烷基苯磺酸钾,其中烷基中的碳原子平均数为约11至14。C11-C14(如C12)直链烷基苯磺酸钠是此类表面活性剂的具体实例。
另一类型的示例性阴离子表面活性剂包括乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂。同样被称为烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基聚乙氧基硫酸盐的这些物质是符合下式的那些:R′-O-(C2H4O)n-SO3M,其中R′为C8-C20烷基,n为约1至20,并且M为成盐阳离子。在一个具体的实施例中,R′为C10-C18烷基,n为约1至15,并且M为钠、钾、铵、烷基铵、或链烷醇铵。在更具体的实施例中,R′为C12-C16,n为约1至6,并且M为钠。
通常以混合物的形式使用烷基醚硫酸盐,该混合物包含不同的R′链长和不同的乙氧基化度。通常,此类混合物还将不可避免地包含某些非乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐物质,即,此类乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐式中n=0的表面活性剂。非乙氧基化的烷基硫酸盐还可单独加入到本发明的组合物中并用作或用于可能存在的任何阴离子表面活性剂组分中。非烷氧基化(如非乙氧基化)烷基醚硫酸盐表面活性剂的具体实例是经由高级C8-C20脂肪醇硫酸盐化作用制得的那些。常规的伯烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂具有通式:ROSO3 -M+,其中R通常为直链C8-C20烃基,所述烃基可以为直链或支链,并且M为水增溶阳离子。在具体的实施例中,R为C10-C15烷基,并且M为碱金属。更具体地讲,R为C12-C14并且M为钠。

可用于本发明的适宜的非离子表面活性剂可包括任何通常用于液体洗涤剂产品的常规类型的非离子表面活性剂。这些包括烷氧基化脂肪醇和氧化胺表面活性剂。优选用于本文液体洗涤剂产品的是通常为液体的那些非离子表面活性剂。
适用于本文的非离子表面活性剂包括醇烷氧基化物非离子表面活性剂。醇烷氧基化物是符合以下通式的物质:R1(CmH2mO)nOH,其中R1为C8-C16烷基,m为2至4,并且n在约2至12的范围内。优选地,R1为伯烷基或仲烷基,包含约9至15个碳原子,更优选约10至14个碳原子。在一个实施例中,烷氧基化脂肪醇还可以为乙氧基化物质,其每分子包含约2至12个环氧乙烷部分,更优选每分子包含约3至10个环氧乙烷部分。
可用于本文液体洗涤剂组合物中的烷氧基化脂肪醇物质通常具有亲水-亲脂平衡(HLB),其在约3至17的范围内。更优选地,该物质的HLB在约6至15,最优选约8至15的范围内。烷氧基化的脂肪醇非离子表面活性剂已被由Shell Chemical Company以商品名销售。
另一类适用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂包括胺氧化物表面活性剂。氧化胺是在本领域常常称为“半极性”非离子物的物质。氧化胺具有下式:R(EO)x(PO)y(BO)zN(O)(CH2R′)2.qH2O。在该式中,R是较长链的烃基部分,其可以为饱和或不饱和的、直链或支链的,并且可包含8至20个,优选10至16个碳原子,更优选为C12-C16的伯烷基。R′为短链部分,优选选自氢、甲基和-CH2OH。当x+y+z不为0时,EO为乙烯氧基,PO为丙烯氧基,并且BO为丁烯氧基。可用C12-14烷基二甲基氧化胺来举例说明氧化胺表面活性剂。

颗粒状的衣物洗涤剂组合物
在一个方面,本文公开的衣物洗涤护理组合物可为颗粒状的衣物洗涤剂组合物的形式。此类组合物可包含足量的在本说明书的标题“适宜的噻唑鎓染料”下所述的适宜的噻唑鎓染料以向在包含所述洗涤剂溶液中洗涤的织物提供着色效果,所述噻唑鎓染料的含量按所述总组合物的重量计通常为约0.0001%至约0.05%,甚至约0.001%至约0.01%。
本发明的颗粒状洗涤剂组合物可包括任何数量的常规洗涤剂成分。例如,所述洗涤剂组合物的表面活性剂体系可包含阴离子、非离子、两性离子、两性和阳离子类别和它们的相容混合物。用于颗粒状组合物的洗涤剂表面活性剂在1972年5月23日公布的Norris的美国专利3,664,961,和1975年12月30日公布的Laughlin等人的美国专利3,919,678中有所描述。阳离子表面活性剂包括描述于1980年9月16日公布的Cockrell的美国专利4,222,905和1980年12月16日公布的Murphy的美国专利4,239,659中的那些。
表面活性剂体系非限制性实例包括常规的C11-C18烷基苯磺酸盐(“LAS”)和伯,支链的和无规C10-C20烷基硫酸盐(“AS”);所述式CH3(CH2)x(CHOSO3 -M+)CH3和CH3(CH2)y(CHOSO3 -M+)CH2CH3的C10-C18仲(2,3)烷基硫酸盐,其中x和(y+1)是至少约7的整数,优选至少约9,且M是水增溶阳离子,尤其是钠;不饱和的硫酸盐,如油基硫酸盐;C10-C18烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(“AExS”;尤其是EO 1-7乙氧基硫酸盐);C10-C18烷基烷氧基羧酸盐(尤其是所述EO 1-5乙氧基羧酸盐);C10-18甘油醚;C10-C18烷基聚糖苷和它们相应的聚糖苷硫酸盐和C12-C18 α-磺化的脂肪酸酯。如果需要,常规的非离子和两性表面活性剂,如所述C12-C18烷基乙氧基化物(“AE”)包括所谓窄峰的烷基乙氧基化物和C6-C12烷基酚烷氧基化物(尤其是乙氧基化和混和的乙氧基/丙氧基);C12-C18甜菜碱和磺基甜菜碱(“磺基甜菜碱”);C10-C18氧化胺等等,也可被包含在所述表面活性剂体系中。也可使用C10-C18的N-烷基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺。参见WO9,206,154。其它衍生自糖的表面活性剂包括所述N-烷氧基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,如C10-C18N-(3-甲氧基丙基)葡萄糖酰胺。从N-丙基至N-己基C12-C18的葡糖酰胺可用于低泡剂。也可使用C10-C20常规的皂。如果期望高度起泡的,可使用支链的C10-C16。阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的混合物是尤其可用的。其它常规的有用表面活性剂列于标准教科书中。
所述洗涤剂组合物可包含并且优选确实包含洗涤剂助剂。助洗剂通常选自多种水溶性,磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、膦酸盐、聚膦酸盐、碳酸盐、硅酸盐、硼酸盐、多羟基磺酸盐、聚乙酸盐、羧酸盐和聚羧酸盐的碱金属、铵或取代的铵盐。优选的是上文的碱金属盐,尤其是钠盐。优选可用于本文的是磷酸盐、碳酸盐、硅酸盐、C10-18脂肪酸、聚羧酸盐、以及它们的混合物。更优选的是三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐、一和二琥珀酸盐、硅酸钠、以及它们的混合物。
无机磷酸盐助洗剂的具体实例是钠和钾的三聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、具有聚合度约6至21的聚合物的偏磷酸盐和正磷酸盐。聚膦酸盐助洗剂的实例是乙烯二膦酸的、烷烃1-羟基-1,1-二膦酸的钠盐和钾盐,和烷烃,1,1,2-三膦酸的钠盐和钾盐。其它磷助洗化合物公开于美国专利3,159,581、3,213,030、3,422,021、3,422,137、3,400,176和3,400,148中。无磷的、无机助洗剂的实例是碳酸钠和碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢钾、倍半碳酸钠和倍半碳酸钾、四硼酸钠十水合物和四棚酸钾十水合物,以及具有SiO2与碱金属氧化物的重量比率约0.5至约4.0,优选约1.0至约2.4的硅酸钠和硅酸钾。可用于本文的水溶性无磷有机助洗剂包括各种多乙酸、羧酸、多羧酸和多羟基磺酸的碱金属盐、铵盐和取代的铵盐。多乙酸盐助洗剂和多羧酸盐助洗剂的实例是1,2-乙二胺四乙酸、次氮基三乙酸、氧联二琥珀酸、苯六甲酸、多羧酸苯和柠檬酸的钠盐、钾盐、锂盐、铵盐和取代的铵盐。
聚合物的聚羧酸盐助洗剂阐述于1967年3月7日公布的Diehl的美国专利3,308,067中。这些材料包括脂族羧酸,如马来酸、衣康酸、中康酸、富马酸、乌头酸、柠康酸和亚甲基丙二酸均聚和共聚物的水溶性盐。这些材料中的一些可用作如下文所述的水溶性阴离子聚合物,但只是在与无皂的阴离子表面活性剂密切混合的时候。其它可用于本文的适宜的聚羧酸盐是聚甲醛羧酸盐,其描述于1979年3月13日公布的授予Crutchfield等人的美国专利4,144,226,和1979年3月27日公布的授予Crutchfield等人的美国专利4,246,495中。
水溶性硅酸盐固体用式SiO2.M2O表示,M是碱金属,并且具有约0.5至约4.0的SiO2∶M2O重量比率,是本发明洗涤剂颗粒中可用的盐,以无水的重量基础,含量为约2%至约15%。也可使用无水的或水合物颗粒的硅酸盐。
任何数量的附加的成分也可被包括作为颗粒状洗涤剂组合物中的组分。这些包括其它的助洗剂、漂白剂、漂白活化剂、增泡剂或抑泡剂、防变色剂和防腐剂、污垢悬浮剂、去污剂、杀菌剂、pH调节剂、非助洗剂碱度来源、螯合剂、绿土粘土、酶、酶稳定剂和香料。参见1976年2月3日公布的授予Baskerville,Jr.等人的美国专利3,936,537。
漂白剂和活化剂在1983年11月1日公布的授予Chung等人的美国专利4,412,934和1984年11月20日公布的Hartman的美国专利4,483,781中有所描述。螯合剂还描述于Bush等人的美国专利4,663,071中,从第17列54行至第18列68行。泡沫调节剂也是任选成分,并在1976年1月20日公布的授予Bartoletta等人的美国专利3,933,672和1979年1月23日公布的授予Gault等人的4,136,045中有所描述。可用于本文的适宜的绿土粘土在1988年8月9日公布的Tucker等人的美国专利4,762,645中第6列3行至第7列24行有所描述。可用于本文的适宜的附加的助洗剂列举于所述Baskerville专利,第13列54行至第16行16行和1987年5月5日公布的Bush等人的美国专利4,663,071中。
漂洗附加织物调理组合物
在一个方面,本文所公开的衣物洗涤护理组合物可为在漂洗阶段附加的织物调理组合物的形式。此类组合物可包含织物软化活性物质和足量的适宜的噻唑鎓染料,其在本说明书的标题“适宜的噻唑鎓染料”下描述,以向用组合物处理过的织物提供着色效果,其含量基于漂洗附加织物调理组合物的总重量通常为约0.00001%重量(0.1ppm)至约1%重量(10,000ppm),甚至约0.0003%重量(3ppm)至约0.03%重量(300ppm)。在另一个具体的实施例中,所述组合物是漂洗附加织物调理组合物。典型的漂洗附加调理组合物的实例可见于提交于2004年10月8日的美国临时专利申请序列号60/687582。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述织物软化活性物质(下文称为“FSA”)是季铵化合物,适于在漂洗步骤中软化织物。在一个实施例中,所述FSA由脂肪酸与氨基醇的反应产物形成,在一个实施例中获得单酯、二酯和三酯化合物的混合物。在另一个实施例中,所述FSA包含一种或多种软化剂季铵化合物,例如但不限于单烷基醇季铵化合物、二酰氨基季化合物和二酯季铵化合物、或它们的组合。
在本发明的一个方面,所述FSA包含二酯季铵(以下称为“DQA”)化合物组合物。在本发明的某些实施例中,所述DQA化合物组合物还包括二酰氨基FSA和具有混合的酰氨基和酯链接以及此类二酯链接的FSA类别,本文中全部称作DQA。
适于用作本发明CFSC中FSA的第一类DQA(“DQA(1)”)包括具有下式的化合物:

在本发明的另一个方面,所述FSA包含称作DTTMAC的化合物,所述化合物具有下式:

在另一个实施例中,所述FSA是2005年11月18日公布的授予Smith等人的美国专利公开号为2004/0229769 A1的专利第26至31段所述的FSA;或美国专利6,494,920第1栏第51行及以下等等(详述了“季酯化合物”或季铵化的脂肪酸三乙醇胺酯盐)所述的FSA。
在一个实施例中,所述FSA选自下列物质中的至少一种:二牛油酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵、二氢化牛油酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵、二牛油基二甲基氯化铵、二牛油酰氧乙基二甲基甲酯硫酸铵、二氢化牛油酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵、二氢化牛油酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵、或它们的组合。
在一个实施例中,所述FSA还可包括含酰胺化合物的组合物。包含二酰胺的化合物的实例包括但不限于甲基-二(牛油酰氨基乙基)-2-羟乙基甲酯硫酸铵(以商品名Varisoft 110和Varisoft 222得自Degussa)。包含酰胺-酯化合物的一个实例为N-[3-(硬脂酰氨基)丙基]-N-[2-(硬脂酰氧)乙氧基)乙基)]-N-甲基胺。
本发明的另一个具体实施例提供还包括阳离子淀粉的漂洗附加织物护理组合物。阳离子淀粉描述于US 2004/0204337 A1中。在一个实施例中,所述织物护理组合物包含按所述衣物洗涤护理组合物的重量计约0.1%至约7%的阳离子淀粉。在一个实施例中,所述阳离子淀粉为得自National Starch的HCP401。

助剂物质

按照规定,所述辅助成分不是申请人的清洁和衣物洗涤护理组合物所必需的。因此,申请人组合物的某些实施例不包含一种或多种下列助剂物质:漂白活化剂、表面活性剂、助洗剂、螯合剂、染料转移抑制剂、分散剂、酶和酶稳定剂、催化金属配合物、聚合物的分散剂、粘土和污垢移除/抗再沉淀剂、增白剂、抑泡剂、染料、附加的香料和香料递送体系、结构弹性化剂、织物软化剂、载体、水溶助长剂、加工助剂和/或颜料。然而,当存在一种或多种助剂时,此类一种或多种助剂可如下详述存在:
表面活性剂-根据本发明所述的组合物可包含表面活性剂或表面活性剂体系,其中所述表面活性剂可选自非离子和/或阴离子和/或阳离子表面活性剂和/或两性的和/或两性离子的和/或半极性的非离子表面活性剂。所述表面活性剂的通常含量按所述清洁组合物的重量计为约0.1%,约1%,甚至约5%至约99.9%,至约80%,至约35%,甚至至约30%。
助洗剂-本发明的组合物可包含一种或多种洗涤剂助剂或助洗剂体系。当存在时,所述组合物将通常包含按重量计至少约1%的助洗剂,或约5%或10%至约80%,50%,甚至30%的所述助洗剂。助洗剂包括但不限于聚磷酸的碱金属盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐,碱金属硅酸盐,碱土金属和碱金属碳酸盐,硅铝酸盐助洗剂多羧酸盐化合物。醚羟基多羧酸盐;马来酸酐与乙烯或乙烯基甲基醚的共聚物;1,3,5-三羟基苯-2,4,6-三磺酸和羧基氧琥珀酸;多乙酸,如乙二胺四乙酸和氨三乙酸的多种碱金属盐、铵盐和取代的铵盐;以及多羧酸盐如苯六酸、琥珀酸、氧联二琥珀酸、多马来酸、苯1,3,5-三羧酸、羧甲基氧琥珀酸、以及其可溶解的盐。
螯合剂-本文的组合物还可任选地包含一种或多种铜螯合剂、铁螯合剂和/或锰螯合剂。如果使用螯合剂,这些螯合剂的含量按本文所述组合物的重量计通常为约0.1%至约15%,甚至约3.0%至约15%。

分散剂-本发明的组合物还可包含分散剂。合适的水溶性有机物是均聚或共聚酸或其盐,其中多元羧酸可包含至少两个彼此相隔不超过两个碳原子的羧基。

酶稳定剂-对于用于组合物中的酶,例如,洗涤剂可用多种技术来稳定。本文使用的酶可由最终组合物中存在的钙和/或镁离子水溶性源来稳定,最终产物将这种离子提供给酶。
催化金属配合物-申请人的组合物可包括催化金属配合物。一类含金属的漂白催化剂是这样的催化剂体系,该体系包含具有确定漂白催化活性的过渡金属阳离子,如铜阳离子、铁阳离子、钛阳离子、钌阳离子、钨阳离子、钼阳离子或锰阳离子;包含具有很低的或者没有漂白催化活性的辅助金属阳离子,如锌阳离子或铝阳离子;以及包含对于催化的和辅助的金属阳离子有确定稳定性常数的螯合剂,尤其是乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)以及它们的水溶性盐。此类催化剂公开于美国专利4,430,243中。
如果需要,本发明组合物可借助锰化合物进行催化。这些化合物和用量是本领域熟知的,并且包括例如公开于美国专利5,576,282中的锰基催化剂。
可用于本发明的钴漂白催化剂是已知的,并且描述于例如美国专利5,597,936和5,595,967中。此类钴催化剂易于通过已知的方法制备,例如美国专利5,597,936和5,595,967中所提出的方法。
本发明的组合物还可适宜地包括大多环刚性配体(简写为“MRL”)的过渡金属配合物。作为实施项,而不是作为限制,可调节本发明的组合物和清洁方法,使得在含水洗涤介质中提供大约至少一亿分之一的有益剂MRL物质,并且在洗涤液体中可提供约0.005ppm至约25ppm,更优选约0.05ppm至约10ppm,甚至约0.1ppm至约5ppm的MRL。
本发明的过渡金属漂白催化剂中的优选过渡金属包括锰、铁和铬。本文优选的MRL是一种特殊类型的超刚性配体,该配体是交联的,如5,12-二乙基-1,5,8,12-四氮杂双环[6.6.2]十六烷。

制备衣物洗涤护理组合物的方法
本发明的衣物洗涤护理组合物可以配制成任何适宜的形式,并采用配方师选择的任何方法来制备,其非限制性实例描述于U.S.5,879,584、U.S.5,691,297、U.S.5,574,005、U.S.5,569,645、U.S.5,565,422、U.S.5,516,448、U.S.5,489,392和U.S.5,486,303中。
在一个方面,本文所公开的液体洗涤剂组合物可通过以任何方便的顺序组合它们的组分并通过混合(例如搅拌)来制备,所得的组分组合物形成相稳定液体洗涤剂组合物。在一个方面,形成了一种液体基质,其包含至少大部分、甚至基本上全部的液体组分,如非离子表面活性剂、非表面活性液体载体和其它任选的液体组分,同时通过向该液体组合物加以剪切搅拌来彻底混合这些液体组分。例如,可以有效地利用带有机械搅拌器的快速搅拌。在保持剪切搅拌的同时,可加入基本上所有的任何阴离子表面活性剂和固体成分。继续搅拌该混合物,并且如果需要,可以在此时增强搅拌以便在液相中形成溶液或不溶固相颗粒的均匀分散体。在一些或所有固体状物质都已加入到此搅拌混合物中后,可掺入任何欲包含的酶物质颗粒,如酶小球。作为上文所述的组合物制备方法步骤的一种变化,可将一种或多种固体组分作为与少部分一种或多种液体组分预混的溶液或颗粒浆液加入到搅拌混合物中。在加入了所有组合物组分之后,持续搅拌该混合物一段足以制得具有所需粘度和相稳定特性的组合物的时间。通常,这将需要约30至60分钟的一段搅拌时间。
在生产液体洗涤剂的另一方面,先使所述噻唑鎓染料与一种或多种液体组分合并以形成噻唑鎓染料预混物,并且将此噻唑鎓染料预混物加入到包含衣物洗涤剂组合物组分的余量的大部分的组合物制剂中,例如包含按重量计大于50%,大于70%,甚至大于90%的衣物洗涤剂组合物组分余量。例如,在此类方法中,可在添加组分的最后步骤中加入所述噻唑鎓染料预混物和所述酶组分。在另一方面,可在加入到洗涤剂组合物中之前胶囊包封所述噻唑鎓染料,所述胶囊包封的染料被悬浮于结构化液体中,并且将悬浮液加入到包含大部分衣物洗涤剂组合物组分余量的组合物制剂中。
多种用于形成具有此类固体形式的洗涤剂组合物的技术是本领域熟知的并且可用于本文中。在一个方面,当所述衣物洗涤护理组合物为颗粒状时,则以颗粒形式提供所述噻唑鎓染料,所述染料任选地包含附加的但不是所有的衣物洗涤剂组合物组分。所述噻唑鎓染料颗粒可与一种或多种包含衣物洗涤剂组合物组分余量的附加颗粒组合。此外,可以胶囊包封的形式提供任选包含附加的但不是所有衣物洗涤剂组合物组分的噻唑鎓染料,并且所述噻唑鎓染料微囊可与包含衣物洗涤剂组合物组分的余量的大部分的颗粒组合。
使用衣物洗涤护理组合物的方法
在本说明书中公开的衣物洗涤护理组合物可用于清洁或处理织物。通常,将至少一部分所述织物与此类衣物洗涤护理组合物的实施例接触,所述组合物以纯态或稀释在液体(例如洗涤液体)中,然后所述织物可任选地被洗涤和/或漂洗。在一个方面,织物任选地被洗涤和/或漂洗,与此类衣物洗涤护理组合物的实施例接触,然后任选地被洗涤和/或漂洗。对于本发明而言,洗涤包括但不限于擦洗和机械搅拌。所述织物可包含大多数能够被洗涤或处理的任何织物。
在本说明书中公开的衣物洗涤护理组合物可被用来形成织物洗涤用的洗涤水溶液。通常,优选在常规织物洗涤自动洗衣机中将有效量的该组合物加入到水中以形成这种含水洗涤溶液。接着,优选在搅拌下将所形成的含水洗涤溶液与随后将被洗涤的织物接触。有效量的衣物洗涤护理组合物(如在本说明书中公开的液体洗涤剂组合物)可被加入到水中以形成含水的洗涤溶液,其可包含约500至约7,000ppm,甚至约1,000至约3,000pm的衣物洗涤护理组合物。
在一个方面,可提供本说明书公开的一种或多种噻唑鎓染料,例如,通过衣物洗涤护理组合物,使得在所述洗涤循环和或漂洗循环期间此类一种或多种染料的浓度可为约0.5份数每十亿(ppb)至约5份数每十亿(ppm),约1ppb至约600ppb,约5ppb至约300ppb,甚至约10ppb至约100ppb的噻唑鎓染料。在一个方面,在17加仑自动洗涤洗衣机的所述洗涤循环和/或漂洗循环期间,可获得此类浓度。
在一个方面,所述衣物洗涤护理组合物可被用作洗涤添加剂、预处理组合物和/或后处理组合物。
测试方法
I.对于确定洗涤剂调色功效的方法
a.)获得16盎司白色棉双罗纹编织的织物的两块25cm×25cm的织物样本(270g/平方米,用Uvitex BNB荧光增白剂增白,得自Test Fabrics.P.O.Box 26,Weston,PA,18643)。
b.)准备两个一升包含如在表3中陈述的1.55g的AATCC标准重垢液体(HDL)测试洗涤剂的自来水等分试样。
c.)向得自上文步骤b.)的等分试样中的一个中加入足量的欲被测试的染料,以产生水溶液吸光度为1AU。
d.)在包含1.55g的AATCC标准重垢液体(HDL)测试洗涤剂的水的一个等分试样中洗涤得自上文a.)的样本,并且在另一个等分试样中洗涤另一个样本。此类洗涤步骤应在室温下搅拌中进行30分钟。在此类洗涤步骤后,分别漂洗所述样本并干燥所述样本。
e.)在漂洗并干燥每个样本后,所述染料的调色功效,DE*eff通过使用Hunter LabScan XE反射分光光度计,用D65照明,10°观测器和排除UV过滤器,确定每个样本所述L*、a*和b*值的量度来评估。然后使用下列公式计算所述染料的调色功效:

II.用于确定洗涤可去除性的方法
a.)依照AATCC Test Me thod 61-2003,Test 2A,制备两个单独的150mL如在表1中陈述的HDL洗涤剂溶液等分试样,和包含1.55g/升的AATCC HDL于蒸馏水中的配方。
b.)得自用于确定此类洗涤剂调色功效方法的每个织物样本的一个15cm×5cm样本,在耐洗试验器中49℃,150mL的依照上文步骤II a.)制备的所述HDL洗涤剂溶液中,洗涤45分钟。

合成间甲苯-10EO甲基噻唑鎓
将五百四十九克的85%磷酸、75克的98%硫酸和9滴的2-乙基己醇消泡剂加入到一个100毫升、配备有温度计、冷却浴、机械搅拌器的三颈烧瓶中。冷却所述混合物,并向所述烧瓶中加入30.9克的2-氨基噻唑。将所述混合物进一步冷却至低于0℃,这之后将105克的40%亚硝酰硫酸加入,同时使温度保持低于5℃。三小时后,所述混合物提供阳性亚硝酸盐测试,并将25克的氨基磺酸缓慢加入,同时保持温度低于5℃。一小时后,呈现显然阴性的亚硝酸盐测试。

5.如权利要求1所述的衣物洗涤护理组合物,其中R5和R6各自独立地包含1至20个烯化氧单元并且独立地包含选自由下列组成的组的部分:氧化苯乙烯、缩水甘油基甲基醚、异丁基缩水甘油基醚、异丙基缩水甘油基醚、叔丁基缩水甘油基醚、2-乙基己基缩水甘油基醚、或缩水甘油基十六碳烷基醚。

15.如权利要求1所述的衣物洗涤护理组合物,所述组合物具有大于10但小于40的调色功效,和30%至85%的洗污能力。
16.如权利要求1所述的衣物洗涤护理组合物,所述组合物具有15至30的调色功效,和50%至85%的洗污能力。
17.一种制备衣物洗涤护理组合物的方法,所述方法包括将噻唑鎓染料与液体组合以形成噻唑鎓染料预混物,并且将所述噻唑鎓染料预混物加入到包含一种或多种衣物洗涤护理组分的组合物中,其中所述噻唑鎓染料选自通式(V)的偶氮染料;
其中:
a.)R1选自支链的或无支链的(C1-C22)-烷基部分、芳族烷基部分、聚环氧烷部分或具有下式(VI)的部分;

19.一种如权利要求18所述的制备衣物洗涤护理组合物的方法,所述方法包括将颗粒形式的噻唑鎓染料,任选地包括所述衣物洗涤护理组合物附加组分,与包含所述衣物洗涤护理组合物的余量组分的第二种颗粒组合。
20.一种处理衣物洗涤制品的方法,所述方法包括任选地洗涤、漂洗和/或干燥衣物洗涤制品,并将所述衣物洗涤制品与权利要求1所述的衣物洗涤护理组合物接触,然后洗涤、漂洗和/或干燥所述衣物洗涤制品。
