Abstract
本发明为建筑材料领域提供了一种新型复合地板,主要特点是以植物纤维和水泥为主要原料的复合材料,配以适量的防霉剂,减水剂,防水剂,增强剂等,经过混和,加压,成型,表面处理,除具有隔音,质轻特点外,还具有无毒害物质释放,耐腐蚀,耐水性,强度高,不裂纹,质量易控制,利用废弃植物秸秆,替代木材或其它材料,施工方便,成本低等显著优点。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种以植物纤维和水泥为主要原料复合材料,具体涉及一种新型复合地板。
背景技术
现有的地板,有以竹木板为材料的,有陶瓷、石材地板,分别存在着耗用木材,有毒物质释放,能耗高,笨重等缺陷。
有人试图麦秸秆和水泥制密度板,但由于麦秸秆表面蜡质影响了其强度和使用范围,不适合作地板。由于现有技术以秸秆作原料存在着严重缺陷,制约着大量植物秸秆的利用。
植物秸秆作为农作物附产品,因其利用价值低被大量抛弃田野或就地焚烧,不仅污染环境,而且易发生安全事故。
发明内容
发明人对现有地板的现状经过调研,发现存在着的缺陷,又亲闻近年来大量农作物秸秆被废弃造成重大社会问题,本发明的目的在于能够克服现有技术利用植物秸秆的缺陷,充分利用废弃的植物秸秆资源,以植物纤维和水泥为主要原料复合材料,替代木材、钢材或其它建筑材料,制作出一种新型复合地板。
为了实现发明目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是采用以下重量份原料及工艺方法制成一种新型复合地板:植物纤维0.1-45,水泥1-50,防霉剂0.03-7,减水剂0-3,防水剂0.05-10,增强剂0.8-15。
所采取制作方法的工艺流程:植物秸秆粉碎——除蜡——植物纤维——与水泥、防霉剂、减水剂、防水剂、增强剂、适量水混和拌匀——模压成型——脱模养护——表面处理——成品。
在所述原料中,植物纤维包括以农作物秸秆,经济作物秸秆,木本植物枝杈等废弃植物制备的纤维,以水泥作为无机粘合剂;防霉剂包括硫酸锌和或氧化锌,硼砂,尼泊金,五氯苯酚等常用化工防霉剂;减水剂包括木质素磺酸盐和萘磺酸盐,硅油等常用化工减水剂;防水剂包括石蜡或和油脂,沥青,树脂等常用防水剂;增强剂包括二氧化硅,或和碳酸钙,氯化镁,氧化镁,氧化钙,硫酸钙,氧化铝,纤维素等。
在所述工艺中,除蜡可参照现有造纸工艺中除蜡方法除掉植物秸秆表面的蜡质;模压养护,可参照现有混凝土制品成型养护方法养护并加以修整;所述表面处理,即在上述成型养护的板坯表面上粘敷一装饰层,最后在装饰层外涂设耐磨透明层,即成本发明的一种新型复合地板。
本发明的这种新型复合地板,由于以植物秸秆所制取的纤维和水泥无机粘合剂为主要原料,在一定添加剂和压力作用下,所以制成的地板除具有隔音,质轻特点外,还具有无毒害物质释放,耐磨,耐腐蚀,耐水性,强度高,不裂纹,质量易控制,充分利用了废弃植物秸秆,替代木质或其它建筑材料,施工方便成本低等明显的优点和良好的社会经济效益。
具体实施方式
本发明一种新型复合地板的实施例1,采用以下千克重量份原料制成:植物纤维45,水泥50,防霉剂7,减水剂3,防水剂10,增强剂15。
本发明一种新型复合地板的实施例2,采用以下千克重量份原料制成:植物纤维0.9,水泥9,防霉剂0.3,减水剂0.1,防水剂0.4,增强剂5。
本发明一种新型复合地板的实施例3,采用以下千克重量份原料制成:植物纤维0.1,水泥1,防霉剂0.03,减水剂0.01,防水剂0.05,增强剂0.8。
将上述各实施例重量份原料按照所采用的工艺流程,先收集植物秸秆,粉碎打纰,然后参照造纸工艺中除蜡技术去掉秸秆中的蜡质,提取植物纤维,按照地板的不同用途拟定各原料配比,加入硅酸盐水泥和添加剂,加入适量水混和均匀,填入地板模具内,向模具面板加压成型,脱模后参照混凝土制品养护方法养护一段时间,并稍加修整,最后进行表面处理,即在板坯外表面上用树脂粘敷一层装饰纸,再在木纹纸装饰层外涂一层氧化铝透明耐磨层,或按设计图案用彩色涂料直接涂绘、转印在板坯表面上,起到装饰防护作用;也可现场施工,即制成本发明的新型复合地板。
本发明的所试制的各种地板,经在室内和室外休闲场所试用,符合有关规定要求,所铺地坪特别用作室内地板,隔音,质轻,不裂纹,实用美观,造价低,能满足用户需要,受到建材建筑部门好评,期望早日批量投产,推广应用。

1、一种新型复合地板,其特征是采用以下重量份原料制成:植物纤维0.1-45,水泥1-50,防霉剂0.03-7,减水剂0-3,防水剂0.05-10,增强剂0.8-15。
2、根据权利要求1的一种新型复合地板,其特征是所述原料采用以下重量份:植物纤维0.1,水泥1,防霉剂0.03,减水剂0.01,防水剂0.05,增强剂0.8。
3、根据权利要求1的一种新型复合地板,其特征是所述原料采用以下重量份:植物纤维45,水泥50,防霉剂7,减水剂3,防水剂10,增强剂15。
4、根据权利要求1的一种新型复合地板,其特征是所述原料采用以下重量份:植物纤维0.9,水泥9,防霉剂0.3,减水剂0.1,防水剂0.4,增强剂5。
5、根据权利要求1-4的任一一种新型复合地板的制作方法,其特征是采用以下工艺流程:植物秸秆粉碎——除蜡——植物纤维——与水泥、防霉剂、减水剂、防水剂、增强剂、适量水混和拌匀——模压成型——脱模养护——表面处理——成品。
