技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其是在使用一个筒式剪切机进行横向切分的时候用于通过一个剪刀横向切分一个轧制带的装置,其中一个在剪刀之前的辊道终端与在剪刀之后的辊道始端之间的、没有轧制带支承的空隙通过一个可旋转的、在移动时支承轧制带的辊道部件变小。
背景技术
在一个宽带钢热轧机中、在一个冷串联式轧机中、在一个热轧或冷轧机中通常已知用于横向切分轧制带的剪刀。在此优选使用曲轴式剪断机和滚筒式飞剪。例如在DE 199 53 906 A1和在DE 100 01 928A1中描述了滚筒式飞剪的实施方式。
DE 12 70 368描述了一个用于轧钢的曲轴式剪断机,其中一个输送辊道在切刀圆的部位处具有一个空隙。一个接近切刀宽度的、并且配有接近半圆形弯曲的外壳表面的、可旋转的输送部分在上面的位置中封闭输送辊道中的空隙。
在这样一种用于横向切分轧制带的装置的已知实施方式中存在缺陷,即,所述轧制带在剪刀前面和后面的支承点/线的距离尽管通过一个旋转进来的输送部分变小,但是轧制带与厚度、表面应力等有关地偏离轧制和输送装置。由于在支承点或线之间的较大距离,所述带在轧制带横向切分装置中的移动受到干扰。所述带起始端对于这个大的距离的反应是非常敏感的。轧制带可能在这个部位中向上或向下取向,并且例如在输送部分与辊道之间倾斜。由此导致装置停机。轧制带越薄,这种危险越大。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,实现一种用于横向切分轧制带的装置,它避免上述缺陷。
按照本发明这个目的由此得以实现:在一个可旋转的辊道部件与后辊道的始端之间设置一个活动的导引台。这个活动的导引台对于轧制带如此缩小没有支承点/线的距离,使得不能产生轧制带的偏移。
有利的是,在前辊道的终端与可旋转的辊道部件之间设置另一个活动的、与可旋转的辊道部件啮合的导引台。由此完全封闭辊道中的空隙。
本发明的一种有利的实施方式规定,所述上滚筒和下滚筒在外圆周上具有整平部分。由此对于轧制带实现一个较大的通过孔,并且在穿入所述带端部时所述滚筒、尤其是上滚筒不形成使轧制带停止在其上的障碍。
在上滚筒前面设置一个活动的转向器也是有利的。由此对于轧制带设置一个进入锥口,由此防止轧制带向上偏移。
本发明还给出按照本发明装置的其它改进方案。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个用于横向切分轧制带2的装置1,该装置具有一个前辊道3和一个后辊道4。该轧制带2的分割通过一个上切刀5和一个下切刀7实现,该上切刀固定在一个上滚筒6上,该下切刀固定在一个下滚筒8上。所述滚筒6,8相互间反向地围绕一个上旋转轴线9和一个下旋转轴线10旋转。旋转方向通过箭头11,12示出。
一个活动的转向器13位于前辊道3的上方。一个固定的或活动的转向器14位于后辊道4的上方。
所述滚筒6,8在穿入时这样旋转,使得整平部分15,15’,16,16’、尤其是上滚筒6上的整平部分15这样对准,使得它们与活动的转向器13一起构成一个进入锥口。
为了使贴靠在前辊道3上的轧制带2可靠地到达后辊道4上,一个可旋转的辊道部件17旋转进一个空隙中。在此该可旋转的辊道部件17围绕下滚筒8运动。为了完全封闭所述空隙,在可旋转的辊道部件17与前辊道3之间、以及在旋转的辊道部件17与后辊道4之间设置活动的导引台18,19。为了完全封闭该空隙,使可旋转的辊道部件17与活动的导引台18,19相互间啮合。
在图2中可以看到轧制带2以及具有切刀5,7的滚筒6,8。现在所述切刀5,7位于一个切割位置中。为此具有上切刀5的上滚筒6以及具有下切刀7的下滚筒8相互间反向地围绕上旋转轴线9和下旋转轴线10进行旋转。为此可旋转的辊道部件17已经转离辊道空隙。
为了避免由于例如轧制带2的下落的剩余段损伤可旋转的辊道部件17,使该可旋转的辊道部件17这样旋转,使得它由下滚筒8所遮盖。
附加地可以使活动的导引台18,19偏离由下切刀7所覆盖的圆弧。这一点例如通过一种直线的侧面移动或一种旋转运动来实现。

Claims (6)

1.用于通过一个剪刀横向切分一个轧制带的装置,其中在剪刀之前的前辊道的终端与在剪刀之后的后辊道的始端之间的、没有轧制带支承的一个空隙通过一个可旋转的、在轧制带移动时支承轧制带的辊道部件变小,其特征在于,在一个可旋转的辊道部件(17)与后辊道(4)的始端之间设置一个活动的导引台(18),所述可旋转的辊道部件(17)的外壳表面与活动的导引台(18)的外壳表面处于啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置在使用一个筒式剪切机进行横向切分的时候通过一个剪刀横向切分一个轧制带。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在前辊道(3)的终端与可旋转的辊道部件(17)之间设置一个活动的导引台(19)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置还具有上滚筒(6)和下滚筒(8),所述上滚筒(6)和下滚筒(8)在外圆周上具有整平部分(15,15’,16,16’)。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,在上滚筒(6)前面设置一个活动的转向器(13)。
6.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,在上滚筒(6)的后面设置一个固定的或一个活动的转向器(14)。
