The two piezoelectric sheets are one of PZT, PMN, PNN, PSN, PMN-PT, PNN-PT, PSN-PT, PZN-PT, and have a single-layer structure or a laminated structure of different components. The vibrating diaphragm and the atomizing diaphragm are made of single crystal silicon, and can also be made of corrosion-resistant metals or alloys, such as nickel, nickel-cobalt alloy, nickel-palladium alloy, nickel-chromium-cobalt-rhodium alloy, etc. The vibrating diaphragm and the atomizing diaphragm are bonded to form a liquid cavity, and there is a liquid supply fiber group made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers in the liquid cavity.
