技术领域
套筒/滚子自由轮,包括:至少一个内或外环,该内或外环具有与滚针或滚子匹配的箝位斜面;和用于滚针或滚子的机架;以及压力弹簧。

此类的套筒自由轮以其自身证实,并满足了所有分配的任务。但是此类套筒自由轮具有较大数量的部件,这使成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,简化这样类型的自由轮并降低其价格,而不影响期望的功能性。
本发明的任务将通过机架具有机架元件来解决,所述机架元件与内或外环成一体制成。自由轮的滚针或滚子邻接的外环也表示为套筒/滚子自由轮的套筒。
本发明意义上的内或外环的意思是,从根据现有技术的自由轮来看,其中外环中带有箝位斜面,亦应考虑到在内环外表面上带有箝位斜面的自由轮,并在该自由轮中,滚针或滚子与外环的光滑内表面,也就是套筒,形成有效连接。
通过将内或外环与机架元件制造为一体,可取消作为分离部件的已知机架,其必须调整大小精度。
根据本发明的优选实施方案,通过以下方式将带有箝位斜面的内或外环以及机架元件制造为一体:深冲内或外环,其带有箝位斜面以及至少一个设置在箝位斜面一侧上的边缘;从边缘切割出弹性保持凸起;并且使弹性保持凸起朝向内或外环弯曲,并且使弹性保持凸起的浮装的凸耳在箝位斜面的区域内转向。
应指明的是,不止在一侧,而是在内或外环的两侧都可带有边缘,由此边缘切割出弹性保持凸起,其中在箝位斜面两侧,弹性保持凸起交替弯曲,并且凸耳可被折拢。
在优选的具体实施方案中,弹性保持凸起只由一个边缘切割出并相应弯曲,而在箝位斜面相对的一侧,在内或外环上铸模而成环凸台,其根据铸模的是内环还是外环,而径向向内或向外。通过所述具体实施方案,使环凸台在一侧成为滚针或较大滚子的引导,同时,弹性保持凸起在另一侧确定为引导,并且可摆动的凸耳为弹簧的支承,所述弹簧将滚针或滚子推压到在箝位斜面与光滑的对应表面之间的空隙中。弹性保持凸起可在朝向凸耳的一侧具有加长接合板,所述加长接合板确保,确切的说改善了滚针或滚子的侧向引导。
根据本发明的一种修改的具体实施方案,内或外环通过深冲可作为盆状部件制成,其中由底面边缘切割出凸耳,其在箝位斜面的区域内被弯曲。通过这样,在底面边缘的区域内仍然获得连续的侧面限定部分,所述限定部分确保了滚针和特别是较大滚子的好的引导。
根据在自由轮上的作用力,和根据内或外环的坚固程度,内或外环可被挤压在一个作为张紧环的支承环之上或之中,所述支承环确保了内或外环的加固。同样,这个支承环可通过深冲而廉价地制成;也可以切削成模。但是要明确指出的是,无论是支承环,还是根据本发明在其中支承的内或外环,同样作为带钢材料制成,并且成形为环,该环可在其对接处连接,例如,可焊接。还有可能性是,外环,也就是说自由轮上典型的带有制动面的套筒,在张力作用下置于封闭的支承环内部。
优选的在将张紧环和内或外环挤压在一起之前,在张紧环上优选的形成径向向内或向外突出的带,其在内或外环和张紧环或支承环之间表现为限定的止挡,以及根据大小,还能够支承弹性保持凸起以及闭合弹性保持凸起之间的空间,这是由于支承环和内或外环优选的以这样的方式相互挤压,以致于所述带临近于弹性保持凸起。

具体实施方式
在图1至8中,单个地示出,1代表外环,其在内侧具有箝位斜面2以及与所述箝位斜面相连的边缘3和4。外环1优选的作为套筒构成,并且通过深冲制成。其亦可由带钢材料制成,通过精压成型,并且最终使其弯曲成环,所述环在对接处焊接。
如图2中所示,由边缘3切割出或者冲制出弹性保持凸起5,并且边缘4成形为环凸台,所述环凸台径向向内突出。弹性保持凸起5在外环1的外围方向具有凸耳6,以及在另一方向上具有加长接合板7。
最终将如图3所示,弹性保持凸起5的凸耳6被弯曲大约90°,并且弹性保持凸起5在外环1上向内弯曲或者折拢,以便凸耳6近似平行于箝位斜面分布。还有一种可能,就是首先将弹性保持凸起5弯曲90°,然后使凸耳6弯曲。在未示出的方式里,可以实现凸耳或弹性保持凸起不同于90°的弯曲角度。
在带有弯曲的或者说折起的凸耳6和弹性保持凸起5的结束成型的外环1中,滚针或滚子被放入其中,并且在带有光滑外表面的内环上或者带有光滑外表面的轴上制成了自由轮。在外环1的位置上,内环具有箝位斜面2以及一体模制的弹性保持凸起5和凸耳6作为引导卡锟的机架元件,这样一来这些部件将被放入带有光滑内部表面的外环中或者坚固的部件中,例如,放入带有硬表面的合适的孔的外壳部件中,并以此构成自由轮。
弹性保持凸起5的突出的加长接合板7在外环1的外围方向中具有这样的延长,使得其为滚针或滚子提供足够的轴向支承。在外环1上,箝位斜面2的相对一侧上的环凸台也起到了相应的作用。
在根据图6至8的具体实施例中,带有底面或者底面边缘8的外环1通过深冲制成。如果需要,由底部冲制出圆盘。进一步将由底面边缘8切割出凸耳6,并且所述凸耳平行于箝位斜面而弯曲。在相对的一侧还是形成环凸台。在此项具体实施例中,底面边缘8是如下构成的:仅仅切割出来凸耳,而且是锯齿状且完全有效的连续的限定部分,从而保证对于较大的滚子也有好的引导,特别如图8中所示。

Claims (13)

1.套筒/滚子自由轮,包括:至少一个内或外环(1)其具有与滚针或滚子适配的箝位斜面(2);用于滚针或滚子的机架;和压力弹簧;其中机架具有机架元件,所述机架元件与内或外环(1)成一体制成,其特征在于,机架元件作为弹性保持凸起(5)构成,并且侧向位于内或外环(1)上。
2.据权利要求1所述的套筒/滚子自由轮,,其特征在于,弹性保持凸起(5)具有浮装的凸耳(6),所述凸耳在内或外环(1)之内或之外相邻于箝位斜面(2)安置。
3.根据上述任一权利要求所述的套筒/滚子自由轮,其特征在于,内或外环(1)在朝向弹性保持凸起(5)的一侧上具有环凸台。
4.用于制造根据上述任一权利要求所述的套筒/滚子自由轮的方法,其特征在于,
-通过深冲制造内或外环(1),其带有箝位斜面(2)以及至少一个设置在箝位斜面(2)一侧上的边缘(3),
-由边缘(3)切割出弹性保持凸起(5),以及
-将弹性保持凸起(5)径向朝向内或外环(1)弯曲,并且使弹性保持凸起(5)的浮装的凸耳(6)在箝位斜面(2)的区域内弯曲。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
-在内或外环(1)上与边缘(3)或底面边缘(8)相对的一侧成型边缘(4),以及
-使所述边缘(4)径向变形为环凸台。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,内或外环(1)分别压入支承环中。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,在支承环上成形径向向内或向外突出的带。
