Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩的装置,其包括外壳,布置在外壳中用于容纳所述注射装置的容器部件,和保持机构。
背景技术
对于通常手动操作的注射器装置通常在使用之前用手移去保护针罩并且在使用之后用手放回保护针罩。在上述过程中,使用者存在被所述使用过的针伤害的相当大的危险。由于该原因已经提出了不同的工具以用于移去和尤其是放回保护针罩,然而上述所有工具都需要单独的操作步骤。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种装置,通过该装置,保护针罩通过一个处理步骤被移去并且随后被再次放回,所述处理步骤无论如何都是准备注射设备所必需的。
为了实现该目的,本发明的装置的特征在于容器部件在外壳中可旋转,从而在所述容器部件的第一状态,所述保持机构处于释放位置,在所述容器部件的第二状态,所述保持机构处于保持位置,适配所述容器部件,使得所述注射装置能旋转固定连接到所述容器部件。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述容器部件通过旋转可从其第一状态移动到其第二状态。该方案特别对为了插入和移走注射器而通过旋转进行拆卸的注射设备有利。该旋转同时启动保持机构。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本文,在图1中示出了带有容纳于其中的注射器2的自动注射器的前向部件1。在使用自动注射器之前,前向部件1依靠卡口连接器与驱动部件(未示出)组合在一起,所述驱动部件包含自动执行注射所必需的元件,尤其是弹簧。该注射器2的注射针以公知的方式覆盖有放置在其上的保护针罩3。本发明的装置用于在自动注射器的使用前移去保护针罩3,并且在自动注射器的使用之后放回该罩。为了该目的,本发明分别在注射之前和之后使用自动注射器的组装和拆卸过程。
图2-5所示的装置30由外壳4组成,所述外壳由外壳底部5在底部封闭,所述外壳底部5依靠止动片21保持,后者啮合外壳4的开口15。弯曲套管6可旋转地保持在外壳4中,旋转能力由布置在弯曲套管6上的止动器17限制,所述止动器与外壳4上的肋一起工作(该肋在图中不可见)。布置在外壳4中的窗口8在每种情况下对应于弯曲套管6的旋转状态,并允许设在弯曲套管上的两个优选着色的标记区域中的一个可视。布置在外壳4的上部区域中的内凸缘10径向和轴向地支持弯曲套管6,外凸缘11设在弯曲套管6的下部区域中,使用该外凸缘将弯曲套管6在外壳4中径向地引导。弯曲套管的用途是在其内部容纳自动注射器的前向部件1。向上突出的凸出部16和/或设在弯曲套管6内部的肋(未示出)保证了弯曲套管6和自动注射器的前向部件1之间的旋转固定连接。
四个轴承销20从外壳底部5向上突出,四个夹持元件7可旋转地固定在所述轴承销上。这些夹持元件7的用途在于当自动装配注射器时紧夹和紧握保护针罩3,并且当为了丢弃用过的注射器2而再次拆开自动注射器时相反地再次解开保护针罩3。如图4所示,夹紧肋24设在夹持元件7上,所述肋被压入到保护针罩3的较软材料中以便牢固地将其夹紧。夹持元件7的运动如下所述由形成于弯曲套管6下方的弯曲部件18控制。在弯曲套管6的内部具有挤压曲面22,当弯曲套管6以顺时针转动时,该曲面向内挤压夹持元件7。这可以在图4中被最清楚地看到。如果弯曲套管6以逆时针转动,那么布置在挤压曲面22中的释放曲面(在图3中最清楚地示出)23作用在控制销19上,所述控制销9布置成在每个夹持元件7上向上突出,并且向外挤压夹持元件7。弯曲套管6的弯曲部件18与其外周边25一起在外壳底部5中被引导,形成于外壳底部5上的舌状件26以这样的方式与外部区域25一起工作使得弯曲套管6锁定在其两个旋转终点状态。
对于该装置的应用,它可以用一只手紧握或者有利地设置在相应的装载箱27中,这将在下面进一步描述。然后自动注射器的前向部件1从上方被放置到弯曲套管6,充满试剂并且具有注射针和保护针罩3的注射器插入到前向部件1中。然后放置并以顺时针旋转自动注射器的驱动部件。在旋转的同时或者紧接着该旋转后,分别依靠独立部件之间的摩擦力-自动注射器的驱动部件依靠上述的卡口连接器连接到前向部件1,并且弯曲套管6旋转到外壳4中,其中夹持元件7通过挤压曲面22而被向内推动,保护针罩3紧夹在它们之间。现在可以在窗口8中看到不同颜色例如绿色的区域9,这表明自动注射器已经准备好用于操作和可以向上撤回,由此保护针罩3仍然夹在夹持元件7之间。当注射之后,整个过程以相反的顺序执行,自动注射器与其前向部件1一起插入弯曲套管6,注射针滑入到保护针罩3中,并且自动注射器的操作部件以逆时针被旋转,以便释放其与前向部件1的连接。在该旋转中,弯曲套管被带动并且释放曲面23保证了夹持元件7释放保护针罩。最后,注射器2和放回的保证针罩3一起从前向部件1被移去。
图5显示了用于自动注射器的装载箱27,在该装载箱中上述的装置30保持在使用位置。在该装置的外壳4中具有带有止动片13的弹性舌状件12,所述止动片咬合连接到设在装载箱27的容器34中的止动槽14中。在所述实施例中的该装载箱同时是由下部28,盖29和锁31组成的箱。除了用于装置30的所述容器24之外,所示的实施例包括用于自动注射器的驱动部件的容器32,用于该装置的容器33,用于张紧自动注射器的弹簧的张力销35和另一个容器36,该容器36用于诸如紧固和松开路厄锁定型注射针的扳手这样的工具。

Claims (10)

1. 一种用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置,其包括外壳(4),布置在外壳(4)中用于容纳所述注射装置的容器部件(6),和保持机构(7),其中所述容器部件(6)在外壳(4)中可旋转,从而在所述容器部件(6)的第一状态,所述保持机构(7)处于释放位置,在所述容器部件(6)的第二状态,所述保持机构(7)处于保持位置,其特征在于,适配所述容器部件(6),使得所述注射装置能旋转固定连接到所述容器部件(6)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置,其特征在于:所述容器部件(6)通过旋转可从其第一状态移动到其第二状态。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置,其特征在于:所述保持机构被设计成夹持元件(7),该夹持元件能够围绕平行于该装置的纵轴线的枢轴(20)对着该纵轴线旋转。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置,其特征在于:所述容器部件(6)包括挤压曲面(22),该挤压曲面在所述容器(6)的第二旋转状态下朝着该装置的纵轴线挤压夹持元件(7)。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置,其特征在于:所述容器部件(6)包括释放曲面(23),该挤压曲面在所述容器(6)的第一旋转状态下远离该装置的纵轴线挤压夹持元件(7)。
6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置,其特征在于:通过指示机构(8)使所述容器部件的旋转状态从外部可见。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置,其特征在于:所述指示机构(8)包括在外壳(4)中的窗口,在所述容器(6)的每个旋转状态下所述容器上的不同标记区域(9)通过所述窗口可见。
8. 用于准备注射装置的装载箱(27),其特征在于:所述装载箱包含根据权利要求1-7之一的用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置(30)。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的装载箱,其特征在于:所述用于临时保持注射装置的保护针罩(3)的装置(30)可移动地容纳在所述装载箱(27)中。
10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装载箱,其特征在于:所述装载箱被设计成用于存储注射装置的部件的箱(28,29)。
