背景技术
医学界已经把“亚健康”列为21世纪人类健康的头号大敌。据世界卫生组织一项全球调查结果告诉我们,真正健康的人仅占5%,经医生检查,诊断为疾病的人也只占20%,75%的人处于亚健康状态。我国预防医学会的数据也表明:目前处于亚健康状态的中国人的比例已上升75%。而据我国一项专题调查显示,某市高级职称的中年知识分子中,竟有高达75.3%的人处于亚健康状态,主要表现为“三高”“三易”。“三高”即高血脂、高血糖、高血黏度,“三易”即易疲劳、易感冒及易有各种不适(如慢性咽痛、牙疼、口腔溃疡、失眠、消化功能障碍、视物模糊等)。当然,诱发亚健康状况的原因是多种多样的,例如不良的生活习惯,紧张的生活节奏,越来越拥挤的生活环境等等。人们逐渐在实践中发现,药物治疗并不是保证身体健康的唯一途径。在21世纪,人们开始从重治疗转向重预防,通过食物进行理疗是一种可行的选择,在此背景下被寄以厚望的功能食品必将有更大的发展。
在功能食品研究开发方面,日本与美欧之间也展开了激烈的竞争。日本为了保持在其功能食品科学领域的领先地位,已将功能食品研究作为国际竞争时代具有战略意义的国家级重点课题加以推进。我国在药膳研究方面具有悠久的历史,药膳同源的理论源远流长。我国现存最早的医学著作《黄帝内经》中就提出了治病的原则是“药以祛之,食以随之”。唐代著名医药学家孙思藐也强调:“若能用食平疴,释情遣疾者,可谓良工”,并称“食疗不愈,然后命药”,对食物的保健功能作了相当高的评价。但在功能食品研究开发方面却明显落后日本和欧美。我们应努力挖掘祖国巨大的中草药宝贵资源,重视对食物成分的研究,争取开发出具有中国特色的功能食品,以在激烈的国际竞争中取得应有的地位。
以前,食品的主要目的是为了吃饱、吃好。随着人们生活水平的提高,单纯的吃饱吃好已经不能满足其需求,当今社会的消费趋势逐渐进入享受消费阶段,享受消费阶段的重要特征就是需求日趋功能化,而营养健康是其大势所趋。
功能食品通过科学的现代加工工艺,既保留了传统食品中的营养成分,又能改变食品的生理活性功能,促进营养成分更合理、充分的利用,集保健、营养、医疗于一体,比传统食品更有效、更方便、更优越、更充分地利用资源,具有极大的经济实用价值和开发前景。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前普遍存在亚健康状况的人们通过食物疗养恢复的问题而提供了一种天然型功能食品。
本发明是由以下技术方案实现的,一种天然型功能食品,是由下列重量比例的原料组成:
桑叶2~10份,黑豆20~60份,黄豆30~80份,玉米10~30份,小米10~30份,莜麦35~75份,荞麦10~35份,食用菌15~25份。
加工方法是将黑豆、黄豆、玉米、小米、莜麦、荞麦分别炒熟,磨200目细粉,桑叶脱水干燥后磨300目细粉,将食用菌蒸熟、脱水、干燥后粉碎至200目细粉,最后将所有原料的份料混合再蒸熟、冷却即可。
食用菌可为:双孢菇、平菇、香菇、凤尾菇、草菇、元蘑、金针菇、黑木儿、猴头菇、杏孢菇、白灵菇中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
在上述配比的基础上,桑叶4~8份,黑豆15~50份,黄豆20~70份,玉米10~20份,小米15~25份,莜麦40~60份,荞麦15~20份,食用菌10~20份。
具有最佳营养效果的配比为:桑叶2.5份,黄豆50份,黑豆30份,小米10份,玉米20份,莜麦30份,荞麦10份,食用菌粉20份。
中国自古的食疗,就是根据人体状况,依据天然食物的健康功能,用蔬菜、谷物、豆类、肉类等各种食物补充和调节机体营养平衡。“五谷宜为养,失豆则不良,五畜适为益,过则害非浅,五菜常为充,新鲜绿黄红,五果当为助,力求少而数,气味合则服,尤当忌偏独,饮食贵有节,切切勿使过。”这是中华民族对传统膳食结构的精辟论述。
本发明所述的天然型功能食品中的各组份的功效如下。
桑叶属辛凉,解表甘、辛、寒清风热,明目外感风咳嗽头昏头痛流泪急性扁桃体炎功效疏散风热,清肺润燥,平肝明目。含牛膝甾酮(inokosterone)、脱皮甾酮(ecdysterone)、β-谷甾醇、芸香甙、桑甙(morocetin)、异槲皮甙、伞形花内酯(umbelliferone)、东莨菪甙(scopolin)、α-、β-已烯醛(α-,β-hexenal)、葫芦巴碱(trigonelline)、胆碱、腺嘌呤、天冬氨酸、氯原酸。药理:鲜桑叶煎剂体外试验对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌等多种致病菌有抑制作用,煎剂有抑制钩端螺旋体的作用;对多种原因引起的动物高血糖症均有降糖作用,所含脱皮甾酮能促进葡萄糖化糖元,但不影响正常动物的血糖水平;脱皮激素还能降低血脂水平。具有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功能,是中药方剂中常用药之一。是卫生部公布的既是食品又是药品的营养保健食品资源之一,桑叶中富含氨基酸、矿物质、维生素、黄酮类芸香苷、槲皮素、甾醇类、溶血素、植物雌激素。干霜叶中约含粗蛋白24.0克,粗脂肪4.0克,含食物纤维52.9克,钙2699毫克,桑叶含有人体所需的18种氨基酸,含神经传递物质及降压物质γ——氨基丁酸,每百克桑叶中平均有226毫克,谷氨酸高达2323毫克,天冬氨酸2049毫克,可见桑叶是氨基酸的宝库。
黑豆:入药保健之效高于黄豆,突出的优点是蛋白质含量高、质量好,每百克高达45—50克。黑豆还含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、钙、磷、铁及胡萝卜素、B族维生素等。《名医别录》载,“炒黑豆热投酒中饮之,治风瘫痪口禁,产后头风。久食,好颜色,变白不老。”《本草纲目》说,“黑豆入肾功多,故能治水、消胀、下气、制风热而活血解毒。”它可用来煮汤、炖食、浸酒等。常食黑豆食品对健康有益。
黄豆:即大豆,含有40%的蛋白质、20%的不饱和脂肪酸、糖类以及多种维生素和丰富的钙、磷铁等矿物质,历来有“植物肉”及“绿色牛乳”之美称。中医认为,黄豆性味甘、平,功效宽中益气,利大肠,消肿解热毒,消暑气。有降低血清胆固醇、防止心血管疾病、减肥和防病延年的作用。
玉米:也是重要的药物原料,现代医药工业以玉米为原料的药品有葡萄糖、青霉素、链霉素、金霉素以及麻醉剂、利尿素等等。祖国医药认为,玉米味甘性平,有调中、开胃、止血、利尿、利胆及降脂的功效,可用来治疗小便不通、膀胱结石、肝炎、黄疸等症。玉米油富含维生素E、谷固醇及磷脂,经常食用玉米,可以降低人体血浓胆固醇的含量,增强人体肌肉和内脏以及血管系统的机能,提高对传染病的抵抗力,并对冠心病、动脉硬化症具有特殊疗效。还可减少癌症的发生。玉米含有大量镁,能抑制癌的发展,还可帮助血管舒张,加强肠道蠕动,增加胆汁,促进机体排除废物。具有健脑作用,能促进脑细胞的呼吸,有利于脑组织里氨的排除。
小米:小米营养丰富。据测定,蛋白质含量达11.2%~13.4%,脂肪含量4.5%,比普通小米高1%~3%。所含蛋白质、脂肪均高于大米、面粉。人体必需的8种氨基酸含量丰富而比例协调。如赖氨酸0.22%~5.24%,蛋氨酸0.4%,色氨酸0.25%,亮氨酸1.87%,苏氨酸、异亮氨酸及缬氨酸等含量在0.42%~2.88%之间。维生素的含量亦较丰富,而粗纤维的含量又是几种主要粮食作物中最低的。为产妇、幼儿及老人的滋补佳品。

本发明所含的钙是骨骼、牙齿及软组织的重要成分。要保持骨骼和牙齿的健康、神经的传输、肌肉收缩、血液凝固、荷尔蒙平衡都处在一个好的状态,钙不可缺乏。钙能帮助保护心脏和皮肤,减轻肌肉劳累和疼痛,保持体液酸碱平衡,减少肌肉痉挛。本发明所含的碳水化合物,亦称糖类,是人体热能最主要的来源。是构成机体的成分并在多种生命过程中起重要作用。如碳水化合物与脂类形成的糖脂是组成细胞膜与神经组织的成分,粘多糖与蛋白质合成的粘蛋白是构成结缔组织的基础,糖类与蛋白质结合成糖蛋白可构成抗体、某些酶和激素等具有重要生物活性的物质。人体的大脑和红细胞必须依靠血糖供给能量,因此维持神经系统和红细胞的正常功能也需要糖。糖类与脂肪及蛋白质代谢也有密切的关系。糖类具有节省蛋白质的作用。当蛋白质进入机体后,使组织中游离氨基酸浓度增加,该氨基酸合成为机体蛋白质是耗能过程,如同时摄入糖类补充能量,可节省一部分氨基酸,有利蛋白质合成。食物纤维是一种不能被人体消化酶分解的糖类,虽不能被吸收,但能吸收水分,使粪便变软,体积增大,从而促进肠蠕动,有助排便。

具体实施方式
实施例1、一种天然型功能食品,是由下列重量比例的原料组成:
桑叶2份,黑豆30份,黄豆50份,玉米30份,小米10份,莜麦35份,荞麦10份,食用菌25份。
生产方法如下:先将小米用文火慢炒到7成熟凉干,再将玉米,黑豆,黄豆,莜麦大火炒至6~8成熟,温度控制在70~85度左右,分别凉干,用石磨分别将小米,玉米,黑豆,黄豆,莜麦,荞麦磨至200目细度,将干燥的桑叶粉碎至300目细度,将食用菌蒸熟、脱水、干燥后粉碎至200目细度。将上述全部粉剂按所述配方比例混合过筛后制得面粉蒸熟冷却(在无菌条件下进行),装入小袋(25克),再装入大袋(每袋20小袋)500克。
食用菌可为:双孢菇、平菇、香菇、凤尾菇、草菇、元蘑、金针菇、黑木儿、猴头菇、杏孢菇、白灵菇中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
实施例2、一种天然型功能食品,是由下列重量比例的原料组成:
桑叶10份,黑豆20份,黄豆80份,玉米10份,小米30份,莜麦35份,荞麦35份,食用菌15份。

Claims (2)
1.一种天然型功能食品,其特征是由下列重量比例的原料组成:
桑叶2~10份,黑豆20~60份,黄豆30~80份,玉米10~30份,小米10~30份,莜麦35~75份,荞麦10~35份,食用菌15~25份;
加工方法是将黑豆、黄豆、玉米、小米、莜麦、荞麦分别炒熟,磨200目细粉,桑叶脱水干燥后磨300目细粉,将食用菌蒸熟、脱水、干燥后粉碎至200目细粉,最后将所有原料的份料混合蒸熟冷却即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然型功能食品,其特征是食用菌为:双孢菇、平菇、香菇、凤尾菇、草菇、元蘑、金针菇、黑木耳、猴头菇、杏孢菇、白灵菇中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
