Die Glasscheiben sind, wie an sich bekannt, über Abstandhalter 9 miteinander verbunden, und die Innenräume sind mit einem Schutzgas und/oder anderen an sich bekannten Edelgasen gefüllt. Die ganze Verglasung ist mit einer verdeckten Tragkonstruktion mit Holz- oder Verbundstoffflügeln 10 verklebt. Die beiden Flügel 2 und 3 des Fensters 1 sind über nicht dargestellte verdeckte Scharniere mit dem Rahmen 11 des Bauwerks verbunden, der ein Holz- oder Verbundstoffrahmen sein kann, der aussen eine Metallabdeckung 12 aufweist.
