Beschreibung description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Röhrenheizvor-richtung, eine Röhrenheizvorrichtung sowie eine Verwendung der Röhrenheizvorrichtung. The present invention relates to a method for producing a tube heater, a tube heater and a use of the tube heater.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es ein rationelles Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Röhrenheizvorrichtung zu schaffen. Dies wird erfin-dungsgemäss dadurch erzielt, dass einzelne Röhrenheizelemente jeweils in beiden Endbereichen umgebogen werden, die Elementenden zur Vornahme einer Buckelschweissung entsprechend geformt und die derart geformten Enden der Elemente mit in zwei Kollektorrohren vorgesehenen Öffnungen durch Buckelschweissungen verschweisst werden.
