Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及应急医疗器械,更具体的,涉及一种手提式电池供电吸气器。
背景技术
吸气器(Aspirators)通常在医疗应急或医院中用作一种应急医疗装置,以清除病人气道中的堵塞物即流体和碎屑。为此,质量轻、易于操作、可靠性、异常执行及耐久性是有益特征。
发明内容
依照本发明,一种手提式吸气器具有一罐、一可拆卸地接收该罐的外壳以及一与该罐直接连接的导管。优选的,罐和导管模塑而成或者形成为一个整体构件。自外壳伸出的一吸入口以及罐的一出口室(outlet chamber)具有密封件,以在该外壳与罐之间形成气密连接。罐被构造为形成一从该罐至出口室的曲折路径。

具体实施方式
参照图2,电池10、电路板12、电缆14、电动马达16及真空泵18设在外壳20内。电池10经由电缆14与一种直角插头21电连接。插头21插入安装在电路板12上的一种插座内以给其供应电能。电能自电路板12输送给马达16,该马达16驱动泵18。用于执行各种功能例如电池充电和状态显示的电子设备安装在电路板12上。经由一种外部插座(未表示)和插头21给电池10充电。经由外壳20显示状态灯23(图7)。一种具有孔17的外侧导管夹持器15形成在外壳20的侧边(图5)。泵18的吸入口19伸出外壳20。位于外壳20后部的进入通道门22具有铰链24。通道门22的未铰接端设计用以与外壳20形成搭扣配合。为更换电池10,如图2所示打开通道门22并拆开电缆14。从外壳20的外部就可接近的启动按钮26(图7)接通及切断和打开马达16。
特别参照图2,一种一次性罐30优选由清洁的非活性塑料例如聚丙烯模塑而成或真空形成(vacuformed)。导管32直接与罐30连接,该导管32具有一种向下弯曲且符合解剖学的形状以插入病人的喉咙内。(导管32优选是刚性的)。结果,该导管与罐之间的流体阻力相当小,从而允许使用小型马达和小型泵。优选的,导管32被模塑成与罐30一起的一个整体构件。但选择性的,导管32可形成为一种经由例如螺纹连接或卡口连接而与罐30连接的单独部件。导管32是刚性的。导管32通向罐30内的一种收集室34,该收集室34通向一种略呈锥形的出口室36。腹板(webs)38,40和42在模塑过程中形成。腹板38形成导管32与收集室34之间的鹅颈管状路径,腹板42形成从收集室34至出口室36的收缩路径。出口室36由一种弹性材料制成。圆形过滤器44经由例如一种卡住该过滤器44边缘的槽安装在出口室36内,以及环形弹性密封垫圈46环绕出口室36的出口延伸(图1)。过滤器44是涂覆有一种材料的多孔疏水性盘,当该材料暴露于水中时其将堵塞该孔。一种用于此目的的示例过滤器是Porex part no.X-5422。一种弹性垫环50安装在吸入口19上(图1)。环绕该垫环的周缘形成一槽54。
为把罐30安装到外壳20上,罐30上的侧槽48a,48b(图4)沿着导轨51a,51b朝向外壳20滑动使密封垫圈46与吸入口19对准,直至该密封垫圈46邻接并挤压垫环50以确保与外壳20的气密及液密连接。在安装过程中,与外壳20的前表面邻接的垫环50用作罐30移动的止动件。结果,略微地挤压密封件46和50,以确保罐30与外壳20的界面处不发生泄漏。一种安装在外壳20上的弹性夹具60具有朝下的钩状件62,在安装罐30时,该钩状件62与罐30顶上的凸缘64嵌扣配合。夹具60相对于外壳20夹住罐30,从而保持垫圈46和垫环50受到挤压。为使罐30脱离外壳20,向上推夹具60,这将使钩状件62从凸缘64中释放出来。
当经由启动按钮26启动该吸气器时,在导管32的末端产生吸力。结果,空气和夹带体液经由导管32抽入收集室34中。如线66所示(图3),空气形成一条从导管32至出口室36的曲折路径,而流体则大部分沉积在室34内。由于腹板38形成的折流板,首先向下牵引空气和夹带流体,在该腹板38处,绝大部分流体与空气分离。接着,空气向上流动、绕过由腹板42形成的折流板并流入过滤器44。在由腹板42形成的折流板与限定了流体至过滤器44表面的吸入口的出口室36端部之间具有一狭窄空间。另外,由于上述过滤器44的特性,到达该过滤器44表面的任何流体都被阻止进入吸入口19。总得来说,曲折路径66在很大程度上使体液与空气流分离,由此减小过滤器44暴露于体液中,过滤器44进一步确保了泵18保持不接触这种流体。一种可拆卸塞47覆盖罐30内的一孔(未表示)。为降低该吸气器的吸力,折下塞47,这样罐内的真空就下降。在该吸气器启动时,一种可拆卸盖49储存在罐30的侧面上。在关闭该吸气器后,盖49置于导管32的末端上以阻止流体自罐30流出。
对于惯用右手的用户而言,外壳20的右侧具有一种纵向支架68及沿其边缘的手指抓握部70。带状件72足够松驰地绕外壳20延伸以供用户的手插入。带状件72具有固定到夹具60上的交叉带74。图7表示了在使用时用户如何抓握该吸气器。
为储存或运输上述吸气器,使罐30转向这样导管32就面向外壳20,然后自其安装取向起转动90度并把导管32推入夹持器15内的孔17中。如图6所示,所得到的构造紧凑且适于用户运输和储存。
本发明的上述实施例仅被认为是优选的以及说明本发明构思的;本发明范围不应限定为此实施例。本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明实质与范围的情况下可设想大量不同的其它布置。

Claims (18)

1.一种手提式吸气器,包括:
一外壳,其具有一吸入口;
位于所述外壳内的真空泵,用于在所述吸入口处产生吸力;
一流体储存罐,该流体储存罐与所述外壳的所述吸入口连接,所述流体储存罐具有一出口以及靠近该流体储存罐底部的一收集室;以及
一刚性导管,该刚性导管与所述流体储存罐直接连接;
其特征在于,所述流体储存罐包括将体液与空气流分开的曲折路径,在该曲折路径上布置有朝向所述收集室的底部偏转自所述导管进入所述流体储存罐的空气的前折流板以及位于所述收集室与所述出口之间的后折流板。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸气器,其特征在于,所述导管具有一种向下弯曲且符合解剖学的形状,用于插入病人的喉咙内。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸气器,其特征在于,所述外壳可拆卸地接收所述流体储存罐。
4.如权利要求3所述的吸气器,其特征在于,所述流体储存罐具有围绕所述出口以与所述外壳的所述吸入口形成气密连接的环形密封件。
5.如权利要求4所述的吸气器,其特征在于,一垫环安装在所述泵的吸入口上,所述垫环具有一槽,所述槽压缩以形成所述气密连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的吸气器,其特征在于,当所述外壳接收所述流体储存罐时,所述垫环和所述密封件被挤压。
7.如权利要求1所述的吸气器,其特征在于,所述真空泵由马达驱动。
8.如权利要求7所述的吸气器,其特征在于,还包括一给所述马达提供动力的电池。
9.如权利要求8所述的吸气器,其特征在于,所述外壳具有一通道门,所述通道门用于接近所述电池以更换所述电池。
10.如权利要求1所述的吸气器,其特征在于,所述流体储存罐和所述导管形成为一个整体构件。
11.如权利要求10所述的吸气器,其特征在于,所述导管靠近所述流体储存罐的前部的顶部,以及所述出口靠近所述流体储存罐的后部的顶部。
12.根据权利要求1所述的吸气器,其中,所述外壳具有一对导轨,而所述流体储存罐具有一对凹槽,其中,所述导轨可拆卸地容纳在所述凹槽内。
13.一种用在吸气器内的罐,包括:
一流体收集室;
一导管,其与所述流体收集室直接连接;以及
一出口室,其与所述流体收集室连接;
其特征在于,所述罐包括将体液与空气流分开的曲折路径,在该曲折路径上布置有朝向所述流体收集室的底部偏转自所述导管进入所述罐的空气的前折流板以及位于所述流体收集室与所述出口室的出口之间的后折流板。
14.如权利要求13所述的罐,其特征在于,一疏水性过滤器设在所述出口室内。
15.如权利要求13所述的罐,其特征在于,所述导管具有一种向下弯曲且符合解剖学的形状,用于插入病人的喉咙内。
16.如权利要求13所述的罐,其特征在于,所述罐具有与吸气器的外壳的吸入口形成气密连接的环形密封件。
17.如权利要求13所述的罐,其特征在于,所述流体收集室靠近所述罐的底部,所述导管靠近所述罐的前部的顶部,以及所述出口靠近所述罐的后部的顶部。
18.根据权利要求13所述的罐,其中,吸气器外壳具有一对导轨,而所述罐具有一对凹槽,其中,所述导轨可拆卸地容纳在所述凹槽内。
