Abstract
一个模压圆环形离合器摩擦衬片有许多模压在该摩擦衬片上的表面沟槽,每一个沟槽的大致延伸至圆环宽度的一半左右,深度不超过摩擦衬片厚度的40%,它从圆环的中心孔处,和/或是从圆环的外圆周处径向延伸。
Description
本发明涉及离合器摩擦衬片,特别涉及具有表面沟槽的离合器摩擦衬片。
离合器摩擦衬片一般采用圆环形的形式,这个圆环由摩擦衬垫材料制成,并被固定到一个离合器片上。使之具有沟槽,沟槽或是在径向方向,或是在与径向方向成一锐角的方向穿过圆环宽度而延伸已是众所周知的技术。
开设沟槽具有许多优点,这些优点包括:
(Ⅰ)大大地改进了传递扭矩的能力和坡道起动的性能;
(Ⅱ)减少了颤抖的倾向;
(Ⅲ)改进了调整性能;
(Ⅳ)改进了对“粘合”的抗力(“粘合”是指摩擦衬片粘附于与其配合的表面上的现象,这种现象阻止离合器被分开)。
然而,开设沟槽也带来了许多缺点。在用模压制造的离合器摩擦衬片的情况下,如果在摩擦衬片上机加工出沟槽,则这些沟槽的制造费用增加,如果在摩擦衬片上模压出沟槽,则要降低这些沟槽的破裂强度。
英国专利1,498,813公开了一种带有沟槽的圆环形摩擦衬片的改进结构。该摩擦衬片上的沟槽从圆环的外圆周向内延伸并在离内中心孔很短一段距离终止,因而衬片的强度有一定改善。但是这种沟槽结构的摩擦衬片仍存在缺点,即在摩擦衬片的部分宽度范围内的整个圆周上不具有沟槽,这对摩擦衬片的工作性能是不利的。
本发明的目的是提出一种特别适合于(但不是仅适合于)在一个薄的、重量轻的模压离合器摩擦衬片中的沟槽结构,这种结构布置合理,在摩擦衬片的整个圆环宽度上都具有沟槽,因而可以在获得沟槽的优点的同时,又保持摩擦衬片具有满意的强度。
根据本发明,一个模压圆环形离合器摩擦衬片(如下面所述的那样)具有许多的表面沟槽,在这些表面沟槽中,每一个表面沟槽都是在摩擦衬片上模压而制成,每一个表面沟槽仅仅径向延伸至圆环宽度的一半处左右,每一个表面沟槽的深度不超过摩擦衬片厚度的40%,这些沟槽是从圆环的中心孔处和/或是从圆环的外圆周处径向延伸,上述沟槽的布置使摩擦衬片的各部分保持约圆环宽度的一半未被削弱。
在这个“模压摩擦衬片”的详细说明中,我们所指的离合器摩擦衬片不是从由浸渍线缠绕制成,而是从由纤维、聚合粘结剂和其它任意的配料(诸如填充剂和摩擦改良剂组成的一种混合物模压制成。较好的摩擦衬片是无石棉摩擦衬片。这样的摩擦衬片是好通过灌浆成形技术(例如象我们的英国专利1604827中所描述的那样)模压制成。
这些沟槽的深度最好不超过模压摩擦衬片厚度35%。
这些沟槽的布置可以是径向布置,或是与径向方向成一角度地布置,但最好是径向布置。
这些沟槽的宽度应该在1到2.5毫米的范围内,特别当摩擦衬片是一个薄轻的衬片,也就是摩擦衬片厚度为2到3毫米的情况时,最好不超过1.5毫米。一般情况下,沟槽的宽度应小于摩擦衬片的厚度。
这些沟槽的数量一般是12到48个,最好是偶数,并相间均匀地围绕着衬片布置。这些沟槽最好被布置成从圆环的中心孔处和圆环的外圆周处交替地径向延伸。
按照本发明这种方式开设沟槽的摩擦衬片提供了一般沟槽所具有的优点。这些沟槽穿过衬片径向延伸,但它们并没有象一般的模压沟槽那样降低衬片的破裂强度,因为在本发明摩擦衬片的各个部分,圆环宽度的一半保持着未被削弱的状态。
本发明现在将只通过例子,参考附图作更详细的说明。在附图中:
图1和图2为平面视图,分别表示了两个带有不同型式的惯用沟槽的摩擦衬片的局部;
图3表示了一个带有按照本发明制造的沟槽的离合器摩擦衬片的平面视图。
图1中表示了一个圆环形离合器摩擦衬片1,在该摩擦衬片1中,沟槽2穿过圆环的全部宽度。沟槽2的布置与径向方向成一角度,并且每一个沟槽都有一个喇叭型开口端3。
在图2中说明的是圆环形离合器摩擦衬片4,它除了在该摩擦衬片中的沟槽5外,其它类似于图1中所示的离合器摩擦衬片,在摩擦衬片4中,每一个沟槽5都有一个闭封端6(也就是沟槽5没有穿过圆环的边缘径向延伸)。
在图1和2所示的两个摩擦衬片中,沟槽相对于径向方向的角度是锐角。当沟槽离开半径方向倾斜时,这个角度是倾斜的较好方向。
如图3所示,一个按照本发明的圆环离合器摩擦衬片7具有沟槽8和9。沟槽8从摩擦衬片7的中心孔处径向地向外延伸,沟槽9从摩擦衬片的外圆周径向地向内延伸,沟槽8和9围绕圆环交错地布置,每一个沟槽在摩擦衬片的边缘处有一个开口端10,在接近圆环宽度的中部有一个封闭端11。
在图3所说明的衬片的一个实施例中摩擦衬片是一个由灌浆成形技术制造的无石棉摩擦衬片。该摩擦衬片的全部厚度是2毫米,模压沟槽的最大深度是0.25毫米,每一个沟槽径向延伸到越过圆环宽度中点1毫米处,每一个沟槽的宽度为1毫米。
Claims (7)
1、一种模压圆环形离合器摩擦衬片,具有许多表面沟槽,在这些沟槽中每一个沟槽都是模压在摩擦衬片上的,其特征在于,每一个沟槽仅仅径向延伸至圆环宽度的一半处左右,每一个沟槽的深度都不超过摩擦衬片厚度的40%,这些沟槽的布置是从圆环的中心孔处和/或圆环的外圆周处径向延伸,这样布置使摩擦衬片的各部分保持约圆环宽度的一半未被削弱。
2、按照权利要求1的离合器摩擦衬片,其特征在于,沟槽的深度不超过摩擦衬片厚度的35%。
3、按照权利要求1或2的离合器摩擦衬片,其特征在于,每一个沟槽的宽度都不大于摩擦衬片的厚度。
4、按照权利要求1或2的离合器摩擦衬片,其特征在于,沟槽的宽度在1到2.5毫米的范围内。
5、按照权利要求4的离合器摩擦衬片,其特征在于,它是一种由灌浆模压成形技术制成的摩擦衬片,厚度2到3毫米,具有宽度在1到1.5毫米范围内的沟槽。
6、按照权利要求1的离合器摩擦衬片,其特征在于,沟槽的数目是偶数,并且围绕着摩擦衬片均匀的布置。
7、按照权利要求1的离合器摩擦衬片,其特征在于,沟槽的布置是交错地从圆环的中心孔和圆环的外径径向延伸的。
