Abstract
本发明公开了一种装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板,其是用装饰阻燃板做面层,用酚醛玻璃钢树脂粘合泡沫板,合成所述装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板。所述酚醛玻璃钢树脂是以炼油厂的下脚料等提取的混合酚与甲醛、液碱、氨水、三聚氰胺、尿素、淀粉等反应,再与玻璃纤维等混合合成。该装饰面酚醛玻璃钢夹心保温板具有质量轻、强度高、耐磨擦、抗老化、不霉变、阻燃无毒、防水防腐蚀性能,抗震性好、安装、维修、清洗方便,能在高温、低寒等恶劣环境中使用。
Description
技术领域:
本发明是一种用市场易购的装饰阻燃板用酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂粘接阻燃泡沫夹心保温板,所属装饰建材—保温板。遇火时不燃烧,无烟无毒气,强度高,重量轻,耐磨擦,防水防腐等保温材料。
背景技术:
随着生活水平的提高,工业的发展,人们对安全、轻量化、使用寿命、费用和破坏值等问题的重要性的认识越来越深。为了克服现有的保温板,有镁水泥玻璃钢板粘接泡沫板,会氧化,强度低,不防腐,制造工艺复杂;有用环氧树脂、不饱和聚脂树脂等制成的玻璃钢板与泡沫板粘接,工艺复杂,成本高,阻燃效果差,且有烟有毒气,使安全超标。
发明内容:
本发明的装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板,它是以炼油厂的下脚料等提取的混合酚与甲醛等反应,再与玻璃纤维等混合合成酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂,用来制造饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板的粘接层。可具有装饰、隔层、隔热、防漏、质量轻、强度高、耐磨擦、抗老化、不霉变、阻燃无毒、防水防腐蚀等功能。
本发明装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板要解决其技术问题的技术方案是:首先是合成酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂,它的组分为:混合酚40—50%,甲醛50—60%,液碱2—8%,氨水1—4%。开动搅拌器,先加入甲醛50—60%,同时加入液碱2—8%,氨水1—4%,搅拌2min后,在搅拌中加入混合酚40—50%,再搅拌2min后,测定为:ph=8—9。然后在10—20min内升温85℃—90℃停止加温,自反应回流60—90min。在30℃清水中测试它的混浊点,有明显的小白色珠沉定,停止反应,用10%的盐酸,在搅拌下中和ph=7。然后脱水(或真空脱水),脱水要求含固量达80%—90%,继续投放三聚氰胺、尿素、淀粉2—6%(吸收游离醛)搅均匀,然后再投放玻璃纤维8—20%搅均匀后降温装桶,完成了价廉物美的酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂,一天后可以待用。
再由酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂,来制造装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板,是这样实施的:
选择发泡泡沫板:用阻燃发泡板,密度为10—60kg/m3,用酚醛、聚胺脂、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯等阻燃发泡板中的任意一种,板厚为1—6cm的平面板或波纹板。
在所述泡沫板单面或双面用所述酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂粘接装饰面阻燃板。
具体实施如下:
以聚苯乙烯阻燃泡沫板为例:
1、机械化生产,应需求制造出不同厚度和强度的泡沫板,将所需要厚度及大小的泡沫板放置在制板机上,再将酚醛玻璃钢树脂与固化剂(盐酸等酸类固化剂)按比例为:100:4—10,加入混合头混合均匀后,启动制板机,先是泡沫板由牵引,经过覆盖一层中纤玻璃纤维布,再经混合头时,开始放料将树脂均匀淋涂在泡沫板上,由牵引传动继续将泡沫板移到装饰面阻燃板辊压台上,经过辊压,使板子均匀平整,然后再移动到固化台上,常温固化或加热固化均可,固化后切割,这就直接合成了装饰面华丽高强防火夹心泡沫轻质保温板。
2、手糊法生产,用酚醛玻璃钢树脂做粘胶剂,将装饰面阻燃板与阻燃发泡泡沫板粘合。具有制造简单,成本低,强度高,防水防霉无毒,使用寿命长等优点。具体操作是:将酚醛玻璃钢树脂或酚醛树脂,石膏、硫铝酸水泥与盐酸,混合比为:100:2—6:2—8,搅均匀混合,将混合的粘胶均匀涂在泡沫板上或涂在装饰面阻燃板背后,再覆盖玻璃纤维布再经辊压密实,移动到固化室,常温固化或加热固化均可。固化后切割、检测、包装。
Claims (2)
1、一种装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板,其特征在于:所述装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板包括酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂、装饰面阻燃板和泡沫板,所述酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂是由混合酚、甲醛、液碱、氨水、盐酸、三聚氰胺、尿素、淀粉及玻璃纤维组成的粘胶剂,在所述泡沫板单面或双面用所述酚醛玻璃钢热固性树脂粘接所述装饰面阻燃板。
2、如权利要求1所述的装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板,其特征在于:所述泡沫板选用酚醛、聚胺脂、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯阻燃发泡板中的任一种,密度为10—60kg/m3,所述装饰面玻璃钢夹心保温板还包括玻璃纤维布,所述玻璃纤维布位于所述泡沫板和所述装饰面阻燃板之间。
