一种金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其包括金属件与塑料件。金属件包括锁合槽。塑料件通过一体成型填充于锁合槽,该金属件包括底面及与侧面,该锁合槽开设于该侧面与底面的连接处,该锁合槽为V形,该V形锁合槽具有两个相互连接的壁面,其中一个壁面与底面相连,另一个壁面与该侧面相连,该与底面相连的壁面上形成有凹部。上述金属件与塑料件的连接结构具有较强的连接强度。

金属件与塑料件的连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属件与塑料件的连接结构,尤其是一种小且薄的零件用的金属件与塑料件的连接结构。
背景技术
目前,各种装置的零件通常是由塑料或金属加工制成。
比较塑料与金属,在成型方面,有些塑料由于具有较低的熔点,较好的流动性,在加工过程中可采用注塑成型方法加工出各种结构的零件,因此具有较好的加工性能;在成本方面,一般塑料的价格通常都较金属低,且对于结构复杂的零件,塑料采用注塑成型方法加工可一次成型及批量生产,其成型成本也较低。
但通常塑料的表面硬度不足,容易变形及被刮伤,而一般金属具有较高的表面硬度,由其制成的零件表面抗刮伤能力较强。
为降低零件生产成本与制造难度,同时使零件有足够的抗刮伤能力,通常分别是用金属来制备结构较为简单的外部结构件,用塑料来制备结构较为复杂的内部结构件,而后将该内部结构件与外部结构件组装在一起。为确保该外部结构件与内部结构件之间的连接强度较高,通常需用卡扣结构或螺丝、螺母配合结构等将该外部结构件与内部结构件锁合在一起。
然而,上述外部结构件与内部结构件的连接方式适用于体积较大的零件。对于一些小且薄的零件,例如在一些便携式电子装置上的零件,则较难使用卡扣结构或螺丝、螺母的配合结构来结合金属制备的外部结构件与塑料制备的内部结构件,而确保其之间具有较高连接强度。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种在小且薄的零件上使用的且具有较高连接强度的金属件与塑料件的连接结构。
一种金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其包括金属件与塑料件。其中该金属件包括锁合槽,该塑料件通过一体成型填充于该锁合槽,该金属件包括底面及与侧面,该锁合槽开设于该侧面与底面的连接处,该锁合槽为V形,该V形锁合槽具有两个相互连接的壁面,其中一个壁面与底面相连,另一个壁面与该侧面相连,该与底面相连的壁面上形成有凹部。
上述连接结构包括金属件与塑料件,金属件具有锁合槽,塑料件通过一体成型直接填充于金属件锁合槽上,使得塑料件与金属件相锁合,从而使金属件与塑料件之间有较高的连接强度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对金属件与塑料件的连接结构做进一步详细说明。
请参见图1,本发明较佳实施例的金属件与塑料件的连接结构10的立体分解图。连接结构10包括一个金属件12和一个塑料件14。金属件12包括一个底面122、一个侧面124及一个位于底面122与侧面124连接处的锁合槽126。请同时参见图2,塑料件14通过一体成型填充于锁合槽126内。填充于锁合槽126内的塑料件14的部分用于增加金属件12与塑料件14之间分离的阻力。
为便于加工,金属件12结构一般可设计得较为简单,具体是根据其所适用的产品确定。制备金属件12的材料可为铝合金、镁合金或不锈钢等,优选为铝合金。根据所选用材料的不同,金属件12可通过冲压成型、计算机数控加工或其他金属加工方法制备。本实施例中,金属件12的底面122为圆形面,侧面124为圆柱面,锁合槽126的头尾相接形成一个闭合圆环,即其沿侧面124的周向延伸一周。此外,锁合槽126为V形,其具有两个壁面1262,1264,其中一个壁面1262与底面122相连,另一个壁面1264与侧面124垂直相连且与底面122相平行,锁合槽126的两个壁面1262,1264所形成的夹角θ可为50度至70度。为便于采用计算机数控加工成型,夹角θ优选为55度至65度,更优选为60度。
制备塑料件14的材料可为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯或尼龙等,优选为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯。塑料件14的一体成型可通过将金属件12嵌入塑料模具中,然后在金属件12上射出塑料来形成。由于是采用射出成型来制备塑料件14,因此塑料件14的结构即使较为复杂也可较容易制得。
连接结构10可用于便携式电子装置的小且薄的零件上,例如MP3、MP4、移动电话等的按键。由于连接结构10包括金属件12与塑料件14,金属件12具有一个处于底面122与侧面124连接处的锁合槽126,塑料件14通过一体成型直接填充于金属件锁合槽126上,使得塑料件14可成为一个封闭的环形结构与金属件12相锁合,从而使金属件12与塑料件14之间有较高的连接强度。并且,塑料件14是通过一体成型直接形成于金属件12上,金属件12与塑料件14之间的无需额外的组装工序便可结合在一起,因此还可简化金属件12与塑料件14的装配流程而节约成本。
请参见图3,本发明较佳实施例二的金属件与塑料件的连接结构20。连接结构20包括一个金属件22和一个塑料件24,金属件22包括一个底面222、一个侧面224及一个位于底面222与侧面224连接处的锁合槽226,锁合槽226包括与底面222相连的壁面2262及与侧面224相连的壁面2264,锁合槽226的壁面2262上形成有凹部2263,为便于加工成型,凹部2263的形状也为V形。塑料件24通过一体成型填充于锁合槽226。由于锁合槽226的壁面2262上有凹部2263,塑料件24在一体成型填充于锁合槽226时,塑料件与金属件22之间结合面积增大、分离阻力增加,因此可使得金属件22与塑料件24之间的连接强度进一步增强。可以理解,当锁合槽226壁面2262上的凹部2263占据面积较大时,即使壁面2262与底面222之间的夹角大于70度,金属件22与塑料件24之间亦可具有较大的连接强度。
在连接结构10、20中,当锁合槽126、226的侧面为粗糙面时,金属件12、22与塑料件14、24之间的连接强度也可进一步增强。锁合槽126、226所形成环形还可以不闭合,甚至可配以粗糙的侧面,当然,锁合槽126、226也可以只设成不闭合的环形以满足当金属件12、22与塑料件14、24所需的结合力较小时的情况。此外,可以理解,锁合槽126、226也可直接开设于金属件12、22的侧面124、224上或底面122、222上,而不仅限于金属件12、22的侧面124、224与底面122、222的连接处。

Claims (9)

1.一种金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其包括金属件与塑料件,其特征在于:该金属件包括锁合槽;该塑料件通过一体成型填充于该锁合槽,该金属件包括底面及侧面,该锁合槽开设于该侧面与底面的连接处,该锁合槽为V形,该V形锁合槽具有两个相互连接的壁面,其中一个壁面与底面相连,另一个壁面与该侧面相连,该与底面相连的壁面上形成有凹部。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该锁合槽的两个壁面所形成的夹角为50度至70度。
3.如权利要求2所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该夹角为55度至65度。
4.如权利要求3所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该夹角为60度。
5.如权利要求1所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该凹部呈V形。
6.如权利要求1所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该锁合槽的形状为头尾相接的闭环。
7.如权利要求1所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该一体成型的方法为注塑成型。
8.如权利要求1所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该金属件的材料为铝合金。
9.如权利要求1所述的金属件与塑料件的连接结构,其特征在于:该塑料件的材料为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯或尼龙。
