REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif d'application cutanée d'un produit cosmétique liquide ou pâteux, notamment de savon liquide, comportant un boîtier formant réservoir pourvu d'une ouverture de remplissage fermée par un bouchon, et un dispositif applicateur du produit contenu dans le réservoir, ce dispositif applicateur comprenant au moins une bille mobile dans toutes les directions et un siège annulaire pourvu d'une ouverture centrale ménagé dans une paroi du boîtier, ce siège servant d'appui à la bille disposée de telle manière qu'une partie de sa surface se trouve à l'extérieur du boîtier, I'autre partie étant intérieure au réservoir, en contact avec le produit qu'il contient,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un organe ressort disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier et agencé pour solliciter la bille dans une direction qui l'amène en appui contre le siège annulaire pour assurer une fermeture hermétique du boîtier.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe ressort est constitué par un ressort spiral monté dans l'axe du siège annulaire de la bille, pour pousser la bille contre son siège annulaire.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe ressort est constitué par une membrane élastique, agencée de manière à prendre appui sur la surface supérieure de la partie de la bille se trouvant à l'intérieur du boîtier.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte plusieurs billes logées respectivement dans des sièges annulaires ménagés dans une paroi du boîtier, et en ce que chaque bille est associée à un organe ressort agencé pour la repousser contre son siège et assurer l'obturation de l'ouverture centrale correspondante du siège.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le siège de la bille est constitué par une pièce annulaire, dont la surface intérieure a une forme et des dimensions complémentaires à celles de la bille, comportant au moins une ouverture latérale pour faire communiquer la partie inférieure du boîtier avec l'ouverture centrale du siège.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon de fermeture comporte des éléments ménagés à sa surface extérieure et destinés à coopérer avec des éléments complémentaires ménagés à la surface supérieure d'un bouchon d'un flacon de réserve contenant le produit prévu pour être introduit dans le réservoir, pour permettre la mise en place et le retrait du bouchon de fermeture sur le boîtier.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface supérieure du bouchon de fermeture comporte au moins deux évidements périphériques, agencés pour pouvoir coopérer avec au moins deux protubérances, de forme et de dimensions complémentaires, ménagées à la surface supérieure du bouchon du flacon de réserve.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe ressort comporte un dispositif intérieur au boîtier, agencé pour permettre un déplacement limité de la bille entre une première position, dans laquelle elle se trouve en appui contre son siège, et une seconde position rétractée, ce dispositif comportant des organes de guidage pour guider cette bille au cours de son déplacement et des organes de butée pour limiter la course de la bille.
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les organes de guidage et de butée comprennent une tige solidaire du boîtier et un manchon coulissant sur cette tige, ce manchon étant fermé à une de ses extrémités par un couvercle dont la surface extérieure a une forme concave, pour s'adapter à la surface supérieure de la bille, et la surface intérieure est adaptée pour prendre appui contre l'extrémité libre de la tige lorsque la bille se trouve dans sa position de retrait, le ressort spiral étant monté sur la tige et s'appuyant d'une part sur la face intérieure du boîtier et, d'autre part, contre l'extrémité ouverte du manchon coulissant.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'application cutanée d'un produit cosmétique liquide ou pâteux, notamment de savon liquide, comportant un boîtier formant réservoir pourvu d'une ouverture de remplissage fermée par un bouchon, et un dispositif applicateur du produit contenu dans le réservoir, ce dispositif applicateur comprenant au moins un bille mobile dans toutes les directions et un siège annulaire pourvu d'une ouverture centrale ménagé dans une paroi du boîtier, ce siège servant d'appui à la bille disposée de telle manière qu'une partie de sa surface se trouve à l'extérieur du boîtier, I'autre partie étant intérieure au réservoir, en contact avec le produit qu'il contient.
On connaît déjà des dispositifs de massage cutané comportant une serie de billes sphériques logées dans des alvéoles ménagés à la base d'un réservoir contenant des produits cosmétiques. Un tel dispositif est notamment décrit dans la demande de brevet français publiée No 2440735, dispositif dans lequel les billes sont logées dans des alvéoles fixés à la base du réservoir.
Ces dispositifs connus présentent essentiellement l'inconvénient de ne pas être étanches en position de repos. En effet, le jeu existant obligatoirement entre les parois de l'alvéole et la surface périphérique de la bille correspondante empêche une fermeture étanche du réservoir, de sorte que le savon liquide contenu dans ce réservoir peut s'écouler, surtout si le dispositif est posé à plat, de sorte que les billes sont légèrement repoussées vers l'intérieur des alvéoles sous l'effet du poids du réservoir contenant le produit.
La présente invention se propose de pallier cet inconvénient en réalisant un dispositif de conception simple, facile à manipuler et qui est parfaitement étanche au repos.
Dans de but, ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un organe ressort disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier et agencé pour solliciter la bille dans une direction qui l'amène en appui contre le siège annulaire pour assurer une fermeture hermétique du boîtier.
La présente invention et ses différents avantages seront mieux compris en référence à la description d'exemples de réalisation et du dessin annexé, dans lequel:
la fig. 1 représente une vue en coupe axiale illustrant une forme de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;

En référence à la fig. 1, le dispositif selon l'invention comporte essentiellement un boîtier 1 composé de deux demi-coques 2 et 3 assemblées par un dispositif d'encliquetage 4 et formant un réservoir contenant un produit cosmétique 5, par exemple du savon liquide.
Deux billes 6, logées dans l'ouverture 7 centrale d'un siège annulaire 8, sont montées partiellement à l'intérieur du boîtier 1, de manière à pouvoir rouler sur elles-mêmes en appui sur leurs sièges respectifs 8.
Deux ressorts spiraux 9 prennent appui d'une part sur deux calottes
10 disposées en contact avec la partie supérieure des billes et, d'autre part, sur deux traverses 1 1 solidaires de préférence des parois de la coque inférieure 3. Ces ressorts 9 ont pour but de solliciter les billes 6 en appui sur les sièges correspondants 8, de façon à fermer hermétiquement les orifices 7 et empêcher l'écoulement du produit S lorsque le dispositif n'est pas utilisé. Lorsque le dispositif est utilisé, le frottement des billes sur la peau enfonce légèrement ces billes à l'intérieur de l'appareil, les fait rouler sur elles-mêmes, de sorte qu'une mince pellicule de produit 5 puisse s'écouler à travers les orifices 7.
Le remplissage du réservoir constitué par le boîtier 1 se fait par une ouverture normalement fermée par un bouchon 12. Ce bouchon comporte une partie inférieure cylindrique 13 comportant un filetage
périphérique, qui coopère avec un filetage correspondant ménagé dans la paroi du boîtier. Un capuchon 14 surmonte la partie inférieure cylindrique 13 et comporte, à sa surface périphérique, deux ou trois évidements périphériques, qui coopèrent de préférence avec des protubérances disposées à la surface d'un bouchon d'un flacon contenant une réserve de produit, I'ensemble évidements-protubérances coopérant pour servir de clé permettant l'ouverture et la fermeture du bouchon 12.
La fig. 2 représente une autre forme de réalisation de l'organe ressort destiné à repousser une bille 6 dans une position dans laquelle elle se trouve en appui sur son siège annulaire 8. Selon cette réalisation, I'organe ressort est constitué par une membrane élastique 16 montée sur des supports latéraux 17, solidaires des parois intérieures du boîtier 1.
Pour permettre l'écoulement de tout le produit se trouvant à l'in térieur du réservoir constitué par le boîtier 1, le siège 8 se compose, comme le montre plus particulièrement la fig. 3, de plusieurs segments 18 entre lesquels sont ménagés des couloirs radiaux 19.
La fig. 4 montre une autre forme de réalisation d'un dispositif de fermeture, selon lequel un bouchon 20 se visse à l'intérieur du boîtier 1, pour dégager des ouvertures 21 et 22 ménagées respectivement dans la paroi latérale et dans le fond d'un dispositif support 23, solidaire de la paroi supérieure de la coque 2. Le bouchon 20 comporte un téton fileté 24, disposé à sa partie inférieure, qui se visse dans une ouverture centrale filetée 25 du support 23. Deux ou trois évidements 26, ménagés à la surface supérieure du bouchon 20, servent, comme cela a été mentionné précédemment, de clé pour dévisser et resserrer ce bouchon 20 au moyen du bouchon d'un flacon de réserve de produit.
Lorsque l'utilisateur fait tourner le bouchon de façon à enfoncer ce dernier, la surface en biais 27 se dégage de la surface correspondante 28 entourant l'ouverture centrale ménagée dans la paroi supérieure de la coque 2, ce qui permet l'écoulement du produit à travers les ouvertures 21 et 22.
Bien entendu, il serait possible de remplacer les évidements 26 par des protubérances destinées à coopérer, dans ce cas, avec des évidements complémentaires ménagés à la surface supérieure du bouchon du flacon de réserve (non représenté).
Le boîtier I est de préférence réalisé en matière synthétique et a une forme et des dimensions extérieures sensiblement voisines de celles d'un morceau de savon couramment commercialisé. De ce fait, le dispositif décrit remplace le savon solide par du savon liquide, dont la fabrication est beaucoup plus économique que celle du savon solide.
En référence aux fig. SA, 5B et SC, le dispositif décrit comporte comme précédemment un boîtier 31 ayant la forme générale d'une savonnette pourvue d'un méplat 32 à sa face supérieure et comportant deux billes 33 proéminentes à sa face inférieure. Le boîtier 31 se compose de deux coques 34 et 35 collées ou soudées, par exemple par ultra-sons.
Les billes 33 sont partiellement logées à l'intérieur du boîtier, en appui contre les sièges correspondants 36, qui sont sensiblement identiques à ceux décrits en référence aux fig. I et 2. Les billes sont poussées en appui contre leurs sièges par des organes ressorts constitués par un ressort spiral 37 monté sur une tige 38 cylindrique, pleine ou tubulaire, solidaire de la face intérieure de la coque 34.
Cette tige 38 coopère avec un manchon 39, fermé à son extrémité inférieure par un couvercle 40, pour constituer des organes de guidage et de butée pour, d'une part, guider la bille dans son déplacement entre sa première position (en appui contre le siège) et sa position de retrait et, d'autre part, limiter la course de la bille. Le ressort 37 s'appuie contre la face intérieure de la coque 34 et contre l'extrémité ouverte du manchon 39. Le couvercle 40 a une surface extérieure adaptée à la forme sphérique de la bille 33. La course de la bille est définie par la distance 41 séparant le couvercle 40 du manchon 39 de l'extrémité libre de la tige 38.
Le méplat 32 comporte une ouverture centrale adaptée à la mise en place d'un bouchon 42. Ce bouchon présente une surface supérieure concave et comporte un évidement rectangulaire 43 qui sert de clé permettant le dévissage à l'aide d'un outil approprié, d'un pièce de monnaie ou du bouchon du flacon contenant le produit à verser dans le boîtier.
L'ensemble des éléments composant le dispositif, à l'exception des ressorts 37, peut être réalisé en matière synthétique, par exemple par un procédé d'injection.

CLAIMS
1. Device for applying the skin to a liquid or pasty cosmetic product, in particular liquid soap, comprising a container forming a reservoir provided with a filling opening closed by a plug, and a device for applying the product contained in the reservoir, applicator device comprising at least one ball movable in all directions and an annular seat provided with a central opening formed in a wall of the housing, this seat serving to support the ball arranged in such a way that part of its surface is located outside the housing, the other part being inside the tank, in contact with the product it contains,
characterized in that it comprises at least one spring member disposed inside the housing and arranged to urge the ball in a direction which brings it into abutment against the annular seat to ensure a hermetic closure of the housing.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring member is constituted by a spiral spring mounted in the axis of the annular seat of the ball, to push the ball against its annular seat.
3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring member is constituted by an elastic membrane, arranged so as to bear on the upper surface of the part of the ball located inside the housing.
4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises several balls respectively housed in annular seats formed in a wall of the housing, and in that each ball is associated with a spring member arranged to push it against its seat and close the corresponding central seat opening.
5. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the seat of the ball is constituted by an annular piece, whose inner surface has a shape and dimensions complementary to those of the ball, comprising at least one lateral opening for communication the lower part of the housing with the central opening of the seat.
6. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the closure cap comprises elements formed on its outer surface and intended to cooperate with complementary elements formed on the upper surface of a cap of a reserve bottle containing the product intended to be introduced into the tank, to allow the establishment and removal of the closure cap on the housing.
7. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the upper surface of the closure plug comprises at least two peripheral recesses, arranged to be able to cooperate with at least two protuberances, of complementary shape and dimensions, formed on the upper surface of the plug of the reserve bottle.
8. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the spring member comprises a device inside the housing, arranged to allow limited movement of the ball between a first position, in which it is in abutment against its seat, and a second retracted position, this device comprising guide members for guiding this ball during its movement and stop members for limiting the stroke of the ball.
9. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the guiding and abutment members comprise a rod integral with the housing and a sleeve sliding on this rod, this sleeve being closed at one of its ends by a cover whose outer surface has a concave shape, to adapt to the upper surface of the ball, and the internal surface is adapted to bear against the free end of the rod when the ball is in its withdrawn position, the spiral spring being mounted on the rod and resting on the one hand on the inner face of the housing and, on the other hand, against the open end of the sliding sleeve.
The present invention relates to a device for applying the skin to a liquid or pasty cosmetic product, in particular liquid soap, comprising a container housing provided with a filling opening closed by a plug, and a device for applying the product contained in the reservoir, this applicator device comprising at least one ball movable in all directions and an annular seat provided with a central opening formed in a wall of the housing, this seat serving to support the ball arranged in such a way that part of its surface is located outside the housing, the other part being inside the tank, in contact with the product it contains.
Skin massage devices are already known comprising a series of spherical balls housed in cells formed at the base of a reservoir containing cosmetic products. Such a device is notably described in the published French patent application No. 2440735, device in which the balls are housed in cells fixed to the base of the tank.
These known devices essentially have the drawback of not being watertight in the rest position. Indeed, the play necessarily existing between the walls of the cell and the peripheral surface of the corresponding ball prevents a tight closure of the reservoir, so that the liquid soap contained in this reservoir can flow, especially if the device is placed flat, so that the balls are slightly pushed towards the inside of the cells under the effect of the weight of the tank containing the product.
The present invention proposes to overcome this drawback by providing a device of simple design, easy to handle and which is perfectly sealed at rest.
For purpose, this device is characterized in that it comprises at least one spring member disposed inside the housing and arranged to urge the ball in a direction which brings it into abutment against the annular seat to ensure a hermetic closure of the housing.
The present invention and its various advantages will be better understood with reference to the description of exemplary embodiments and the attached drawing, in which:

With reference to fig. 1, the device according to the invention essentially comprises a housing 1 composed of two half-shells 2 and 3 assembled by a latching device 4 and forming a reservoir containing a cosmetic product 5, for example liquid soap.
Two balls 6, housed in the central opening 7 of an annular seat 8, are partially mounted inside the housing 1, so as to be able to roll on themselves bearing on their respective seats 8.
Two spiral springs 9 are supported on the one hand on two caps
10 arranged in contact with the upper part of the balls and, on the other hand, on two sleepers 1 1 preferably secured to the walls of the lower shell 3. The purpose of these springs 9 is to urge the balls 6 bearing on the corresponding seats 8, so as to seal the openings 7 and prevent the flow of product S when the device is not in use. When the device is used, the friction of the beads on the skin slightly pushes these beads inside the device, makes them roll on themselves, so that a thin film of product 5 can flow through the holes 7.
The filling of the reservoir constituted by the housing 1 is done by an opening normally closed by a plug 12. This plug has a cylindrical lower part 13 comprising a thread
device, which cooperates with a corresponding thread formed in the wall of the housing. A cap 14 surmounts the cylindrical lower part 13 and comprises, at its peripheral surface, two or three peripheral recesses, which preferably cooperate with protuberances arranged on the surface of a stopper of a bottle containing a reserve of product, I ' set of recesses-protuberances cooperating to serve as a key allowing the opening and closing of the plug 12.
Fig. 2 shows another embodiment of the spring member intended to push a ball 6 into a position in which it is in abutment on its annular seat 8. According to this embodiment, the spring member consists of an elastic membrane 16 mounted on lateral supports 17, integral with the interior walls of the housing 1.
To allow the flow of all the product located inside the reservoir constituted by the housing 1, the seat 8 is composed, as shown more particularly in FIG. 3, of several segments 18 between which radial passages 19 are formed.
Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of a closure device, according to which a plug 20 is screwed inside the housing 1, to release openings 21 and 22 formed respectively in the side wall and in the bottom of a device support 23, integral with the upper wall of the shell 2. The plug 20 comprises a threaded stud 24, disposed at its lower part, which is screwed into a threaded central opening 25 of the support 23. Two or three recesses 26, formed at the upper surface of the stopper 20, serve, as mentioned above, as a key for unscrewing and tightening this stopper 20 by means of the stopper of a product reserve bottle.
When the user rotates the plug so as to push the latter, the oblique surface 27 emerges from the corresponding surface 28 surrounding the central opening formed in the upper wall of the shell 2, which allows the product to flow through openings 21 and 22.
Of course, it would be possible to replace the recesses 26 with protuberances intended to cooperate, in this case, with complementary recesses formed on the upper surface of the stopper of the reserve bottle (not shown).
The housing I is preferably made of synthetic material and has a shape and external dimensions substantially similar to those of a piece of soap commonly sold. Therefore, the device described replaces the solid soap with liquid soap, the manufacture of which is much more economical than that of solid soap.
With reference to fig. SA, 5B and SC, the device described comprises, as previously, a housing 31 having the general shape of a bar of soap provided with a flat 32 on its upper face and comprising two balls 33 protruding on its lower face. The housing 31 consists of two shells 34 and 35 glued or welded, for example by ultrasound.
The balls 33 are partially housed inside the housing, bearing against the corresponding seats 36, which are substantially identical to those described with reference to FIGS. I and 2. The balls are pushed into abutment against their seats by spring members constituted by a spiral spring 37 mounted on a cylindrical rod 38, solid or tubular, integral with the inner face of the shell 34.
This rod 38 cooperates with a sleeve 39, closed at its lower end by a cover 40, to constitute guide and stop members for, on the one hand, guiding the ball in its movement between its first position (resting against the seat) and its withdrawal position and, on the other hand, limit the stroke of the ball. The spring 37 bears against the inner face of the shell 34 and against the open end of the sleeve 39. The cover 40 has an outer surface adapted to the spherical shape of the ball 33. The stroke of the ball is defined by the distance 41 separating the cover 40 of the sleeve 39 from the free end of the rod 38.
The flat part 32 has a central opening suitable for fitting a plug 42. This plug has a concave upper surface and has a rectangular recess 43 which serves as a key allowing the unscrewing using an appropriate tool, d '' a coin or the stopper of the bottle containing the product to be poured into the case.
All the elements making up the device, with the exception of the springs 37, can be made of synthetic material, for example by an injection process.
