Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种漂白产品。具体地讲,本发明涉及具有漂白功能的、水溶性薄膜形式的漂白产品。本发明还涉及包含所述漂白产品的清洁产品。
发明背景
配制包含漂白剂的清洁产品是一项具有挑战性的任务。由于漂白剂的氧化能力,它们趋于与敏感成分如香料、酶等发生反应并破坏它们的稳定性。因此,通常需要采取专门的措施来确保既包含强氧化剂又包含漂白敏感性成分的制剂的稳定性。上述措施的实例是使制剂的不同相中的不相容成分隔离(即在片剂的不同区域中-US-A-5,133,892-),将一种成分包封或使其保持在被隔离的状态(即通过在液体基质中的不可溶解性)以减少与制剂中其它成分的交互作用。
问题不仅出现在产品的储存期间,而且还出现在清洁过程中。当将清洁产品放入到水中并释放出漂白剂时,它们可氧化清洁产品中的其它成分,而不是作用于待清洁的物品,从而影响了产品的整体功效。
当需要使用指定粒度的漂白剂时,还可出现其它问题,如在二酰基或四酰基过氧化物的情况下。这类通常不溶于水的过氧化物当粒度很小时可发挥更有效的漂白作用。小粒度还可避免在清洁过的制品上形成斑点和薄膜。尺寸限制在制备过程中会产生粉化问题、在颗粒状洗涤剂中产生离析问题、以及在液体洗涤剂中产生沉淀问题。
由于上述困难,仍需要寻找一种洗涤剂产品,其中可在储存期间和/或清洁过程中最小化漂白剂/氧化敏感性成分的交互作用。
发明概述
依照本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种具有漂白功能的、水溶性薄膜形式的漂白产品。优选通过包含漂白剂的涂层来使所述薄膜功能化。所述涂层可部分地或完全地覆盖所述薄膜的一个或两个表面。本发明的漂白产品可具有高含量的负载在水溶性薄膜上或由水溶性薄膜载有的一种或多种漂白剂。所述薄膜的厚度不会限制可被负载的试剂量。所述涂层的水平优选为至少约5g/m2,更优选至少约10g/m2,尤其至少约20g/m2。优选地,所述负载按未涂布的所述薄膜的重量计为至少约30%,更优选为至少约50%,甚至更优选为至少约100%,尤其为至少约200%。通过涂布所述薄膜的两面可进一步增加所述涂层的水平。优选地,所述涂层包含按所述涂层的重量计至少约30%,更优选至少约60%,甚至更优选至少约70%的漂白剂。
“漂白产品”是指其主要功能为漂白有色基底、污垢或污点的产品。当浸没到水中时,所述漂白产品可释放出漂白剂。由于所述漂白产品的高表面积,所述产品能够以非常有效的方式提供高含量漂白剂向水中的快速递送。
本发明的漂白产品可独立使用(用作功能增强剂),但优选用作清洁产品的一部分。本文所用术语“清洁产品”具有比“漂白产品”更广泛的含义。清洁是指去除污垢,包括漂白有色污垢和污点。
在优选的实施方案中,所述漂白剂选自由下列物质组成的组:漂白剂、漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂以及它们的混合物。
本发明的漂白产品能够以小尺寸颗粒(即重均粒径小于约200μm,优选小于100μm,甚至更优选小于50μm的颗粒)的形式递送漂白剂,从而增加漂白剂的特效活性。有时,由于离析、沉淀、粉化等而难以在常规洗涤剂中使用具有小粒度的漂白剂。对本发明的漂白产品而言,不会出现这些问题。
所述漂白产品还包含选自由下列物质组成的组的辅剂:阻隔剂、溶解度调节剂、美化剂以及它们的混合物。
阻隔剂可保护薄膜和/或漂白剂,使其免受周围环境的破坏。这免除了通常需要复杂方法来单独保护漂白剂的需要。例如,某些有机漂白剂,包括二酰基和/或四酰基过氧化物漂白物质,在它们可稳定地置于清洁组合物中之前,需要形成包含配合物。当这些漂白剂构成本发明的漂白产品的一部分时,则不需要这样。类似地,无机漂白剂有时需要被单独涂布以改善它们储存时的稳定性。同样,对本发明的产品而言,不需要这样。
溶解度调节剂是可通过例如延迟或加速其溶解度或通过使溶解度依赖于例如pH、温度、离子强度、氧化还原电势等外部因素来调节薄膜和/或漂白剂溶解度的物质。
在优选的实施方案中,所述漂白剂为有机漂白剂。由于有机漂白剂与其它成分如酶、香料、表面活性剂等不相容,因此难以将其掺入到清洁组合物中。另一个复杂的因素是有机漂白剂在水中具有低溶解度,因此为了改善它们的活性,需要较低的粒度。还已发现,如果有机漂白剂的粒度过高,则在清洁过程之后可发现未溶解的残余物。由于需要较小粒度,因此难以使其保持稳定,并且难以在颗粒状或液体组合物中对其进行处理。如果所述有机漂白剂是本发明漂白产品的一部分,则这些问题均不会出现。在一个优选的实施方案中,所述有机漂白剂为具有约0.1至约30μm重均粒径的二酰基过氧化物,优选二月桂酰过氧化物。
在优选的实施方案中,所述漂白物质在涂层之上包含第二水溶性薄膜,由此所述漂白剂被夹在所述水溶性薄膜之间。这保护了漂白剂,使其免受周围环境例如水分、光的破坏,并且可在不发生漂白剂与使用者皮肤接触的情况下对所述物质进行处理。
在优选的实施方案中,所述涂层包括至少两个离散的由两种不同漂白剂构成的区域。在这两种漂白剂在彼此存在时不稳定并且它们需要被同时递送到清洁液中的情况下,这是尤其适宜的。依照这些实施方案,优选的实施包括:i)在单独的离散区域中包含漂白剂和漂白活化剂的产品;ii)在单独的离散区域中包含漂白剂和漂白催化剂的产品;和iii)在单独的离散区域中包含漂白催化剂和漂白活化剂的产品。离散区域的面积可在约0.5mm2至约1600mm2的范围内大幅度变化。离散区域之间的间隔可在约0.1mm至20mm的范围内变化。
依照本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种包含所述漂白产品和一种或多种清洁辅剂的清洁产品。所述清洁产品优选包含过碳酸盐与TAED或NOBS的组合、任选包含漂白催化剂作为漂白产品的一部分和/或作为清洁辅剂的一部分。
清洁辅剂是在包括整理步骤即漂洗步骤在内的清洁过程中扮演活性物质角色的物质。清洁活性物质包括以下物质,如表面活性剂(阴离子、非离子、阳离子和两性表面活性剂)、助洗剂(无机和有机助洗剂物质)、酶、特定的聚合物(如具有助洗辅剂特性、污垢抗再沉淀特性、整理特性的那些)、染料和芳香剂(香料),但不受这些物质类别的限制。
可将漂白产品切割或制备成具有约0.2mm至约100mm,优选约0.5mm至约50mm,更优选约1mm至约20mm最大线性尺寸的小片形式。可将所述片加入到粉末、液体和凝胶组合物中。为了提供额外的保护,可将切割操作归入到漂白剂施用操作中,以使无漂白剂可能暴露在切片的边缘处。当将功能性的切片掺入到可能与暴露在所述切片边缘处的功能性材料反应的液体/凝胶形式的产品中时,这是尤其有利的。
作为包封材料的一部分或作为包封在包封材料中的内容物的一部分,所述漂白产品非常适合用于单位剂量的清洁产品中。在优选的实施方案中,包封材料可至少部分地由本发明所述的具有漂白功能的水溶性薄膜构成。例如,单隔室的单位剂型典型具有单独的包封材料的底层和顶层。根据此实施方案,一层或两层可包含本发明的漂白产品或由本发明的漂白产品组成。对于多隔室的单位剂型同样如此,其中包封材料的顶层、底层和/或任何中间层可包含本发明的漂白产品或由本发明的漂白产品组成。
在优选的实施方案中,可使薄膜的一面或其一个或多个区域涂布有漂白剂,并且使其另一面或一个或多个区域涂布有漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂或它们的混合物。可用阻隔剂或另一水溶性薄膜来保护一面或两面以形成层压材料。两面被涂布的薄膜可以是单位剂型清洁产品中包封材料顶层或底层的一部分。优选可用于本文的是多隔室的单位剂型清洁产品。所述产品在一个隔室中包含含酶粉末,并且包含两面被涂布的薄膜以作为包封材料的中间层的一部分。此实施可在释放漂白剂之前将酶释放出来,从而最小化它们的交互作用,并使性能最大化。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,单位剂型的包封材料包括涂布有漂白剂的第一薄膜和涂布有选自漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂以及它们混合物的漂白剂的第二薄膜。在多隔室清洁产品中,优选将两种薄膜层压在一起以形成包封材料的中间层或中间层的一部分。
在另一个实施方案中,提供了一种单位剂型产品,其中所述包封材料包括涂布有酶的第二水溶性薄膜,所述酶被密封到第一水溶性薄膜上。优选使第一薄膜位于第二薄膜内部,即第二薄膜首先与水接触,并且在释放漂白剂之前将酶释放出来。
发明详述
本发明设想了一种漂白产品,所述漂白产品包括具有漂白功能的水溶性薄膜。所述产品优选为包括水溶性薄膜的涂层基底和包含漂白剂的涂层形式。本发明还设想了所述产品在清洁产品以及在功能性包装应用中的使用。在将漂白剂掺入到清洁产品中、减少与不相容成分的交互作用、使漂白剂相按顺续且受控释放等方面,所述漂白产品表现出有利的性能。
可通过任何涂层方法将所述漂白剂沉积在水溶性薄膜上。优选的方法包括印刷、喷雾和涂染。所有这些方法均需要漂白剂在沉积到薄膜上之前为溶液或浆液形式。某些漂白剂(尤其是有机漂白剂)可在沉积到水溶性薄膜上之前被放入到水溶液中而不会改变其漂白活性。其它某些漂白剂在水中容易发生化学反应,因此需要使用非水溶剂如有机溶剂将其制成溶液。适用于本文中的有机溶剂的实例包括甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、甘油、丙二醇、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、山梨醇、以及它们的混合物。无水溶剂,即含有小于5%,优选小于3%非结合水的溶剂,也适合用于处理水敏感性漂白剂。
方法
通过使用适宜的涂布方法(包括喷雾、刮染、棒料涂布、吻合涂布、挤压型涂布、油漆、印刷以及它们的组合)沉积漂白剂涂层来制备本发明的功能性基底。印刷方法优选可用于本文,尤其是柔性版(凸版)印刷。
在典型的凸版印刷工序中,将水溶性薄膜自辊中供给到印刷机中。当将薄膜拉过一个或多个工位或印刷单元时,漂白剂被印刷到其中。每个印刷单元可印刷包含一种或多种漂白物质的溶液。凸版印刷机上的每个印刷步骤由一连串的四个辊或滚筒组成:给漆辊、带胶辊或网纹辊、柔性版或印刷滚筒以及压印滚筒。
第一个辊(给漆辊)将包含漂白剂的印刷溶液从溶液盘转移到带胶辊或网纹辊(第二个辊)上。如果需要刮掉部分印刷溶液,则可使用刮粉刀。网纹辊以均匀的厚度将溶液定量提供到印刷滚筒上。基底然后在印刷滚筒和压印滚筒(第四个辊)之间移动。在某些柔性版印刷设备中,略去了给漆辊,并且将网纹辊用作给漆辊和带胶辊。
压印滚筒对印刷滚筒施压,从而将漂白剂转移到薄膜上。在印刷的薄膜进入下一个印刷单元之前,将其供给到悬梁型烘干机中,以便干燥刚刚形成的层以除去大部分的残留液体。然后将成品重绕在辊上或供给通过切割机。
所述方法适于沉积水溶性材料、水不溶性材料以及它们的混合物。对于水不溶性材料而言,优选在溶液盘中持续搅拌印刷溶液以避免所述材料沉淀。也优选使用结构剂或增稠剂以促进不溶性材料在水中的悬浮。通过使用包含一种以上漂白剂的溶液或通过在不同的印刷步骤中使用包含不同试剂的溶液,所述涂层可包含多种漂白剂。
当转移印刷溶液时,给漆辊不与网纹辊接触以减少磨损。优选地,给漆辊优选由涂布了硅氧烷的低硬度橡胶制成。所述柔软性可使给漆辊负载尽可能多的水溶液。给漆辊可从Mid American Rubber商购获得。
优选使用刮粉刀来以均匀的厚度将印刷溶液定量提供到网纹辊表面上。优选地,刮粉刀优选为涂布了陶瓷的金属刀片,如由BTG,Norcross GA所提供的刮粉刀。
网纹辊包括大量的微细网穴。所述网穴以彼此紧邻的方式排列并且覆盖辊的整个表面。这些网穴可容纳印刷溶液。网穴典型具有蜂窝形状或“螺旋斜纹”图案。网穴可以与辊的纵向轴线成一定角度定向排列(使得较大尺寸的横排网穴看起来似乎形成了围绕所述辊的螺纹)。典型的角度为30度、45度和60度。在传统的印刷过程中,典型使用以不同角度定向的网穴来压印不同颜色的油墨。
网纹辊的粗度决定了转移到薄膜上的溶液量。随着网纹辊网穴体积的增加(例如从60增加至100bcm,bcm代表十亿立方微米),根据印板上空闲的可比网穴(转移),转移到印板上并随后转移到基底上的印刷溶液的体积也增加了。
网纹辊通常由不锈钢制成。然而,由于某些应用,如印刷腐蚀性材料(例如有机过氧化物,尤其是二苯甲酰过氧化物),所述辊应具有陶瓷涂层以防止腐蚀不锈钢辊。网纹辊可购自Harper Corporation ofAmerica和Interflex。
柔性版印刷辊是柔韧的图案辊。柔韧板材料可以是硬度为50且厚度为0.17cm(0.067英寸)的材料。
其它可用于柔性版印刷的印板包括US-A-5,458,590第4栏第30至45行中确定的那些。
水溶性薄膜可被雕刻或凸印,以在印刷溶液沉积之前或在印刷溶液沉积的同时以给定的图案产生微观(肉眼不可见)或宏观(可见)的变形。这能够沉积较大体积的漂白剂,尤其是在所述漂白剂被“夹在”两个层压薄膜之间时,这应归于由即将接触的两个被雕刻或凸印薄膜所产生的空间。可在两个薄膜上压印较大的孔穴,并且可在将两个薄膜层压在一起之前将印刷溶液施用到两个薄膜表面上。两个薄膜之间的漂白剂含量较大程度上取决于通过将两个孔穴结合在一起而产生的空隙。可用于柔性版印刷设备中的压花板由位于FL,USA的Trinity Graphic提供。将更多漂白剂保留在薄膜上的另一种方法是预先施用底漆。所述底漆可在薄膜上形成微蜂窝结构(小网穴)。这些底漆是基于聚氨酯体系的微蜂窝涂层。所述聚氨酯体系可经由涂层和印刷方法来施用,并且由Crompton Corporation,CT提供。通过使薄膜经受一系列啮合环辊的作用或柔性版印刷板的雕刻可获得宏观变形。通过用微观图案来雕刻辊或通过使用具有凸出外形(如中空管)的液压成型膜可形成微观变形。当为液体或浆液形式时,由于毛细管作用力,凸出的空心形状可保留额外的漂白剂。
由于结构剂的存在有助于漂白剂悬浮,因此优选将结构剂加入到印刷溶液中,尤其是在漂白剂不溶于印刷溶液的情况下。优选可用于本文的是聚合物结构剂。所述结构剂选自由下列物质组成的组:聚丙烯酸酯及其衍生物、多糖及其衍生物、聚合物树胶以及它们的组合。聚丙烯酸酯型结构剂具体地讲包括聚丙烯酸酯聚合物和丙烯酸酯与甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物。合适聚丙烯酸酯型结构剂的实例是购自B.F.GoodridgeCompany的Carbopol Aqua 30。
可用作本文结构剂的聚合物树胶的实例可表现为海生植物、陆生植物、微生物多糖和多糖衍生物。海生植物树胶的实例包括琼脂、藻酸盐、角叉菜胶和角叉藻胶(furcellaran)。
陆生植物树胶的实例包括瓜耳胶、阿拉伯树胶、黄蓍树胶、刺梧桐树胶、刺槐豆胶和果胶。微生物多糖的实例包括葡聚糖、结冷胶、鼠李聚糖胶、文莱胶和黄原胶。多糖衍生物的实例包括羧甲基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、丙二醇藻酸盐和羟丙基瓜耳。第二结构剂优选选自上文所列物质或它们的组合。优选的聚合物树胶包括果胶、藻酸盐、阿拉伯半乳聚糖(阿拉伯树胶)、角叉菜胶、结冷胶、黄原胶和瓜耳胶。
如果本文使用聚合树胶结构剂,优选的这类物质是结冷胶。
结冷胶是四糖重复单元,包含葡萄糖、葡糖醛酸、葡萄糖和鼠李糖残基,并且可通过伊东藻假单胞菌ATCC 31461的发酵来制备。结冷胶可以商品名KELCOGEL从CP Kelco U.S.,Inc.商购获得。
所述印刷溶液包含按重量计优选约0.1%至约20%,更优选约1%至约10%的结构剂水溶液。
可用于本文的最优选的结构剂是聚乙烯醇(PVA)。PVA不仅向印刷溶液提供合适的粘度以获得高负载,而且还可用作粘合剂以将漂白剂的连续层累叠,形成非常坚固且无薄片的涂层。PVA在印刷溶液中的含量按所述印刷溶液的重量计优选为约0.5%至约20%,更优选约1%至约10%,尤其为约2%至约5%。
所述印刷溶液优选为水溶液。本文中的“水溶液”是指其中大部分溶剂是水的溶液。所述溶液还可包含微量比例的其它溶剂。优选地,溶液中的水含量按重量计比溶液中所含的任何其它溶剂的含量高至少约10%,优选至少约20%,更优选至少约30%,甚至更优选至少约40%。溶液中的水含量按重量计优选为至少约20%,更优选至少约30%,甚至更优选至少约40%,尤其至少约60%。对于本发明而言,术语溶液应具有广义的含义,其包括任何由水和功能性材料组成的混合物。浆液和分散体(液体/固体)、泡沫(液-气)和乳液(液/液)可被认为是溶液。
对于含水的印刷溶液而言,所述溶液可包含薄膜不溶粘料剂。即,在处理时所用含量的水溶液存在下,可暂时降低薄膜溶解度的试剂。然而,当浸没到水中时,所述功能性薄膜仍然可溶。所述薄膜不溶粘料剂可在施用包含功能性材料的水溶液之前施用或作为所述水溶液的一部分。
薄膜不溶粘料剂
优选可用于本文的不溶粘料剂是盐。盐可包括有机或无机电解质。适宜的盐可包括阳离子或阳离子的混合物,选自由下列阳离子组成的组:铝、铵、锑、钡、铋、镉、钙、铯、铜、铁、锂、镁、镍、钾、铷、银、钠、锶、锌和锆;和阴离子或阴离子的混合物,选自由下列阴离子组成的组:乙酸根、硫酸铝、叠氮化物、碳酸氢根、亚硫酸氢根、硼氢化物、硼草酸根、溴酸根、溴化物、碳酸根、氯化物、亚氯酸根、铬酸根、氰酸根、氰化物、重铬酸根、二硅酸根、连二硫酸根、氰铁酸根、氰亚铁酸根、亚铁氰化物、氟化物、氟锑酸根、氟硼酸根、氟磷酸根、氟磺酸根、氟硅酸根、碳酸氢根、硫酸氢根、亚硫酸氢根、氰化氢、磷酸氢根、硫酸氢根、次硫酸根、氢氧根、羟基锡酸根、次氯酸根、连二次硝酸根、次磷酸根、碘酸根、碘化物、锰酸根、偏铝酸根、偏硼酸根、高碘酸根、硅酸根、混合的卤化物、钼酸根、硝酸根、亚硝酸根、正磷酸根、亚磷酸根、正硅酸根、草酸根、草酰高铁酸根、氧化物、过硼酸根、高氯酸根、高锰酸根、过氧化物、过硫酸根、磷酸根、多溴化物、多氯化物、多氟化物、多碘化物、聚磷酸根、多硫化物、焦硫酸根、焦亚硫酸根、倍半碳酸根、硅酸根、锡酸根、氨基磺酸根、硫酸根、硫化物、亚硫酸根、硫氰酸根或硫代硫酸根。
其它适宜的盐包含阳离子,如取代的铵离子R4N(R=氢或取代或未取代的C1-6烷基)。其它适宜的阴离子类型包括羧酸根、甲酸根、柠檬酸根、马来酸根、酒石酸根等。适宜的盐可包括C1-9烷基羧酸;聚羧酸盐(聚丙烯酸盐、聚马来酸盐);短链(C1-9)烷基磷酸盐、烷基膦酸盐;和短链(C1-9)烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐。
薄膜不溶粘料剂的用量按所述水溶液的重量计优选为约0.5%至约10%,更优选约1%至约5%。优选地,所述薄膜不溶粘料剂为选自由下列物质组成的组的盐:硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钾、以及它们的混合物。
水溶性薄膜
所述水溶性薄膜是由聚合材料制成的薄膜,并且依照下文中所提出的方法,使用最大孔径为20微米的玻璃滤器测定,其具有至少50%,优选至少75%,或甚至至少95%的水溶解度。
将50g±0.1g薄膜材料加入到预称重的400mL烧杯中,并且加入245mL±1mL蒸馏水。在速度设置为62.8rad/s(600rpm)的磁力搅拌器上,将其剧烈搅拌30分钟。然后,将所述混合物经由具有上文指定孔径(最大20微米)的折叠式定性烧结玻璃滤器过滤。通过任何常规方法将收集的滤液中的水分干燥并测定剩余材料的重量(溶解或分散的那部分)。然后可计算出溶解度或分散度的百分比。
优选的聚合材料是可形成膜或片的那些。例如,可以通过本领域已知的聚合材料浇铸、吹塑、挤出或吹胀挤出方法来获得所述薄膜。
适合用作薄膜材料的优选聚合物、共聚物或其衍生物选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚环氧烷、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、纤维素、纤维素醚、纤维素酯、纤维素酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚羧酸和聚羧酸盐、聚氨基酸或肽、聚酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、包括淀粉和明胶在内的多糖、天然树胶如黄原胶和角叉菜胶。更优选的聚合物选自聚丙烯酸酯和水溶性丙烯酸共聚物、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、糊精、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、麦芽糖糊精、聚甲基丙烯酸酯,最优选选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇共聚物和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、以及它们的组合。薄膜中的聚合物如PVA聚合物的含量优选为至少60%。
还可以使用聚合物的混合物。这对于根据其应用和所需的要求来控制薄膜的机械和/或溶解性来讲尤其有益。优选使用具有不同重均分子量的聚合物的混合物,例如重均分子量为10,000至40,000,优选约20,000的PVA或其共聚物与重均分子量为约100,000至300,000,优选约150,000的PVA或其共聚物的混合物。
聚合物混合组合物也是有用的,例如包含可水解降解的水溶性聚合物混合物例如通过将聚交酯和聚乙烯醇混合而获得的、一般含有1%至35%重量的聚交酯和约65%至99%重量的聚乙烯醇的聚交酯和聚乙烯醇的聚合物混合组合物(如果该材料是水可分散的或水溶性的)。优选使存在于薄膜中的PVA水解60%至98%,优选80%至90%,以改善所述材料的溶解性。
典型地,所述水溶性薄膜具有约25g/m2至约150g/m2,优选约50g/m2至约100g/m2的基重、以及约0.025mm至约0.160mm,优选约0.060mm至约0.130mm的厚度。
最优选的水溶性薄膜是已知以商品名Monosol M8630由Chris-Craft Industrial Products(Gary,Indiana,US)出售的PVA薄膜和具有相应溶解度和可变形特性的PVA薄膜。其它适用于本文的薄膜包括已知由Aicello以商品名PT薄膜或K系列薄膜提供的薄膜,或由Kuraray以商品名VF-HP薄膜提供的薄膜。
本文的水溶性薄膜可包含除聚合物或聚合物材料和水以外的其它添加剂成分。例如,加入增塑剂如甘油、乙二醇、二甘醇、丙二醇、山梨醇以及它们的混合物是有利的。甘油是优选的增塑剂。其它可用的添加剂包括崩解助剂。
漂白剂
无机和有机漂白剂漂白剂是适用于本文的漂白剂。无机漂白剂包括过氧化氢合物盐,如过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硫酸盐和过硅酸盐。无机过氢化合物盐通常是碱金属盐。无机过氢化合物盐可作为没有附加保护的结晶固体包括在组合物中。可供选择地,所述盐在其沉积到水溶性薄膜上之前被涂层。
碱金属过碳酸盐(尤其是过碳酸钠)是可掺入到本发明产品中的优选的过氧化氢合物。最优选以已被涂层的形式将过碳酸盐掺入到产品中以提供产品内部的稳定性。提供产物内部稳定性的适宜涂层材料包含水溶性碱金属硫酸盐和碳酸盐的混合盐。上述涂层以及涂层方法先前已描述于GB-1,466,799中。混合盐涂层材料与过碳酸盐的重量比率在1∶200至1∶4,更优选1∶99至1∶9,最优选1∶49至1∶19的范围内。优选地,硫酸钠和碳酸钠的混合盐具有通式Na2SO4.n.Na2CO3,其中n为0.1至3,优选0.3至1.0,最优选0.2至0.5。
提供产物内部稳定性的另一种适宜涂层材料包含硅酸钠,其中SiO2∶Na2O的比例为1.8∶1至3.0∶1,优选8∶1至2.4∶1,和/或偏硅酸钠,按所述无机过氧化氢合物盐的重量计,优选施用2%至10%(通常为3%至5%)含量的SiO2。涂层中也可以包括硅酸镁。包含硅酸盐和硼酸盐或硼酸或其它无机物的涂层也是适宜的。
其它包含蜡、油、脂肪皂的涂层也可优选用于本发明中。
过氧化单硫酸钾是另一种可用于本文的无机过氢化合物盐。
典型的有机漂白剂是有机过氧酸,包括二酰基和四酰基过氧化物,尤其是二过氧十二烷二酸、二过氧十四烷二酸和二过氧十六烷二酸。二苯甲酰过氧化物和二月桂酰过氧化物是本文优选的有机过氧酸。一过壬二酸和二过壬二酸、一过十三烷二酸和二过十三烷二酸以及N-邻苯二甲酰氨基过氧己酸也适用于本发明。
二酰基过氧化物(尤其是二苯甲酰过氧化物)应优选以颗粒形式存在,并具有约0.1至约100微米,优选约0.5至约30微米,更优选约1至约10微米的重均粒度。优选地,至少约25%,更优选至少约50%,甚至更优选为至少约75%,最优选至少约90%的颗粒小于10微米,优选小于6微米。已发现,与较大的二酰基过氧化物颗粒相比,上述粒度范围内的二酰基过氧化物可在用于自动洗碗机期间提供更好的去污效果,尤其是塑料盘碟上的去污效果,同时可最小化不可取的沉积和成膜。因此,优选的二酰基过氧化物粒度能够使配制人员用低含量的二酰基过氧化物获得良好的去污效果,这减少了沉积和成膜。相反,随着二酰基过氧化物粒度的增加,需要更多的二酰基过氧化物来获得良好的去污效果,这增加了盘碟洗涤过程期间所遭遇的在表面上的沉积。
其它典型的有机漂白剂包括过氧酸,具体的实例是烷基过氧酸和芳基过氧酸。优选的代表物是(a)过氧苯甲酸及其环上取代的衍生物如烷基过氧苯甲酸,以及过氧-α-萘甲酸和一过氧邻苯二甲酸镁,(b)脂族过氧酸或取代的脂族过氧酸,如过氧月桂酸、过氧硬脂酸、ε-苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧己酸[苯二甲酰亚氨基己酸(PAP)]、邻羧基苯酰胺过氧己酸、N-壬烯酰胺基过氧己二酸和N-壬烯酰胺基过氧琥珀酸,以及(c)脂族和芳脂族过氧二羧酸,如1,12-二过氧羧酸、1,9-二过氧壬二酸、二过氧癸二酸、二过氧十三烷二酸、二过氧邻苯二甲酸、2-癸基二过氧丁-1,4-二酸、N,N-对苯二甲酰基二(6-氨基过氧己酸)。
适用于本文的其它漂白剂是前漂白剂或通过两种或更多种物质反应就地形成的漂白剂。实例是二氧化氯,其通过氯化钠盐与强氧化剂如过硫酸钾的反应生成。
漂白活化剂
漂白活化剂典型为有机过酸前体,其可在60℃以及低于60℃的温度下增加清洁期间的漂白作用。适用于本文的漂白活化剂包括在过氧化氢解条件下生成优选具有1至10个碳原子、尤其是2至4个碳原子的脂族过氧羧酸和/或任选被取代的过苯甲酸的化合物。适宜的物质具有含指定碳原子数的O-酰基和/或N-酰基和/或任选被取代的苯甲酰基。优选多酰化的亚烷基二胺(具体地讲是四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED))、酰化的三嗪衍生物(具体地讲是1,5-二乙酰基-2,4-二氧六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(DADHT))、酰化的甘脲(具体地讲是四乙酰基甘脲(TAGU))、N-酰基酰亚胺(具体地讲是N-壬酰基琥珀酰亚胺(NOSI))、酰化的羟基苯磺酸盐(具体地讲是N-壬酰基-或异壬酰基羟基苯磺酸盐(N-或异-NOBS))、羧酸酐(具体地讲是邻苯二甲酸酐)、酰化的多元醇(具体地讲是三乙酸甘油酯、二乙酸乙二醇酯和2,5-二乙酸基-2,5-二氢呋喃以及乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯(TEAC))。
漂白催化剂
优选可用于本文的漂白催化剂包括三氮杂环壬烷合锰以及相关的配合物(US-A-4246612、US-A-5227084);联吡啶胺合钴、联吡啶胺合铜、联吡啶胺合锰和联吡啶胺合铁,以及相关的配合物(US-A-5114611);和乙酸五氨合钴(III)以及相关的配合物(US-A-4810410)。适用于本文的漂白催化剂的完备描述可见于WO 99/06521第34页第26行至第40页第16行。
清洁辅剂
任何常规清洁成分均可用于本发明的清洁产品中。
表面活性剂

助洗剂
适用于本文清洁组合物中的助洗剂包括水溶性助洗剂,如柠檬酸盐、碳酸盐和聚磷酸盐(如三聚磷酸钠和六水合三聚磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钾、以及混合的三聚磷酸钠和钾盐);以及部分水溶性或不溶性助洗剂,如结晶层状硅酸盐(EP-A-0164514和EP-A-0293640)和硅铝酸盐(包括沸石A、B、P、X、HS和MAP)。所述助洗剂的含量按所述清洁组合物的重量计典型为约1%至约80%,优选约10%至约70%,最优选约20%至约60%。
SiO2∶Na2O的比率为1.8至3.0,优选1.8至2.4,最优选2.0的无定形硅酸钠也可用于本文中,然而从长期贮存稳定性的观点上看,共包含小于约22%,优选小于约15%(无定形和结晶)硅酸盐的组合物是高度优选的。
酶

除了存在于漂白产品中的那些以外,本发明的清洁组合物还可包含漂白剂。
低浊点非离子表面活性剂和抑泡剂
适用于本文中的抑泡剂包括具有低浊点的非离子表面活性剂。本文所用的“浊点”是非离子表面活性剂众所周知的性质。它是表面活性剂溶解性随着温度的增加而变低的结果,将观察到出现第二相时的温度称为“浊点”(参见Kirk Othmer,第360至362页)。本文所用的“低浊点”非离子表面活性剂定义为具有小于30℃,优选小于约20℃,更优选小于约10℃,最优选小于约7.5℃浊点的非离子表面活性剂体系成分。典型的低浊点非离子表面活性剂包括非离子烷氧基化表面活性剂,尤其是衍生自伯醇的乙氧基化物,以及聚氧丙烯/聚氧乙烯/聚氧丙烯(PO/EO/PO)反相嵌段聚合物。上述低浊点非离子表面活性剂还包括例如乙氧基化-丙氧基化醇(如BASF Poly-TergentSLF18)和环氧化物封端的聚(烷氧基化)醇(如BASF Poly-TergentSLF18B非离子物系列,如US-A-5,576,281中所述)。

(i)4至8元的、取代或未取代的、包含1至3个杂原子的杂环;和
(ii)含约1至约30个碳原子的直链或支链、饱和或不饱和、取代或未取代、环状或无环、脂族或芳族烃基;
(iii)前提条件是当R2为(ii)时,则:(A)至少一个R1不同于C2至C3亚烷基;或(B)R2具有6至30个碳原子,并具有另一个前提条件,即当R2具有8至18个碳原子时,R不同于C1至C5烷基。
本文中其它适宜的组分包括具有分散、抗再沉淀、去污或其它去垢性能的有机聚合物。所述有机聚合物的含量按所述清洁组合物的重量计为约0.1%至约30%,优选约0.5%至约15%,最优选约1%至约10%。本文中优选的抗再沉淀聚合物包括含有丙烯酸的聚合物,如Sokalan PA30、PA20、PA15、PA10和Sokalan CP10(BASF GmbH)、Acusol 45N、480N、460N(Rohm and Haas),丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物如Sokalan CP5,以及丙烯酸/异丁烯酸共聚物。本文中优选的去污聚合物包括烷基和羟烷基纤维素(US-A-4,000,093),聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯以及它们的共聚物,以及基于对苯二酸乙二醇酯、对苯二酸丙二醇酯的非离子和阴离子聚合物、以及它们的混合物。
重金属多价螯合剂和晶体生长抑制剂适用于本文,其含量按所述清洁组合物的重量计通常为约0.005%至约20%,优选约0.1%至约10%,更优选约0.25%至约7.5%,最优选约0.5%至约5%,例如为它们盐形式和游离酸形式的二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸盐)、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸盐)、六亚乙基二胺四(亚甲基膦酸盐)、乙烯基二膦酸盐、羟乙烯基-1,1-二膦酸盐、次氨基三乙酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸盐、乙二胺-N,N′-二琥珀酸盐。
本文中的清洁组合物可包含腐蚀抑制剂如有机银涂层剂,其含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.05%至约10%,优选约0.1%至约5%,(尤其是石蜡,如购自Wintershall,Salzbergen,Germany的Winog70);含氮腐蚀抑制剂化合物(例如苯并三唑和苯并咪唑,参见GB-A-1137741)和Mn(II)化合物,尤其是具有有机配体的Mn(II)盐,其含量按所述清洁组合物的重量计为约0.005%至约5%,优选约0.01%至约1%,更优选约0.02%至约0.4%。
本文中其它适宜的组分包括着色剂;含量为约0.01%至约5%的水溶性铋化合物,如乙酸铋和柠檬酸铋;含量为约0.01%至约6%的酶稳定剂,如钙离子、硼酸、丙二醇和氯漂白剂清除剂;钙皂分散剂(参见WO-A-93/08877);抑泡剂(参见WO-93/08876和EP-A-0705324);聚合物染料转移抑制剂;荧光增白剂;香料;填充剂和粘土。
本发明的清洁产品可为粉末、液体或凝胶形式,或为单位剂型形式,包括片剂,并且具体地讲是小袋、胶囊和小药囊。
溶解度调节剂
溶解度调节剂通过例如在低于或高于一定温度、pH、离子强度、pKa、氧化还原电势、酶浓度等条件下提高或降低溶解度来调节水溶性薄膜的溶解度。溶解度调节剂还有助于实现漂白剂从功能性基底中的可控释放。
适宜的溶解度调节剂是具有选定乙酰化度的氨基乙酰化的多糖,优选脱乙酰壳多糖。脱乙酰壳多糖的溶解度依赖于pH,并且通过利用此性质可将功能性基底的溶解限制在确定的pH下。
其它适宜的溶解度调节剂包括WO 03/68852中所描述的聚合物,其水溶解度可通过改变pH、盐浓度、表面活性剂浓度或这两者的组合来触发。所述聚合物是包含2%至60%摩尔已被不易挥发性酸中和的质子化胺官能度的共聚物或三元共聚物。WO 02/26928还描述了适宜的复合聚合物。该复合聚合物可用于受控释放用途,尤其可用于盘碟洗涤和衣物洗涤中。
可在给定pH范围内溶解的其它适宜的溶解度调节剂基于甲基丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯羟基苯乙烯共聚物、丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚乙二醇聚乙酸乙烯酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚-dl-丙交酯-共-乙交酯(PLG)、乙烯基吡啶/苯乙烯共聚物、脱乙酰壳多糖/乳酸、脱乙酰壳多糖/聚乙烯醇,可以商品名Eudragit从Degussa Rhom Pharma商购获得,以商品名Eastacryl从Eastman商购获得,以商品名SQZgel从MacroMed Inc.商购获得。
可在特定化学环境下溶解的溶解度调节剂也可商购获得。例如,碱性可溶的阻隔剂可以商品名Hydra-Coat-5从Alcoa商购获得。水可分散性阻隔剂基于淀粉乙醇酸钠、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,并且以商品名Ac-di-sol从FMC Corporation商购获得,以商品名Explotab从EdwardMendell Corporation商购获得,以商品名Crospovidone从ISP商购获得。
阻隔剂
阻隔剂有助于改善贮存稳定性,尤其是高湿度环境中的贮存稳定性,和/或触感。适宜的阻隔剂包括沸石、膨润土、滑石、云母、高岭土、二氧化硅、硅氧烷、淀粉和环糊精。聚合物(尤其是纤维素材料)也适合用作阻隔剂。
其它适宜的阻隔剂包括清漆、紫胶、天然漆、聚烯烃、石蜡、蜡、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯或它们的组合。适宜水溶性阻隔剂的一个非限制性实例是市售自Sun Chemical Corporation(Charlotte,NC)并作为TV96-6963水性凸版薄膜清漆出售的OPV(罩光油)。
可使用紫外线吸收剂来保护光降解的成分。优选可使用的紫外线吸收剂类别是二苯甲酮、水杨酸酯、苯并三唑、阻胺和烷氧基(如甲氧基)肉桂酸酯、以及它们的混合物。尤其可用于此申请中的水溶性紫外线吸收剂包括:苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(以商品名Neo Heliopan,Type Hydro购自Haarmann and Reimer Corp.)、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯酮-5-磺酸(以商品名Syntase 230购自Rhone-Poulenc,以商品名Uvinul MS-40购自BASF Corp.)、2,2′-二羟基-4,4′-二甲氧基-5-苯甲酮磺酸钠(以商品名Uvinul DS-49购自BASF Corp.)、和PEG-25对氨基苯甲酸(以商品名Uvinul P-25购自Basf Corp.)。其它可使用的紫外线吸收剂详细说明于由 Manufacturing Confectioner Publishing Company公布的McCutcheon的Functional Materials,北美版第2卷(1997)中。
依照EP 1,141,207,荧光染料也可用作光保护剂。优选可使用的荧光染料类别包括二苯乙烯;香豆素和2-羟基喹啉化合物;1,3-二苯基-2-吡唑啉;萘亚胺;乙烯、苯乙烯、二苯乙烯、噻吩的苯甲酰基取代产物;和混合的杂芳族化合物、以及它们的混合物。尤其可优选使用的荧光染料还有二氨基二苯乙烯衍生物的磺酸盐,如US-A-2,784,220和US-A-2,612,510中所提出的那些。如US-A-5,082,578中所提出的聚合物荧光增白剂也适用于本文。其它可使用的染料详细说明于上文涉及紫外线吸收剂时所述的McCutcheon的Functional Materials,北美版第2卷(1997)中。
尤其可用于此申请中的荧光染料包括:二苯乙烯联苯类型,如购自Ciba Geigy Corp.的Tinopal CBS-X,以及氰尿酰氯/二氨基均二苯乙烯类型,如购自Ciba Geigy Corp.的Tinopal AMS、DMS、5BM和UNPA以及购自Mobay的Blankophor DML。
单位剂型的清洁产品
在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,所述组合物为单位剂量的清洁产品形式。它可以是单隔室或多隔室单位剂量产品,优选真空成形或热成形多隔室水溶性小袋,其中一个隔室优选包含固体粉末组合物。单位剂量实例的优选制备方法描述于WO 02/42408中。
单隔室小袋如下制备:将第一片薄膜放置到模具中,用真空部件拉伸薄膜以形成口袋,向所形成的口袋中填充包括客体-主体配合物在内的洗涤剂或漂白剂,并且将所形成的口袋放置到另一片薄膜中并密封。
包含粉末和液体组合物的多室小袋可如下制备:将第一片薄膜放置到模具中,用真空部件拉伸薄膜以形成口袋,用针在薄膜上刺孔,定量加入粉末组合物并捣紧,将第二片薄膜放置到第一个口袋上以形成一个新的口袋,向新的口袋中填充液体组合物,将一片薄膜放置到填充液体的这个口袋上,并将三个薄膜密封在一起以形成双隔室小袋。
实施例
在实施例中使用的缩写
在这些实施例中,缩写的组分识别具有下列含义:
碳酸盐 : 无水碳酸钠
STPP : 三聚磷酸钠
硅酸盐 : 无定形硅酸钠(SiO2∶Na2O=2∶1至4∶1)
过碳酸盐 : 过碳酸钠,命名化学式为2Na2CO3.3H2O2
淀粉酶 : α-淀粉酶,购自Novo Nordisk A/S
蛋白酶 : 蛋白酶,购自Genencor
SLF18 : Poly-Tergent,购自BASF
Alcosperse 240 : 磺化聚合物,购自Alco Chemical
DPG : 一缩二丙二醇
在以下实施例中,所有含量均以重量百分比(%)给出。
实施例1
将包含42%过氧化苯甲酰(Oxycare 42,由ABCO Industries提供)的水溶液印刷到由Monosol LLC(Gary,IN)提供的M8630TM 0.08mm(3.0mil)(100g/m2基重)水溶性PVA薄膜上。经由窄网格Comco柔性版印刷机(购自Mark Andy,Milford,Ohio),将所述溶液印刷到薄膜上,测得所述印刷机宽为28cm,具有6个工位,并且能够热空气干燥。使用陶瓷涂层的网纹辊(由Harper Corp提供)。给漆辊(从盘中获得水溶液并将其转移到网纹辊上)由Mid American Rubber(ThreeRivers,MI)提供。感光性树脂印刷板由Du Pont提供(Cyrel牌)。在六个工位中的三个工位上进行印刷。三个连续工位分别使用每厘米23.6行/40bcm(60lpi(行每英寸)/40bcm(十亿立方微米))、每厘米11.8行/100bcm(30lpi/100bcm)和每厘米11.8行/100bcm(30lpi/100bcm)的网纹辊,并且允许在工位之间,经由对流的热空气在印刷膜表面上吹扫以除去水来进行干燥。涂层含量为85g/m2,并且负载量按未涂布薄膜的重量计为85%。
实施例2
使用如实施例1中所述的印刷方法,但是在第三个印刷工位后,省去干燥步骤,并将第二个M8630TM薄膜放置到已印刷的湿膜上以形成层压材料。
实施例3
使用白色油墨(Aqua HSX05700,由 Environmental Inks andCoatings,Morgaton,NC生产),在依照实施例2获得的层压材料上印刷图案。
实施例4
使用热致变色油墨:购自CTI(Colorado Springs,Colorado)的Dynacolor,在依照实施例2获得的层压材料上,印刷随温度而改变颜色的图案。
实施例5
与实施例1类似,但使用0.05mm(2mil)PVA薄膜和以商品名LP-40-SAQ由Degussa提供的包含40%C12-DAP(二月桂酰过氧化物)水溶液。使用两个印刷工位,分别使用每厘米23.6行/40bcm(60lpi/40bcm)和每厘米11.8行/100bcm(30lpi/100bcm)的网纹辊。二月桂酰过氧化物的最终浓度为48克每平方米,并且是可溶性薄膜重量的72%。
实施例6
使用如实施例1所述的印刷方法,但是改为使用由Monosol LLC(Gary,IN)提供的0.04mm(1.5mil)(50g/m2基重)水溶性薄膜,并且水溶液包含按所述溶液的重量计2.5%的PVA。使用两个印刷工位,分别使用每厘米23.6行/40bcm(60lpi/40bcm)和每厘米11.8行/100bcm(30lpi/100bcm)的网纹辊。过氧化苯甲酰的最终浓度为63g/m2,并且是可溶性薄膜重量的126%。
实施例7
根据下文的详细说明,制备一系列包含组合物A的小袋。

将组合物A加入到一系列的叠置双隔室PVA矩形基袋中。所述双隔室小袋由三片水溶性薄膜(底部、中间和顶部)制成。将18g固体组合物和2g液体组合物放置到每个小袋的两个不同隔室中。每个小袋如下制备:用底膜制成敞开的口袋,向其中填充固体组合物,将中间膜放置到敞开口袋上,并将两片膜密封在一起以形成新的敞开口袋。向新的敞开口袋中填充液体组合物,将顶膜放置到其上,并将新的口袋密封,形成双隔室小袋。用于制备小袋的薄膜示于表2中。

Claims (15)
1.一种漂白产品,所述产品为包括水溶性薄膜的涂层基底和包含漂白剂的涂层形式。
2.如权利要求1所述的漂白产品,其中所述涂层的水平为至少5g/m2,并且负载量按所述未涂覆薄膜的重量计为至少30%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的漂白产品,其中所述漂白剂选自由下列物质组成的组:漂白剂、漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂以及它们的混合物。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的漂白产品,其中所述漂白剂为有机漂白剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的漂白产品,其中所述有机漂白剂为具有约0.1至约100μm重均粒径的二酰基过氧化物。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的漂白产品,所述漂白产品还包含选自由下列物质组成的组的辅剂:阻隔剂、溶解度调节剂、美化剂以及它们的混合物。
7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的漂白产品,所述漂白产品在所述涂层之上包括第二水溶性薄膜,由此将所述漂白剂夹在所述水溶性薄膜之间。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的漂白产品,其中所述一个或多个薄膜为两面涂覆的。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的漂白产品,其中所述涂层包括至少两个包含两种不同漂白剂的单独离散区域。
10.一种清洁产品,所述清洁产品包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的漂白产品和一种或多种清洁辅剂。
11.如权利要求1 0所述的清洁产品,其中所述漂白产品为具有约0.2至约100mm的最大长度的片状形式。
12.如权利要求10或11所述的清洁产品,其中所述薄膜的一面涂布有漂白剂,而另一面涂布有选自漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂以及它们混合物的漂白剂。
13.一种单位剂型的清洁产品,所述清洁产品包括包封材料和包含在其中的清洁组合物,其中所述包封材料包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的漂白产品。
14.如权利要求13所述的清洁产品,其中所述包封材料包括涂布有漂白剂的第一薄膜和涂布有选自漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂以及它们混合物的漂白剂的第二薄膜。
15.如权利要求13所述的清洁产品,其中所述包封材料包括涂布有酶的第二水溶性薄膜,所述酶被密封到所述第一水溶性薄膜上。
