Description

  

  Verfahren zur Gewinnung und Reinigung von Zellstoff aus     zellstoffhaltigen    Stoffen.    Es ist bekannt, Holz und andere     zellstoff-          haltige    Rohstoffe durch Einwirkung von       Chlordioxydlösungen    und Nachbehandlung  mit     Alkalilauge    aufzuschliessen.  



  Es hat sich nun herausgestellt,     dass    das  Verfahren wesentlich vereinfacht werden  kann, wenn man das Chlordioxyd in solchen  Lösemitteln anwendet, die das durch Chlor  dioxyd veränderte     Lignin    aufzulösen ver  mögen. Hierzu ist beispielsweise verdünnte  Essigsäure geeignet.



  Process for the extraction and purification of cellulose from cellulose-containing materials. It is known that wood and other raw materials containing cellulose can be broken down by the action of chlorine dioxide solutions and subsequent treatment with alkali.



  It has now been found that the process can be considerably simplified if the chlorine dioxide is used in solvents that are able to dissolve the lignin modified by chlorine dioxide. Dilute acetic acid, for example, is suitable for this.

PATENTANSPRUCII: Verfahren zur Gewinnung und Reinigung von Zellstoff aus zellstoffhaltigen Stoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Clilordioxyd in Lösemitteln, die das durch Chlordioxyd um gewandelte Lignin aufzulösen vermögen, zur Einwirkung gebracht wird. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lösemittel verdünnte Essigsäure ist.
