Abstract
本发明提供一种治疗骨质增生的中草药剂，由外敷药和内服药组成，外敷药由白芷、吴萸、栀子、生地、五加皮等中草药经茶油煎制而成，内服药由白芍、木瓜、鸡血藤、黄芪等中草药研细成末而成。本发明用于治疗骨质增生，其有效率达96.6%，治愈率92.6%，疗程短，不易复发。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及中草药配制，具体地说，是提供一种治疗骨质增生的中草药剂。
背景技术 骨质增生是指椎骨边缘或关节边缘，关节面及骨突处骨小梁增多和骨密质增高，属生理代偿性改变。然而，增生的骨质压迫其周围神经、血管等组织，或使其周围发生炎症及反应，由此疾病而产生相应的临床症状，则称为“骨质增生病”或“增生性骨关节炎”，病程缠绵难愈。骨质增生属祖国医学痹病，腰痛、膝痛、骨痹等范畴。西医采用牵引、推拿、手术等治疗，治效不理想。中医利用方药内服、外敷的方法治之，一般复发率较高。如中国专利“骨质增生治疗液的制作方法”(CN1049453A)提供了一种由水蛭、鸡血藤、赤芍等中草药制成的治疗骨质增生的中草药剂，就存在上述缺陷。
发明内容 本发明的目的就在于提供一种中草药剂，其用于治疗骨质增生疗效好，不易复发。
为达到上述目的，本发明的实施方案为：本发明提供的治疗骨质增生的中草药剂由内服药和外敷药组成，外敷药的制作组份为：
白 芷 80-100克 吴 萸 20-40克
栀 子 100-140克 生 地 100-140克
五加皮 80-100克 羌 活 50-70克
防 风 50-70克 赤 芍 80-100克
当 归 80-100克 独 活 50-70克
蜈 蚣 20-40条 骨碎补 50-70克
乳 香 30-50克 没 药 30-50克
全 蝎 30-50
外敷药的制备方法为：将乳香、没药、蜈蚣、全蝎以外的中草药原料加入2千克茶油或花生油，煎至药枯(不要成炭)，掏出药物，再将油剂煎至300℃，加黄丹，加入量为：夏季每500克油加240克，冬季每500克油加120克，秋夏季每500克油加210克。加黄丹时要小量慢加，边加边搅，直到药油变成漆黑，滴水成珠即可。然后将研成粉未的乳香、没药、蜈蚣、全蝎加入药膏中，搅匀，包装即成。使用时，将药膏置于医用胶布，每块胶布置药15克，将其敷于患处，上覆水温为70-80度热水袋，每次1小时，每日2次，隔天换一次药，40天为一疗程。
内服药的制作组份为：
白 芍1.5-2.5kg 木 瓜1.5-2.5kg 鸡血藤1.5-2.5kg
红 芪1.5-2.5kg 甘 草1.5-2.5kg 威灵仙1.5-2.5kg
干地黄2.5-3.5kg 山 药1.0-2.0kg 山茱萸1.0-2.0kg
制乳香0.5-1.5kg 制没药0.5-1.5kg 泽 泻0.5-1.5kg
茯 苓0.5-1.5kg 丹 皮0.5-1.5kg 桂 枝0.5-1.5kg
桑寄生2.5-3.5kg 狗 脊0.5-1.5kg 牛 膝1.0-2.0kg
其制备方法是将上述原料研细未，装胶襄，每个胶襄装0.5g。使用时，口服每次5克，每日三次。
为验证本发明的疗效情况，1999年3月29日至2001年5月20日两年时间作了临床观察，具体分析如下：
(一)病例选择：①性别：男69例，女81例，男∶女为1∶1.17，患病率女略多于男。
②年龄：见表1

疗效标准：
临床治愈：症状消失，劳力恢复。
好转：症状基本消失，仅在劳动时疼痛。
无效：症状、体征不变。
本发明治疗各部位骨质增生症150例，绝大多数疗程为30天，少数40天，个别60天，其中临床治愈139例，占92.6％，好转6例占4％，无效5例占3.4％，复发1例，占0.67％，疗效较为满意。
具体实施方式 下面给出本发明的几个实施例。
各实施例的外敷药组份：见表4

外敷药的制备方法是，将乳香、没药、蜈蚣、全蝎以外的所有组份加入2千克茶油，煎至药枯，注意不至药枯成炭，掏出药物，再将油剂煎至300℃，加黄丹210克，在加黄丹时要小量慢加，边加边搅拌，直到药油变成漆黑，滴水成珠即可。再加入研成未状的乳香、没药、蜈蚣、全蝎，搅匀，包装即成。

1、一种治疗骨质增生的中草药剂，由内服药和外敷药组成，其特征在于，外敷药的有效成分由以下组份组成：
白芷80-100克 吴萸20-40克
栀子100-140克 生地100-140克
五加皮80-100克 羌活50-70克
防风50-70克 赤芍80-100克
当归80-100克 独活50-70克
蜈蚣20-40条 骨碎补50-70克
乳香30-50克 没药30-50克
全蝎30-50克
内服药的有效成分由以下组份组成：
白芍1500-2500克 木瓜1500-2500克
鸡血藤1500-2500克 红芪1500-2500克
甘草1500-2500克 威灵仙1500-2500克
干地黄2500-3500克 山药1000-2500克
山茱萸1000-2000克 制乳香500-1500克
制没药500-1500克 泽泻500-1500克
茯苓500-1500克 丹皮500-1500克
桂枝500-1500克 桑寄生2500-3500克
狗脊500-1500克 牛膝1000-2000克
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗骨质增生的中草药剂，其特征在于，外敷药的有效成分由以下重量的组份组成：
白芷90克 吴萸30克 栀子120克
生地120克 五加皮90克 羌活60克
防风60克 赤芍90克 当归90克
独活60克 蜈蚣30克 骨碎补60克
乳香40克 没药40克 全蝎40克

千地黄3000克 山药1500克 山茱萸1500克
制乳香1000克 制没药1000克 泽泻1000克
茯苓1000克 丹皮1000克 桂枝1000克
桑寄生3000克 狗脊1000克 牛膝1500克。
