背景技术
水性液体次氯酸盐漂白剂组合物在本领域是众所周知的。yi,gif方面它们被用于对衣物进行漂白和去除上面的污渍,另yi,gif方面它们被用于清洁和消毒硬质表面,例如厨房表面、地板、特别是卫生间。为了提高所述表面与漂白剂之间的接触时间,在倾斜和垂直的表面上用于清洁硬质表面的漂白剂组合物优选具有相对较高的粘度,这种组合物通常被称为“浓稠漂白剂(thick bleach)”。

EP844827中公开,含有直至0.25%的活性氯化合物和直至0.08%的杀菌性季铵化合物的水性组合物能够杀灭硬质表面上的结核杆菌。优选的季铵化合物是二(C8-C12)烷基-二甲基铵盐和(C12-C18)烷基-二甲基-苄铵盐。特别提到了二癸基-二甲基氯化铵和(C12-C16)烷基-二甲基-苄基氯化铵。据说保持活性氯溶液和季铵盐溶液分离直到使用时以防止活性氯溶液失去其部分的活性氯成份是明智的。

对于任何表面的氧化清洁/漂白来说,期望的方法应当能提供强力的初始杀毒性,并且在该表面上赋予足够的残留抗菌活性以防细菌在较长的时期内再度生长,而且在用水漂洗后也如此。适用于这种方法的组合物应当能足够稳定地生产,运输、储存于货架上以及被消费者所用而不会明显损失掉活性氯。此外,这种组合物应当具有适当的粘度以附着在倾斜或垂直的表面上,例如卫生间和浴室的表面,并且还能够易于分配。
发明概述
现已发现,用包含次氯酸盐与yi,gif种或多种特定季胺氯化物的组合的液体组合物来处理表面可对污渍提供彻底的氧化清洁和去除,同时不仅消毒了所述表面而且使清洁后的表面上具有延长时期的抗菌活性。通过选择特定的季铵盐,可提供能够长时间存放而不会明显损失活性氯或季铵化合物、并具有合适粘度以用作“浓稠漂白剂”的组合物。
因而,本发明提供了浓稠的液体次氯酸盐漂白剂组合物,其包括yi,gif种或多种无机季铵盐以及含有氧化胺表面活性剂和脂肪酸的合适增稠体系。
此外,本发明提供了yi,gif种清洁和消毒硬质表面的方法,尤其是倾斜的或垂直的表面,例如在卫生间和浴室的表面,包括给这些表面施用液体漂白组合物,所述组合物包含次氯酸盐和yi,gif种或多种特定的季铵卤化物以及包含氧化胺表面活性剂和脂肪酸的增稠体系。
发明详细说明
本发明中提及的所有百分含量除非另有说明,均是基于组合物的总重量而言。
因此,本发明提供了包含次氯酸盐和季铵盐的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于所述铵盐具有通式R1R2R3R4N+X-,其中R1是C12-C18烷基,R2、R3和R4分别独立地为C1-C3烷基,X为无机阴离子,并且所述组合物包括含有氧化胺表面活性剂和脂肪酸的增稠体系。
所述次氯酸盐通常是碱金属或碱土金属盐,尽管也可以使用其它的盐类。使用得最为广泛的是Na和Ca盐类。用于本发明目的的组合物通常包括0.01-10%的NaCl零,gif或者当量的其它次氯酸盐,其相当于大约0.0095-9.5%的可获得的氯和0.0014-1.4mol/l的次氯酸根离子。优选地,所述次氯酸根离子的含量为0.005-1.0mol/l,更优选为至少0.01mol/l,最优选为至少0.05mol/l或者甚至为0.1mol/l。
在根据本发明的季铵盐中,R1优选为C14-C16的直链烷基,更优选为C16°R2-R4优选为甲基。所述无机阴离子优选选自卤化物离子、硫酸根、硫酸氢根、或者零,gifH-。因此,对于本发明的目的来说,氢氧化季铵被看作是季铵盐。更优选地,所述阴离子是卤化物离子或硫酸根,更优选是氯化物离子或硫酸根。十六烷基三甲基氯化铵是合适化合物的特别实例并且可在市场上大量购得。
yi,gif般来说,适用于本发明的季铵盐优选对于次氯酸盐来说是足够稳定的,在20℃下存放4周后可剩余至少60%初始含量的可获得的氯,即从新制组合物中的4.8wt%起始含量到2.9wt%的可获得的氯(以下实施例配方1)。更优选地,在4周的存放测试后至少剩余70%初始含量的可获得的氯。
根据本发明并且用于本发明方法中的组合物通常包括0.001-0.5mol/l季铵离子,优选为0.005-0.1mol/l,更优选为至少0.01mol/l。次氯酸根离子和季铵离子之间的摩尔比适用地保持在500:1和1:1之间,优选在200:1和2:1之间。甚至更适用的比率在或者低于100:1。卤化物离子优选为氯化物离子或溴化物离子,更优选为氯化物离子。
用在增稠体系中的合适的氧化胺表面活性剂为RRRN零,gif结构的叔胺氧化物,其中yi,gif个R是8到20个碳原子的烷基,而其它的R’分别为1到3个碳原子的烷基或羟烷基,优选为甲基。大烷基优选具有至少12个、更优选至少14个碳原子。氧化胺优选的使用量为至少0.02%,更优选为至少0.05%,最优选为0.1%或者甚至0.5%,但优选不高于10%,更优选5%。脂肪酸是脂肪族羧酸,合适的脂肪酸具有8-20个碳原子,优选为直链。优选的酸类是具有C10-C18烷基的那些,更优选是具有至少11个碳原子的烷基的那些。所述脂肪酸优选的使用量为至少0.05%,更优选为0.1%,但优选不高于5%,更优选2%。
对于长期稳定性来说,用于本发明目的的组合物需要呈碱性,即pH值大于7。优选所述pH值保持等于或者高于8,更优选为至少9或者甚至10。
根据本发明的组合物特别适于原样使用,即不用预先稀释。为了从合适的容器中方便地进行分配同时还能粘附在倾斜表面上,其优选粘度在20-5000mPa·s,优选为100-2000mPa·s,更优选为200-1000mPa·s(利用装有同轴圆筒传感器DIN53018(Z41转子和Z43测量圆筒)的Haake RT20Rotovisco流变仪测得,采用3mm的间隙,在25℃下和0.1到1000s-1的剪切速率范围内获得流动曲线)。
尽管纯的组合物可能不适于接触人的肌肤,因为其具有高含量的次氯酸盐,但是可以在适当的稀释之后,将其手动施加到表面上(例如,利用抹布或布或者其它的工具)。适当的稀释倍数通常在1:5到1:500之间。
如上所述,将根据本发明的组合物或者稀释液,但优选为纯净液,施加到要处理的表面上,并保持与该表面接触足够长的时间以氧化清洁和消毒该表面,之后如果需要的话可冲洗所述表面。yi,gif般来说,1分钟的接触时间就足以开始消毒,至少5分钟的接触时间可用来获得长期的消毒性,优选至少为15分钟,更优选至少为30分钟。该实施方式的yi,gif个实例包括用喷雾装置施加根据本发明的组合物,例如触发喷雾器或者在硬质表面清洁领域公知的类似装置。本发明的另yi,gif种实施方式包括将yi,gif喷壶(squirt)根据本发明的产品直接从盛放其的容器中施加到要处理的表面上。
本发明特别提供了yi,gif种清洁和消毒卫生间表面的方法,包括向所述表面施加如上所述的组合物。在优选的实施方式中,其中要处理的卫生间表面是抽水马桶,将如上所述的组合物直接从容器施加到坐便器(bowl)上,要么加到水面以上至坐便器的表面,例如马桶边以下,要么加到坐便器内的水中。特别适用于该目的的容器是本领域公知的。通常对于这种容器来说,盖中分配开口的纵轴与瓶的纵轴成大致小于90°的角(优选10-80°),使得容易将组合物施加到抽水马桶边以下。这种瓶的yi,gif个实例描绘在注册号为no.1057823的英国工业设计中。将浓缩组合物施加到坐便器内的水中将形成根据本发明的稀释溶液。
如上面所述,用根据本发明的漂白组合物处理表面不仅将氧化清洁和消毒该表面,而且使该表面上具有延长的抗菌活性,从而防止处理完成数小时后微生物的再度生长,特别是在所述组合物留在所述表面上干燥的情况下。在所述表面冲洗甚至反复冲洗之后,抗菌活性仍然存在,尽管组合物中的次氯酸盐和季铵盐可溶解于水并预计被冲洗掉。
根据本发明的组合物可选择性地含有许多本领域已知的适用于漂白剂组合物的其它成分。高粘度能使所述组合物缓慢地从表面上流下,因而提供所述组合物与所述表面之间延长的接触时间以提高清洁和消毒效果,并且无需任何人为的介入。
其它可选择的成分包括助洗剂,抗氧化剂,自由基清除剂,针对容易引起或加速次氯酸盐降解的金属的螯合剂,如硅酸盐类或高碘酸盐类,水溶助溶剂,防腐蚀剂。还可以添加固体磨料。
可以另外添加次氯酸盐稳定的表面活性剂来提高清洁性能,只要其不会不利地影响增稠体系的性能。
可以添加着色剂、染料和色素来赋予所述组合物期望的颜色,以及香料来赋予所述组合物期望的气味,特别是用来掩盖许多人不喜欢的次氯酸盐气味。这些成分应当选择具有漂白剂稳定性,如本领域所公知的那些。
如上面所述,根据本发明的组合物为碱性,应当存在足够的碱,优选碱金属氢氧化物来确保其呈碱性。所述组合物还可实用地包含缓冲剂,以确保长期的pH稳定性。为此尤其实用的是碱金属碳酸盐/碳酸氢盐以及硅酸盐。
实施例
根据下表1的配方1-4配制水性液体漂白组合物(含量为%):

粘度测量
利用装有同轴圆筒传感器DIN53018(Z41转子和Z43测量圆筒)的Haake RT20Rotovisco流变仪测量配方粘度,采用3mm的间隙。在25℃下和0.1到1000s-1的剪切速率范围内获得流动曲线。
比较试验
测定上述配方1以及包含次氯酸盐和各种其它季铵盐的组合物的粘度外观、卫生耐久性得分和次氯酸盐稳定性,结果列于下表2中。对于季铵盐来说,向根据配方1的制剂中加入0.5%的各种化合物以取代十六烷基三甲基氯化铵。
在制备好后立即以及存放于环境温度下yi,gif周后对粘度进行测量并评价其外观。
在暗室中环境温度下存放1至4周后测定绝对残留的次氯酸盐含量。结果列于下表2中。

*卫生评分表示微滴定板孔保持无菌的冲洗次数。

氯测定
通过碘滴定法按照以下步骤分析存在的剩余可获得的氯:将已知重量的测试溶液(w)放在碘瓶中。用大约20ml的蒸馏水稀释所述样品。加入10g5%的碘化钾溶液,随后加入10ml0.5M的硫酸。将烧瓶塞住并旋转混合其内容物,之后放于暗室中5分钟,直到完全显现析出碘的棕色。用0.1M的硫代硫酸钠溶液滴定释放的碘,直到溶液变成无色,在终点附近使用另外的可溶淀粉指示剂来提高精确度。
卫生评分测试
该测试利用yi,gif种高通量的筛选方法来评测分散于微滴定板孔内的10μl产物标准样品的卫生性质,所述微滴定板经保持干燥(在30℃下过夜)之后进行数次自动冲洗。各次测试重复8次。用标准硬度的无菌水和Ascent WellwashTM板洗涤器来进行冲洗。在数次冲洗之后,将板在30℃下干燥45分钟,并在20℃下冷却15分钟。之后将每个板孔用在0.3%的蛋白质(BSA)土壤中50μlE.coli(0.5x108cfu)的水悬液温育,并保持在20℃下接触1小时。然后加入100μl标准硬度的水洗涤板孔,并振荡10秒,之后抽干洗涤液体和未吸附的细胞。
然后,将270μl蛋白胨大豆肉汤生长培养基置于各板孔中,并将板在37℃温育24小时使剩余的细菌再度生长。在数次冲洗后如果至少80%的样品没有表现出再度生长则该测试被分类为成功。取得成功的测试的冲洗最大次数作为卫生评分。
Claims (13)
1.包含次氯酸盐和季铵盐的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于所述季铵盐具有通式R1R2R3R4N+X-,其中R1是C10-C20烷基,R2、R3和R4分别独立地为C1-C3烷基,X为无机阴离子,并且所述组合物包括含有氧化胺表面活性剂和脂肪酸的增稠体系,其特征在于该组合物包含0.0014-1.4mol/l的次氯酸根离子,包含0.001-0.5mol/l的季铵离子,次氯酸根离子与季铵离子的摩尔比在500∶1到1∶1之间;所述无机阴离子选自卤化物离子、硫酸根、硫酸氢根、或者OH-;该组合物pH值大于7。
2.根据权利要求1的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于R1是C14-C16直链烷基,R2-R4为甲基。
3.根据权利要求1的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于其包含至少0.01mol/l的季铵离子。
4.根据权利要求1的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于次氯酸根离子与季铵离子的摩尔比等于或小于100∶1。
5.根据权利要求1的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于所述季铵盐是卤化物。
6.根据权利要求1的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于所述氧化胺表面活性剂为RRRNO结构的叔胺氧化物,其中一个R是8到20个碳原子的烷基,而其它的R分别为1到3个碳原子的烷基或羟烷基,所述脂肪酸具有8-20个碳原子。
7.根据权利要求6的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于其包括0.05-10%的氧化胺和0.05-5%的脂肪酸,基于组合物的总重量而言。
8.根据权利要求1的水性液体漂白组合物,其特征在于其粘度在20-5000mPa·s。
9.一种向硬质表面提供长久抗菌活性的方法,包括用根据权利要求1-8任一项的组合物处理所述硬质表面。
10.根据权利要求9的方法,其特征在于之后用水冲洗所述表面。
11.根据权利要求9的方法,其特征在于所述表面是卫生间表面。
12.根据权利要求10的方法,其特征在于所述卫生间表面是抽水马桶的表面。
13.一种套装,包括容器和盛放在所述容器内的漂白组合物,该容器包括瓶和具有分配开口的盖,其中所述分配开口的纵轴与瓶的纵轴成小于90°的角,并且所述容器内的漂白组合物是根据权利要求1-8的组合物。
