Abstract
一种双组分注射器(1),其设置有具有共用入口/出口(15)的阀组件(9),该阀组件(9)设计成选择性地关闭注射器的容器(2、3)、或允许液体从外部经由共用入口/出口吸入到容器(2)中的一个中、或将两个容器相互连接、或允许通过共用入口/出口配给混合物。该阀组件包括阀体(12),该阀体(12)设置有具有沟槽(28、29)的密封盘(13),所述沟槽(28、29)设置成使得当阀体旋转时,建立或中断连接。这样的阀组件的设计简单并具有成本效益,并且该设计允许有效地并且在最小压力损失和体积损失的情况下将液体吸入到容器中、并将该液体传输到容纳粉末的另一容器、以及配给多组分液体或浆状物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多组分配给装置,根据权利要求1前序部分,该多组分配给装置具有至少两个容器以及阀组件,该阀组件具有入口/出口。通过本发明申请人的WO 2005/018830已知这种具有阀组件的装置。
背景技术
这样的具有阀组件的装置对于多组分注射器尤其有利,该多组分注射器具有用于液体的容器和用于粉末的容器,其中,预填充的液体被传输到粉末以便与粉末混合并且随后进行配给,或者液体从外部被吸入以被传输并与粉末混合并且随后进行配给。由三通阀组件提供关闭、吸入、传输和配给的四种功能。
发明内容
基于该现有技术,本发明的目的是提供一种更简单并且更有效的阀组件。这通过根据权利要求1的阀组件实现。

具体实施方式
根据图1的双筒注射器1包括两个容器2和3以及保持凸缘4,较小的容器通常用于容纳液体,而较大的容器3用于容纳粉末。与根据WO2005/018830的图13的示例相似,混合杆5延伸到粉末容器3中,可拆除的推杆6延伸到液体容器2中,混合杆延伸并穿过活塞。
如在前文献披露的那样,能够借助于混合杆搅拌粉末与液体的混合物并利用容器2的推杆6配给该粉末与液体的混合物。关于这种双筒注射器或筒可能的示例性实施方式和应用,可清楚地参考所引用的文献。
出口侧上设置有根据本发明的阀组件9,套管或针10通过Luer-Lok连接器固定在该阀组件9上。代替Luer-Lok连接器,可提供另一出口构造。
阀组件9通过紧固环11保持并紧固到双筒注射器1上。在当前示例性实施方式中,紧固环呈可拆除的卡口环的形式,但其也可被设计成螺纹环或扣环,或者阀组件能够被粘结或焊接到注射器上。
在图2至5中,示出装配在四个位置的阀组件9的部件,即阀体12和密封盘13。在这些附图中每一个下方的平面图示出密封盘相对于容器出口的位置。共用的入口/出口15通向阀体。
在阀体12的连接凸缘12A的上侧设置有定位突出部23,并且在相对侧上设置有手柄翼部24,定位突出部和手柄翼部有助于阀体用于相应功能的旋转和定位。为此,区域26设置在紧固环的外侧,用于容纳定位标记,见图1。
图6示出阀体12的细节。在连接凸缘12A面对容器的侧面上,该连接凸缘12A包括四个驱动销32,所述四个驱动销32对应于密封盘中的驱动凹口31。此外,在连接凸缘面对密封盘的表面上设置有四个导向段33、34、35、36,所述导向段中的至少两个设置有凸轮25,所述凸轮25与双筒注射器的卡口环8中对应的切口18配合。这提供了用于阀体的对应的卡合位置。
在连接凸缘的下侧上,止动件22设置在导向段36上,该止动件22与卡口环8内径上的两个止动件37和38配合,并允许阀仅沿合适的方向旋转。因此,阀的关闭、吸入、传输和配给位置仅仅能够以该特定的顺序选择。
在图7和8中,详细示出了密封盘13。在图8中,示出面对容器的表面27,其包括通道28和传输沟槽29。除通道28以外,朝向出口或阀体的图7所示的另一侧还包括四个驱动凹口31。密封盘由比其它塑料部件软的材料(例如硅树脂或聚氨酯)制成,以便实现其密封功能。
根据图9,双筒注射器1的容器2的出口16和容器3的出口17设置在出口凸缘7中。出口凸缘设置有卡口环8,并且卡口环8具有卡口凸耳19与19A,用于容纳紧固环11上对应的卡口突出部20、20A。
如附图中所显现的那样,对于密封盘的组件,密封盘以其四个紧固凹口31置于驱动销32上并且被下压,并且密封盘在通孔28对齐阀体的共用入口/出口15的同时由导向段定位。因此该密封盘以不能旋转的方式连接到阀体。
参见图10,通过紧固环11将阀体固定到双筒注射器1的出口凸缘7上,其中紧固环的卡口突出部20、20A在下面接合双筒注射器的卡口环8的卡口凸耳19、19A。为了提供可靠的、可能不可拆卸的连接,环上的卡口突出部包括例如呈阶梯21形式的卡扣装置,该卡扣装置与卡口凸耳下侧上对应的凸轮39配合。
通过旋转阀体和连接到该阀体上的密封盘,容器2和3的入口/出口16和17能够选择性地打开、关闭、相互连接、或连接到阀体中的入口/出口15。
以下,参照图2至5说明四个阀位置:
在图2中,两个容器出口16和17都关闭。传输沟槽29在功能上处于中性位置。
在图3中,旋转90°之后,液体容器2连接到密封盘的通道28和阀体的共用入口/出口15,使得能够吸入液体。
在图4中,具有密封盘的阀体相对于图3的位置旋转90°,使得两个容器出口16与17经由传输沟槽29相互连接,从而液体能够从容器2传输到容器3。
在图5中,示出再旋转90°之后的具有密封盘的阀体。来自容器3的出口17连接到密封盘的通道28和阀体的入口/出口15,使得能够从容器3配给混合组分。
在所有的吸入位置或配给位置中,重要的是,吸入操作并且主要是配给操作能够以直线形式进行,而无偏离或突出边缘,使得在这些功能期间产生最小的压力损失。此外,密封盘中短的传输沟槽确保在液体到容器3的传输期间最小的体积损失。
尽管已通过具有两个容器的单个示例性实施方式说明本发明,但本领域的技术人员应理解该发明的理念也可适用于其它装置,例如可适用于具有多于两个容器的注射器或筒的配给器械,如已在引言中引入的公开文献中所披露的那样。在具有多于两个容器的装置中,必须相应地调适阀组件、尤其是密封盘。
在具有以合适构造(例如三角形构造)设置的三个容器的配给器械中,可以合适地使用两个密封盘,该两个密封盘中至少一个设置在阀体处。
此外,根据本发明的阀组件也可用于没有搅拌装置的容器。
此外,在特殊情况下在阀体中利用独立的入口和出口的实施方式是可能的,以避免在吸入操作期间残留在共用入口/出口中的液体在混合组分之前被配给并进入身体。
Claims (13)
1.一种具有多组分注射器或筒的配给装置,包括至少两个容器和具有共用入口/出口的阀组件,所述阀组件设计成在至少四个位置中选择性地将其至少一个共用入口/出口连接到所述第一容器的出口、或连接到所述第二容器的出口、或者将至少两个容器的所述出口相互连接、或者关闭所述注射器或筒,其特征在于,所述阀组件包括具有至少一个入口/出口(15)的阀体和至少一个密封盘(13),所述密封盘(13)中的至少一个设置在所述阀体上,所述密封盘具有沟槽(28、29),所述沟槽设置成使得通过旋转所述阀体而能够选择所述至少四个位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述阀体(12)的所述共用入口/出口(15)与所述注射器(1)或筒的所述出口(16、17)之间的接合中的每一个都沿直线设置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,具有所述密封盘(13)的所述阀体(12)通过紧固环(11)以能够拆卸的方式或不能够拆卸的方式固定到所述多组分配给装置(1)上。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述密封盘(13)通过驱动装置(31、32)连接到所述阀体(12)。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述密封盘具有至少一个通道(28)和至少一个传输沟槽(29),以便选择性地提供第一容器(2)与所述共用入口/出口(15)之间或第二容器(3)与所述共用入口/出口(15)之间经由所述通道(28)的连接,或者提供所述两个容器(2、3)之间经由所述传输沟槽(29)的连接,或者关闭所有的容器出口。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述密封盘(12)由比其余部件软的材料制成,优选由硅树脂或聚氨酯制成。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述注射器(1)或筒具有出口凸缘(7),所述容器出口(16、17)作为开口设置在所述出口凸缘(7)中,并且所述出口凸缘(7)设置有用于所述紧固环(11)的紧固装置(8;19、19A)。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述出口凸缘和所述紧固环上的所述紧固装置包括配合的卡扣锁定装置(21、39)。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述阀体具有耦联凸缘(12),该耦联凸缘(12)面对所述入口/出口的表面包括定位突出部(23)和手柄翼部(24),该定位突出部(23)与所述紧固环上的指示器装置(26)配合。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,在该装置面对所述容器的侧面上,所述耦联凸缘具有驱动销(32)和用于容纳所述密封盘(13)的导向段(33-36)。
11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述导向段(33-36)具有卡扣凸轮(25)和止动件(22)。
12.如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述双筒注射器或筒上用于所述紧固环的所述紧固装置是卡口型紧固装置(19、19A;20、20A)。
13.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的装置,其具有双筒注射器(1),其特征在于,提供有用于液体的容器(2),该容器(2)包括能够从活塞上拆卸的推杆(7),并提供有用于粉末的另一容器(3),该容器(3)包括延伸并穿过所述活塞的混合杆(5)。
