A relatively cheap plastics tube, which is readily replaced, is designed to be subject to abrasive wear. The spray gun has connector (6) for water supply and an internal circular groove (5) connected to the water supply. It has a wear resistant plastic outlet tube (11) which is held in the housing and it is connected by transverse radial bores (13) in this flare part to the circular groove (5). The plastics tube is held firmly against the positive stop shoulder (2) within the housing.
Description

The invention relates to a concrete spray gun with a housing which has a longitudinal bore in one end part for receiving a pressure hose serving to supply the dry concrete components and is provided in a subsequent part with means for producing a mixture with water and for spraying out the mixture.
In a known concrete spray gun, the dry components - cement and aggregates - are mixed with the water in the housing itself. This is therefore subject to rapid wear and tear and the entire spray gun must therefore be replaced by a new one more often.
The invention is based on the object of creating a concrete spray gun in which only a relatively cheap part is subject to wear and in which this part can be quickly replaced with a new one as soon as it is needed.
To solve this problem it is proposed according to the invention that the means consist of a) a connection piece for the water supply, b) an inside annular groove connected to the connection piece, c) a pipe made of wear-resistant plastic with a conical narrowing starting from the inner pipe end inner wall part and with in these
Wall part opening transverse bores, d) a device for releasably holding the plastic pipe in said adjoining housing part be in one position. in which its inner end abuts an inside rib located between the end part and the adjoining part, and in which the transverse bores present in the plastic tube in the
Open into the ring groove.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely in longitudinal section.
List denotes the housing of the concrete spray gun. It is largely tubular in shape. Approximately in its longitudinal center it has an inner annular rib 2. The end part 3 serves to receive a pressure hose intended for the supply of the dry concrete components, a section of this end part (not shown) being set up in a conventional manner for clamping on this pressure hose.
The end part 4 has a wide annular groove 5 on the inside, into which a bore 6a of a connecting piece 6 opens. on which a water supply hose is turned up during use: it has a narrower annular groove in front of and behind this annular groove 5, in which an O-ring 7 or 8 is inserted. Further ahead he has an outer one. an annular groove serving as the seat of an annular spring 9 and a radial slot extending through it in the region of this annular groove, in which a locking slide 10 is guided. In this end part 4 is now made of wear-resistant plastic, e.g. Vulkollan with a Shore hardness equal to 89 i 3, existing pipe 11 inserted appropriately, the locking slide 10 engaging in an outer annular groove 12 of this pipe in order to hold it detachably in the housing end part 4.
This tube 11 has several - e.g. four narrow transverse bores 13, which run radially and run from the water distribution groove 5 to an inner wall section 14 which, starting from the inner rib 2, narrows conically at half an apex angle of approximately 15.
When the concrete spray gun is used, the water let in through the bores 13 is intimately mixed with the dry components solely within the easily replaceable plastic pipe 11 and the mixture can only wear this pipe 11, whereas the rest of the concrete spray gun has an unlimited service life. Because only this pipe has to be replaced from time to time, considerable savings can be achieved in concrete spraying compared to the previous one.
