Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及接触器和用来输送电力的连接器。
背景技术
现有技术中公知的电力接触器包括一些特征和结构,当用于电连接器时,这些特征和结构提供了板到板的接口或者板到电缆的接口。例如,提供板到板的接口的电力接触器可以采用主体件(例如平壁),该主体件借助它自己(插孔式接触器)或者通过从主体件进行延伸的梁(插塞式接触器)限定出接合部分,以接合配合接触器。若干终端从主体件进行延伸以与印制电路板进行接合。当具有插孔式接触器的电连接器与具有插塞式接触器的电连接器相配合时,完成板到板的接口。
板到电缆的接口的一个例子包括采用与上述类似的插塞式接触器的第一电连接器和第二电连接器,该第二电连接器采用了插孔式接触器,该接触器具有插塞式突出部,该突出部从主体件进行延伸,而不是从电路板接合终端进行延伸。当电力电缆插塞接合插孔式接触器上的插塞式突出部并且配合的第一和第二电连接器接合时,得到板到电缆的接口。
发明内容
本发明涉及用在输送电力的电连接器中的电力接触器。优选的电力接触器包括若干电接口部分,以提供板到板的接口和电缆到板的接口。根据一个优选的接触器实施例,现在提供了一种用于电连接器的电力接触器,电力接触器具有:接触壁;至少一个终端,它从接触壁延伸;及至少一个插塞式突出部,它从接触壁进行延伸。接触壁的一部分限定出第一电接口,以接合与配合电连接器相连接的接触器。该终端限定出第二电接口,以接合电路板。及插塞式突出部限定第三电接口,以接合电缆插塞式连接器。
根据另一个优选的接触器实施例,现在提供了一种用于电连接器的电力接触器,电力接触器具有第一接触壁和第二接触壁。第一和第二接触壁中的每一个的一部分共同地限定电接口,以接合与配合的电连接器相关联的接触器。第一接触壁和第二接触壁中的至少一个包括一些延伸部分,这些延伸部分限定了一些电接口,这些电接口除了接合该配合的电连接器之外还接合若干分开的、独立的电零件。

本发明还涉及采用电力接触器的电连接器。根据一个优选的连接器实施例,现在提供一种电连接器,该电连接器包括绝缘壳体和电力接触器,该电力接触器设置在绝缘壳体内。电力接触器包括:第一电接口部分,它接合与配合的电连接器相关联的接触器;第二电接口部分,它接合电路板;及第三电接口部分,它接合电缆插塞式连接器。
根据另一个优选的连接器实施例,现在提供一种电连接器,它具有:绝缘壳体;整体式电力接触器;及两部分式电力接触器。整体式电力接触器具有第一接触壁和结合到第一接触壁上的第二接触壁。由两部分组成的电力接触器具有第一接触壁和第二接触壁,其中第二接触壁没有与第一接触壁相结合。
根据另一个优选的连接器实施例,现在提供一种电连接器,它包括:绝缘壳体;第一电力接触器,它设置在绝缘壳体内;及第二电力接触器,它设置在绝缘壳体内。第一电力接触器包括接触壁和至少一个终端,该终端从壁进行延伸以接合电路板。第二电力接触器包括:接触壁;插塞式突出部,它从壁延伸,以接合AC或者DC电缆插塞或者地线;及终端,它从壁延伸,以接合电路板。

具体实施方式
通过附图和优选实施例的下面详细描述,相信可以更好地理解本发明,在这些附图中,相同标号表示相同的特征。参照图1,优选的电力连接器10呈插孔连接器形状。电连接器10包括具有配合表面12的绝缘壳体11,该配合表面12接合互补的电连接器(管座连接器)。配合表面12具有若干孔,这些孔提供了进入到电力接触器的入口,而这些电力接触器设置在绝缘壳体11内。例如,孔20提供了进入到第一种插孔电力接触器30的接合部分的入口(图2所示),而孔21提供了进入到第二种插孔电力接触器60的接合部分的入口(图中所示),及孔22提供了进入到信号接触器25的入口。第一种插孔电力接触器30包括至少一个塞形突出部34,以接合电缆插塞式连接器例如图1中的连接器15和16。
现在,参照图2,它示出了示例性的第一种电力接触器30,该接触器30具有相对的、优选为平的且平行的接触壁31和32,这些壁借助一个或者更多个桥形元件33来连接。隔开的接触壁31和32产生了中间空间35,以安装与配合的电连接器相关联(参见,例如,图5所示的插座式连接器100)的插塞式接触器。采用两个接触壁可以提高采用上述这些的连接器的电整体性。此外,两个接触壁31、32与中间空间35(该空间35允许在接触壁之间具有气流)相结合提高了散发由输电所产生的热量的能力(和速度)。尽管这里在附图中所示出的所有电力接触器30包括两个分开的接触壁,本发明所设想的、由一个或者多个附加权利要求所限定出的电力接触器可以只包括一个接触壁,或者包括这样的两个接触壁:它们相互邻近,以致不能产生中间空间(如空间35)。类似地,所示出的电力接触器30具有两个分开的桥形元件33,但是,替换实施例可以具有一个桥形元件,该元件沿着接触壁的边缘的主要部分进行延伸,或者可以具有两个以上的桥形元件,这些元件布置在接触壁的一个或者多个边缘上。
接触壁31和32的一些部分共同限定出了第一电接口40,以接合与配合电连接器相关联的接触器。每个接触壁31和32具有多个终端36,这些终端从底部边缘37进行延伸以接合印制电路板,因此限定出了第二电接口41。如上所述,插塞式突出部34从每个接触壁31和32的后边缘39进行延伸,该后边缘限定出第三电接口42以接合电缆插塞式连接器。因此,电力接触器30被成形来与三个独立的、分开的电元件即配合连接器、电缆插塞式连接器和印制电路板相接合。电力接触器30提供通过接触壁31、32和插塞式突出部34从电缆到板的接口和通过接触壁31、32和终端36的从板到板的接口。
现在,参照图3,它示出了电连接器10的后部透视图,该电连接器10包括一些筒仓14以安装各自的电力接触器30。如上所述,电连接器10安装额外的接触器,这些额外的接触器包括第二种电力接触器60和若干信号接触器25,它们被示成已装载到绝缘壳体11中。尽管电力接触器30被成形成提供电线到板的接口和板到板的接口,但是电力接触器60被成形成只提供板到板的接口。
示例性电力接触器60示出在图4中,并且包括两个隔开的接触壁61和62,在接触壁61和62之间形成了中间空间65。接触壁61和62借助两个桥形元件63相互连接起来。与配合电连接器(未示出)相关联的接触器接合每个接触壁61和62的一部分。终端66从每个接触壁的底部边缘67进行延伸,以连接到印制电路板上。一个本领域普通技术人员容易理解,另一种电连接器可以包括少于附图中所示的电力和信号接触器的所有种类。例如,本发明的另一种电连接器可以只具有电力接触器(电力接触器30和/或电力接触器60),或者只具有一种电力接触器(电力接触器30或者60)和若干信号接触器。
另一种优选的电插孔式连接器110示出在图5中并且被示成与插座式连接器100相配合。电连接器110包括绝缘壳体111并且示成具有信号接触器排(signal contact array)125、两个电力接触器60(参见图4)和10个电力接触器130。每个电力接触器130具有插塞式突出部134,该突出部134从壳体顶部113进行延伸,以接合电缆插塞式连接器115。配合连接器100、110被示成分别连接到各自的印制电路板200和201中。
现在,参照图6,所示出的示例性电力接触器130具有两个分开的接触壁131和132及中间空间135。与电力接触器30的接触壁相反,接触壁131、132相互没有连接起来(即示例性电力接触器130是两部分式接触器(two-piece contact))。接触壁131、132各自插入到连接器壳体111中,并且它们的相对位置借助连接器壳体的结构来保持。每个接触壁131、132的一部分共同地限定电接口140,以接合在配合电连接器中的接触器。终端136从接触壁131、132的底部边缘137进行延伸,以限定第二电接口141,并且接合印制电路板。两个隔开的接触壁优选地通过终端36终止于印制电路板中的共用电源层上。接触壁131具有插塞式突出部134,该突出部从顶边缘138进行延伸以限定第三电接口142,并且接合电缆插塞式连接器。接触壁132被示成没有插塞式突出部,但是另一方面也可以具有从顶边缘进行延伸的插塞式突出部。
另一种优选的插孔式连接器210示出在图7中,并且与管座式连接器200相配合。插孔式连接器210包括绝缘壳体211、一排信号接触器225、若干电力接触器60和若干由两部分式电力接触器130。其中一个两部分式电力接触器130包括用来接合地线300的插塞式突出部134。剩余的电力接触器由被覆盖的电缆端口310来包围(因此没有示出),该端口310被成形来安装AC或者DC电缆插塞312。所示出的连接器210具有垂直取向的电缆端口。但是另外的连接器包括被覆盖的电缆端口,该端口从绝缘壳体的后部进行延伸。
优选的电力接触器由合适材料如磷青铜合金、铍铜合金或者导电性较好的铜合金冲压而成或者通过其它方法形成。信号接触器最好是
“引脚”类接触器,这些接触器包括与电路板相连接的尾部,这些信号接触器由合适的材料如铜合金形成。电力接触器和信号接触器可镀有金或者镀有金和镍的混合物。电力接触器壳体最好由填充有玻璃的高温尼龙或者本领域普通技术人员公知的其它材料模制成或者形成。
各种优选的电力接触器和信号接触器的数目和布置可以不同于附图中所示出的这些。此外,本发明所设想的替换电连接器只包括电力接触器并且不包括信号接触器。应该知道,即使上面描述与本发明的结构细节和功能提出了本发明的许多特征和优点,但是这些公开内容只是解释性的。相应地,在本发明的原理内,细节在附加权利要求所限定出的广义意义所表示的整个范围内可以改变,尤其是这些特征的形状、尺寸大小和布置可以改变。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于电连接器的两部分式电力接触器,该电力接触器具有:
第一接触壁,它包括:插塞式突出部,该突出部从第一接触壁延伸,以接合电缆插塞;及终端,它从第一接触壁延伸,以接合电路板;
第二接触壁,它没有与第一接触壁相结合;
其特征在于,第一接触壁的一部分和第二接触壁中的一部分共同地限定电接口,以接合与配合的电连接器相关联的电力接触器。
2.如权利要求1所述的两部分式电力接触器,其特征在于,第二接触壁包括至少一个终端,该终端从其中延伸以接合电路板。
3.如权利要求2所述的两部分式电力接触器,其特征在于,第二接触壁包括从其中延伸的插塞式突出部。
4.一种电连接器,它具有:
绝缘壳体;
电力接触器,它设置在绝缘壳体内,该电力接触器具有第一接触壁和结合到第一接触壁上的第二接触壁,及
两部分式电力接触器,它设置在绝缘壳体内,该两部分式电力接触器具有第一接触壁和第二接触壁,其中第二接触壁与第一接触壁相隔开并且没有与第一接触壁相结合,
其中,两部分式电力接触器的第一接触壁的一部分和两部分式电力接触器的第二接触壁中的一部分共同地限定电接口,以接合与配合的电连接器相关联的电力接触器,两部分式电力接触器的第一接触壁和第二接触壁中的至少一个包括从其中延伸的插塞式突出部,以接合电缆插塞式连接器。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于,该电力接触器和该两部分式电力接触器中的每一个包括用来接合电路板的终端。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,还包括信号接触器,该信号接触器设置在绝缘壳体中。
