Abstract
本发明涉及一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法及装置。本发明主要包括:接收视频服务器发出的业务流后,根据接收的业务流的类型分别对其进行分类调度和整形处理,并将整形处理后的业务流按照先到先处理的原则发送给接入设备。本发明的实现能有效解决了开展IPTV业务过程中,可能出现的由于视频流突发对网络设备产生影响的问题,从而保证了网络中接入设备的可靠性。本发明还具有实现过程简单,且成本低廉的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及网络通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着网络技术的快速发展,网络通信业务的日益丰富,目前各电信运营商正在准备大规模进行IPTV(IP电视)建设,由于IPTV涉及到一个全网的解决方案,IPTV的特点是产生的网络流量较大,并且有一定的突发度,而现有的网络上的各级设备对突发流量的处理都考虑得不够全面,使得IPTV业务在开展的初级阶段就遇到了不少难题。
现在面临的最大难题就是突发流量对于接入设备的冲击的问题,所述的接入设备通常是指DSLAM(数字用户线接入复用器)设备。
目前,由于很多运营商都使用简单的PC机或者服务器作为TV视频源服务器,因此,各服务器对视频源进行编码的时候,流量未能做到均匀处理,这必将导致TV视频源在编码后从TV视频源服务器传送出来的时候就有较大程度的突发,这种有较大突发的数据流将通过汇聚网络发送到接入设备,然后再由接入设备转发给CPE(用户驻地设备)。
在现有的通信网络中,通常汇聚设备由于具有较大的缓存能力,因此能够容忍较大程度的IPTV业务的突发,但是,接入设备一般来说容忍突发的能力较弱。如果在接入设备上由于不能承受视频数据流的突发而导致报文丢弃,那么在用户就会出现花屏、马赛克等现象,导致IPTV业务无法正常开展,进而影响IPTV业务的推进。
为解决上述问题,目前可以采用的方法包括两种,其中:一种方法是使用高档的组播视频源服务器,对节目源按照均匀的速率进行编码,确保从TV视频源服务器输出的编码后的视频数据流没有突发,以避免对接入设备的冲击;另一种方法,则是对现有的网设备进行改造,更换新一代的接入设备,使得改造后的接入设备可以适应IPTV带来的突发冲击。
不难看出,在上述第一种实现方法中,由于高档的组播视频源服务器非常昂贵,运营商不愿意投入,因此,导致第一种方法并不能广泛地被实际应用以解决相应的问题。
另外,上述的第二种方案同样由于其实现起来需要对现有的网络进行较大的改造,而网络改造的投入非常大,因此,第二种方法也不是运营商希望的实现方法。
因此,目前提供的针对上述问题的两种解决方案并不能够很好地解决相应的问题,导致老的设备无法支持IPTV业务。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法及装置,从而使得接入设备不再会因为突发的视频业务流而遭受影响。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,包括:
A、接收视频服务器发出的业务流;
B、统计当前处理的业务流类型在设定的时间段内已经发送的流量值,并与所述业务流类型允许发送的流量值进行比较,根据比较结果对相应的业务流进行调度和整形处理。
所述的步骤B包括:
B1、设置在设定的时间段内,各种类型业务流允许发送的流量值;
所述的步骤B1还包括:
对接收的业务流进行分类,并分别依次存入缓存区中相应的业务流队列,针对各业务流队列分别设置相应的业务流标识;
或者,
对接收的业务流进行分类,并分别依次存入缓存区中,同时针对各类型的业务流分别建立业务流描述信息的业务流队列,并设置相应的业务流标识,根据业务流描述信息调用缓存区中相应类型的业务流。
本发明所述的方法中:
所述的对接收的业务流进行分类,具体包括:根据接收的业务流的报文中承载的信息进行分类;
所述的描述信息包括:业务流保存于缓存区中的位置信息、业务流报文中各域承载的信息和/或报文的长度信息。
所述的业务流标识为依次排序后各个业务流对应的序号。
所述的步骤B1包括:
针对每种类型的业务流分别设置或针对所有类型的业务流统一设置在设定时间段内允许发送的流量值。
所述的步骤B还包括:
B21、在设定的时间段内,判断当前业务流队列已经发送的流量值是否大于允许发送的流量值,如果是,则执行步骤B22,否则,执行步骤B23;
B22、根据业务流标识依次轮询下一个业务流队列,并执行步骤B21;
B23、对该业务流队列中的业务流依次进行调度发送处理。
所述的步骤B还包括:
B3、当到达设定的时间时,则重新开始统计各业务流队列中已经发送的流量值,并重新开始计时。
所述的步骤B3包括:
判断各业务流队列中已经发送的流量值是否超过允许发送的流量值,如果超过,则将其当前已经发送的流量值更新设置为实际已经发送的流量值减去允许发送的流量值,否则,将当前已经发送的流量值更新设置为0。
本发明还提供了一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的装置,包括:
接收接口模块:接收并缓存视频服务器发来的业务流数据,缓存的数据被发送接口模块调度;同时,接收接口模块还将接收的数据的区别于其他数据的描述信息发送给调度和整形模块;
调度和整形模块:根据接收的数据的描述信息按照设定的规则进行调度和整形处理,并将需要调度发送的数据的描述信息发送给发送接口模块,同时,根据在设定时间段内统计的发送接口模块已经发送的流量值,与该类型数据流允许的流量值的比较结果,控制发送接口模块对缓存的数据的调度发送;
发送接口模块:接收调度和整形模块发来的数据的描述信息,并根据所述描述信息从缓存中读出数据并发送。
本发明所述的装置还包括:
控制器:用于对调度和整形模块进行调度和整形处理所需要的参数信息进行配置。
本发明所述的装置设置在视频源服务器的出口端或者接入设备的入口端,或者内置于接入设备中,并用于对业务流进行调度和整形处理。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明的实现能有效解决了开展IPTV业务过程中,可能出现的由于视频流突发对网络设备产生影响的问题,从而保证了网络中接入设备的可靠性。
本发明还具有实现过程简单,且成本低廉的优点,因此,对于运营商来说,只需要较小的代价便可以避免视频流对接入设备的影响。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是将视频服务器发出的业务流进行调度和整形处理后再发送给接入设备,从而使得接入设备不再会突然接收到大量的业务流。
本发明在具体应用过程中,可以在视频服务器与接入设备间的业务流传送路径上的任意位置处设置相应的调度和整形处理功能,用于对突发的业务流进行调度和整形处理;例如,可以放置在TV视频源服务器的出口,或者是接入设备的入口,对视频数据流进行整形,消除视频数据流突发对接入设备的影响,解决IPTV业务开展出现的问题。
本发明中具体可以采用的调度和整形处理方式多种多样,如缓存并定时均匀发送,或缓存后按照预定的规则分类进行调度发送。
本发明提供了一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,该方法主要用于处理视频服务器与接入设备间可能突发的业务流进行调度和整形处理,从而避免突发的数据对接入设备可能造成的影响。
所述的方法中,首先,需要设置一个全局参数T(所有流分类队列共用),T是指整形的时间周期,该参数必须是可以通过控制台设置的;设备内还要有一个由设备自己维护的定时器Timer,用于计时。
对于每个流分类队列需要设置2个局部参数(每个流放类队列单独使用的),一个参数是在T时间内允许发送的流量大小Flow_set,该流量可以是信元数量或者字节数量等,该参数是可以通过控制台设置的;第二个参数是在T时间已经发送的流量统计Flow_current,该流量的含义(信元或者字节等,单位和Flow_set一致),该参数由设备内部维护,在设备初始化的时候会清零。
本发明所述的方法的具体实现过程中,首先需要对接收的视频服务器发出的业务流进行缓存,然后按照预定的规则进行调度和整形处理,包括:设置一个整形的时间周期T和在时间周期T内允许发送的流量参数Flow_set,通过统计当前已经发送的流量Flow_current和Flow_set进行比较来控制在T时间内的发送流量,并根据时间周期T对Flow_current进行清理,从而达到整形的效果。
所述方法的处理过程如图1所示,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤11:计时器开始计时,并判断是否到达预定的时间,如果是,则执行步骤12,否则,执行步骤13;
步骤12:轮询所有的业务流队列,即流分类队列的参数,所述参数为已经发送的流量值,如果当前流分类队列设置的在设定的时间段内实际已经发送的流量值大于允许发送的流量值,则将其当前统计的已经发送的流量值更新设置为所述的实际已经发送的流量值减去允许发送的流量值,否则,将该队列的当前统计的已经发送的流量值更新设置为0。
步骤13:判断当前的业务流标识的业务流队列,即当前流分类ID的队列是否有报文需要发送,如果有,则执行步骤14,否则,执行步骤16;
步骤14:继续判断当前的流分类ID的已经发送的流量值是否大于允许发送的流量值,如果是,则执行步骤16,否则,执行步骤15;
步骤15:从当前的流分类队列中取出一个报文或者信元送给发送接口,准备由发送接口进行发送,同时,将准备发送的报文或信元的流量增加到所述的已经发送的流量值中,还将流分类ID加1,以便于对下一个流分类队列进行调度发送处理,并重新执行步骤11。
步骤16:将当前的流分类ID加1,并重新执行步骤11,即对下一个业务流队列进行调度发送处理。
经过上述过程的不断循环执行,便可以实现针对视频服务器发出的数据流进行整形处理,从而使得接入设备可以较为平稳地收到相应的业务数据流,有效避免了突发视频流的不良影响。
基于上述本发明提供的方法,本发明另外还提供了一种设计简单的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的装置,即基于流进行整形的设备或者模块。所述装置具体可以放置在视频服务器的出口或者是接入设备的入口,对组播或者VOD(视频点播)等数据流进行整形,消除数据流的突发,降低对接入设备的要求,确保IPTV(IP电视)等视频业务的开展。
下面将对本发明提供的装置的具体结构进行描述,如图2和图3所示,所述装置具体包括:
(1)接收接口模块:
负责接收数据流,并按照先到先处理的原则存储到缓冲区中,还需要将数据流的描述信息传递给调度和整形模块,以便于根据所述的描述信息对相应的业务流进行分类的调度和整形处理;
所述的数据流包括但不限于以太网帧,ATM信元等;
(2)调度和整形模块:
根据所述的描述信息对组播视频流或者VOD(视频点播)流进行流分类,每个流都要对应一个相应的队列,用于存放数据流的描述信息,如图3所示,所述的描述信息为区别于其他数据的特征信息,如数据流(即业务流)缓存于缓存区中的位置,数据流本身的类型信息、长度信息等等,所述的描述信息还可以为报文的目的MAC地址、源MAC地址,或者源IP地址、目的IP地址等等,或者是数据流的其它域承载的信息;
在该模块中,根据各个队列中的描述信息对缓存区中的实际的业务流数据进行调度发送,同时,进行发送统计,以便于在后续的调度发送过程中依据该统计数据进行业务流的调度和整形处理;
具体设置有多少个不同数据流的描述信息的队列是根据设备可以或需要支持的流分类数量确定的;
在该模块中,需要按照流分类结果进行调度和整形,调度后把数据流的描述信息(即调度结果)传递给发送接口模块,由发送接口模块根据所述的描述信息调度发送相应的业务流对应的数据信息,从而实现针对业务流的整形和调度处理;
如图3所示,各流分类队列之间使用RR(轮询调度)的调度方法,当然也可以采用其他调度方法进行调度处理,针对各流分类队列内部分别进行整形处理,具体的调度处理方法在前面方法中已经描述,故此处不再详述;
(3)发送接口模块:
根据调度和整形模块传递的数据流的描述信息按照先到先处理的原则从缓冲区中读出数据发送,具体为从缓冲区中依次读出符合所述数据流描述信息的业务流,并发送。
(4)控制器:
用于进行参数信息的配置,也就是由用户配置调度和整形模块进行相应的处理所需要的Flow_set参数及时间参数T等。
本发明通过设置定时T参数和允许发送的流量值Flow_set参数的大小可以把突发流量控制在一定范围之内,确保接入设备能够处理,而且,本发明已经实现并在实际中验证,具有非常好的效果。
本发明所述的装置可以放置在视频源服务器的出口端或者DSLAM(数字接入复用器)等接入设备的入口端对流进行整形;也可以在现有的接入设备上增加一个模块,作为现有接入设备的一块单板或者一个单元,即内置于接入设备中,对接收的流进行整形处理;
综上所述,本发明的实现使得只要通过很小的代价就可以解决目前IPTV业务开展中遇到的视频流突发对网络中接入设备的影响,使得运营商可以顺利开展IPTV业务,也可以解决设备提供商对现有网络中接入设备性能无法满足运营需要,而带来的改造难题。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (12)
1、一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,包括:
A、接收视频服务器发出的业务流;
B、统计当前处理的业务流类型在设定的时间段内已经发送的流量值,并与所述业务流类型允许发送的流量值进行比较,根据比较结果对相应的业务流进行调度和整形处理。
2、根据权利要求1所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B包括:
B1、设置在设定的时间段内,各种类型业务流允许发送的流量值。
3、根据权利要求2所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B1还包括:
对接收的业务流进行分类,并分别依次存入缓存区中相应的业务流队列,针对各业务流队列分别设置相应的业务流标识;
或者,
对接收的业务流进行分类,并分别依次存入缓存区中,同时针对各类型的业务流分别建立业务流描述信息的业务流队列,并设置相应的业务流标识,根据业务流描述信息调用缓存区中相应类型的业务流。
4、根据权利要求3所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于:
所述的对接收的业务流进行分类,具体包括:根据接收的业务流的报文中承载的信息进行分类;
所述的描述信息包括:业务流保存于缓存区中的位置信息、业务流报文中各域承载的信息和/或报文的长度信息。
5、根据权利要求3所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,所述的业务流标识为依次排序后各个业务流对应的序号。
6、根据权利要求3所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B1包括:
针对每种类型的业务流分别设置或针对所有类型的业务流统一设置在设定时间段内允许发送的流量值。
7、根据权利要求6所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B还包括:
B21、在设定的时间段内,判断当前业务流队列已经发送的流量值是否大于允许发送的流量值,如果是,则执行步骤B22,否则,执行步骤B23;
B22、根据业务流标识依次轮询下一个业务流队列,并执行步骤B21;
B23、对该业务流队列中的业务流依次进行调度发送处理。
8、根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B还包括:
B3、当到达设定的时间时,则重新开始统计各业务流队列中已经发送的流量值,并重新开始计时。
9、根据权利要求8所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B3包括:
判断各业务流队列中已经发送的流量值是否超过允许发送的流量值,如果超过,则将其当前已经发送的流量值更新设置为实际已经发送的流量值减去允许发送的流量值,否则,将当前已经发送的流量值更新设置为0。
10、一种对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的装置,其特征在于,包括:
接收接口模块:接收并缓存视频服务器发来的业务流数据,缓存的数据被发送接口模块调度;同时,接收接口模块还将接收的数据的区别于其他数据的描述信息发送给调度和整形模块;
调度和整形模块:根据接收的数据的描述信息按照设定的规则进行调度和整形处理,并将需要调度发送的数据的描述信息发送给发送接口模块,同时,根据在设定时间段内统计的发送接口模块已经发送的流量值,与该类型数据流允许的流量值的比较结果,控制发送接口模块对缓存的数据的调度发送;
发送接口模块:接收调度和整形模块发来的数据的描述信息,并根据所述描述信息从缓存中读出数据并发送。
11、根据权利要求10所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括:
控制器:用于对调度和整形模块进行调度和整形处理所需要的参数信息进行配置。
12、根据权利要求10或11所述的对网络中传输的业务流进行整形的装置,其特征在于,该装置设置在视频源服务器的出口端或者接入设备的入口端,或者内置于接入设备中,并用于对业务流进行调度和整形处理。
