Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于无纺布(nonwovens)整理(finishing)的组合物,和在此润肤液(lotion)中作为结晶促进剂(crystallization accelerators)的所选化合物的应用,还涉及用本发明的润肤液进行整理的无纺布。
在卫生用品如尿布或卫生巾的制备中,使用吸收材料以吸收水性流体。为了防止吸收材料在穿着时直接接触并增加穿着舒适性,用薄的、透水的无纺布覆盖该材料。这类无纺布通常用合成纤维如聚烯烃或聚酯纤维制备,因为这些纤维可以低成本生产,具有良好的机械性能,并且是热稳定的。
在卫生用品领域,为了普遍提高承受能力(tolerability)和穿着舒适性,这一类型的无纺布越来越多的配备有亲肤(skin-friendly)润肤液。例如,DE 3309 530 C1描述了用由甘油三酯和/或具有8至18个碳原子的椰子油脂肪酸(coconut oil fatty acid)偏甘油酯(partial glycerides)组成的护肤(skincare)材料浸渍的卫生吸收垫。为了在被穿着时这些制剂可以毫无问题从无纺布转移至皮肤,DE 33 09 530选择甘油三酯和偏甘油酯混合物使其具有35-40℃的升点(rise point)。
WO96/16682中给出了在穿着卫生用品期间将护肤物转移到皮肤的另一种方式。其描述了用在20℃为固态或半固态的润肤液制备的内部覆盖网状物(web)的尿片,并且在被穿着时,润肤液转移至穿用者的皮肤上。这些润肤液包含10-95%的在室温下为塑性(plastic)或液体的无水润肤剂,和5-90%的熔点至少为35℃,优选为40℃的所谓固定剂(immobilizer)。
然而,已知的润肤液的主要问题是它们的储存稳定性。润肤液本身在室温即接近36-38℃下处于一种形态,该形态使它们可以毫无困难地从无纺布转移到皮肤,即在此温度下润肤液应具有足够的粘性从无纺布上分离开并转移到皮肤上是非常重要的。然而,如果卫生产品存放在较高温度如大于30℃下,与温度有关的该过程会产生一些问题。在这种情况下,经常观察到润肤液在无纺布上“渗出(exude)”。因此本发明的目的是提供应用在用于卫生用品的无纺布中的亲肤润肤液,其中所述润肤液的储存稳定性,特别在高温下要得到保证。
另外,还要注意其中的,如尿片中的无纺布必须对液体不渗透,并由此一般制备成亲水的。因而用通常疏水的亲肤润肤液进一步整理可以减少或显著减弱通过网状物到吸收材料的液体输送。此外,希望润肤液能尽可能完全地从无纺布转移到穿用者的皮肤上,关于这一点,任选提供另外的附加用途,例如能减少气味的形成、或其它细菌、真菌和酵母的生长。原则上,当然必须使润肤液能易于涂布于无纺布,并尽可能用公知的制备方法来涂布它们。发现采用现有技术的产品不能完全获得这些性质。
令人惊讶地是,申请人发现通过结合基于其熔化行为而选择的三种组分有可能获得上述的目的。
因此本发明提供:在第一种实施方式中,在21℃下为固体的组合物,包含至少
a)5-70%重量在25-37℃范围内熔化的组分,选自合成蜡、石蜡、脂肪酸酯、多羟基脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇、烷氧基化的脂肪酸酯、烷氧基化的脂肪醇,及这些化合物的混合物;和

熔化本身定义为通过输入热量,物质从固体至液体聚集态的转变,其中,由于粒子的动能增加,其振幅变大以至于使得点阵结构(lattice structure)崩溃。熔点定义为在压力,通常为1013hPa下,物质的液相和固相处于热力学平衡时的温度。然而事实上,在实际中所用的术语“熔点”大都只是固态至液态的转变点,而不是相似地向相反方向进行转变时的温度。这一过程吸收的热量是指熔化热或熔化焓。尽管也有例外,但通常随着压力的增加熔点上升。对许多纯物质,由于在输入热量期间温度可以保持一段时间恒定,因此能很精确地测定熔点。对无定形的玻璃状物质,由于不存在晶体点阵,没有一定的(specific)熔点。在脂肪、软膏、乳酪或栓剂材料的熔化行为中可以观察到类似的现象。在这些情况中,可以使用凝固点,即所谓的升点和降点(dropping point)用于表征。
结晶促进剂的作用可以理解为意味着其必须具有比液体至半液体组分a)高的非常尖锐(sharp)的熔点,但须低于润肤液涂敷的温度。在相对较低温度熔化的组分a),在较高温度熔化的组分b),和同时加入的结晶促进剂c)的组合使得润肤液,首先即使在高温下仍是储存稳定的,同时在被穿着时可以从无纺布转移到穿用者的皮肤上。
组分a)可以选自本领域的技术人员已知的大量的化合物,这里,熔点必须在25℃至最高37℃是非常重要的。首先,对于这一目的,有可能采用某些石蜡,也可以采用脂肪酸酯,特别是脂肪醇。合适的石蜡优选为半固体石蜡,如软石蜡,优选矿脂。合适的脂肪醇是,例如,十二醇或蓖麻(ricinol)醇,来列举不饱和脂肪醇的一个代表。另外合适的物质选自合成蜡类,例如聚乙烯/马来酐的共聚物。对本发明的目的来说,使用甘油酯特别合适,这里优选必须具有所需25-37℃熔点的偏甘油酯和甘油三酯的混合物。在此给出的特别优选物是具有8-18个碳原子的脂肪酸的甘油酯的混合物:
甘油酯为脂肪酸的甘油一、二和/或三酸酯,该脂肪酸,即,如己酸、辛酸、2-乙基己酸、癸酸、月桂酸、异十三酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、棕榄(palmoleic)酸、十八酸、异十八酸、油酸、反油酸、岩芹酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、桐酸、花生酸、顺9-二十碳烯酸、山萮酸、芥酸,及其工业级(technical-grade)混合物。
它们符合式(1),
其中R是COR′基团,其中R’是具有6至22个碳原子的支链或直链、饱和或未饱和的烷基基团,和/或其独立地为氢。典型的例子为月桂酸甘油一酯、月桂酸甘油二酯、椰子脂肪酸甘油一酯、椰子脂肪酸甘油三酯、棕榈酸甘油一酯、棕榈酸甘油三酯、十八酸甘油一酯、十八酸甘油二酯、异十八酸甘油一酯、异十八酸甘油二酯、油酸甘油一酯、油酸甘油二酯、动物脂肪酸甘油一酸酯、动物脂肪酸甘油二酸酯、山萮酸甘油一酸酯、山萮酸甘油二酸酯、芥酸甘油一酸酯、芥酸甘油二酸酯,及其工业级混合物,其中也可包含来自制备过程中的少量甘油三酯作为次要组分。
特别是,合适的组分a)是由申请人出售的商品名Novata B的椰子偏甘油酯和甘油三酯的混合物。Novata B的熔点(依照DGF CIV 3a)为33-36℃,酸值为0.3(依照DGF CV 2)。依照DGF CV 3皂化值为225-240。分子量为710。对组分a)另外的合适的混合物是申请人出售的Novata(299(熔点34℃)。
在正描述的组合物中组分b)必须具有至少高于组分a)熔点5℃的熔点。优选组分b)具有40-60℃范围内的熔点。这里给出的具体的优选物是C14-22脂肪醇、C12-22脂肪酸及其烷氧基化的衍生物,和脂肪醇和酯等化合物。然而,具有所需熔化性质的硬石蜡也是合适的。在该情况下,对本工艺教导的目的来说,不同的甘油酯或C8-18段(cut)的脂肪酸的混合物,特别对组分b)是合适的。对组分a)和b)都特别适合的是椰子脂肪酸的甘油三酯和偏酯。其中的C8-18段,与甘油酯的链长或酯化度的选择有关,有可能生成具有不同熔点的混合物。月桂(lauric)(C14)酯和肉豆蔻(myristic)(C16)酯的混合物基本上存在。
所用的高熔点组分b)优选申请人出售的Novata D。其也是椰子脂肪酸的甘油三酯和偏甘油酯的混合物,但具有不同的熔化范围。Novata D的熔点(依照DGF C IV 3a)为40-42℃,酸值为0.3(依照DGF CV 2)。皂化值为215-230(依照DGF CV 3)。
使用结晶促进剂组分c)对本发明非常重要。这类物质的熔化范围,首先,至少为45℃,其次,该组分的熔化范围应优选尽可能窄,并由此应不超出(extend over)大于4.5℃,优选2.5℃和更小。
这里特别合适作为组分c)的是所选的C12-C21脂肪酸的甘油偏酯,优选依照DGF C IV 3a具有熔化范围58-60℃的甘油一硬脂酸酯(glycerolmonostearate),或依照DGF C IV 3a具有熔化范围56-60℃的甘油单月桂酸酯。另外合适的甘油单酸酯是甘油一癸酸酯(熔点53℃)或肉豆蔻酸甘油酯(熔点70.5℃)。
如果使用本发明的结晶促进剂c),由于它们的熔化温度高于熔化温度较低的组分a),但还没有达到将润肤液涂布到无纺布的温度,因此可以毫无问题地获得可以涂布到无纺布上的润肤液。涂布温度优选60-80℃,并需要根据所用的结晶促进剂来调整涂布温度。
在选择组分a)至c)时,它们的熔点是第一重要的。另外,根据组分a)至c)的限定(definition),要考虑在本发明的组合物中至少存在三种不同的物质。组分c)优选具有熔点30-35℃。尤其优选,如果组分c)的熔点比组分b)的熔点低,优选低5-10℃,特别优选低10-15℃。
组合物本身优选具有35-65℃的熔点,特别是35-50℃,并优选35-45℃。组合物的熔化行为对于应用十分重要,因此对本发明的组合物优选具有彼此明显分开的两个熔化范围,并优选用DSC测量来确定。组合物的熔化焓优选为80-160J/g,特别优选90-140J/g,最优选100-125J/g。另外,不采纳如上面引用的WO 96/16682和WO 96/16681中公开的液体或半固体混合物的共使用。
本发明的组合物是无水的,即,其含有的水的总量小于5%重量,优选0.5-3%重量,更优选0.5-2%重量,特别优选0.5-1.5%重量。从而优选选择无水组分a)至c)以免去在制备期间昂贵的干燥步骤。
在本发明的组合物中,在优选实施方式中,存在的组分a)的量为10-60%重量,组分b)的量为10-60%重量,组分c)的量为10-25%重量。
另外,本发明的组合物也可以用其它常用的成分,例如硅氧烷蜡(silicone wax)或聚硅氧烷,其含量为1-6%重量,优选1.5-5.5%重量,特别优选2-5%重量。聚硅氧烷是公知的含有以下结构作为单体单元的聚合物。
在此,R”和R彼此独立地为氢、烷基、环烷基、芳基或链烯基基团。此类聚硅氧烷优选在37℃具有粘度5-5000mpa s。
此外,本发明的组合物可包含亲肤或护肤物,优选其含量为0.1-10%重量,特别优选1-8%重量,最优选2-6%重量。
该类成分可以是,例如红没药醇、alantoin和泛醇。也可采用维生素,优选维生素E和维生素前体(precursor),和蛋白质水解物。植物提取物也是合适的,优选从甘菊、芦荟(aloe vera)、椴树花(lime blossom)、七叶树(horsechestnut)、绿茶、橡树皮、大荨麻、蛇麻草、牛蒡(burdock)、问荆、山楂、杏仁、云杉针叶、扁桃木(almond wood)、刺柏、椰子、杏、柠檬、小麦、猕猴桃(kiwi)、甜瓜、桔子、柚子、鼠尾草、迷迭香、桦树、锦葵、白花酢参、姜根中得到的提取物。此外,还可以包含其它的护肤物。特别是,这些物质在此提及的有脱乙酰壳多糖和氧化锌和蓖麻醇酸锌。
本发明特别优选的组合物包含:50-60%重量的具有30-33℃熔点的椰子脂肪酸的甘油酯混合物作为组分a),10-20%重量的具有57-60℃熔点的线性不饱和脂肪醇作为组分b),15-20%重量具有45-48℃熔点的聚乙烯基硬脂基醚,和任选的2-5%重量的硅氧烷蜡,以及任选的5-10%重量的护肤物,优选鳄梨油。
组合物用常规方法制备,即在升高的温度,优选在40-80℃,特别优选在50-70℃下,通过将各个液体组分混合而制备。组分混合期间的具体顺序是不需要的。然后将组合物冷却至室温(21℃)。
本发明还提供了在用于无纺布的亲肤整理的润肤液中作为结晶促进剂的单月桂酸甘油酯和/或聚乙烯基硬脂基醚的使用。
无纺布是本领域的技术人员公知的材料。对本发明的目的来说,优选的无纺布是由全部或部分聚烯烃组成的那些。目前已知的和基于乙烯和丙烯的所有类型的聚合物和共聚物对其都是合适的。原则上纯的聚烯烃和共聚物的混合物也是合适的。根据本发明的教导特别适合的聚合物的类型列出如下:聚乙烯,如HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)、LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)、VLDPE(超低密度聚乙烯)、LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、MDPE(中密度聚乙烯)、UHMPE(超高分子量聚乙烯)、CPE(交联聚乙烯),HPPE(高压聚乙烯);全同立构聚丙烯;间规聚丙烯;在金属茂催化剂的制备的聚丙烯、抗冲改性聚丙烯、基于乙烯和丙烯的无规共聚物;EPM(聚[乙烯-丙烯]);EPDM(聚[乙烯丙烯共轭二烯])。另外的合适的聚合物类型是:聚苯乙烯;聚甲基苯乙烯;聚甲醛;金属茂催化的α-烯烃或环烯共聚物,如降冰片烯-乙烯共聚物;含有至少80%的乙烯和/或苯乙烯和小于20%的单体(如醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、丙烯腈、氯乙烯)的共聚物。所述聚合物的例子是:聚乙烯丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、聚氯乙烯-乙烯(poly(ethylenevinyl chloride))、聚苯乙烯丙烯腈。接枝共聚物和聚合物共混物,即聚合物的混合物,其中除其它的以外,特别是存在上述指出的聚合物,如基于聚乙烯和聚丙烯的聚合物共混物也是合适的。
在本发明的范围内,特别优选基于乙烯和丙烯的均聚物和共聚物。在本发明的一个实施方式中,由此专使用聚乙烯作为聚烯烃,在另一实施方式中专使用聚丙烯,在另外的实施方式中使用基于乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
在本发明最优选的实施方式中,组分a)是聚丙烯。本发明还提供了由上述工艺制备且能被用于生产织物的水介质润湿的亲水化的聚烯烃基或聚酯基纤维的应用。优选该织物是无纺布。在特别优选的实施方式中,这些织物意指用于尿布中。
本发明还包括用上述组合物对含聚乙烯的无纺布进行整理的技术教导。
实施例
制备本发明的下列组合物1和2,并考察其熔化行为。为此,在每例中进行DSC测量。加热/冷却的速率分别为10K/min和-1K/min。
组合物1:
a)58%重量的椰子脂肪酸偏甘油酯和甘油三酯的混合物,熔点:34℃
b)15%重量的十八烷醇,熔点:56-58℃
c)20%重量的聚乙烯基硬脂基醚,熔点:45℃
d)2%重量的硅氧烷蜡
组合物的熔点是49℃,熔化热是112J/g。
组合物2:
a)55%重量的椰子脂肪酸偏甘油酯和甘油三酯的混合物,熔点:34℃
b)15%重量的单月桂酸甘油酯,熔点是63℃
c)20%重量的聚乙烯基硬脂基醚,熔点:45℃
d)5%重量的硅氧烷蜡
熔点是46℃,熔化热是82J/g。
上述组合物可以毫无问题地涂布到无纺布上,并且适合制备用于卫生用品的无纺布。
为测定本发明的润肤液的冷却性质,制备了三种润肤液并加热至70℃。润肤液1和2含有本发明的结晶促进剂。润肤液3不含此化合物。
热的润肤液(每种0.5ml)放置在倾斜的玻璃板上(角度35°)。然后测量流动距离直到润肤液停止下流。测量得到的润肤液1和润肤液2的距离为大约15cm,而没有权利要求1中的化合物c)的润肤液需要流动21cm才能停下。
Claims (14)
1.21℃下为固体的用于无纺布整理的组合物,至少包含
a)5-70%重量的在25-37℃范围内熔化的组分,其选自合成蜡、石蜡、脂肪酸酯、多羟基脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇、烷氧基化的脂肪酸酯、烷氧基化的脂肪醇,及这些化合物的混合物;和
b)5-70%重量的熔点比组分a)的熔点至少高5℃的组分,并且组分b)选自多羟基脂肪酸酯、C14脂肪醇、C12脂肪酸、该脂肪醇和脂肪酯的烷氧基化的衍生物,及这些组分的混合物,其特征还在于该组合物还包含组分
c)5-25%重量的结晶促进剂,其选自偏甘油酯和聚合蜡,条件是该结晶促进剂的熔点为45-70℃,并且所述组合物包含小于5%重量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组分b)的熔点为40-60℃。
3.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组分a)选自具有8至18个碳原子的脂肪酸的甘油酯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述的组分b)选自具有8至18个碳原子的脂肪酸的甘油酯的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组分a)和/或b)每种都包含椰子脂肪酸的甘油三酯或偏酯,在每种情况下该混合物都具有所要求的熔点。
6.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于存在具有C12脂肪酸的甘油偏酯作为组分c)。
7.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于存在聚乙烯基硬脂基醚作为组分c)。
8.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于包含10-60%重量的组分a),10-60%重量的组分b)和10-25%重量的组分c)。
9.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于其熔点为35-65℃。
10.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组合物包含硅氧烷蜡,其量为1-6%重量。
11.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组合物包含亲肤和/或护肤物,其量为0.1-10%重量。
12.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组合物包含0.5-3%重量的水。
13.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组合物包含50-60%重量的熔点为30-33℃的椰子脂肪酸甘油酯的混合物作为组分a),10-20%重量的熔点为57-60℃的线性、不饱和脂肪醇作为组分b),15至20份熔点为45-48℃的聚乙烯基硬脂基醚作为组分c),和任选的2-5%重量的硅氧烷蜡,及5-10%重量的护肤物。
14.包含聚乙烯的无纺布,其特征在于采用权利要求1所述的组合物对该无纺布进行整理。
